I don't even know where to begin with how wonderful the entire flick n roll staff was. From the beginning it was nothing but professionalism and friendliness. We met and flick n roll just wanted to get a feel of our personality so they could produce a better product. I felt that we were a little demanding and they were flexible enough to meet all our needs. The day of the shoot, they didn't have us act, they just told us to be ourselves. After spending months of researching on who we should hire on our big day, we finally decided to hire FlicknRoll. After watching all the pre-wedding and wedding videos, I felt in love with Thomas’ work. Then after looking at all the engagement and wedding photos, I felt in love with Ailey’s work as well. Therefore, my husband and I decided to hire FlicknRoll to do everything for us. Our package includes engagement and wedding photos, pre-wedding and same day edit, and raw footage.

FlicknRoll is a group of talented professionals that is very artistic and definitely knows what they are doing. We had a meeting with Thomas, the director, Ailey and Chi so we could get to know each other. After the meeting, they came up with the perfect script and music for our pre-wedding video and same day edit. We received so many compliments from everyone who watched them on our wedding day because both videos are totally representing us in their unique ways.

My husband and I are so happy that we hired FlicknRoll and would highly recommend their services to anyone we know. The money was definitely worth spending.

Thomas is extremely professional. His whole team took the extra time and effort to make sure each shot will come out perfect! Even though their price point was a little higher than others, i think it is completely worth it. Our video couldnt have turned out better and both my wife and I are extremely happy with the results! I would highly recommend their services to anyone i know.

The Flick 'N Roll team simply does the most amazing work in the industry - hands down!!

Prior to the Big Day, we met with the Thomas. He was extremely patient with me and wife's barrage of questions/ideas and we were sold with his vision for our picture perfect wedding. Throughout the process he was extremely accessible and responsive to all of our many variations. Although he couldn't join us in shooting the actual wedding day due to prior engagements over the next several weeks, he turned around an amazing video within a few days that surpassed our expectations.

Ailey and Patrick spent the entire day of shooting us (starting from 8 am!) and were extremely friendly, fun, and professional. Never once did they complain about the heat or delays in shooting while waiting for our planned activities.

Most importantly, their experience ensures that they'll get the shots you need for an amazing video while requiring minimal supervision or direction. I would look forward to any opportunity to work together again and recommend them 100%!!!

This is the best cinematography team we could have gotten for our wedding! By far the best money spent on our wedding day expenses. We are so happy with the level of professionalism and the quality of work. Thomas and Ailey are extremely talented, they work really fast and are super duper nice. As lucky as I have married to my best friend, I was very very lucky to have found FlicknRoll and hired them as my cinematographer and photographer (both pre-wedding & wedding day). This team has done nothing but AMAZING work!! You'll see what I'm talking about once you check out their videos on their website - I was unable to pull myself away after watching the first one. Just like any bride would do, I have put in lots of work and thoughts into making my wedding day special. I knew from the start that I NEED someone that would be able to capture all the work and moments - FlicknRoll did just that and more!! Thomas and his wonderful team members (esp. Ailey, Chi, Patrick whom I have personally worked with) have gone above and beyond my expectation. They were able to captured our love story and personalities within this 8 minutes film. You took our breath away by your incredible production! There is no words to truly capture the emotions that we felt when we watch our wedding video. I cried every time I watched it. I absolutely love the music "All The Time" that you chose for us, and also the footnote you quote from 'Romeo and Juliet' :) You and Ailey are both so remarkably talents and hard working, and this wedding story is priceless to us. You have given us the most precious gift and that is the ability to watch over and over again the day that sealed our lives together! When we hired FlicknRoll to do our pre-wedding video and Same Day Edit, it was something that my husband and I wanted for ourselves to keep as a memory. However, on the day that the video was featured at our reception, our guests told us that the video was so touching and was one of the best weddings that they ever attended. It's been over a week since our wedding, and we are still getting overwhelming responses to our videos. Guests are watching them over and over again, and still getting teary eyed.

FlicknRoll knows just what to do and they make the environment very relaxing and easy-going. Do not worry if you do not know how to act, Thomas and his team will find the right thing for you. Just tell them what you want to achieve, and they will do it for you...and in such a professional manner, that will leave your guests in "awe". This is one of the best investment that we did for our wedding...no expensive dresses, diamonds ..etc...none of those really matter, but the videos are something that we will have forever.... and done just so tastefully and professionally! It was an absolute pleasure working with THomas and Ailey over at Flick n Roll. They were extremely professional and gave me their full attention at all times. They made sure that they were flexible enough to work with my hectic schedule which I am extremely thankful for. I cannot believe how beautiful and touching my wedding videos came out. Your work is simply exceptional!! I was inspired by your work after coming across Joy and Kai's same date edit wedding video you produced for them. On that very moment, I was absolutely certain that one day when I get married, I will want to use you, Thomas Tam as my cinematographer and I'm so glad that I booked you early in advance!! I was attracted to Flick N Roll's previous projects before a friend actually refered us to Flick N Roll. I have to say before we start working with them, me and my husband, Phil already had an outline about what we want from them. The team did 4 different films for us include 1. Pre-Wedding Trailer, 2. "I want a film that I can watch it over and over and over again!!" - this was exactly what I told the team leader, Thomas in our meetings. A film could allow me to watch it for many times requires great music related, great filming quality and a great storyline. All three above, the Flick N Roll team accomplished it.

There will always some unexpected imperfection happened on the wedding day like in mine, but the SDE and the NDE films done by Flick N Roll team definitely save a lot of my tears. However who knows I cry over and over again each time when I watch the SDE and NDE films!!

It was a memorable experience to work with Flick N Roll team that I got to choose the music and even to perform the background music of piano portion in our own wedding films! Communication is the key to a successful product. Talk to these professionals, you'll like what the outcome is. Have fun!

Flick N Roll team has been very professional and very creative with their shots. They thought about the entire venu and what they will include in the video before the event. They saved our vows since our vows were spoken without a microphone while the rest of the ceremony was with a microphone. Thomas was able to locate and clean up the audio for our vows and it turns out great.

I recommend Flick N Roll to anybody who wants to have an unique, creative, professional video of their wedding. Let Flick N Roll prove to you that they can deliver the complete package to you.

There were a couple of ‘virtual impossibles’ or miracles on the date of 10*10*10:
1. KC & JoJo successfully hitched on what’s known as one of the most popular dates to get married in history.
2. Flick ‘n Roll pulled off a great feat considering the limited man power (T…nT only) and time line to complete an amazing video!
It was perfect. It was awesome. It was exciting and witty. It was everything that a couple can ever be thankful of: a smooth, seamless shooting experience through out the wedding and everything leading up to the grand finale.
Thomas and Tiffany (TnT), Galen, as well as Emily were really diligent and professional in every way. Yet their happy-go-lucky and animated characters cooked up hilarious takes which made it more fun than anyone could ever ask for. Needless to say, they were an absolute “Joy” (my wife’s name by the way) to work with. My wife and I certainly can’t sing (or dance) enough praises about Flick ‘n Roll and would definitely recommend them to everyone we know.”

August 7th 2010 was a pefect day. They captured all our special moments. My son has Flick’N Roll saved in his favorites and watches the video over and over again. Everytime Joe & I watch it; it takes us back to our “SPECIAL DAY” our “WEDDING DAY”. For their first time doing a “CINEMATOGRAPHY” it came out awesome!!… Thomas and his crew definitely have a gift in both photography & cinematography, keep doing what you do well. My experience with Thomas and his crew was phenomenal, they were there from beggining to end. No complaints here, will recommended them and use them in the future for other special events in our family.

Team Flick N Roll has two very awesome and professional artist in the names of Thomas and Ailey. During our very short wedding preparation (3 months), we were lost for ideas as to what to do with regard to capturing the wedding. Just by chance we caught a glimpse of the wedding film Thomas and Ailey did for one of our friend's wedding and were instantly intrigued. They have a unique style that makes the wedding highlights flow like a beautiful music video. We immediately called them to meet. They were so responsive, nice and offered a ton of creative ideas as to where we can go. Their warmth and breadth of knowledge on the subject matter put us to ease.

Pre-wedding films are not common in the Asian community, we were still skeptical to the notion of a pre-wedding film and a wedding film. Does it seem a bit over the top? We took our sweet time to contemplate if it is worth the time and money to invest in a pre-wedding film. At the end, we've decided to go with it based on our interaction with Thomas and Ailey. We had a good feeling about this team! And man are we right? They worked tirelessly with my husband and I to craft and refine our story. Shooting took well over 12 hours during one hot July Saturday. Despite the long hours, Thomas and Ailey worked non-stop and never grumble about the difficulty of filming with a group of 10 people. Mind you, wedding films usually just feature the bride and groom. But we've decided to include many of our closest friends to make it more interesting.

The turnaround time was very quick. Within 2 weeks of shooting, Thomas and Ailey already had a draft of the video ready for us to view. We were blown away by the seamless integration of all the scenes and music. Never in a million years have we imagined our story be capture in such a fun, and creative way. After viewwing the film with us, Thomas gave us a great suggestion of doing a hip-pop routine that ties the film together with the reception. We never considered it but went with the idea with two weeks left on our calendar. The dance definitely was a crowd favorite during the reception. This is the type of personalization that Thomas and Ailey offer. They not only examine the film from a professional angle, but also give our recommendations as great friends do.

Again at our wedding day, Thomas and Ailey showed up very early to start their shoot. Despite being a chaotic day, I rarely felt their presence. They were constantly shooting footages but always be mindful about giving us enough space and room to take care of our wedding day duties. It was a breeze for us not to worry about them and know that they will give us another fantastic video of the big day. And they did not disappoint! The video is ready for our loved ones to view merely a week after the wedding with full edits and music.

The pre-wedding film was played during the wedding reception. The crowd went wild and loved every bit of it! So many of our friends and family had come up to ask who the cinematographers are. They were impressed by the professional quality of the film.

My husband and I could not have asked for a better team to document our love story and the wedding day. They captured the essence of everything that's important to us without being intrusive. Above all, they are two great people that we are lucky to get the opportunity to get to know and call them friends.

We are very grateful for all the hardwork Thomas and Ailey put in the films. They went above our expectations and treated the films with respect and care. We feel truly blessed they were there to capture all of it. We hope many more people will benefit from Flick N Roll's incredibly professional services. A memory cannot be re-created.
