I would get married here over and over again! the entire staff made us feel like royalty through the entire process. they should be in the dictionary under “professionalism.” the whole team was so on it and our day wouldn’t have been what it was without them

I cannot stress enough... if you're even thinking about having your wedding somewhere other than the Fleur de Lis, don't. The Fleur de Lis and the people there were absolutely amazing! They were so on top of things. I didn't have to worry about anything! Everything was so beautiful and was above and beyond my expectations.

This venue was perfect for me. They were very easy to work with and well organized. The wedding day went very smoothly and was everything I wanted. The room was decorated beautifully and the food was delicious. I definitely recommend this venue.

Fleur de Lis event center provided a flawless ceremony. Truly a one stop shop for all the ceremony needs. It made the wedding planning a lot less stressful. DJ was on point all night! Photo Booth was a major hit with adults and kids. We got a link within a couple days to view everyone’s photos and it made us laugh. The service for bride and groom was impeccable. Those girls truly knew what they were doing. Helped keep all the people on track for the ceremony. Made sure bride and groom always had something to drink. Helped make our day perfect and stress free. Groom really appreciated Chad. Said he helped ease his nerves before the ceremony. And thought he truly had a knack for what he was doing. All guests said the food was the best they had. Some out of town guests said it was the best food they had since coming to Louisiana. Thank you to the entire team!

Not a wedding, but held a 60th Anniversary party for my parents at the private restaurant of the Fleur de Lis Event Center. And it was amazing. It is so tastefully decorated we really only added a few personal touches, which just made everything so easy and took the stress off of us. The food was delicious. And the event coordinator, Ms. Becky, was just fantastic. She made everything run so smoothly and took care of my parents from start to finish. She made them (and us) feel so special and made sure we all left with some of the left over food and packaged up the extra cake for us. The private restaurant is perfect for small groups and I highly recommend!!

Fleur de Lis Event Center meet all our expectations and then some. We felt catered to and even our guest felt the love.

This venue is so beautiful. If you're trying to capture a southern New Orleans wedding, this is IT. Not only that, the wedding coordinators are so sweet and helpful! They are nothing short of professional and experienced in what they do! The food was AWESOME! the DJ was AWESOME! Open bar just topped it off! 😂 I can honestly say our wedding was perfect! And all our family and friends felt the same! Thank you so much fleur de lis! ❤️

Where do we even begin?!
First a pandemic then tropical storm! Our wedding was previously scheduled at fleur de lis event center for July 2020. We decided to postpone to June 2021. Mr. Chad and his team were so supportive and accommodating, no questions asked and we were able to reschedule. I am so glad we decided to postpone, because our wedding was everything we had ever dreamed of. Kendra was a rockstar! She was on top of every single detail the whole day, she has a ton of experience and it shows! She made sure everything went off without a hitch! We didn’t have to worry about anything but showing up. Last minute they quickly changed the ceremony to outside because the weather cleared up! We were so impressed with how quickly they got it done! The bridal assistants were on top of everything! We never went without drinks in our hand and our family was taken care of as well. The venue was beautiful, the food was great, Mr. Chad did amazing officiating the ceremony, the staff were over the top, everyone said they had the BEST time! We really felt taken care of every step of the way! We highly recommend Fleur de Lis Event Center.

Our wedding was absolute perfection! They handled everything with such care and accommodated all of our wants and needs prior to the big day. We met multiple times and had several conversations to bring our vision to life. We had our rehearsal dinner here the night before the wedding day and it was top notch! The actually day also went off without a hitch with the attention of the coordinators! The food was excellent for both the rehearsal dinner and the reception, we received so many compliments from our guest. The staff ensured the timing and transitions of the day went smoothly which allowed for the bridal party to truly enjoy the day. Also I love the personal touch of making sure the bride and groom have a private meal of their choice after the ceremony. I highly recommend this venue and the expertise of Chad and his staff for making our wedding day everything we’ve dreamed, especially in the middle of a pandemic!

FDL is such a beautiful place! Everyone loved the venue, outdoors for the ceremony and the beautiful jazz ballroom inside. Everyone raved about the food too! Patsy and her helper made sure we were taken care of the whole time!

The Fleur De Lis event center was where my daughter and son in laws reception was held in January. What a fantastic place to have a wedding reception. The service, food, decor, and everyone there was top notch!!! Thank you all so much!!

By far, this is THE BEST VENUE for a wedding! My son's wedding on October 14th could not have gone better! The staff was incredible, the decor was perfect and the food was outstanding! Jared, Anna, Anne Marie and all the staff was beyond anything we could have expected! They tended to every need before it was needed and didn't hesitate if we asked for something out of the ordinary! Jared was our DJ and there is no one better! He kept the guest entertained and played just the right mix for everyone! Truly a beautiful evening and one we will all remember for a lifetime! Thank you seems quite inadequate! You guys were PERFECT! Highly recommend Fleur De Lis!

Absolutely magical! My husband and I were married her on March 25th and the venue made sure everything went perfectly! The food was amazing, the DJ was proffessional, the staff was amazingly helpful. I can't brag on this place enough. I never lifted a finger, stressed, or worried. Drinks were served to my family and myself with out even asking what we'd like. If I had the opportunity to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing!

I ABSOLUTELY love this place!!! We could not have picked a more beautiful venue or a more AMAZING & THOROUGH staff! Chad, Kendra, Anna and everyone are truly amazing. Even though it rained the morning of our wedding and the ceremony had to be moved inside, I still loved it! I literally had NO worries! We looking forward to using this venue again in the future just because we had so much fun! (Oh and the FOOD is absolutely delicious!)

What a great venue and staff! Both were excellent. The venue is beautiful. I recieved alot of compliments on the food, venue, and service. I would not hesitate to refer Fleur de Lis to another couple. The value for what we recieved was amazing.

The Fleur de Lis Event Center was the first venue my husband and I toured shortly after we got engaged. After that, no other venue would do for me. FDL was pricey, but so beautiful. They took care of everything, from the food and ceremony to helping my MoH set up favors and directing our rookie photographer. Kendra was so patient with our growing list of questions in the weeks before the wedding, and Chad was always very friendly (and he gave us a wonderful ceremony).
With Kendra and the rest of Chad's staff taking care of the catering, bar, favors, center pieces, etc., it allowed my mother to really be present in our morning-of preparations (she's the kind of mom that wants to do everything, so this was a huge deal).
The best part of our whole night was receiving a text message from Chad on our limo ride home with a link. He had been lurking around with his phone, taking photos and recording videos all night. To my surprise, he had created a short video with highlights from our ceremony and reception. As most of our budget was spent on this venue and most of our "vendors" being family members and friends, we couldn't see the practicality in springing for a videographer. This video makes me regret it a little, but I am so grateful to have it.

Our Son and his bride chose the Fleur de Lis center for both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding reception. Chad was fantastic at all times working with us and even moved our rehearsal dinner down into the bigger space to make sure that we were more comfortable. The Reception was fantastic as was the venue. Anna, the young lady assigned to us for both events was the best ever and very attentive. Always had a smile on her face and her worked hard to accommodate our every request. Thanks guys for making this a fantastic wedding celebration. We certainly will continue to recommend you to all our friends.

I would like to thank Kendra and the staff for a job well done. I am the mother of the bride and the young lady who was assigned to me took very good care of me. I can't thank the staff enough for being so accommodating when we ran behind due to a scheduling conflict. When I called Kendra she was very understanding and got permission to extend our time which was a blessing. During the entire night all our guests went on and on about how good the food was and the A-1 service we received from the staff. My daughter Brittany and her husband Andrew had their rehearsal dinner and wedding/reception at the Fleur De Lis Center. I have never written a review before but I felt compelled to do so today because of the excellent service, value and people of the Fleur De Lis Center. Chad and his staff were absolutely FLAWLESS. I wish I could remember everyone's name, but as you can imagine, the drinks were flowing and their names escape me but each employee at the Fleur De Lis Center made us feel as though this was the only wedding they were concerned with. They provide 1st class service to everyone and the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD. So many people at the wedding kept telling us it was the best food they had ever had PERIOD. This was not just good wedding food; this was simply FANTASTIC food no matter the venue. The hall was beautifully decorated and the courtyard wedding was beautiful.

I can't recommend the Fleur De Lis Center enough to anyone interested in having a party, wedding, etc. Now, if I could just talk Chad into opening a restaurant with me, I would be golden. WOW, such a fantastic, well organized night.

I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful vendor! This space is so gorgeous, you can decorate very little and it will look like you've spent a million dollars! Or you can go all out and make it totally your own. My guests have not stopped raving about the food, music, and service! We used their DJ who was amazing, we also used their officiate who had everyone crying and then laughing! They were so flexible and helpful throughout the whole process answering every email I sent almost immediately and working with me on every aspect. Kendra, our wedding coordinator, was so amazing! She made everything so easy and I felt at ease! They really alleviate the stress of the whole planning process. I can not even describe how impressed my husband and I were with everything, the whole night was perfect and we owe a HUGE part of that to the Fleur De Lis! Would not have had it any other way!

My wedding was on March 22, 2014. At 6:30. My wedding was everything I expected and more! Everything was beautiful, food was delicious, dj had us dancing all night!! Ann was amazing all night everything I needed she was there and helping every step of the way. My guest are still talking about the venue and how perfect it was! This place is the place to have a wedding!!!!

My husband and I were absolutely blown away by the level of service provided to us on our wedding day! After reading reviews on every website I could find and finally deciding to choose FDL, I'll admit... we were ready to be dazzled! But what was given to us on our wedding day was far beyond what we could have ever asked or even dream of! The care and detail that went into every question asked of us, and even so, it wasn't like we were bombarded with questions either, was just amazing! Its been about 3 weeks and we haven't stopped receiving compliments for a second from all of our guests! The food, the service, the starry sky, the music, the party, the whole thing was just so wonderful! We had the time of our lives and didn't have to worry about one little thing that day! thank you Chad for having such a beautiful place and making the nerves go away during the ceremony! wonderful venue!!! the staff was amazing and very flexible!! They prepared a backup area in case of inclement weather. They never once said the word NO! they made every effort to accomodate everything I wanted! I had a dream wedding and it was all because of the owner and staff at the fleur de lis event center!!!

Fleur de Lis was not only gorgeous for my ceremony & reception but they also provided wonderful service to everyone. They took care of every detail & I didn't have to worry about a thing! Everyone at my wedding commented on how great the food & drinks were...and there was never a line at the bar! This was perfect for our New Orleans style wedding without the expensive price like the hotels in downtown New Orleans! The complimentary limo service after was the perfect ending to a perfect wedding! I would love to attend a wedding here in the future!

My Daughter wedding was everything and then some, that I was told by Chad it would be!!!! It was truely a "Dream Come True"!!! I cannot express how satisfied my Husband and I were, it was worth every penny we spent to have everything run so smooth and not have to be stressed about all the details. Having my own personal assistant (Kendra) was wonderful! (I feel I owe it to her to be her assistant at her wedding. WE had over 350 guest and I have been getting e-mails and messages everyday about how wonderful the wedding was and the GREAT food that was served constantly. The Fleur De Lis is a Beautiful setting for any wedding with little to none decorating on your own behalf.
We couldnt have picked a better place any where, for this special occasion. My daughter and her husband loved every detailed promised from the very start in getting ready in the Bridal suite to leaving in the Limo...even the promise of Great weather after a week of heavy rain (Thanks Chad)!!!

My husband and I had the best wedding day ever. The Fleur de Lis Event center did an amazing job and took care of us and our family. I have nothing but awesome things about the staff and the beautiful facility. I would recommend any bride to have their wedding there. I can't tell you after a month how many people are still talking about how amazing our wedding was and beautiful the venue was. Also, Chad (owner) did the ceremony for was and that was awesome too.

We had a masquarade wedding/reception in the Jazz room. The ceremony was outstanding and Chad and his crew did an amazing job. The reception was exceptional, to include the food, DJ and the atentive staff. We recieved compliments from every guest that attended praising the quality of service, food and music. Whether you are looking for a party place or a romantic event I would reccomend taking a tour and speaking with the staff as they will, without a doubt, make it an event that will be rememebered by all.

THIS WAS AN AMAZING WEDDING VENUE ALL AROUND! I had a court yard ceremony and had the reception inside in the main ballroom. Chad and his team took care of every detail possible. The bridal assistant Erica was amazing!! Not one single complaint of this venue at all!!!!!

Loved this venue! As a guest, I was able to notice all the little details and appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. The star ceiling was awesome and the food was so so good! Hope to have an event here soon!

The staff helped make our wedding everything we ever dreamed it would be!!

My husband and I were married at Fleur de Lis on 6/11/16 in the courtyard with a reception following in the Jazz Ballroom. It was more than what I could have ever imagined. The staff was wonderful and did not miss a beat. My guests are still talking about it. They say it was worth the drive from New Orleans and other states. Everyone loved the food and thought the venue was absolutely beautiful. Thank you to Chad, Kendra and the entire staff for making our day so magical. I would definitely have another event here. And I recommend this affordable and elegant venue to anyone!

Chad and his staff did a fantastic job. They made sure that we had everything we needed and made sure that our glass was always full and our guests were not waiting in line.
The only suggestion I would make to future brides is to be very clear with your music choices. We did not give them a lot of info as to the kind of music we did not want played. We just told them specific types of music. When that type of music was played, we let them know immediately and it didn't happen again. They did resolve the issue, just be specific. It will help them!
The food was great and I can't say enough great things about Chad and Jayme.
My parents also had an attendant, which was a really, really nice touch!

This venue was absolutely perfect for our wedding! The people were very responsive and would answer all of my silly questions and even complied with all of my silly requests. Because we had our wedding on a Sunday we had a flexibility. The food was amazing and many of our guests said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. It was a perfect day and everyone had lots of fun! Plus the price was super reasonable!

We loved our wedding and reception here and our guests did too. The place is beautiful. The food was amazing. The music was great. And they attended to our every request, before and during. Wonderful!!

Very well decorated and beautifully maintained facility. I had a big baby shower with 175 guest and I recommend this facility to everyone as everyone had wonderful experience.

How can I rate my experience at the Fleur De Lis Event Center? I will first say being a bride on a budget all of the services offered by the Event Center were very affordable. In addition to booking the venue we also choose to use their DJ and Officiant. All of our guests were very pleased with the music played and I had a friend comment that it seemed as if the Officiant had known my husband and I for years! I do believe that the staff at the Event Center is there to make your night “Magical”! They are very organized and helpful. My husband and I enjoyed every moment of our wedding! A bride will always worry that something will go wrong, but at the Fleur De Lis Event Center they had everything under control and helped us throw a flawless party!!!

Mr.Chad is very helpful and is there to help with any questions and problems you have! So beautiful!!

Everyone was so helpful before, during and after the event. I would and already have recommended the venue to future brides. Directions should be put on the website, mapquest and such got a few of our guests lost.

Beautiful venue, very professional. Everything was easy for us for they literally did everything! The wedding coordinator was fantastic and the owner is awesome! The kitchen dropped my wedding cake on accident (which happens) but none of the guests even noticed. Would recommend to everyone for their next event.

Make sure you provide the type of music genre you like if you decide to go with the in house dj. Food and service was great.

Beautiful facility both inside and out. They were accommodating and very attentive to details. My husband and I both went in to talk with the owner and reserve the date for our big day. We told him we wanted small and did not expect even 100 guests. He insisted we draw up the contract for 100 and that we could change it up to two weeks before the wedding day. We went to the office 2 weeks before to make our final payment and told the girl in the office who took the payment that we would only have about 70 guests and we needed to change the number in our contract so we weren't paying for extra guests. We wanted the balance adjusted that day but she told us she could not change it because only the owner could do so and he was not there that day. We did not want to lose our reservation so she told us to go ahead and pay the current balance and we would be reimbursed after the wedding. Big mistake on our part! She didn't bother to tell the owner that we changed the number of guests before the wedding so when we called after to get our refund the accountant told us he couldn't do it because they prepared food and other items for 100. Also, we never received the thumb drive for our photo booth so I had to go back to the facility to get it as we were told it was waiting for us but it wasn't. I had to sit there for about 30 minutes for the employee to tell me he couldn't find it anywhere and would have to make me a new one. So he finally gets it downloaded and I get all the way home just to find that I had two other parties on the drive but nothing from my own wedding! It was a hassle. Again, nice facility but make sure you talk directly to the owner when you make changes and definitely get it in writing. Also, do yourselves and your guests a favor and hand out maps to the venue! Several guests were lost because no signs exist and GPS sites gave wrong directions. Wedding was delayed as a result which reduced our reception time and some guests still only made the reception!

My bestie is getting married here, and it brought me back down memory lane. Come with me, if you will....This was back in 2013/2014, so maybe they'd take my dirty gay money in 2020 if I were inclined to get married again. Initially e-mailed to ask for pricing using gender-neutral language. Got an e-mail back immediately. Wrote back re: the availability for two dressing rooms since my wife and I are both women. Crickets. E-mailed again. Nothin'.

Got an e-mail from them, two months after this:

I hope everything is going well with the planning for your event. I just wanted to ask for a quick update on where you are in your decision process. We look forward to the chance of serving you.

So I responded...

Well, after I sent you an e-mail responding to the initial package prices with things that I wanted differently, no one ever responded with a new quote. Because of that, my future wife and I are planning on having our wedding in Pensacola instead of the New Orleans area, but I am definitely still willing to take a look at our options with your facility.

And I get an e-mail back saying:
Sorry for the issue good luck in Pensacola I'm sure everything will go well.

I can't tell if they just have exceptionally poor reading comprehension or they just remembered why they don't want my business (read: wedding with two ladies), but I explicitly stated in my e-mail that I was willing to see the package options again. I was giving them an opportunity to make it right, and they totally blew me off.

To add insult to injury, I then somehow ended up on their e-mail marketing list. Homophobia ain't the look, peeps. Go elsewhere with your wedding cash. We ended up getting married at the beautiful AND inclusive Felicity Church.
