Top Photographer on the Big Island

When we confirmed the Fairmont Orchid Hotel as the venue for our son and daughter-in-law's wedding on the Big Island at the end of August, our top priority was contracting with Josh from Fletch Photography. We engaged Josh for the initial two days of our three-day celebration, and he delivered outstanding results on both occasions. From the Welcome Luau the day before the wedding to capturing every moment on the Wedding Day (from 12 PM to 10 PM), Josh's work was truly magical. More than just a talented photographer, Josh is a wonderful person, and Nick and Lindsay thoroughly enjoyed their time with him. Josh consistently collaborated with us, and we anticipate that the final photos will be absolutely stunning!

Having worked with numerous photographers in my profession who tend to be prima donnas, I can confidently say that this is not the case with Josh. I urge anyone planning their wedding to secure Josh's services as soon as possible after setting their wedding date. I assure you that it will be one of the best decisions you make for your special day!

In awe over Fletch Photography

I knew I was going to have a hard time picking a photographer when I started the journey to getting married. Having a best friend who had done my all my photos in the past and I felt so comfortable with, I knew I was going to be nervous to try a different style or be with someone I didn't know. Hands down photography was my most important detail of my wedding to me. It was an obvious choice as soon as I saw Fletch's portfolio. A perfect blend of beautiful Hawaiian colors, mixed with his unique style. Josh was the perfect addition to my day. He gave direction when needed, but also was so great at just doing his thing finding the right moments to capture. I knew I loved his worked from what I saw on his portfolio, but growing up I never imagined the truly stunning images I received. Before I even clicked on the link to my gallery, I was in tears from just the photo they chose to add to the email. With as many years in the industry that he has, he has truly mastered the art of capturing Hawaiian lighting, and finding such beautiful moments throughout the entire day. I felt so comfortable with him and the team, they really made everything feel so effortless and natural, even when we would have to stage certain times. I couldn't have asked for better memories to cherish. With all the amazing photos they delivered, now the hardest part is picking our favorites!

Lovely Photo Bus

I couldn't be happier with the photo bus rental from Aloha Splitty at my wedding at Holualoa Inn. The photo bus was an incredible hit with my guests and provided a fun and unique experience for everyone. The coordinator rep was friendly and helpful, ensuring everyone had a great time and getting them in and out of the bus quickly.

There were a variety of props to choose from, allowing everyone to customize their photos to their liking. The print outs were high quality and a larger 4 by 6 size instead of the traditional photo strip, which was a nice touch.

Overall, I highly recommend Aloha Splitty for any event, especially weddings. Their photo bus added a unique and memorable experience for my guests and the photos will be cherished for years to come. Thanks for making my wedding even more special!

Best on the Island!!

I had been stalking Fletch’s Instagram even before we were engaged and having Josh be the photographer for our wedding was a requirement for me. I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made. Josh is so incredibly talented, professional, and really just wonderful to work with!! We have hundreds of beautiful photos, the only problem we have is deciding which ones are our favorites to display!!

Stunning wedding photos, thanks to Fletch Photography!

My husband and I highly recommend hiring Fletch Photography for your wedding! They were immediately responsive with our inquiry and answered all our questions, while providing friendly guidance for a photo package perfect for us. We are so happy with our photos--they are beautiful, artistic and unique, which drew me to their services in the first place. I loved how Josh and Miho helped us feel comfortable, since it can be awkward getting photographed! Their art direction was awesome, we truly have epic and gorgeous photos of our destination wedding.

Josh and Miho were seamless during the ceremony and reception, and the online tool for viewing our photos was a great way see and share our special day, too. Overall a fantastic experience to work with Fletch!

The Best!!

Fletch Photography is without a doubt, the best photographer on the island. Josh’s style and talent is one of a kind, and the only way to describe it, is for you to see it yourself! He has a lot of his work up on his IG page so please check it out!! He did our wedding and engagement photos, and they both came out better than we imagined. As a couple doing a photo shoot for the first time ever, we felt a little silly posing for photos. We talked about how we were worried they were going to come out awkward...but Josh directed us throughout and made us feel at ease. When we got the photos back we were blown away!!! Somehow Josh used his magic to make the photos come out absolutely beautifully! We looked like a picture frame couple and the background looked like a screen saver!! Josh and Emily worked so hard during the wedding and were taking pictures all day. We are so thankful that we had the honor of working with them, because now we have photos we will be proud to show off for a lifetime. Fletch has given us beautiful photos that capture the emotions through out the night. If you are trying to pick a photographer for your wedding or event, PLEASE give Fletch an opportunity. This is the highest quality, most artistic, and most complete set of images I could have wished for on my wedding day. Dream photographer!

JOSH IS THE BEST!!!!! I knew that picking our wedding day photographer was the single most important decision we would make for our wedding, because we would carry those pictures with us forever as reminders of our special day. So I took special care when choosing Fletch and pored over sample albums from photographers all over the big island (and the rest of hawaii) to find the very best. Josh's images stood out: go see his website for yourself, the composition and framing and colors have true artistry that is head and shoulders above the competition.

Come wedding day, Fletch did not disappoint, in fact they exceeded our wildest expectations. Josh came with a colleague so we had 2 camera folks on site. They were both SO kind and sweet, keeping us calm on our big day while also getting us in position for perfect lighting and shooting some stunning shots.

The album download link came back earlier than expected, and we now have thousands and thousands of images, each more perfect and vivid than the next. We asked Fletch to adjust white balance on the b/w photos and they did that kindly for us which was a nice extra touch. Looking back through the photos, not only are they visually stunning but more importantly Fletch took LOTS of pictures of the bride and group, wedding party, and every single guest. Unlike some other photographers who take a billion pictures of the food/decor for their own portfolios, Fletch focuses on the PEOPLE, and there is so much heart and emotions in the photos that were captured on our big day.

This is the highest quality, most artistic, and most complete set of images I could have wished for on my wedding day. Mahalo Fletch for being a dream of a photographer - I will recommend you to anybody getting married in hawaii!!

The Best Memories From My Favorite Day

These two are amazing!!!!!!!! I am speechless, but going to try to put into words how appreciative we are.

When we received our photos, we stayed up for hours looking at them. They are perfect. Collin and I are just blown away by how beautifully they captured our wedding day (which was extremely windy due to a hurricane/tropical storm settling in). The artistry and eye in how they shoot and edit your pictures is the reason why we chose Fletch Photography. They captured our emotion and love in a way that tells a story with these pictures, which was so important to us with only inviting a small amount of family and friends. Mauna Kea Wedding

Josh and Miho are truly an amazing team! They both have a great eye for the composition of photos and understand how to capture amazing moments! My now husband and I, met with Josh and Miho a few months prior to our wedding. After the meeting we knew we had selected the best of the best. Their professionalism and excitement for photography made us even more excited about our wedding day and thinking about all the details.

The best wedding photographers on the Big Island

We researched many photographers, as my husband is a stickler about photography (being a photographer himself). Josh and Miho were wonderful to work with. They are always smiling and joyful, which is contagious. They help you relax on what can be a stressful day. For two people who do not like getting their picture taken, they made it easy and enjoyable. They gave great direction and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. The photos were gorgeous and I couldn't be happier with them. I think I looked at them every day for a month after I got them. From getting ready, to the ceremony, to reception, to the dance floor the photos are perfect. The photos I love the most are the candid photos that you did not even know Josh was taking. We had Josh and Miho as our photographers for our wedding at the Four Seasons in September and couldn't be happier with our choice. Our wedding planner helped coordinate the booking so we didn't have any direct contact with them prior to the wedding. But I reviewed their portfolio extensively and loved the soft romantic feel of all their pictures. I knew that they were the right choice for us.

It took a little over 12 weeks to receive our pictures. Definitely quite a long wait but you can request some previews to show those anxious family members. The wait was worth it though. All the images were so stunning! We were completely blown away. We received so many compliments on them. I don't think there was a single bad picture in the 700+ pictures that we received. You also get them in black and white as well. All pictures were beautifully organized on an online gallery for you to download and show friends and family. Out of all of our vendors, I think they were worth the most of our money. We will treasure these images for a lifetime. Thank you Josh and Miho!

We absolutely loved working with Miho and Josh! They made a stressful part of the day so very easy. We loved having a team of two photographers working throughout the evening to capture us before the ceremony separate, and then together after. They helped us plan out the very best time to take all of the photos. We received so many wonderful pictures only a short time after our big day. LOVE JOSH & MIHO! They were incredible on the wedding day making both my husband and I feel comfortable. They helped us with poses and knew exactly where to take the best shots. osh and Miho exceeded our expectations in every way! Without giving them much direction, they managed to capture every precious moment of our wedding. They knew all the right poses and made sure we had the most beautiful settings behind us. The only thing I really, really wanted, were sunset cliff photos overlooking the ocean. If you are searching for photographers that will capture your big day perfectly, Josh and Miho with Fletch Photography is your team! My husband and I both agree that we thoroughly enjoyed working with Josh and Miho.

We had our wedding at a private beach club in north Kona with about 70 guests. We were fortunate to have a gorgeous sunset with the full moon rising over Hualalai Mountain. They managed to capture the setting even better than I had imagined. I specifically loved our photos of the dance floor action! It was like we were back on the dance floor! Smiles and laughs!

Josh and Miho were professional, down to earth, relaxed and so fun to work with. It was nice to have a husband and wife team that enjoy working together and make it easy and fun for the bride and groom! Thank you Fletch Photography!!

When searching for a wedding photographer, I liked the idea of composing the day as a story to look back on. While still photography is great, I wanted a photographer that could capture special moments happening, as those are the photos that would help us remember the true feeling and emotion of the day. We were married on March 5, 2015 at the Puakea Ranch on the Big Island. We had some reservations on hiring photographers we hadn't met before however Fletch Photography exceeded all our expectations! Their pricing and service options were clearly explained and there were no last minute surprises or shortcomings. Josh is clearly a skilled photographer who works very hard to ensure he captures more than enough special moments. He "dual wields" having 2 cameras at his disposal and often quickly changes lenses to get several different perspectives. Miho is also firing away from unique angles to make sure nothing is missed. They were professional, fun and easy going, and after a short time, we almost forgot they were there.

The quality and quantity of images we received was outstanding. Their editing style is timeless, beautiful and tasteful and every image was provided in both colour and black and white. We can't say enough about Fletch Photography. If you're on the fence about who to chose on the Big Island, look no further.

Josh & his wife Miho are absolute wonderful photographers and even better people, which makes working them incredibly enjoyable. Fortunately, Nina and I had the opportunity to fly to the Big Island 4 months prior to our wedding to interview 3 photographers, which made our decision a no brainer. Our wedding photography was one of our top priorities, and we decided on Fletch Photography based on the beautiful pictures on their website. We were married at the Fairmont Orchid on June 4, and this talented photographer couple knew precisely how and where to take our wedding party and us (bride and groom) to capture the best scenery and light. Josh and Miho were lovely to work with, and clearly know their stuff when it comes to shooting on the Big Island. When we received our pictures back, I was absolutely floored with how absolutely GORGEOUS they all were. Miho and Josh of Fletch Photography were absolutely incredible! What a wonderful team. Our wedding pictures were nothing short of magical, everything we could've wished for and more. Having the two of them there brought an amazing creativity and depth to their work that couldn't have come from a less bonded team. Long overdue amazing 5 star review for Fletch Photography! Josh was our photographer for our May 2nd, 2015 wedding at the Sheraton in Kona on the Big Island and everything was more than perfect. He was so warm and friendly and my entire family loved him right off the bat. Josh has such a talent for catching perfect candid moments with perfect lighting. We took photos at the wedding site, on the lava rocks overlooking the ocean, in the chapel, all over the resort! I would not change one thing about my wedding day and photos. Where do I begin? Josh & Miho were great. Our wedding was very spontaneous. I contacted Josh via phone about 2 weeks before we flew to the Big Island and he was very welcoming over the phone. I told Josh how much we could afford and he told me what he would do and I agreed. Of course we checked out their work before we had contacted them and boy, did we like their work. I didn't get a physical confirmation(text, email, etc.) but he told me he put us down on THE calendar. When you look for an artist, you can see how they like to shoot, you can see what their artwork is like so when Josh said he could booked us on his calendar, we were ecstatic. We contacted each other the day before and on the big day to sort out all the details like location and time. Josh and Miho arrived right on time. We started the ceremony and it went by just like that. We left it up for Josh to tell us what to do during the shoot. He showed us one of the images and that's all we needed for confirmation. They were very easy to work with. We shot over what we'd paid for and they were fine with it. I guess it's all in the moment. It took about two months to get the pictures but we understood how busy they could be. We read the FAQ on their website. We're aware and prepared for the two months, lol. We love their work and we personally recommend THEM. If you love their artwork, please contact them. Wedding pictures are memories that will last forever and we wanted nice ones. You get what you pay for so pay up! Or you can go with the cheap dude with the dark and under-exposed emo artwork for half price lol.

I dont know where to start, we receiver our photo gallery link last night and I am speechless. I cant believe how AMAZING everything looks!!!! I cant believe thats actually my wedding!! These two are such an amazing team to work with. It was easy, I didnt have to manage them, they got my entire shot list and more!! Everything just looks like a dream!! We had our wedding in the water, so as soon as I saw their website, I KNEW they were the photographers for us.

Not sure where to start but I guess a bit of background info might help to paint a better picture. We are based in the UK and wanted to get married in Hawaii. Our wedding planner was ever so helpful in choosing the location and arranging the details of the wedding including the photographer. We were given a choice of 7 or so photographers and we had to pick one just judging by their work posted on their websites. There were some that I (the groom) quite liked and there some that missus liked, however, the one we both could agree on was Fletch Photography. Their work instantly amazed us both and decision was made.

On the day pictures were taken by Josh, who is professional as well as easygoing person. Working with him was absolute pleasure and everything went very smooth. How brilliant he is as a photographer we only managed to find out when we got our pictures 2 days ago and it absolutely blew us away. His artistic vision is second to none and the quality of the pictures is outstanding. Certainly brings those beautiful memories back.

If we are ever back in Hawaii for a special occasion we will most certainly want him to capture it.

Wow.

Where do I begin?

I started my wedding planning a year and a half before the actual date. When I booked the location (the Hilton Waikoloa Village), I looked through their list of preferred photographers. When I saw Fletch Photography's website, I didn't look any further. I knew I wanted them. I booked them a year and a half in advance, also. I was worried they would forget about me since I booked so far in advance. Fortunately, they were responsive in their emails and reassured me they would be there.

My husband and I eloped, so being just the two of us, it was a very intimate ceremony and time in our lives and Fletch Photography captured every moment. Josh and Miho are both friendly and you can tell they love their job. Miho went out of her way to help me get into my dress, zip me up, etc. since I didn't have a maid of honor to do it. Both Josh and Miho were FABULOUS. They were so much fun to be around. The ceremony and after, Josh and Miho weren't obtrusive at all--my husband and I were literally in our own world, and they were capturing every second!

Now, looking at our pictures, I am literally speechless. Josh and Miho's work is phenomenal. They took pictures of things I wasn't even expecting; plus, they captured shots from different angles, making our photos really unique and natural. I cannot say enough about them. I recommend them wholeheartedly. You won't be sorry! They are truly wonderful.

Josh is the most talented and professional gentleman that I have ever worked with. We got remarried with our 4 young children at the Four Seasons on the Big Island of Hawaii, Kona. The pictures were beyond my imagination and not one detail was missed. I realized that Josh was more than amazing when I saw the video and heard how wonderful he was with my twin boys who are 5 and our 8 and 10 year old. He took lovely shots of everyone and didn't mess one guest. The best part (aside from the fabulous photos) was that there were several photo styles, posed, candids, photojournalist style and then the very perfects ones that told our story and showed all of the amazing things about the wonderful property that just take your breadth away!!!!

After having seen their portfolio online, I had high hopes and after speaking to them I was reassured that they were professional and likeable, too. So my expectations for my wedding day were quite high, but on the day Josh and Miho exceeded all my hopes and expectations. They were so lovely, helpful and nice, not only did they make shooting our special day tremendous fun, but also the photos they sent us a couple of months later were simply fantastic! They somehow managed to capture the beauty of our tropical surroundings, make us look lovely, and include all the tiny little details that made everything memorable and special. I loved working with Fletch photography! They were very easy going and made you feel comfortable in front of the camera. They listen to what is important to you on your big day and they make sure they capture it. We got married during the their busy session and needed some photos of the wedding for our reception when we got home about a week later. Josh and Miho are an amazing team. Their work is completed with care and is beautiful and artistic. We loved working with them during our wedding at The Four Seasons on the island of Hawaii. Josh and Miho went out of their way to give us the wedding photographs of our dreams... UNDERWATER!!! We can not recommend Josh and Miho enough. We wanted photographs that were stunning and artistic and not your typical wedding shots. The Fletch photography site caught my eye right away. Their photographs were alive and beautiful and FUN!!! They shot our wedding day and then came back 2 days later at our request to shoot some underwater photographs. The wedding day photographs are beautiful. There are so many great shots to choose from that we have a hard time even picking. The underwater photographs from the other shoot are nothing short of amazing. Soft, weightless, dreamy, gorgeous. They turned out better than we could have ever imagined. The whole time they were friendly, and easy to work with. Josh jumped right in and got underwater to get every angle possible to capture all of the shots that we could think of and many many more. Let me start out by saying that having Josh and Miho shoot our wedding MADE our wedding. Being from Canada and having our wedding at the Four Seasons Hualalai was a dream for my wife and I. We planned an intimate wedding and knew that we wanted to capture moments from the wedding for everyone that was unable to attend. The Big Island does offer quite a few options when it comes to photographers, but Josh and Miho were without a doubt the best when it came to quality.

I am a multimedia designer for a professional sports organization and, in my everyday job, capturing the very best images is paramount. Since I was going to be the subject being captured, my standards were very high.

For anyone considering hiring Josh and Miho - DO IT! You are going to look back at your wedding images for 50+ years so you might as well have one of the best wedding photographers in Hawaii shoot your wedding.

They are a dream to deal with, they showed up early, stayed late and were ALWAYS taking pictures. We didn't know we were going to receive so many images and we are glad that we chose Josh and Miho.

I realize that I'm quite picky and particular about what I want and what I like. That being said I think you should know that Josh and Miho are amazing! I have absolutely nothing but praises for them. Here are some reasons why.

1. Our pictures are breathtakingly BEAUTIFUL!!!l Somehow they seem to totally capture our love and the energy of our special day. They are very talented!
2. We got 2 photographers and 2 different shots of many of the same scene for the price of 1. Who else can offer that?
3. I think they are the ninjas of wedding photography. They were quietly, fluidly and lovingly capturing our wedding without stopping the flow of it. Their presence was happy, supportive, gentle and nonintrusive.

I truly can't say enough about these two. They are professional, sweet and best of all they beautifully captured our special day in a magical way that we will enjoy for the rest of our lives thanks to Josh and Miho. If you're trying to decide who to go with choose Fletch Photography. Take it from a very picky person, you won't be disappointed.

The best wedding photographers in Hawaii!
If you want your wedding photos to be fascinating, uncommon, awesome and just WOW - Fletch photography is the right choice!
It was a great pleasure working with Josh&Miho from the beginning to the end.
Before the wedding they took time to understand what kind of wedding pictures I need and I like. After this was done, we exchange contacts and made a contract, which was very clear about everything. The communication with them before the wedding was great and I was more than sure that I have nothing to worry about them showing up in time or etc.
At the wedding day there were fantastic, just two professionals doing there job, setting up the positive mood, suggesting photo positions and catching all the important moments and details.
When I saw our wedding pictures the first time I stared at them for a while before I could say anything- they were just amazing! We could not believe how well and beautiful they have expressed the wedding mood on the photos. The most common comment from my friends and family was: " Your wedding photos look like a dream or a fairy tale" :):).
I just can't be happier that I chose Fletch Photography for my wedding!. I'm sure nobody could have done such a great job with our photos as they did.

We had so much fun with Josh and Miho! They made us both feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Their passion for what they do was very apparent. They not only captured the formal side of it, we also have many candid photos. We love our personalized discs.

Hopefully when we return The Big Island with our family we can schedule a family session.

The best choice you can make on your wedding day is to have Josh & Miho Fletcher there to capture your special day. They are warm, friendly, and extremely creative. They put every ounce of their energy into taking the best photos, while being open to concerns you might have. I remember waiting with excitement and anticipation for the photos to be available and wow, they didn't disappoint. Josh and Miho were fabulous! My original wedding photographer cancelled on me less than a month before my wedding, but I ended up getting more than I could have hoped for from these two. They were so accommodating and really a pleasure to work with, and it shows in the photos they take - everything about our pictures is relaxed and cool, but more than that they are technically beautiful. I love that I have these pictures to remember that day for the rest of my life!
I try to convince my husband we should get married every year because it was so fun the first time. He doesn't go for the idea so much, but if he did I would ask Josh and Miho to be our photographers every time :)

This is the second event we had the pleasure of working with Josh and Miho of Fletch Photography. After using them for my son's wedding and seeing the results, I knew we would want to use them again at my daughter's wedding.

They did a tremendous job, were very professional and we had no worries or doubts about how wonderful a job they would do. They made us feel comfortable and confident that everything would go as planned...and it did!

We just received the slideshow and images for my daughter's recent wedding in Hawaii and they captured the event perfectly! Josh and Miho are a great team, wonderful people, prompt and make you feel at ease, which was especially helpful knowing when planning a destination wedding. Too bad we don't have any more weddings to plan...We would definitely use them again (No other children).

YOU WILL LOVE FLETCH PHOTOGRAPHY!!!!! I first met Josh and Miho for my wedding photos in 2009 - the photos were gorgeous! Over the past few years I then have had the pleasure of working with them on several occasions (i am a wedding planner) and always was confident in their professionalism, fun and friendly demeanor and most significantly the beautiful and creative photography. Josh and Miho work so well together in capturing the spirit, personality and feeling of your event. They make the experience so fun and comfortable whether its an hour or an all day session. Their photos are fabulous - really capturing the feeling rather than just pictures and the use of light and color is great. Pictures are edited and timely and they are quick to respond, send updates and make sure you are completely thrilled with the full experience. When my family left Hawaii in February 2013 I knew I had to have Fletch Photography capture family photos of the town and area where my husband was born and raised, and where we met and started our family - we just got the proofs (in only a few weeks) and they are better than I hoped they would be! They not only caputured my family in some great ways (including my 1 year olds entertaining personality) but they also got the feelings of our town and the valley near our home. We had an absolutely wonderful time with Josh & Miho on our wedding day! They were both unnoticeable and very accommodating at the same time while capturing our ceremony & reception. I was concerned that the lighting would be an issue since we got married around noon, but the pictures turned out great! They were both very professional and made us feel right at ease. With all the excitement of the day we're so happy to have all of our pictures to help us relive & remember our special day. After our wedding we were able to see our pictures on an online gallery & they were nice enough to email us some right away so we could order our thank you cards. The coffee table book that came with our photography package is absolutely gorgeous too! What a great way to be able to display/share our pictures! In summary:
- Very friendly, down-to-earth couple of photographers who have an obvious passion for each other and for what they do. I think it shows in the pictures they take and it's important in my mind to hire someone who is not jaded
- Gorgeous pictures, natural looking and reflect emotions
- Both of them took pictures
- Overall experience was great

Our wedding was a small and intimate affair with only our 2 year old daughter, on Kukio beach on the big island at sunset. We planned our wedding by email and phone with a wedding planner who recommended Josh and Miho. We never met them before the actual ceremony. They worked in tandem, Miho was waiting for us in the parking lot and started shooting as soon as we got out of the limo while Josh was waiting for us on the beach. I appreciated the fact that while he was waiting, he snapped a few pictures of the beach and the set up, including turtles. They were very professional, very good with our daughter who started getting cranky towards the end. Since both of them shoot, they could take us from different angles at the same time. I'm usually not comfortable in front of a camera, but they were able to take pictures where the poses are natural and subtle instead of looking forced. Photos turned out beautiful. they shot gorgeous portraits of our daughter which have become the entire family's favorite. Our couple pictures really reflect the emotions of the day which in the end is really what it's all about.
Our experience with them could not have been any better. The only minor downside is that we had to wait about a month to get a first look of the pictures. They sent us CD with all pictures in color and BW shortly after they posted the pix on their website. I have to say it was well worth the wait.

My husband and I recently renewed our vows at the Hilton Waikoloa Resort. We arranged for a wedding package through the resort and fortunately Fletch Photography was a preferred vendor. The service through resort was efficient and professional and everything from the cake to photography was arranged seamlessly through the resort. Kristine (onsite wedding coordinator at Hilton Resort) was fantastic, and with her assistance everything was so smooth and stress free. The resort is as picturesque as they come and our guests loved the location. On recommendation of the Resort, my husband and I selected Josh and Miho as our photographers, and we are so glad we did! Our pictures turned out to be beyond amazing and we couldn’t be more thrilled with them. Josh and Miho were able to ensure the love my husband and I share was captured, along with the special bonds we share with the family and friends that were present. Josh and Miho go “above and beyond" your expectations, and they are so easy-going that everyone feels very comfortable and at ease with them there. They are truly outstanding photographers who have an unbelievable ability to "storytell life". Our favourite pictures are definitely the ones that are truly that; storytelling our life. They captured unique, beautiful moments of love, fun and laughter as it occurred. We were so surprised when they also captured small details we overlooked on our special day such as the wedding guest favours. The pictures Josh and Miho took for us bring back much of the happiness we felt the day of. They are both passionate and love what they do. I would highly recommend them to any couple getting married on the Big Island (or anywhere for that matter!). You will not be disappointed!

Our wedding was very small, intimate and simple but we still wanted to have lots of pictures to remember our special day. Josh and Miho did just that and more. My husband and I are not glamorous people but the pictures came out absolutely gorgeous. When we received our images, we were so surprised to see that Josh and Miho captured EVERYTHING… the scenery, our guests, the ceremony, the emotions, everything. Josh and Miho are OUTSTANDING at what they do! Not only is their work beautiful, but they are great and easy to work with. Our friends and family all agree that our pictures turned out phenomenal and we feel very fortunate to have had Josh and Miho there to capture such a big day for us. In addition to their great work, they were also very responsive. We had a reception back home 2 weeks after our wedding. Josh and Miho sent us a preview of a few of our pictures so we could share them with our friends and family. Our discs took a little longer to be completed then they originally thought (busy season for them!) but they were honest and professional and kept they us up to date on when they would be shipped. Josh and Miho were great. They worked with us every step of the way. They were very flexible and able to accomodate our every need. The fact that they're a team and can shoot photo's at multiple locations at once was great because they were able to capture both my wife and I getting ready prior to the wedding. My husband & I decided to get married along with 20 something of our closest family and friends in Hawaii. We found Fletch and immediately decided they were for us. A few months later, the resort we had picked out was damaged and shut down due to the tsunami (crazy). We were so sad because we really wanted that place! After alot of searching, we found and picked a different wedding venue on a different island, Maui. I contacted Fletch and told him my decision to move it hoping it wouldnt be difficult, and it wasnt at all! Im so glad we decided to stick with them and fly them to Maui to capture the most magical day of our lives! Now we have hundreds of amazing images that will literally last a lifetime. What I think I love about Fletch, is the timeless feeling that all the images have! Not a typical trendy photographer, that does whats in style, but real artists that will be beautiful and timeless for as long as we can cherish them. We are very happy with the quality and how amazing each and every picture is! If you are getting married anywhere on any Hawaiian Island, take Fletch with! You will not be dissapointed :)
