Elegant, Modern, and Stunning!
We were searching for a modern, elegant venue and Fleetwood exceeded every expectation. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the spaces are thoughtfully designed, and from the moment we toured, we knew this was it. During our visit, the team introduced us to their new Meadow space, which instantly felt like the perfect setting to bring our ceremony vision to life. The reception space’s high ceilings, stunning chandeliers, gorgeous natural lighting, and overall modern aesthetic created the ideal blank canvas for our design dreams. The bridal and groom suites were comfortable, spacious, and made getting ready such an enjoyable experience.
Fleetwood also offers an excellent wine selection, which our guests absolutely loved. The staff, both leading up to the wedding and on the day of, were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their professionalism and support were unmatched. Jack patiently answered my million questions and consistently went above and beyond to make sure our vision came to life. The team was flexible, accommodating, and truly invested in making our day extraordinary. We had a Friday wedding in October, and it was nothing short of perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend Fleetwood Farm Winery to any couple looking for a modern, stunning, and well-supported wedding experience. -

We had an incredible wedding at Fleetwood on 9/14/24. Jennifer, the main events POC at Fleetwood, was amazing to work with and provided us with a great preferred vendor list (most of which we worked with!) that helped us create our dream day. Our ceremony was in the beautiful secret garden ceremony space, our cocktail hour was in a hybrid indoor/outdoor space, and our reception was in the loft. We received endless compliments from our guests on how beautiful the space and grounds were and how nicely the event flowed from space to space. I was nervous because we had a larger guest count than anticipated but the space was able to accommodate our 188 person guest count and still have a dance floor! We could go on and on, but it was truly a magical day and Fleetwood and Jennifer played a large role in that. We can't wait to come back for date nights! -

Jennifer and her team were wonderful to deal with from start to finish! We had to unfortunately change our wedding date due to military orders and they were so accommodating and understanding. The venue is beautiful and has everything you need from a gorgeous bridal suite, separate groom’s suite, an enclosed ceremony garden, a spacious loft for the reception and beautiful backdrops for photos with the vineyards and landscaping. They also provide you with a recommended vendors list which was helpful for booking. We loved having our wedding here!! -

Jennifer and Alex were the dream team to work with. Always professional, responsive and had lots of great ideas. Jennifer helped us with logistics and set up and worked beautifully with our vendors from The Manor and Zesty Gourmet, the caterers. Alex is the wine professional and was so helpful with our choices for the reception and dinner. -

Married 7.15.23; we got married in the secret garden with minimal decorations because of how lush everything was! That was my main draw to the property- all the vines/greenery/nature. The cocktail hour space and reception space had a nice flow and we loved utilizing the tables/chairs that were already included. We also appreciated the separate bathrooms for our guests. We utilized their vendor recommendations and they all did a phenomenal job. It was helpful to have florists, catering, DJ service, day of coordinator, and videographer services already have familiarity with the location which provided a smooth/group effort atmosphere. We did utilize the groom/bride getting ready space which was nice, although as a bride with a large bridal party- we had to do hair and makeup elsewhere because we received the bridal space/reception space starting at 11am and we needed to start at 8am to get everything ready. The space is so customizable you can practically do anything with your decor etc. They had a great selection for wine as well- our guest really enjoyed it! There is also a ton of parking and we utilized buses for transportation. They are also one of the only venues that we found in the area that had the option of going until midnight, which we did end up doing. We had about 130 people and that felt just right with the space in the middle of a heat wave. The event space is perfect for weddings (built in bar, outside area if people want to sit away from the music, getting ready area, garden for the ceremony, great cocktail space etc.) Thank you for having us! -

Fleetwoods beautiful garden was perfect for our Modern Secret Garden Wedding in the beginning of June. We couldn't have asked for a better set up with cocktail hour being outside and down in the barrel room. The reception space had a modern farmhouse touch with a wonderful deck for guest to go out and relax. Jennifer was fantastic to work with as we had a vision for our wedding that they made come true. The wine got so many compliments from our guests ( we only had 6 bottles left!). Truly an amazing place that will forever be in our hearts and many many winery visits to come! -

Beautiful Wedding Venue!
Fleetwood was a dream venue! Not only is it a beautiful setting, but it's also so convenient. There's getting ready space for both wedding parties, beautiful outdoor ceremony space in the Secret Garden, outdoor and indoor cocktail hour space, then a short walk up to The Loft for the reception. Jennifer is so great to work with and is super helpful! Would recommend Fleetwood to anyone! -

Beautiful Venue and Perfect Wedding Location!
We fell in love with Fleetwood Farm Winery when we toured the venue when it was under construction. We knew we wanted a winery wedding and Fleetwood offered everything we were looking for! Although the Grand Terrace was not complete when we initially toured the venue, we knew it would be beautiful and it certainly did not disappoint!
The grounds are beautiful and full of greenery, impeccable landscaping, and kept up perfectly. The location is ideal in Loudoun County as it is a short drive outside the DC area where a lot of our guests are located, but still offers the scenery of a private winery setting. What we loved so much about the venue is all the unique spaces we were able to utilize. The bridal room, inside the manor house, was perfect for the bridal party to get ready, while the carriage house, which is completely separate building, was the perfect lounging space for the guys! Our ceremony was held outside on the lawn, then guests moved to cocktail hour inside the tasting room and on the patio adjacent to the tasting room. Then we all moved to the Grand Terrace for a sit down dinner and dancing! The terrace also has a wraparound porch where guests could step out and enjoy the fire pits. The venue has so many great spaces to move around on the perfect flow! We had so many compliments from our guests raving about how beautiful the venue was and how it’s such a hidden gem in the heart of Loudoun County!
The event staff were nothing but professional throughout the entire process and even allowed us exclusive use of the tasting room before we rehearsed the ceremony so we could have a small and casual get together with our closest friends and family before we rehearsed. This was so nice and unexpected and just shows how above and beyond they went to make our day special!
The best part about Fleetwood Farm Winery is that my husband and I can now go back on anniversaries or special occasions and relive our special day! -

We toured Fleetwood Farm Winery, while it was still under construction, during the Loudoun Wedding Open House in 2018. We went to over ten venues, but Fleetwood stood out immediately! The property is owned by a Landscaper turned Winery owner, so the grounds are beautiful. If you are even considering Fleetwood, please go there and have a glass of their excellent wine! Once we booked the venue, Jennifer, their event coordinator, was constantly available to answer our questions. She held multiple hour long in-person meetings with us to answer all our questions, help recommend vendors, walk us through logistics, and taste wine. We eventually hired Jennifer to also be our day of coordinator. Jennifer and Zach, their Operations Manager, made the day-of absolutely flawless. We didn't talk to a single vendor day of (which we wanted!) - Jennifer and Zach handled every detail. We can't say enough great things about Fleetwood and their team! -

The team at Fleetwood, Jennifer and Zach, made all our wedding plans so seamless and straight forward. From the beginning, they helped us easily work through what could have been a hectic planning process. Jennifer was super responsive with all email communications from start your to end. She answered questions outside of the winery's area of expertise helping us with logistics (buses, tents). During the wedding weekend, they made sure to check in on us throughout the entire day. The Manor House is perfect for your bridal party - so easy to have everyone in one place. From the start of the ceremony to the last dance, we were taken care of like we were family. Our guests raved about the grounds, the fire pits, even the corn hole! From a planning perspective, we had 150 total guests and had a seated dinner. Inside the Grand Terrace, we were perfectly situated at long tables that also allowed us to move around to visit with friends and family. Our band (9 piece) was outside near another bar so that the flow for the party allowed everyone to socialize easily. What is so special is that we can go back to Fleetwood anytime and relive our wedding memories over a glass of wine. Thank you to the entire Fleetwood team for making our wedding weekend so special! -

Dream wedding venue
Fleetwood has been a DREAM to work with including their amazing events team, Jennifer and Zach. The best part about Fleetwood is the distinct spaces it offers. Many other vineyards we looked at had everything in one spot or very near to each other so the flow felt off. At Fleetwood, there is a distinct spot for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception without feeling too big. Our guests loved the beautiful grounds, the corn hole and fire pits at night. The reception area is a dream. We were worried about noise from times we had visited for a tasting on weekends but it was perfect, no one complained and you could hear everyone.
We used Jennifer as our day of coordinator and that was the best money I've ever spent. Jennifer and Zach made the day feel effortless, which tells you how much work they put into it. I showed her a few pictures, gave her the decorations and she did the magic of putting it all together. If you book Fleetwood I 100% recommend working with them. This venue is a gem and I cannot recommend it more for your wedding day. We received so many compliments on beautiful the space is. The owners have done a terrific job of keeping the historic feel with updated touches.
If you want the perfect vineyard wedding with delicious wine, amazing staff and lush grounds Fleetwood is your spot. -

My husband and I got married here last Thursday, 3/14/19 and had truly an amazing experience! We were on a really short runway (like...3 weeks to plan) because my mom is sick and we wanted to have a ceremony while she was still with us. Fleetwood went above and beyond to accommodate us and set up alternative ceremony sites that were wheelchair accessible. Things were a bit disorganized on our end, but Jennifer kept things running smoothly and the entire staff was SO amazing. When we did our walkthrough before hand, I literally teared up because they were the one vendor that made everything easier for us, instead of adding extra stress. I would 10/10 recommend Fleetwood Farm!
As a side note, we love coming here just for a drink as well. Great atmosphere, good wine, and the charcuterie board is so yummy! -
Claire Sent on 08/02/2018I was just recently married at Fleetwood, and I couldn't be happier! It truly was the best day of my life, and I owe so much of that to them. Fleetwood will forever hold a special place in my heart. As their first wedding, I was able to watch the magic as they finished the venue - perfecting every little thing with care. I only had 5 months to plan, it was such a relief to find them, and check so many boxes. I had a venue, caterer, wedding planner, baker, and rentals checked off my list. This made my life much easier and wedding planning enjoyable.
The venue:
The venue is right outside of Ashburn, an easy uber ride from the Fairfax County area (this was huge for me). And it is STUNNING! It is unlike any other venue, it gives you such a genuine, historical, comfortable feel but with brand new, stylish updates. I immediately fell in love, the 1745 farmhouse and their breathtaking grounds, everything is newly renovated, the bridal suite is gorgeous, the bistro-lit brick courtyard is magical and the pavilion with it's fireplace and giant deck is everything. I half jokingly tell my husband that we will buy that place one day because I love it that much.
The Staff:
Fleetwood's team is so professional, caring and talented (each in their own way). Christina of Bluewater Kitchen (their catering partner) is my girl and my inspiration. She is so talented, and she helped me every step of the way from the menu, dessert, decor, planning, and moral support. She is amazing. Her husband Michael is an unbelievable chef, I still have friends and family raving about the food. The day of, I did not have one care in the world, the Fleetwood team took care of everything and it was beautiful.
Sorry for writing a novel, but I cannot say enough about Fleetwood! 10/10 recommend :) -

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue. We worked with Jack, and from the very beginning he was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. During our initial tour, he took his time showing us the entire space, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and never once made us feel pressured. He even invited us to stay and enjoy the dueling piano night they were hosting that evening, which really spoke to how welcoming and genuine he is. Throughout the entire process, he was always helpful and happy to answer any questions we had.
The winery itself is absolutely stunning. The grounds are impeccably maintained, and you can truly tell they used to be a landscaping company—the attention to detail shows everywhere you look. The “secret garden” is a magical space and the perfect setting for an intimate ceremony. The flow of the space is very intentional with weddings in mind. Guests move from the ceremony site to the patio with cocktail tables, flowing into the downstairs space with a full bar, couches, and wine barrels. After that, guests are brought upstairs to the reception space, which is an enormous open space with vaulted ceilings and beautiful chandeliers. The interior is just as beautiful as the outside.
The bridal suite and groom’s suite were also perfect for getting ready. Having so much space, and being on-site already made the morning feel relaxed and fun. We even ordered lunch through the venue so we could snack throughout the day, which made everything so convenient. Jack even helped us decide what to get! We can’t recommend this venue enough for couples looking for a beautiful and unforgettable wedding day.

We got married at Fleetwood two weeks ago! We actually toured Fleetwood the first weekend it opened back in May 2018. It was the first venue we saw and we just couldn't shake how much we liked it. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and landscaping is going to make for amazing photos. Working with Jennifer, the event manager, and the Fleetwood staff was easy. Jennifer was quick to respond to questions and was always willing to hop on the phone. I really appreciated that she reached out to me about changing the location of our ceremony after they had a storm, so the tree we originally wanted to do the ceremony wasn't quite as lush as when we saw it. We were a little nervous about the wine requirement.
We thought we would have so much leftover that it would end out being an unnecessary expense. In the end, we only had about 6 bottles leftover, so it actually turned out to be just the right amount.
All in all, would highly recommend! -

A perfect backdrop for our fall wedding!
Fleetwood Farm was the first venue we toured, and after seeing it, every other venue we saw just paled in comparison. We knew we wanted a venue with natural beauty for a romantic garden-like feel both inside and outside and Fleetwood did not disappoint. Between the beautiful secret garden for the ceremony, the cocktail hour with an inside/outside option, and the beautiful wooden accents throughout the reception space - it created an atmosphere that exceeded our expectations. The property has many beautiful spots for photos, is conveniently located to both Ashburn and Leesburg (meaning a shorter commute for your guests) and has a great flow from space to space. Jennifer, our venue coordinator, was responsive, organized, and was always on hand to give us a bit of direction or answer our questions, making the planning process easier and stress-free for us. Thank you, Fleetwood, for an amazing backdrop to our day! -
