I had the utmost pleasure of booking Stephanie (owner of Flawless) to do mine and my bridesmaids' hair for my June 2024 wedding and could not have asked for anything more! I have naturally curly hair and every time I have had it professionally done, I hated it and felt like the stylist did not know how to work with my hair type so I was a little nervous going into my hair trial. I wanted to wear my hair down but knew with an outdoor venue and the summer humidity, it would frizz up before it started and I would constantly worry about it the whole night. Right off the bat, Stephanie listened to my concerns, offered great advice for the best chance to keep it from frizzing, and the trial went perfect. I ended up asking her to stay until after the ceremony to then do an up-do for the reception, which she was more than happy to accommodate and for a reasonable price! I didn’t know, however, that with that came way more than just a hair stylist. I felt like a movie star because she stayed with me the entire day and would constantly touch up my hair and the bridal party’s to make sure it was all perfect the whole time. She even helped steam my dress, fluff my gown for pictures, adjust my dress before I walked down the aisle, and find the rings when we thought we lost them. Way more than she needed to but that’s just the type of person she is! She’ll go above and beyond to make sure your day goes off ~flawlessly~!! Throughout the 7 hours I had my hair down, there was no sign of frizz and everything was as smooth as when she first did it. I couldn’t believe it and was so happy with how it turned out! And then she turned right around and threw my hair up so quickly in the most gorgeous low bun during cocktail hour, which stayed perfect the rest of the night. This is the first time I actually felt like any hair stylist has been able to work with my texture and I couldn’t be happier it. Not only that, but Stephanie was such a joy to be around the entire day. She compliments everyone but in such a genuine way that lets you know she doesn’t just throw them out without meaning. Her easy-going personality can fit into any situation and there is something so calming about how she works and talks to you. Incredibly professional as well on top of everything else! I couldn’t recommend Flawless On Site more and even more specifically Stephanie. You won’t be disappointed!

An Amazing On Site Hair Services Vendor
Flawless On Site's offerings and quality of artists is exactly what I wanted when I was looking for hair services for my April 2024 wedding. All of their artists are super talented, and I was fortunate enough to work with Sara. She is not only super sweet and very down-to-earth to work with, but she made sure she brought my hair vision to life. She also was amazing with all the ladies in my bridal suite - even our flower girl's hair came out so cute! I would recommend Flawless On Site to anyone, and I would definitely work with Sara again in the future if I needed hair services for another event.

Flawless - Madison is Incredible
I truly cannot recommend Flawless, specifically Madison, enough!!! I was so happy after my bridal hair trial; Madison completely understood my vision even though I only had a blurry screenshot of a video to show her what I wanted. My hair looked better than I imagined and better than I thought it ever could!!! I was so impressed after this experience, that I booked Madison again for a Cleanse + Blow Dry Style for my rehearsal in addition to the wedding day. While it looked amazing at the trial and rehearsal, my hair was even more beautiful on my wedding day!! I really CANNOT emphasize enough how beautiful I felt. I received nonstop compliments all evening and my hair style lasted through repetitive placing and removing of the veil/dancing/drinking... My hair continued to look great all night and I never once worry about fixing it.
Madison also made all my bridesmaids, moms, and grandmas look absolutely gorgeous. There was a range of styles with updos and hair down, braids and twists; but Madison somehow achieved a cohesive look while giving everyone their preferred style and making them feel beautiful. We all could not stop talking about how this was the best wedding hair service we all had experienced! Not only did we feel beautiful and receive the exact style we requested; we had so much fun with Madison and her team, and she moved through our large group with ease. Book them for your wedding!
My bridal hair trial was used for my bridal shoot (see photos), and that was just the trial! Again, it was even better on the wedding day! After working with Madison three times, I feel like she is now a friend, and I will create events just to work with her again and again.

I was lucky enough to book the absolute Dream Team of Leah (Blushtones) and Stephanie (Flawless on Site) for my wedding this past July and could not have been happier!! Not only are they experts at their craft, but they are also so much fun to be around!! They listened closely to what I envisioned for both my hair and makeup and provided excellent suggestions. They absolutely nailed it and I’ve never felt more beautiful because of them. Sara is the Best!
I am so happy to have found Sara and the ladies at Flawless for my wedding day! Not only is Sara the best stylist to have ever touched my hair, but she is so much fun to be around, easy to talk to and incredibly kind. I had a blast getting to know her during my trial, and she was able to make the pictures I brought for inspiration look even better. On my wedding day, Sara and Vanessa styled myself and 9 other ladies in a short amount of time, and everyone’s hair looked amazing the entire day. I have long, thick hair, and my updo didn’t budge once despite never leaving the dance floor. I cannot recommend Sara and the Flawless team enough and will be using them again for any future events!

Pick these ladies for your wedding!
Love love loved working with Sara and Vanessa. I have never been very confident in how I look and Sara helped me feel so at ease during the trial and on our wedding day. It took me awhile to find a hairstyle I would want for the day and she took my vision and did a far better job than I could have imagined. All of my bridesmaids and our mothers looked amazing as well (my mother-in-law said it was the most beautiful she has felt in a long time). I also highly recommend booking them alongside BlushTones as they share workspaces and can do your trial together. They work wonderfully together and made the process so much easier. My whole wedding party looked flawless!
Couldn't recommend the Flawless team highly enough! Stephanie did my hair for my trial and wedding day, and she was an absolute joy to work with. She nailed my look at my bridal trial, and when I let her know later on that the updo hadn't been super secure after the trial, she made sure it stayed in place on wedding day! My bridesmaids, mom, mother-in-law, and grandmother also all had their hair done by Stephanie or Megan. Everyone looked flawless (pun intended) and was so happy with their hair. Sara did my hair for my wedding on 4/16 and was beyond amazing. She did two separate trials with me to help me figure out which style was best for my wedding day. I genuinely enjoyed these appointments because she’s so sweet and easy to talk to! When wedding day came, her and her team were on time, and stuck to an INCREDIBLY tight schedule packed with 10 bridesmaids, 2 moms and myself. The hair styles we chose ranged from Hollywood glam waves to textured up do’s and each one came out absolutely amazing! We got so many compliments the whole night. She truly made us feel beautiful!

Danielle was my main stylist and she was excellent from start to finish. As a bride with thick, frizzy, curly hair, I am always nervous when it comes to how I should wear my hair. Especially when I want it to look good all day. Danielle heard all of my concerns and put me at ease! For the trial, she perfectly copied my Pinterest inspiration picture!! And with my hair, that is hard to do!!! She was able to create the perfect wedding hair do that stayed for the most part all night long!!! Flawless really lives up to their name. I have very fine hair, and Amberly was able to give me tons of volume AND a hairstyle that lasted the entire night! This was even more impressive considering my wedding was outdoors in Nags Head in late August. I had a trial with Amberly and she did a gorgeous updo, but my heart was set on having my hair half up and I’m so glad I went for it because she truly gave me the wedding hair I dreamed of. My mom and sister both tried to talk me out of going half-up because they didn’t think the hairstyle would stay, and they were shocked at how good it still looked at the end of the night! Not only did Amberly do an awesome job on my hair, but she and her coworker managed to do my entire wedding party (15 people total!) with plenty of time to spare. I can’t recommend Amberly and Flawless enough, they are an awesome team and true professionals!

I hired Danielle through Flawless for my hair and my bridesmaids' hair. She was so fun to work with starting with the trial and the entire wedding day! My bridesmaids and I could not stop talking about how each up do was unique and perfect for each person...an they fact that she got all 10 of us done so efficiently! Her assistant Sara was a star!! Not only did she keep the hair process moving, she stepped up to the plate as a make up assistant when they did not show. As a team with BlushTones, the three women worked so well together and made the morning so much fun for us, too. It was like hanging out with our own friends!

Danielle came to my venue to do my bridal hair, my 4 bridesmaids and 2 mothers. She did everyone’s hair in a timely manner with time before time to get dressed to touch anyone’s hairdo up. She does amazing with a curling iron! She also paid attention to it was winding on my wedding day and with my ceremony being outside she added more bobby pins to make sure my up-do stayed in place which was great! Danielle made me and my entire party look perfect on my wedding day. She did a wonderful job on a variety of different styles and everyone was so happy with their final look. I cannot rave enough about Amberly. I was so, so happy with how my hair turned out for the wedding, and my bridal party as well! She knocked out 9 people's hair like it was nothing. Everyone looked awesome, and everyone's hair stayed all night long (even people that had half up half down hairstyles). She is the bomb and I would totally recommend her any day!

Flawless was amazing! I had a large wedding party and they all looked amazing! I also had an issue and one of my bridesmaids it was a hairdresser that was supposed to do my own hair was running behind on helping set up and they squeeze myself in to be able to do my hair as well! These ladies are fantastic and Will absolutely use them again

Amberly and Brandi did an incredible job on my hair as well as the hair of my bridesmaids, mom, and aunt. They listened to everyone's requests and delivered. I highly recommend a trial run. I did this with Amberly, and it resulted in the exact look I wanted on the day of my wedding. She got to know me then and knew what would work with my hair and the hair pieces I had.

Amberley was our hair stylist and she was awesome!! She works so efficiently in the amount of time she has. Everyone's hair looked just like the pictures we had shown. I liked that they were able to touch up everyone's hair right before we headed to the venue. I would definitely get my hair done by her again if we do anniversary or holiday pictures!

Danielle was my hairstylist and she was such a rock star on my big day. She did my entire bridal party of NINE all by herself. Now, I did not make it easy on her since I let my entire bridal party pick what kind of hair style they wanted. She did it all with time to spare. I especially loved that I did a trial with her since I had a head piece that I wanted to show off just right. Danielle nailed it on my big day and my hair was looking gorgeous the whole night.

Stephanie was such a dream! My hair for both my trial bridal portrait photos and on the day of the wedding was TO DIE FOR. I wanted something a little different and she made my ideas come to life. I loved working with her and my Maid of Honor's hair was just beautiful as well. She made the process so easy and I'm glad I chose to have her and my makeup artist come to us rather then go to a salon. It made the morning of the wedding so much for relaxing and fun! Stephanie made my wedding day hair dreams come true! She is incredibly talented, knowledgable, and so sweet - not only will she do a fantastic job, but you'll have so much fun with her too. She and her assistant were able to execute 8 bridesmaid updos, as well as my bridal updo - all perfectly on schedule, and never feeling rushed. She even left enough time to touch up each girl before we departed for the ceremony. She felt like another one of our best friends getting ready all morning - laughing and chatting as she worked. We received so many compliments, and the updos lasted all night long! I highly recommend choosing Stephanie to be a part of your special day!

I am so happy that I chose Stephanie to be my hair stylist for my wedding! I did a trial with her a few weeks before and fell in love with the style. I had brought a picture of what I was envisioning and it turned out even better than the picture. The day of the wedding Stephanie was so great to work with. I had a large bridal party and she made us all look stunning. Our wedding was in Williamsburg, VA and she traveled with her assistant and was there bright and early with a smile. Stephanie is amazing. I was really impressed with her ability to make my Pinterest musings a reality in seemingly no time at all. I wanted an updo for my late summer wedding at a Williamsburg area golf course. My wedding coordinator was hesitant to give me a golf cart for transportation fear of ruining my hair in the wind, so on the way back from my hair trial with Stephanie, I rolled down my windows while doing 75 mph on the highway to test out how well it held. Let's just say that I got my golf cart with no more questions asked :-) In addition to surviving the golf cart on the big day with no issues, my hair held up remarkably well throughout four hours of dancing.
All of the bridesmaids had long hair, and Stephanie took the time and detailed attention to make all of them look wonderful. She also put in an equal effort on all the moms' hair, which were all short do's. She also let me know about her partnership with Leah at Blushtones for make up services, which made the beauty experience more affordable and easier to coordinate.
We had 11 of us getting hair done in total, and Stephanie powered through the day without any complaints!! Stephanie was a pleasure to work with, and I hope I have another occasion to work with her again!

I even changed my mind last minute on what I wanted my hair to look like and she was able to execute my vision perfectly. I'm sure it's not easy as I have a ton of hair! I am a wedding photographer and I met Stephanie while photographing a wedding last spring. She did such a phenomenal job and she was so professional and sweet when we met that I had no question who I would hire when it came time for me to find my wedding hair stylist.
Every aspect of her services gets an A+ from the trial to the day of the wedding. She spent the entire day with us and made sure each and every one of us was happy with our hair.
All of the girls in my wedding party raved about their hair all night and we got so many compliments from the guests.
Shes a pro and she knows what shes doing. I would recommend her to any bride who is looking for a great hair stylist for their wedding.

I'm obsessed with Stephanie Rose and Co! She is seriously amazing and your search should just stop here! Trust me, you will not find a better stylist! And what's even better is that she's a steal! Seriously, so affordable for the work that she does! I look at my wedding photos every day and am just so thankful I found Stephanie! She was so flexible with the trial and was able to come to our suite on the big day to get everyone ready. Stephanie provided gorgeous onsite hair. She was willing to do anything the girls and I asked for (I had 5 bridesmaids). All of our hair stood up to the ceremony, reception and beyond. Mine even withstood an overzealous bar patron (she grabbed the back of my head and squeezed because she was excited I got married). All of our guests at the wedding were very complimentary on our look. Stephanie came to our rental and set up shop with Leah from Blushtones. They both work together so well and made for a very calm and professional environment. Even when Stephanie could tell I was starting to get a little anxious, she calmed me down and brought me back to Earth. A+++++++++++

I found Stephanie through my makeup vendor that offered a package for makeup and hair. I could not be happier with the turn out. I am so happy these 2 ladies offered a package together! They are so much fun and down to earth. For my trial I brought in pictures and they were able to create the exact look I wanted! On my wedding day my mother was not happy with her hair and makeup (to these Stephanie and Leah's defense - my mom didn't know what she wanted) once they realized she didn't like it, they were happy to try again. They are not mind readers they want you to be honest. After the 2nd try my mom was very happy with her look! You will not be disappointed, they are AMAZING!!

I'm going through a period in my life where I'm finding myself in several weddings, and have started to dread getting my hair done because the stylists don't seem to listen or are stuck on dated/cheesy looking hair-do's. My now-husband can vouch for this: the first thing I said when I woke up the morning after my wedding was, "I LOVED MY HAIR!"
After looking at a few ideas online, I sent Stephanie a few photos of styles that I liked. I was a little indecisive and not sure how hard a style would be to execute, if it would stay in place for 12+ hours, if my hair was long enough, etc. I was instantly reassured with her response to my questions and her confidence in her ability to create an amazing style. I ended up choosing a waterfall braid with some pieces curled in the front. It was gorgeous, perfectly braided, symmetrical, and stayed in place (even after taking the veil out) all night. It was the perfect style for me and she did an amazing job making it look perfect!
Stephanie was so much fun to work with. The morning of my wedding day, she was right on time, fully prepared and excited to be there with me and my bridesmaids. She did different styles with all of my bridesmaids, picked from her vast collection of photos on the spot, all tailored to each of their hair types and face shapes, and they all came out looking absolutely stunning.

During the trial, I showed her some pictures of hair that I liked and she turned my hair into a master piece. I don’t know how she knew what I wanted, because I didn’t even know, but it was amazing. She is seriously incredibly talented and I recommend her to everyone.

I absolutely loved working with Stephanie and Leah. Stephanie did hair for myself and some of my bridesmaids at my wedding and made us all look beautiful. She worked in last minute add-ons and got us done on time. I would highly recommend her for any upcoming event!

Stephanie was very flexible with scheduling. I was very impressed with her responsiveness to my initial emails and followups. She even made it easy with online payment. My hair was beautiful and I had tons of compliments all night!!!!

Stephanie did my hair for two different weddings where I was a bridesmaid. WOW. Everyone raved about how awesome my hair looked in both weddings. She is my go-to girl for all special events. I would highly recommend her to anyone that has a special event and wants to look stunning and beautiful. Her style is modern, classy with some elegance and fun!!

Stephanie was the stylist for the bridal party for my son's wedding and did all the hair for the bride, the bridesmaids and the mothers too. At first I was hesitant not knowing Stephanie well or the level of her skill. But, once I saw the updos she did for the bridesmaids, I could not sit in the chair fast enough. Stephanie had several suggestions on how I might like to wear my shoulder length hair-- in an updo, style it down, or something in between, and we talked it through before she began anything. She made me look and feel special on a very special day. I knew my hair looked great when two of the bridesmaids asked me if they could take pictures of my hair to show to their moms for their upcoming weddings. Don't hesitate to book Stephanie--she is sweet, fun to be with, and a total professional!

Steph was amazing!!!! Every bridesmaid's hair was drop dead gorgeous. She did an unbelievable job of incorporating everyone's individual tastes into the bridesmaid theme for the evening. So accommodating, professional and creative with an outstanding finished product!!! Not to mention a lot of fun to hand out with before the wedding and after! Would absolutely recommend her to anyone and would use her for my own wedding and bridal party!

Stephanie was a wonderful asset to making my wedding day filled with beauty and charm. Not only was she great to help consult on what styles would look best for my bridesmaids and myself but she was able to recreate looks from magazine photos and celebrity photos with ease and elegance. She was able to work within the ambiance and theme of my wedding to deliver a stylishly appropriate wedding updo. I would highly recommend her to my friends and families for whatever event they may be planning.

Stephanie was so nice doing my hair! I had no idea what I wanted to do but i'm usually picky. I showed her my dress and she gave me a couple options that would go great with the dress and the shape of my face. I was thrilled with the outcome and felt comfortable letting her know specifics. I will definitely use her services again.

Stephanie was fabulous to work worth, and easy to communicate with during the planning process. It was so nice to have a talented professional come to the hotel the morning of my February 2012 wedding.
She did all my bridesmaids and my 3 yr old ring bearer (I didn't ask her to do his!). We all felt at ease and Stephanie felt like one of our girlfriends...she's awesome!
My hairstyle felt secure and stayed intact all day/night. It looked flawless and it stayed gorgeous till the end of the night even after all the dancing! The way Stephanie styled it was way better than I imagined. She was very accommodating to make sure it was perfect for me. My guests could not stop complementing me on my hair! I was and still am truly impressed!
She is a perfectionist, and did a stellar job.
STEPHANIE, I can't thank you enough!!
I'd recommend Stephanie to any bride who wants to put their complete trust into a stylist so they can relax and enjoy!!

Flawless (Stephanie) did an AMAZING job on all of our hair. She was very sweet, even when my girls decided to arrive with a partially wet head. Everyone's hair looked amazing and stayed all night. I have really long, straight, "silky" hair. Typically, styles do not last but not this time. My hair was perfect all night. She even went the extra step to show my MoH how to insert/remove the veil. I would, and have already, recommend this company to any other individuals looking for a stylist.

Danielle did everyone's hair for my daughter's wedding and each style was beautiful. We had a couple of people who asked to also get their hair done at the last minute and Danielle easily accommodated the request. We enjoyed having her as part of our prep and loved the results. We especially liked having her at our location--it made the morning so relaxing.

I loved working with Danielle! She made me look and feel amazing and I have never seen my mother's hair look more beautiful. The only downside was that she could be slow with responding to emails. This was minor and overall, I loved Danielle. She is really sweet and funny. I would recommend her and Flawless to anyone!

Same price for super short hair
Service was great. I just absolutely hate that my 30 minute hairstyle for my short hair cost as much as much more elaborate long hair hair would have cost. My only regret is paying as much as I did after I realized how much time was actually involved.

I'all admit I have been avoiding giving this review because, while I wish I could give this review a top rating, I cannot. The work done is so beautiful and the staff is incredibly nice. However, time management was a problem when styling for both my rehearsal dinner and for my wedding. In both instances I was promised ample time to get ready afterwards and instead had minutes and was rushing to get out the door. This was pretty stressful on my wedding day and I didn't get to savor all the getting ready moments I had wanted to enjoy, and added stress is not what you need directly before walking down the aisle. We were late enough getting to the church that the pastor told my husband not to worry. But I did look beautiful and therefore get beautiful on the big day as did my bridesmaids. I did have a large bridal party but on the rehearsal dinner day it was just me and my maid of honor.
