Loved working with Vidhi!

Vidhi was an absolute dream to work with! Even though I gave Vidhi all my trust to do what she thought was best, during my trial sessions, she constantly asked for my opinion and checked-in throughout the session to ensure we could achieve the final look I was comfortable and satisfied with.
I had a morning wedding and she arrived earlier than planned which gave us nice buffer time to chat and set up and be perfectly on time. She made me feel relaxed as she played my favorite playlist and made light-hearted conversation. She brought my glam vision to life but I still felt like myself. We made some fun reels and she worked with my photographer and videographer team as well to get great pictures! She did my makeup and hair for my reception in the evening, and was super quick even though we were running behind schedule.
Vidhi goes above and beyond for her clients, and I HIGHLY recommend working with her for any event you require. She works so well with her client and makes you feel even more special on your special occasion!

Flawless for sure!

Absolutely loved working with Vidhi! Great communication and planning leading up to the event and she exceeded my expectations for each look! I really emphasized wanting simple, minimal looks and she truly did respect that. She was so patient with me, talked me through each step, giving me options as we went along to make sure I was comfortable with whatever she was doing. She did just enough to make me feel like a princess but not so much that I didn’t feel like myself and that was exactly what I wanted! Really could not have been happier with each look and I had so much fun working with Vidhi! :)

Indian wedding

Vidhi did an absolute amazing job on my bridal makeup and my mother and mother in laws. She made sure to make my makeup natural but glam so it was bold enough for a bride but did not look overdone. She also very well matched Indian skin tone which many of my previous makeup artists were unable to do. The hair was just spectacular. She knows how to again handle my curly frizzy hair and was able to make it look so elegant with multiple hair styles (updos, braids, hair down). She was so professional showing up early with everything ready. She made sure we had meetings prior to the wedding day to make sure we were on the same day. Of note in between my ceremony and reception she pulled off a miracle. I had to wash my hair from the Jeelkaram Bellam part of the ceremony and she gave me a blow out and styled my hair and still had me on time for my reception photos. Truly amazing! She also made sure to come early before the ceremony to make sure my face was depuffed as she knew my sangeeth went late and ceremony was an early start so no sleep.

Regarding my mother and mother in laws makeup they were so pleased. Often times when they get professional makeup they feel like it’s paint and not natural but they loved how natural and flawless they looked.

Could not reccommend Vidhi more!

Flawless Makeup

From my first phone call with Vidhi, she was professional, a good listener, responsive, and kind. I felt completely comfortable while she was working on me, and even less stressed. She really listened to what my mother and I envisioned for our makeup and we were thrilled and amazed by the results! The colors that she used were completely complimentary to my skin tone and eye color. Her makeup made me feel so much more special than the makeup I usually wear to an event. My mother loved her makeup as well. She looked great, and some of the guests said that she looked younger. I would absolutely recommend Vidhi for weddings, or any special event makeup. Amazing Work

I absolutely loved my look and how I completely felt like myself in it! All my guests complimented me on how tasteful, elegant, and fit for the occasion the whole look was! Also my hair was rock solid the whole night, from 3PM all the way until 4AM even through a wild dance floor and an afterparty! Vidhi really listened to what I wanted and made the process so much fun—taking pictures and videos of me, my sister, my mom, and my bridesmaids along the way too!

Vidhi is really good at her job and I’m lucky to have had her as my MUA 🤗❤️

I reached out to Vidhi last minute for hair and makeup for my wedding party. Vidhi is amazing at what she does. She was my MUA and hairstylist for three events including my wedding and it was a superb experience. My trial session with her was great too and the overall look was flawless. For the wedding events, we discussed all the looks in detail and she not only gave me the looks that I wanted but was also quick on her feet to improvise them on the spot. She made me look and feel gorgeous, as well as my mother. From Indian traditional, to fusion to completely formal, she made me look completely beautiful and exactly what I had wished for. Amazing!

Vidhi was the HMUA for my wedding, and she also draped both of my wedding sarees. Vidhi is well known in our community to create beautiful hair and makeup looks, enhancing the bride’s natural beauty; and she did exactly that for my wedding. I’m someone who is very basic with my makeup looks - minimal foundation, eyeliner, mascara, and I’ve never worn lipstick. Vidhi was able to show me at the trial session how we could comfortably push my makeup boundaries so that I could still feel confident on my big day. Amazing experience

Recently, I worked with Vidhi for my hair, makeup and draping for my engagement party in Boston. I'm not from the area so I did not have a chance to meet with Vidhi in advance, however we had many phone consultations where I shared my dress photos (3 distinct looks within an hour and a half) and inspo pictures. On the day of, Vidhi pulled off flawless looks for each outfit not only for me but each of my and my fiance's family members as well. Vidhi is not only a talented artist but over the course of us working together became a good friend - the event timeline changed numerous times and the number of family members needing hair / makeup increased over time. Vidhi did an incredible job for my wedding. From the beginning, she has been professional and attentive. She helped me create a schedule for the big day and brought up many factors that I was unaware of. We scheduled a trial session and she really worked with me to figure out the best look for me to ensure I was getting the look I wanted. The day before my wedding I had an allergic reaction on my face from turmeric paste and I was so afraid I would look horrible. I explained what happened and on the morning of the wedding, Vidhi was so caring and supportive and ensured I looked like a queen. Simply amazing.

Get yourself a hair and makeup artist who acts as friend and hype woman first. This is who Vidhi is.

Vidhi had done my hair and makeup for my graduation party many years ago, and I already knew that she was talented and easy to work with since that time. I wanted no one else for my wedding, but she exceeded expectations when the time finally came.

As someone who rarely wears makeup, Vidhi consistently nailed the natural look I wanted, while helping me to still look like a bride. I cannot thank her enough for this alone! But moreso, she was with me nonstop through a very very long weekend (6 days, 9 events), and kept me energized and collected through it all. Even with all those events and early mornings, her enthusiasm never faded and she worked tirelessly like only family can. She never asked for assistance with anything either, and was super timely when even I could not keep up with the schedule.

Vidhi is fun, talented, and a supportive presence. During the wedding weekend, she felt like the maid of honor I didn't have. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did, and I hope every bride can have someone like her by their side!

Vidhi is great!

Vidhi was my hair, makeup, and saree draping artist for my wedding ceremony and then did my hair, makeup and dupatta draping for my reception. She did a fantastic job for both looks and I felt incredible, and I had people complimenting my hair, saree draping, etc. all day. She was incredibly professional and arrived on a timely manner even for a very early makeover at 6 am. I was also really impressed at how quickly she worked, managing to flawlessly execute the first look in 2 hours and the second look in 45 minutes, since I didn't have a big gap built in between my ceremony and reception. Vidhi was also fun to be around and it was easy to talk to her about anything under the sun. I highly recommend hiring Vidhi for your wedding day, or for any other makeover!

Makeup artist, hype woman, friend

To start, Vidhi is a very gifted hair/makeup artist. She is able to work with absolutely anyone. I have extremely thin hair but she didn’t once make me feel self conscious about it or say we couldn’t do the styles I wanted. Instead, she shared her resources/recommendations and helped me feel like a Pantene model on my wedding day. She has a way of enhancing your natural beauty, so that you feel like the very best version of yourself.

Second, I can’t say enough about her flexibility and dedication to her clients. My wedding was postponed due to Covid, and despite the difficulties in the industry and changes in her team, she rolled with everything and stayed committed to making the new date work. On top of that, she offered to add services for other wedding-related events and I cannot tell you how glad I am she did - I got so many compliments! She knows what is important, and made sure we honored every cultural aspect of my interracial wedding. She even helped me with my timeline, reminding me to leave time to capture the moments with extra photo sessions since it all flies by so fast. And as we all know, the day of is so unpredictable and never runs on time. For both my sister’s wedding 3 years ago and my wedding now, we were running late - and Vidhi was that reliable vendor you need who is there on time, efficient, meets/exceeds her timeline without complaint, and helps you get where you need to be. She’s well-connected with a lot of local vendors which also helps the process.

Lastly, Vidhi isn’t just a hair/makeup artist, she’s a friend. She pumps music, gets you excited, takes awesome pictures, and makes you truly feel special no matter what the event. I can’t wait to work with her again in the future!

Loved working with Vidhi!

Vidhi did my hair and makeup for my September 2021 wedding. I first met Vidhi when she did my sister's hair and makeup for her 2019 wedding - so when I was getting married this year, I contacted Vidhi right away! Vidhi is very patient and accommodating and will work with you to make sure you are comfortable and get the final look you want, which was very important to me as I don't usually wear a lot of makeup. She did 2 hair and makeup trials with me, as well as my look for a pre-wedding photoshoot, so by the time my wedding came around, she understood my aesthetic and where I wanted to tone down vs. go more glam. On the day of the wedding, she stayed most of the day to do both my ceremony and reception look, as well as hair, makeup, and outfit draping for my mom and sister. Finally, Vidhi was also very helpful in coordinating an additional associate to do hair for other members of my family. Magical Makeup experience for our Perfect Wedding!!

Vidhi did an incredible job with my hair & makeup for all 3 of my wedding events. She was creative, attentive, and extremely skilled. She made me look magical & completely transformed my look + hair for each event. I have never felt more beautiful. Vidhi is great! She is so great at what she does. You can see that she loves what she does and that makes such a difference. Not only does did she make me beautiful on my wedding, but she calmed my nerves and was so sweet to work with! I was nervous because I didn't want to look too unrecognizable, and she did just the right amount of glam that I felt wonderful.

She is very responsive and sent ideas and photos for me to look at ahead of time. Although I didn't do a trial beforehand, she was able to deliver 2 looks that I loved for my wedding and reception. I would recommend her highly.

I hired Vidhi to do my makeup and hair for my wedding day and sangeet night. I couldn't have been happier with my decision. Vidhi made me feel beautiful. My makeup truly looked flawless and I was so happy with how it turned out!

While I wanted something special for my wedding day, I also wanted to make sure I still looked like myself. Vidhi delivered on just that and took the time to understand my preferences will incorporating her own ideas. She also did makeup and hair for my mom and sister and they were also extremely happy with how everything turned out.

The BEST Vendor We Hired

I don't think I have the words to express how amazing Vidhi is. I hired her for my hair and makeup for my wedding this past April. She was nothing but professional, kind, courteous, and skilled and she made me feel exquisitely gorgeous on my big day. But even more than that, she was the most supportive person throughout the day. We had a few mishaps during our day and Vidhi was like an older sister to me, comforting me and supporting me all while making me look beautiful through it all.

Vidhi is a very talented hair and makeup artist. 100% recommend her for brides of all backgrounds – she did an amazing job for my wedding! She is truly an expert at working with Indian brides and our skin tone, and she also helped me get dressed, pin my lehenga, and incorporate my jewelry so that my mom didn’t have to. My bridal party consisted of women from several backgrounds with different skin tones, and everyone’s looks came out perfect. Even my mom was happy!

Vidhi is an extremely talented hair and makeup artist, and also a gem of a person! We had a jam packed day for our wedding, but she was superb in getting me ready on time and making me feel and look my best with two unique hair, makeup and outfit looks. She even managed to do hair and makeup for my mom, who was equally happy with her! Vidhi arrived bright and early at 4 am in the morning and then came back at 2 PM (talk about dedication), and through her incredibly calm demeanor and amazing talent, really set such a positive tone for the day for me and my family. I had gotten very little sleep the night before the wedding, and things were quite hectic but her ability to be calm under pressure truly put me at ease as a bride. She was honestly like family, offering her help for example when I could not find where I had put something, suggesting tips on how to pose for photographs, and being a lifesaver during a wardrobe malfunction (short-lived, thanks to her). The small things really make all the difference.

As someone who does not wear makeup regularly or do much with hair, I wanted to make sure my wedding day look was glamorous but natural at the same time. Vidhi took the time to understand my preferences from the beginning, asking me about my vision for the day while incorporating her creative ideas. I was super busy with school for most of the year prior to my wedding, but she was extremely accommodating in finding times to chat over phone to talk about wedding day logistics and timeline. She was also very flexible in arranging a trial session prior to the wedding and really advocated for my voice during the session. Given my extremely positive experience, I can 110% recommend Vidhi Dalia for wedding day hair, makeup, and outfit prep! She is a tried and true professional who is equally committed to treating you like family, knows her art extremely well, and gets you ready super efficiently but still leaves you feeling beautiful!

Vidhi has become my go-to person for all special events in my life (and also my family's life)! Vidhi is a phenomenal make up artist and was perfect for my wedding! I threw a lot of curve balls her way - a multicultural wedding with a white dress and a red dress that needed different looks, very little time for my reception look, family drama, etc. - and she was flexible and able to take care of everything without making things more stressful for me. She also had the perfect balance between understanding what I wanted and making suggestions to make sure I looked perfect. My sangeet look was colorful and bright, but not overpowering - exactly what I wanted! My wedding look was soft, yet still glamorous to match my white dress - exactly what i wanted! If you're looking for someone to make you look like a completely different person with 10 shades lighter skin tone and hardcore clown makeup---Vidhi is NOT for you. She's a humble personality and she encourages you to love your natural skin tone and body shape. She works with what you have and enhances all of your best features. I booked Vidhi earlier this year (January) for my wedding in July. Even though she was preparing for a trip abroad at the time that I inquired, she handled my questions and inquiries with professionalism and details. In April, we scheduled a trial where she was willing to listen to my requests and work with what I wanted - even though it was a little different than what she had done in the past! Without having done a trial or meeting Vidhi prior to my big day, Vidhi was everything and more that I could have hoped for.
Having high standards for my hair and makeup as I apply my own daily, Vidhi went above and beyond I wanted. She is simply brilliant, talented, calm and beautiful inside and out. She made me look and feel stunning on my wedding day. Vidhi uses high quality products only and is so preciseand versatile that she can work with multiple looks that you want to archive. My hair was done perfectly and was secure yet natural looking. My hair and makeup lasted until the following day to be honest because it was done with such care.
Vidhi had done my mendhi as well. It was beautiful and done with such great detail. She mixed and matched various patterns to make the final product exactly what I wanted. I received multiple comments with many saying that it was the best mendhi they had ever seen. Vidhi uses high quality mendhi which came out perfectly the next morning.
To be honest, she's amazing and I hope to have another opportunity to work with Vidhi again as she's someone very dear and brilliant at what she does. Vidhi has vast experience and understands brides and their families so well. She understands the emotions and anxiety that a bride goes through during her wedding and works with you to maintain a positive and calming environment which is not even part of her duty. We owe Vidhi a huge thank you for wedding makeup, hair, and draping for the bride and her sister for my 2 day Indian wedding (4 total events).
During my trial, Vidhi gave me great advice about my outfits and jewelry and was kind enough to offer me food since I came right after work. Vidhi had tons recommendations of what would look good with our selected outfits, jewelry, and hairstyles. We came with photos of hair styles to start our planning and Vidhi offered great advice on top of that and had tons of accessories that we were able to borrow for our events. We were quickly able to plan 4 amazing but unique looks for all four events for all the women in my family in one shot which is not an easy task.
During the wedding, she accommodated my hectic wedding schedule (including a 4:30am session) and even made up the time we had lost when we were running late. Vidhi even came up with and suggested unique draping styles which we had never seen before which helped the bride and her family members stand out. Vidhi does such a great job putting you at ease and making you look beautiful!
Both my sister and I had never worn much makeup, so having a real professional like Vidhi meant we definitely didn't have to worry about anything. We got so many compliments on all our looks. She went above and beyond what we had asked! Heartfelt thank you for everything Vidhi! We were so happy with her friendliness, professionalism, and of course her artistic talent.

Vidhi is incrediblely tanlented for bridal make-up and hair, very professional, and calm. She did both my wedding events and gave me a very different looks each day. I was planning my wedding remotely and didn't get to do my trial until very close to my wedding. She was patient, took the time to share ideas with pictures, and suggested bridal looks based on my outfits and personality. I loved working with her. She also did my mom and sister's make-up and hair. My wedding day was really stressful, as is most brides, and working with Vidhi made it much more comfortable and fun! I would highly recommend working with her as she has a lot of experience and is very artistic. I typically don’t wear much make-up, so I knew from the start that I wanted a make-up artist for my sangeet, wedding, and reception that would do their thing and bring out the natural beauty in their clients. I looked at countless pictures and read tons of reviews and Vidhi’s work stood out for me by a landslide! Vidhi was so responsive via text and email and after chatting with her over the phone (since I lived in California), I was confident that I’d be happy with Vidhi’s work. So confident that I only scheduled a trial with her 3 days before the wedding – not to confirm (or test) what her work would be like, but to try the different looks for each event! I’m so glad I did, because she made everything so easy and confirmed my comfort of being in good hands!

Vidhi did my hair, makeup (and henna) for my wedding as well as the reception, which were on two separate days. The wedding was in a church, for which I wore a white wedding dress and the reception was an Indian event, for which I wore traditional Indian wear. I had a hair/make-up trial with her a couple of weeks before my events, where she went over different looks. She was very easy to work with and listened to my ideas of what I wanted. We settled on a look for each event - tasteful and elegant for the church wedding and more glamorous for the Indian reception. For both events, she did a fantastic job with my hair and makeup. Everyone was full of compliments about my look on each day. The pictures have started to come in and the look I had on each day has translated really well on camera. I am extremely happy with her services and would recommend her to anyone who needs hair/makeup/henna for their big day. Her Henna associate Gauri did the henna for my bridal party (while Vidhi did mine) and was also excellent. All in all, I highly recommend Vidhi for wedding services. I totally fell in love with Vidhi when I went to her for the trial. With the ease that she does the make up and makes sure you are comfortable with it , is admirable . Vidhi was an absolute pleasure to work with. She did my makeup, hair and dressing for 3 events for my wedding this past weekend (Garba, Wedding, and Reception).

I had done a trial with her back in January 2015 and sent her pictures of my outfits and styles of hair and makeup that I wanted. She was able to work off the pictures I sent her and give me suggestions of what I should change to match my outfit more. I was very open to her suggestions and it worked out perfectly!

We spoke a few times before the wedding weekend to ensure that all the timings were set for not only me but also for our moms and sisters who were also getting their hair and makeup done. Vidhi brought an assistant with her to help with hair for our extras as well as had her tie the saris for my 8 other bridesmaids. Both Vidhi and her assistant also were very accommodating when it came to a couple of my aunts wanting to get their hair and makeup done as well.

During the wedding, as the bride I had to change into a different sari in the middle of the ceremony, she was set up in a room by the venue ready to go to help me quickly change my outfits and do a quick touch up before I went out again.

In terms of my experience with Vidhi, I could not say better things about her, she was a pleasure to work with and I got so many compliments on my makeup and hair throughout the weekend, so thank you for making me look and feel so awesome!

Vidhi is amazing to work with. She is very professional when it comes to her work! It was truly an honor having her for my brother's wedding! Vidhi did henna for my mother and I, the way she created the henna designs on our hands came out phenomenal. She also did our hair and makeup on the wedding day! My mother and I got many compliments from friends and family on how gorgeous we both looked. Vidhi is so easy to work with she is more like a friend where she guides you with the best advice! I honestly can't thank her enough she made my mother and I so relaxed on a stressful day. I can't wait to work with her again! I’ve gotten soooo many compliments from my wedding weekend and they’re all because of Vidhi! She did a stunning job with my bridal mehendi (all in like 4-5 hrs) and all my events’ makeup/hair/pinning. I would highly recommend Vidhi to anyone! She is extremely flexible and as quick as you need her to be (we all know how unpredictable weddings are and how little time we have to get ready). Vidhi was amazing! Not only did she provide incredible hair and makeup services for me, she helped my bridesmaids get ready and calmed my frantic mother who decided to dye her hair the day before the wedding and then decided she hated it. Vidhi is an incredible person to work with. Vidhi and her team did my mehendi party and also did my hair and make up for my wedding. All my guests loved her work at mehendhi. Vidhi was so patient and caring while doing my mehendhi. As with any Indian wedding things don't always go according to time schedule, but Vidhi and her team were very accommodating, flexible and professional in handling such situations. In fact Vidhi really helped keep me calm throughout the day. We had quite the hectic schedule since I had my reception immediately following my ceremony. Vidhi and her team were on time super early in the morning and stayed with us the entire day. She changed my entire look (traditional ceremony look to a modern reception look) within an hour. Her team also helped my family and flower girls get ready. Me and my family got so many compliments on our hair and make up the entire day. We are extremely happy with Vidhi and her team and if there are any future events in the family we will not be looking elsewhere to get our hair/make and mehendhi done.

It was truly my honor to work with you. Amongst the chaos you helped me find some relief and calmness as I planned my wedding reception. You understood from the beginning my concerns and vision for hair and makeup. You instilled confidence in me that all will be taken care of as long as I just show up that day! Vidhi was great to work with! We had a three day Indian wedding and all the services that she provided were perfect! She did my mendhi design as well as my make up and hair for three of my events including the wedding and reception. She really worked with me to give each of the three events a totally different look that suited my outfit and tone of the event. Vidhi was absolutely amazing! I had worked with her for a beauty pageant a few years ago, and ever since then, I knew I would call her when it was time for my wedding! I love Vidhi's ability to make the bride look exactly as the bride wants with "flawlessness". Even in the hair and makeup trial, she works endlessly to give you the exact look she wants! On the day of the wedding, she was punctual and we started on time because she already told me what she needed to get a prompt start. Absolutely Stunning Work!

Vidhi was so wonderful to talk to while she did my make up and hair in the morning. She made sure I felt relaxed throughout the day, and even let me rest my head on a pillow while she was doing my hair in the afternoon. We had three different looks- one for a traditional South Indian ceremony, one for a Western Jewish ceremony, and one for our dinner reception. Vidhi did my hair & makeup for all my wedding events and she did a phenomenal job. We discussed the looks beforehand during the trial so we were well prepared when it came to the actual day of the event. Beautiful makeup and dressing

Vidhi was such an amazing makeup artist and she made me feel like a princess for my wedding day. My makeup and hair were perfect for hours and it all felt so comfortable throughout the day. She arrived early to do hair/makeup for my family (4 people) and communicated the schedule perfectly so that I could go to my reception on time. She was also so fun to talk to and kept the conversations lively and energetic with a very positive attitude.
I would definitely recommend scheduling a trial with Vidhi before your chosen day to get a better idea of how the makeup will turn out. I provided many different examples of what I was interested in and Vidhi was able to provide her own suggestions and recommendations that would suit me better. I also found out that my skin reacted to a certain skincare or makeup that was used during the trial, so Vidhi was very accommodating to make adjustments and took care so that this did not happen on my wedding reception day. Scheduling a trial was limited since wedding season is typically on weekends so I would book with her in advance since she is very busy and may be traveling.
What impressed me the most was her customization of the entire styling of my accessories and lehenga. She was very fast with dressing my dupatta but made everything feel very secure yet comfortable so that I could move around just fine during my reception. She provided all the necessary tools and items to pull everything together and had a great eye to give her suggestions for which jewelry worked best for my overall look. I am so glad to have worked with Vidhi and her work was fantastic for me and my family.

Vidhi's team made getting ready fun!

Vidhi and her team made getting ready for my wedding a breeze. In addition to hair and makeup, Toral was amazing at draping saris and this showed in photos (and our comfort) throughout the day (prices were separate).
