  Incredible display, quality service, and flavor!

  Erika was our point of contact to catering our wedding and she and her team made the best food for our big day! We came into her restaurant for a tasting first and she sat down with my husband and I one on one to explore what we wanted and our vision for the day. She gave us options of high quality food parings and also showed us the way she could make it look fantastic while on display! She came to our 30-day-walkthrough to see the venue and scope out where and how they would set everything up and it made it that much easier to plan for transporting the food and making it look flawless the day of! We were so impressed with the display on the day of when we saw it!! We got tons of compliments on our cocktail hour snacks and hors d'oeuvres as well as the service of abundance of food at dinner! The food was delicious and there was so much detail and care put into the food and service! I would highly recommend Erika and the Flavors Crew!

  Erika and team did an excellent job catering a small wedding (17 total). We had a pre-wedding gathering including appetizers and drinks. The set up was beautiful and appetizers were excellent. The guests favorite was the crab dip. Service at the pre-wedding gathering and dinner was outstanding. The catering assistants were speedy and highly responsive. Flavors could not have been more helpful.

  Erika and her team at Flavors Etc were absolutely awesome to work with. They provided the catering and bar tending services for our wedding. We found Flavors to be a great value for all the services, and more importantly, the delicious meal we were served. From our first meeting, we knew we made a great choice. Our first tasting only confirmed that feeling. All along the process she answered all questions promptly and she even helped us to calculate how much alcohol we should order. That alone relieved much of our stress of planning the big day. On our big day, everything went as planned and the food was delicious. We received all positive feedback from our guests on how much they enjoyed the food as well. They even cleaned up and removed the trash for us which our venue required. They not only served delicious food, they helped to make our planning and the day itself a success! Thank you! I highly recommend Flavors for any and all of your catering needs.

  Erika was so great to work with! Our venue was not so typical (at my FIL's farm) and she was overly accommodating and assured me they would make everything work and be unseen during the reception. I had multiple last minute requests that I thought would make the wedding run more smoothly and Erika made them all happen without hesitation or any problems. She was very responsive throughout the whole process and made sure to check in to be sure that all of my questions were answered. The food was great and everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked- DH finished his plate in like 5 minutes and we've had multiple guests compliment the food already!

  Erica ruined our wedding. She was rude and unprofessional. The food we taste tested was delicious, however it was far from what was served at our wedding. Our guests were unable to eat, three of them broke forks on the chicken. We were served "chicken parmesan" with no pasta. It was dry and hard. The salad dressing had no flavor at all. Most of our guests left early due to not being able to eat. We were charged for 15 guests, who did not show up, and we were not given those meals to take with us. She also refused to refund the money for those meals, or any money at all. No one at my wedding would recommend this company to anyone. Very dissatisfied.

  Flavors Etc. Catering Company's reply:

  The caterer did not ruin this wedding. The contract was held to the highest professional level. All of the guests ate and many positive comments were given. The quality of the food was not sub-optimal, it was exactly what was ordered. As a side note, the bridal party was at least one hour late and dinner service was delayed even further after that. The demand for a same day refund for those who did not attend after the food was already prepared and delivered is not an option in any case. The demand for a full refund was also unwarranted since all of the guests were served. The caterer was given an ultimatum to either respond to the unwarranted demands or face slander. Some might consider these actions against the caterer as premeditated in an attempt to receive free service. At the end of the day, it did not happen and the caterer will continue to offer only the highest quality service as has always been the case in the past.
