Jessica and her team are experts of their craft! Jessica gives wonderful direction during shoots and always brings amazing positive energy. Video Keepsake

Jessica and her team were able to capture all the special moments from our ceremony and put together a professional video that we will keep forever and that we can share with our friends and family that were not able to attend. The turn around was less than 3 weeks! Highly recommend.

Absolutely blown away with our wedding photography

Eventsmith is accommodating, professional, and simply amazing photographers. We wanted a mix of traditional and unique poses and they were always willing to work with us to get what we wanted. Our pictures were our favorite part of the wedding and worth every penny

Captured Memories

I would highly recommend Event Smith as your wedding photographer. They were on time and very professional. After we received the photos I noticed they captured some of the most memorable moments of the wedding. I couldn't wait to get these photos hung up in the house. My daughter was also extremely pleased and happy with the photos. I just wished we would have paid for the video.

The best team!!

The absolute best team of photographers!! They had a game plan, willing to do whatever it took to get all the photos you wanted, and so much more! Their sole priority was to make your day stress free and the best day ever! 10/10 recommend! I couldn’t be happier with my decision of booking their team!

Jessica is a rockstar!

Jessica and her team did an amazing job at making us feel completely comfortable. We are both on the shyer side and don’t tend to like to be the center of attention. Jessica was extremely attentive to our comfort levels and made the entire process feel natural and stress free. I could not have imagined having any other team capture such a perfect night.

Jessica was absolutely awesome! She was so easy to work with and all the pictures came out amazing. She got all the moments we wanted her to and she got some great candid shots as well! She did a great job making our day look as magical as it felt and we will cherish the pictures for years.

Great experience!

First of all, I hardly ever take the time out to post a review but I definitely had to share my awesome experience with Jessica and EventSmith Productions (formally J&D productions). My wedding was August 3rd 2019 and I can honestly say I had the best people working to capture my amazing day! Jessica and her team are devoted to capturing your special day just the way you want. I didn't feel like my pictures were rushed and because of that they came out beautifully. Totally recommend!!

I really enjoyed working with this company and letting them capture my special day!

I’ve seen their amazing work for many years now and I knew right away I wanted them to capture my special day when the time came. From the beginning til the end they went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted; they were understanding, willing to work with me, and helped made the wedding planning process a breeze when it came to photo and video because I could trust them 110%. I’m a week and a half out of our wedding so I am super anxious to see our footage! But I couldn’t wait to give the awesome review they deserve! ❤️

Loved our photos!

J&D productions is amazing. They are changing to EventSmith Productions. I loved meeting with Jessica and figuring out the photos I wanted for my wedding. She was very nice and easy to talk to. I loved her style of editing and which is why I chose her as our photographer and I don’t regret it one bit. She and her fiancé were very helpful getting the right poses because we didn’t know what we were doing haha. Our wedding photos came out amazing and I am so glad I used J&D Productions!

The best! An amazing team

J & D did an amazing job at our Wedding this past April.
I met with this team and one other before booking, we knew instantly this is who we want to shoot our wedding!
On the wedding day the whole team made everyone feel comfortable being on camera and got the most amazing shots. We are constantly getting compliments on our pictures and constantly telling our friends & family who are getting married to book with them. We really can’t thank this whole team enough for giving us these memories! We are sooo glad we chose them and would do it all over again! Our pictures and videos are outstanding!!

We're Obsessed!

I cannot recommend Jessica and her team enough. J&D Productions shot my Bridal Portraits, our Wedding day and also did our cinematography. Every person we worked with were professional, fun and quick to respond to any questions we had. Before the wedding we ran through the day-of timeline to ensure we were all on the same page time-wise and that we had covered all of the shots we wanted. The day-of felt so seamless, it was magical! Jessica kept us on schedule, and double checked our shot list often throughout the night to make sure nothing was missing. When they weren’t with us or directing us, it felt like they weren’t even there but managed to capture everything we wanted. All of our shots were perfect and accounted for—and they turned out so beautifully! Within 10 days we received a sneak peek and all of our photos in about 4 weeks. It was such peace of mind knowing we were working with an amazing, fun, talented, professional and trust worthy team to capture our special day. Do yourself a favor and make this part of your planning easy! Have that peace of mind and look into J&D Productions. We are beyond in love with our day, and have more than amazing photos to look back on forever. Thank you J&D Productions, we are obsessed! Highly recommend!!

Jessica and her team do great work. They are very professional and easy to work with. They have great packages to choose from to customize however you like. They are very organized and detailed to ensure they get all the shots you request. Also very experienced and have excellent recommendations for different poses. Jessica is passionate about her work and fun to work with. I love our sneak peek photos and can’t wait to see the rest of the beautiful shots her and her team captured. Where do I begin? When we got engaged I don’t know much about wedding planning but I did know I would not let anyone else photograph it but J&D. We decided to go with photography & videography. They also did my bridals. Thanks to my photography, Nikki, I felt like the most beautiful bride in the world. She was so kind and focused, plus extremely creative!! We also did a “My Love Story” which was a HUGE hit. It will be something we always go back to watch and reminisce. The young man who did our love story and also our videography was awesome! We are so pleased with choosing J&D, there was never a second we had to worry about a thing thanks to them. Instead of recommending, I would demand if i could that you book them, haha! You will NOT be disappointed. Your pictures are the main thing you get out of your wedding day, choose wisely and believe me when I say, there is no better team than J&D! They went above and beyond for us, and we will forever be grateful.

We could not recommend Jessica and her team more! We hired J&D Productions for both our engagement shoot and our big day. They were even able to travel to San Antonio to do our engagements at our favorite spot in town. The whole team was wonderful to work with and all communication was quick and easy leading up to our wedding. They were great about answering our questions and making us feel comfortable and worry free! We were a little nervous about posing for all of the photos, but they made us feel completely at ease. We worked through shot lists, special requests, and inspiration for the big day so we knew everything would be perfect. The team arrived early to our wedding, kept us on schedule, and they were incredibly detail oriented, making sure every shot was perfectly set up. We were able to enjoy our big day with the confidence that we would get all the photos we wanted, and they did all of this without interrupting our experience like unfortunately I have seen at other weddings. I hardly knew they were there, but they captured everything! And WOW the photos came out even better than we imagined. We received a sneak peek first and then all of our images and we could not be happier with our photos and with our whole experience working with J&D Productions. We were so pleased that they captured all of the action, the special details, and our guests, above and beyond what we had asked for!

Jessica is heaven sent! She absolutely blew me away. I could not imagine picking a better photographer. From the details, to keeping me calm during the pictures and everything in between. Having the highlight video along with the pictures to watch whenever just truly creates the forever memory we were looking for.

J&D Productions were awesome for us. We had a cancelation from our originally scheduled photographer two weeks before our wedding and J&D was able to make adjustments to accommodate our needs with last minute notice. My husband and I hired J&D as our wedding day videographers on November 3 and could not have been more thrilled! They had 2 shooters and I feel like they captured everything perfectly!! I was so sad when they had to leave! We are so anxious to see our wedding day video!

Before we ever had a wedding date set, I knew I wanted J&D Productions to capture our special day! At our initial meeting, Jessica proved that she would not only be our photographer, but that she would also be a forever friend. She is the most passionate, hard-working, dedicated and fun person to work with. For our engagement photos, she made our vision come to life when we were able to take photos at our high-school, where we first started dating. She is always willing to try new ideas and can make anyone feel comfortable while doing so. She has calmed my nerves every time and given me confidence to be a beautiful Bride. On our wedding day, Jessica and her team did an amazing job staying on schedule and organized. We had to retake Groomsmen photos and even added a last minute first look with my brother! As the mother of the bride, I can say J&D Production did a fantastic job for my daughter's wedding. They handled the total package...engagement photos, bridal portraits, wedding pictures, wedding video, and memory album. I was totally pleased with their services and feel it was all at a great value. They worked well with my daughter and myself. Scheduling was never an issue for us.

Best decision we made was booking with J&D. We booked our engagement pictures, wedding and videography through them and have zero regrets! Jackie and Nikki were our photographers throughout and I seriously love them! They made us feel comfortable throughout every process and delivered absolutely amazing pictures. We had a hard time picking our favorites because there were so many! Our video is also breathtaking and captured every second of our wedding perfectly! Highly, highly recommend!!

J&D productions is by far THE BEST video/photography contractor I couldn't have hired for our very special day! They captured the most beautiful moments that will last my husband and I a lifetime. I've never been a fan of ANY photos of myself and with J&D, I had a hard time choosing my favorites because every single one of them were awesome! The quality of their photos and video was amazing! We decided to work with J&D productions based on a recommendation from our wedding venue. We're SO glad we did! I did my bridals with them and they photographed our wedding day. Jessica, Dave, and their team are wonderful! The pictures from both looked amazing! I'm still getting compliments. They shot our wedding in April 2016 and I can't say enough good things about them! Jessica is great! She's extremely organized and professional, doesn't add any stress to the wedding, instead she took a ton of stress out of my wedding! It felt like some of my good friends were shooting our wedding! They had a preview of photos we could enjoy a week after our wedding so we didn't have to wait forever to see pictures. The quality of the pictures and video they did for us is just outstanding. Jessica and David were absolutely wonderful to work with. They understood our needs and happily met them. Our first meeting took place with my daughter in California and me sitting in their office. They video-chatted her in and took the time to make sure she was seeing everything I was. We hired them for the entire day to capture everything. Over the past year we have worked with J&D Productions for our engagement pictures, bridal pictures, and wedding day pictures/video. On the day of our engagement pictures, Jessica was on the way to the photo shoot and got in a minor fender bender, but she called me right away to tell me that Dave was on his way to fill in. I believe any other vendor would have rescheduled the photo shoot, but they went above and beyond to honor their scheduled commitment to us. For the bridal pictures it was one of those stormy, cloudy, rainy days in Houston and Dave was able to take some amazing shots that looked like it was even sunny outside! For the big day, Jessica kept us on schedule and made sure we captured all the photos we had discussed in our meeting. They put out a sneak peak of our pictures in just 1 week after our wedding and they already look amazing! Every session we have done with them we have been amazed at the quality and quantity of pictures we get to choose from. They are the most understanding, kind, and thoughtful team to work with and I'm so glad we had the honor of working with both of them this past year!

I am so upset with myself! I could have sworn I left a review as soon as we got back in our honeymoon in November. J&D Productions was AMAZING to work with and we absolutely love and will always cherish our wedding photos. They did our engagement pictures as well as our wedding. They shot every little detail and were able to capture so many great candid shots! Jessica was so great and easy to work with. She went out of her way to ensure that we got all of the pictures (and then some!) that we wanted! There was also a torrential downpour on our wedding day – tropical storm Patricia – and they were able to capture the most beautiful picture of my husband and I in the rain! I had the pleasure of working with Jessica and David at J&D production, and i am so pleased with all that they did for me. My only daughter wanted someone who would make her wedding day special and stress free. J&D production not only made that happen, but went over and above what we expected for a wedding photographer. Jessica not only gave us great pictures but encourage new ideas of different poses for the bridesmaid and groom pictures. We also had the wedding video, and I'm so happy we did this, as the mother of the bride I didn't get to see everything that happen at the wedding for one reason or another,but because we had it video I was able to have a private moment with my daughter and son n law and watch the video together. J&D production not only did our pictures, but also supplied us with vendors they have worked with. This took out the added stress of trying to figure out who to choose from the dj to the dress shop. WOW... What an incredible photography team... J&D Productions was originally recommended to us through our venue, but me being an art director (bride) and having a father who LOVES photography, we were not ready to settle until we ran them through our very technically detailed questions and tests. We booked them almost a full year in advance from our wedding, and throughout the entire process (engagement photos, bridal portraits, and the wedding itself) J&D passed with flying colors, exceeding our very high expectations. I am very particular when it comes to style, but Jessica, Dave, and the team were always so patient, professional, and calm despite our various requests. They are creative with the photoshoots and worked well with us so that we weren't posed awkwardly, despite how nervous my husband and I were on our engagement shoot. They were able to give me my Pinterest-idealized, storybook-magic, candid shots that I was looking for. They are excellent at working with their environment, using lighting and positioning to work in your favor. They were exceptionally punctual on their photo turnaround time. They always responded quickly to my texts and emails. J&D Productions are a prime example of true professional artists. I would recommend J&D Productions to anyone. My husband and I have found our go-to photographer. :) We love J&D!

Our initial appointment, engagement, bridal and wedding photo sessions were absolutely AMAZING! We selected J & D Productions from a preferred vendor list given to us by our venue. What stood out to us about J & D Productions was their professionalism, great customer service and INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL pictures! I, (Bride) relocated out of the area three months prior to our wedding and was astonished at the level of attention and personalized service that I received via email, text and phone to ensure that all last minute details were taken care of. We looked forward to each session with J & D Productions because we knew that the environment would be relaxed and the pictures were going to be gorgeous. We found the prices to be more than reasonable for “still moments” that we would be looking at and sharing with others for the rest of our lives! We have not stopped receiving compliments on how beautiful the pictures are, either. We as a couple loved working with J & D Productions because they took every opportunity to let us know that our business was appreciated and with so many vendors to choose from we believe that to be key.

The photos/video were excellent. The photographers were professional. Jessica and David were wonderful to work with, personalized the wedding, and captured the event beautifully.

J&D Productions did an amazing job on our daughter's wedding! They also did the engagement session and the bridal portrait session (at great locations) as well as the ceremony and reception. The bridal portrait, which they had done in time to display at the reception, was just gorgeous! Jessica and David are awesome photographers and have an equally talented staff. We had a couple of meetings to determined what the couple preferred as well as always being responsive to any questions via email. We had a destination wedding, they researched the venue, arrived very early to check everything out, and kept the evening on schedule. They got some excellent specialty shots (with sparklers, sunset, and others) that turned out great! They were so easy to work with and the care, professionalism, and passion for what they do made them an easy choice! They offer so many services, products, and options at a competitive price. Keep in mind, besides your venue, your photographer/videographer is your most important vendor for your wedding to capture the moments of the wonderful memories you will have for a lifetime! And they did just that!!! We have seen a 'sneak peak' of the wedding photos and couldn't be more pleased - we can't wait to see the rest of the photos and videos!

Extremely pleased with J&D and strongly recommend them to everyone! Very professional and fun group to work with, and made our day very easy. They worked with us to find a package within our budget, which included full video, highlight video, and guest messages (we already had a photographer). I cannot describe how happy we are with the final product. They schedule pre-wedding consultations to go over everything with you, such as timeline, venue logistics, important shots, etc. They captured everything we asked them to and worked very well with our photographer throughout the day/night. We are incredibly happy that J&D was a part of our wedding, and recommend them to everyone. They definitely exceeded our expectations.

Jessica did an amazing job. She went over and beyond the call of duty when we lost the key to the lock for our wine box. She actually had someone run to her house and get a new lock and key. Highly recommend J&D Productions.

Jessica and David were wonderful to work with and I highly recommend their services. Jessica was very easy to work with in creating the best photo package to meet our desires. She was also very well organized and it was obvious she knows her stuff when we sat down to go over the photo poses list. Jessica and David were also very helpful, and "on it" during the day of. Finally,the pictures are beautiful. Jessica captured special moments in just the way I had hoped she would. The competency, experience, and skill of JandD Productions made me very glad to have chosen them as my wedding day photographers.

J & D Productions did an amazing job at capturing our wedding (video). They were phenomenal to work with and were so professional! From our first meeting I knew we choose the right people to work with! Our wedding video turned out PERFECT!! It was everything I could have ever hoped for! Every time I watch our wedding highlight they made, I can't help but be forever thankful for them being there and capturing it all! We wanted the absolute best photographer for our big day and that is exactly what we got! I finally watched some of my wedding footage and I am in love! I love how Josh captured every single detail from my wedding day, 9-17 at the Brazos Springs. He is super friendly and so easy to work with. A huge surprise was when he showed me some footage before I walked down the isle that he captured of the ceremony area with the drone he brought with him. Amazing!!! If you have it in your budget I highly suggest getting the drone service added to your package if it's not already in it. J&D Productions is a must for every event. Will be recommending to all.

J&D Productions was absolutely phenomenal in capturing our wedding (photo and video). The pictures and the videos posted online speak for themselves, but what you can’t tell by just looking at the pictures is how amazing Jessica and her staff are. We were married at a non-traditional venue, which Jessica visited with us and the planner. Additionally, Jessica took it upon herself to return to the venue on her own to meet with the lighting staff to ensure that the lighting for the different photographs would be perfect. Jessica and her staff were just as wonderful on the day of the wedding as they were during the planning stages. I honestly don’t feel as if I ever saw Jessica or her assistants during the wedding. However, anytime that we wanted a certain picture with our guests, she was right there, almost as if she could read our minds. After the wedding, Jessica was so accommodating to each and every change that we requested to the photo book. She wanted to make sure that it was perfect for us, and it absolutely was! With J&D Productions, you are getting everything: someone to keep your event on schedule and the assurance that all of your memories will be captured perfectly. We cannot recommend them more highly.
