An amazing venue, with unique catering options, on-site villas for the night of the wedding, amazing support and planning from the wedding coordinator and day of coordinator, and above all such a fun amazing venue with awesome recommended vendors.
Our wedding was the best day ever. From the moment we set foot on the property to tour the property to the last song - we had such a great experience. We loved the outdoor ceremony space with the rustic benches, and permanent arch overlooking the vineyard.
We used the bridal suite and common area at the villas to get ready for the wedding.
The outdoor tent overlooking the gorgeous vineyard was perfect for our Sunday September wedding. We had a BBQ BUFFET which our guests loved, with late night snacks (sliders & fries) and signature drinks.
We had the package with fire pit, for hole and extra touches. While I didnt think they would get use - our guests who did not dance the night away loved the fire and playing a few games.
One of the best parts about this venue is the effort and coordination they put into planning. We dropped all our items off and they handled all the decoration ( within reason) the day of the wedding, and getting everything back together to pick up the next morning. All the planning and small touches inbetween helped us think of everything and not miss a beat.
We used all recommended vendors who often work with Flag Hill which made everything easy.
We wanted a fun wedding, outdoors that was a fair price and this place did not disappoint. It was everything we dreamed it could be!

Flag Hill was the most perfect venue for our wedding in every aspect. From the setting, food, coordinators, staff - everything was more than we could have ever imagined. They are extremely easy to work with, receptive to any/all questions or requests you may have, and so organized it made the whole experience seem so smooth! Our day-of coordinators, Rachel and Jackie were outstanding. They were so attentive, made the whole day stress-free, and made sure everything ran exactly how we envisioned. We have heard nothing but glowing reviews from all of our guests noting just how amazing the day was! Everyone was so impressed with the venue itself, and how amazing all of the amenities were. Look no further than Flag Hill for your wedding venue. It is reasonably priced, and you will no doubt have an amazing day if you are in the hands of Nicole, Rachel, and Jackie! -

We chose this venue because it is absolutely gorgous. Our wedding was beyond perfect and better than we could have expected. Nicole made sure everything went smoothly behind the scenes and Jackie and Rachel made sure our wedding day was flawless. I can't recommend this venue enough. -

The Dream Team at Flag Hill!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding experience at Flag Hill Distillery & Winery and the incredible team led by Nicole, Jackie, and Rachel. From our very first venue tour, we knew we were in the best hands possible. Nicole's genuine warmth and understanding of our vision made us feel completely comfortable, and her approach was refreshingly different than the pushy sales tactics we experienced elsewhere. She listened to us and walked us through every detail, offering thoughtful suggestions that aligned perfectly with our dream for our wedding weekend.
Having our closest friends stay at the beautiful RiverCrest Villas made our celebration all the more special. It was perfect having our entire wedding party rent out the villas for the weekend. Our welcome party on Friday night, complete with a food truck and a beautifully arranged setup of tables, chairs, bistro lighting, and cozy fire pits, created an inviting atmosphere for our guests to enjoy. The convenience of walking back and forth between the villa and the venue for the rehearsal and the wedding night was a huge plus!
Nicole and her team were phenomenal at executing our vision. They ensured every detail was understood and managed seamlessly, from decorations to vendor coordination, timelines, and food and drink orders. Our friends and family couldn’t stop raving about their impeccable service! The attention to detail was unbelievable—every member of the team was constantly checking in on guests while simultaneously managing drink and appetizer orders. Rachel, our day-of coordinator, was an absolute superstar! From bringing my reception shoes to the table to ensuring everyone knew where they needed to be, she made everything stress-free.
A special shoutout to Rachel for her incredible care in handling the bouquets; she made sure there were no water drips on my bridesmaids’ satin dresses. Her thoughtfulness went a long way in ensuring the day flowed smoothly and beautifully.
Thanks to Nicole, Jackie, Rachel, and the entire venue staff at Flag Hill Distillery & Winery, our wedding was truly a magical experience that we were able to enjoy to the fullest. I am so grateful for everything they did to make our day a cherished memory. Dream Wedding
From the initial tour of the venue to our wedding, the entire team at Flag Hill went above and beyond. Nicole’s professionalism and experience provided an easy planning process. Any question we had, she had the answer to. All responses were quick and reassuring, which made it so easy! The offering of the wedding showcase is such a great opportunity to experience the venue in function form prior to your wedding. Being able to sample food, see different decor options set up, and meet with vendors was so helpful! Wedding day brought us Jackie and Rachel, who went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure everything ran smoothly and provided so many laughs. From singing with us in the bridal suite to help entertain our flower girl, to perfectly “fluffing” my dress before the walk down the aisle, and making sure we had a full plate of hot food to enjoy at our table during the reception in between us “making the rounds”, the coordinators made everything even more magical. And the option to end our wedding with fireworks? Absolutely incredible! -

Our wedding at Flag Hill was truly perfect! They made our dream wedding come to life and for that we will be forever grateful. Guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the venue was, what amazing food they had, and how wonderful the Flag Hill Team was. From start to finish the Flag Hill Team was incredible. It was evident that their team is made up of kind and welcoming professionals. Nicole was there to help us with every small detail throughout the planning process even when on maternity leave! Jackie and Rachel were there day of to make our vision come to life. They made sure my husband and I had an stress-free day and kept checking in on us to see if we needed anything. Everything went together seamlessly and the space was more beautiful than I could have imagined. If we could do our wedding day all over again, which we wish we could because we had so much fun, we would choose Flag Hill over and over again! They made us feel like family and even joining in on some of the photobooth fun :) It was truly the best day and we can't thank them enough! -

We got married in June 2025 at Flag Hill Winery and Distillery, and the experience was nothing short of incredible. Nicole, our event director, was organized, responsive, and made the planning process feel effortless. Jackie and Rachel, our day-of coordinators, went above and beyond from helping with setup to ensuring everything was beautifully decorated and perfectly managed.
One unforgettable moment: we had planned to place flowers on our wedding cake but ran out of time. Without missing a beat, the Flag Hill team stepped in and created the most stunning cascade of flowers. It turned out even more beautiful than I had imagined, absolutely picture-perfect.
Throughout the day, the team kept everything on track with professionalism, warmth, and care. They were incredibly flexible, accommodating, easy to work with, and always ready to adapt and support us as needs came up. Their teamwork and calm, confident presence made the day run smoothly and completely stress-free.
We chose the dinner stations package, and our guests haven’t stopped raving about the food. Every station was delicious and filling, several guests told us it was the best wedding meal they’ve ever had!
The setting at Flag Hill is absolutely breathtaking, with sweeping vineyard views that created the perfect backdrop for our celebration. If you’re looking for a venue with outstanding food, exceptional service, and a truly memorable atmosphere, we can’t recommend Flag Hill enough. Huge thanks to Nicole, Jackie, and Rachel for making our wedding unforgettable. -

I truly can't put into words how special Flag Hill Distillery and Winery is. They created my dream wedding and made it seem effortless. The food was wonderful. We chose the stations dinner and everyone was blown away by the various options! The vineyard and tent are absolutely stunning giving an elegant, yet cozy setting. Even with the rain we moved the ceremony inside the tent, but didn't have to compromise on vineyard views. The RiverCrest Villas on site were so perfect and allowed us to be close to our loved ones and keep the party going all weekend long. LASTLY- the best part of this venue is the people and personal touches. The staff at Flag Hill are exceptional-attentive, friendly, and very professional. They made us feel so special and EXCEEDED any expectations we may have had. Jackie, Rachel, and Nicole are such amazing people and we are so grateful for them! Somehow they took the burden of the day flawlessly, all while never leaving our side. From the planning process to the decisions day of I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. I would choose Flag Hill over and over again!! -

Flag Hill was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding! From the stunning scenery to the incredible food, everything exceeded our expectations. The on-site bridal suite made getting ready so easy and allowed us to relax, soak in the day, and feel at home. Best Day!!
We got married at Flag Hill on 10/11/24, and it was absolutely amazing! The whole staff, Nicole, Ryan, and Jackie were wonderful! They were so helpful and really made the day stress free! The food was fantastic and the venue is gorgeous! All of our guests loved the venue and plan on taking the trip back up for tastings! I have nothing negative to say about Flag Hill. We would pick this venue all over again if we had to. Thank you to Flag Hill for everything! -

I highly recommend Flag Hill to any Bride-to-be looking for a wedding venue! Flag Hill is like the unicorn of all venues! They do it all! I was searching for a venue where the bridal party could stay and get ready at. Flag Hill not only offers that, but they make the entire planning process so smooth and seamless! They are so accommodating and truly ease the stress of planning a wedding. We received so many compliments from our guests on how organized our wedding day was. Along with many compliments on how great the food was! Which was another great feature took the stress of finding a food vendor off the to-do list! Thanks to Flag Hill and their amazing staff for making our special day perfect! -

Perfect Wedding Spot!
My husband and I can not speak highly enough of Flag Hill and their entire wedding staff! Right from the beginning, Nicole was there to help us. She guided us in some directions but was also totally open to all the unique ideas we had. She answered all my questions and I never felt like I was a bother. The day of team put everything together SO perfectly. Everyone commented on how beautiful the vineyard was, how well put together the ceremony/reception space was and how professional and kind all the staff were! The food was also delicious and everything came out nice and hot! I could go on and on about all the good things I have to say! We truly can not recommend this venue enough! You will not be disappointed!! -

Flag Hill really knows how to run a wedding! My now husband and I decided in March 2022 to get married in September 2022 - and Flag Hill just so happened to have an opening on a Saturday in September.
With such a short planning timeline, I was looking for a venue that would take care of as much as possible to ease the burden, so I was delighted that Flag Hill handled food, alcohol, linens, and setting up/breaking down decorations.
From the moment we first reached out, working with the Flag Hill team was such a breeze. Christa was our coordinator and she was super friendly and responsive the entire 6 months. She remembered little details and made us feel like the only couple she was dealing with, even though Flag Hill was busy every weekend!
I felt like I never had to lift a finger, and I was never concerned about any issues. We ran through visions for decor the day before and Christa and the team set up everything beautifully. The weather was perfect for the wedding day, though I loved that Flag Hill had good backup options for rain.
We’ve gotten so many complements from guests on how beautiful the ceremony space and vineyards were, and how fun the wedding was (we did the package with lawn games and fire boulder and hired a live band as well!). Everyone also mentioned how much they enjoyed the food; we did the backyard BBQ package and the brisket and mac and cheese were highlights.
We booked the Villas next door for 2 nights and had an absolute blast staying there. Not only is it incredibly convenient to be right next to the venue, but hanging around the fire pits at night with close friends and family made everything extra special. We also hosted our own casual breakfast buffet in the lobby area which was a big hit. I would highly recommend booking the Villas if you can!
Flag Hill is a great venue and we highly recommend it. We will be back in the future for tastings (their rose and sparkling cayuga are delicious)!

My wedding on 11/5/22 at Flag Hill was absolutely perfect. Christa, Candance, and the rest of the team go the extra mile to make sure everything goes smoothly. My ceremony outdoors overlooking the vineyard was amazing and gave such great photo opportunities. The Post and Beam room was perfect for my ~60 guest wedding and is so beautiful at nighttime. It honestly does not need a lot of decor. And the food....omg. No matter your budget, they provide such delicious options. Everyone loved the food and wine (shout out to the whiskey BBQ meatballs and pastry bar that got tons of compliments). If you are looking for an outdoor venue in NH with great food/wine and the best coordinators, Flag Hill should be at the top of your list. -

Christa is a magical wedding coordinating wizard and though the food is delicious and the venue is absolutely beautiful, I do not think our day or our experience at Flag Hill would have been as easy or enjoyable without her. She really makes the day special. She keeps the energy of the process cool, calm, and collected but knows how to h u s t l e. She's very flexible, prompt, and offers accommodating solutions and compromises. She picks up on details that you didn't even know were important. She snuck behind me during dinner to pin up my falling out hair-do. She whipped out a sewing kit and stitched my mothers ripped dress during the reception. She never once made me feel rushed or pressured in my decision making, just supported and at-ease. All through the planning process I felt like I had a friend who was helping me plan a wedding and that was so important and special to me.
The food was delicious and the staff always made sure my husband and I had food on our plates--a portion from every course--and drinks in our hand. We had great feedback from our guests about the meal, appetizers, and desserts. If I had one thing to "complain" about it would be that we were under the impression the staff would make us a couple to-go boxes with some leftovers but we didn't get that. I would've like to enjoy some of that food at home with more time to focus on it.
There is also no AC or option for airflow in the bridal sweet. So if it's a warm day, bring a fan!! We opened the outside door but it was very warm and a little uncomfortable.
We experienced rain/sun/rain/sun on our wedding day and the staff was quick to make adaptations for weather.
All in all, if I had to redo the process, I would pick Flag Hill again. I wouldn't change a thing!

Flag Hill as a venue sells itself with a stunning vineyard backdrop for your ceremony and reception. But what really makes Flag Hill stand out is their Wedding/Events team and the food!
The team: Christa is the best hype woman anyone could ever ask for. If you have an idea, Christa is there cheering you on and helping you turn that idea into something even better than what you could have imagined. If you're feeling overwhelmed by family or friends opinions on what you should do, Christa is there to calm you down and remind you that you are planning the wedding of YOUR dreams. Christa is also the kind of person that you meet and after 5 minutes you feel like you've been friends your whole life. Christie and Candace, our day of coordinators, were equally as amazing. As soon as we arrived at Flag Hill for our rehearsal, they were there to help unload the cars filled with decor, go over every single detail to make sure the decor and the ceremony flow are exactly as we had envisioned. They also made sure that they took care of our wedding party - making sure that drink orders were taken and served as soon as the ceremony was over, apps are reserved specifically for the wedding party during cocktail hour and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. Because of this amazing team, we didn't need to worry about one thing on our wedding day.
The food: Flag Hill offers multiple menus, a few of which are non-traditional wedding menus. We decided to go with BRUNCH for dinner and we'd choose to do it again a million times over. We loved that this was something that we have never seen at a wedding before and who doesn't love brunch! The Flag Hill team even helped us with adjusting the menu to include some items off of another menu so we got to have everything that we loved!
From the first email sent to schedule a tour of the venue up until our wedding day the service we received was impeccable. We appreciated that they have prepared a list of their favorite vendors, vendors who have glowing reviews from past Flag Hill couples, which saved us so much time researching. If you're still reading this, I hope you've heard enough to book yourself a tour of this amazing venue, you will not regret it! -

10/10! Would recommend Flag Hill all day!
My Husband and I would not change ONE thing about our wedding day and it’s all because of Christa and the Flag Hill banquet team! Christa and the team’s attentiveness was top notch and their attention to detail throughout the day/night did not go unnoticed! From day one of planning, we truly enjoyed the entire process leading up to our big day!
It made us SO happy to see all of our guests having a blast and enjoying every aspect of of our wedding from the beautiful grounds, amazing food, drinks, dance floor, s’mores fire pit, cigar lounge, lawn games, etc! Everyone was truly impressed, so THANK YOU!!
The food/drinks were delicious and overall service was outstanding. Everyone raved about the signature cocktails, appetizers and late night bites!
I truly can’t say enough positive things about Flag Hill. I would recommend this venue to any couple looking for a unique, hidden gem in New Hampshire with an amazing staff to top it off! -

When we got engaged we knew we wanted to get married at a vineyard, we contacted the few in NH but they didn't fit our budget or we didn't really loved the way they looked or the vibe, until we found Flag Hill! From our first meeting when we heard that in September the vines would be in full bloom, to the ceremony area overlooking the vineyard, to the amazing menu, we new this was our wedding venue. We were unsure of a tented reception area at first, but they did an amazing job decorating and we opted for drapery on the ceiling as well which was beautiful, and having the open sides to allow cool air in was perfect for dancing. The backdrop on the dance floor is super pretty and perfect for photos as well. One of the best things they did was our menu! We were having a smaller wedding and we knew there was just no way we could meet the food minimum requirement realistically, but Christa and the chef worked together and gave us amazing food upgrades to help us get there! We loved the food and so did our guests. The day of we had 2 coordinators that were super helpful and on top of everything. Christa, was amazing to work with and was always there whenever I emailed her with questions. We also added on fireworks which our guests loved, especially because we kept it a secret! At one of their wedding showcases we won the lawn package which was super cool and included a fire, lawn games, and uplighting, the fire in particular was a hit! Hands down the best winery to get married at in NH I would absolutely recommend Flag Hill to anyone getting married. -

We cannot praise Christa & the Flag Hill team enough - Stop your venue search right now if you want guests to still be talking about how gorgeous and fun your wedding was weeks later. Aside from the obviously stunning hidden gem venue (a beautiful tent in a private vineyard) Christa and team are an absolute dream to work with. Vibes are immaculate - They are professional, reliable, responsive, and organized, yet handle everything with a manner of poise and hospitality which truly takes the stress out of wedding planning. They have a way of making you feel like you’re the only wedding they work on - from the planning process, down through the day-of. They knew exactly how to execute our vision - from the gorgeous decoration and satellite bar setup, to the day-of flow (including their time management and direction so everyone knew where they needed to be and when). One thing that sets them apart is they are experienced professionals in the wedding business - even when something went off-book on the Big Day (because it will! who doesn’t have the perpetually late cousins, or the crazy aunt who decides to go rogue and use the bathroom right as the wedding procession begins…) Christa and team had all-hands on deck addressing any unexpected side situations that were out of our control, so we didn’t need to worry about a thing. Flag Hill’s priority was allowing us to relax and be in the moment enjoying our special day.
Also worth noting our entire wedding party had unsolicited rave reviews about Christa & team – Christ was "The MVP". From the ease and direction during the rehearsal, to helping us with everything we needed on the wedding day - including ensuring the bridal suite was stocked with fresh champagne and that our entire party's drink orders and bites were waiting for us all immediately following the ceremony. Christa truly gave us the VIP treatment as a bridal party. Many folks in our party even said it was the most enjoyable wedding they’ve been in simply because Christa and team were so awesome.
We couldn't have asked for a smoother day from start to finish. We had the time of our lives as did all of our family and friends. So thrilled with our decision to work with Flag Hill!!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing our experience with Flag Hill was. We originally had booked another venue and after months of little to no communication, we decided to move on. THANK GOODNESS we did! Christa, Maddy, and Candace are one well-oiled machine of a team! I was scared to switch venues but the minute I met with them I knew it was a great decision. Prior to the wedding they had everything very organized on their online portal, answered all my questions, and made sure we had everything we needed.
The day before the wedding they walked us through everything, check-in with us to make sure they knew exactly how we wanted things set up, and made us feel extremely comfortable and confident our wedding would go off without a hitch.
Day of the wedding they were on top of everything! Things I didn't even think of, they took care of. Everything was set up perfectly. They made the day seamless, always knowing where to be and when. They helped us through every step of the way while also staying out of the way. I was warned multiple times that something always goes wrong at a wedding and to be prepared but that is not true when you're at flag hill. The team there is ready for everything and we did not run into a single problem all day, it was perfect!
I can not recommend Flag Hill enough and I am so happy to be able to return there for wine tastings and chef dinners and always remember what a special place it holds in my heart.

August wedding at a dreamy vineyard
Words truly cannot describe our amazing experience with Flaghill. Our wedding was postponed and eventually moved states due to the pandemic, but Christa and team made the choice easy to have our special day at Flaghill. From the second we had our consult right down to every single detail day of Christa, Maddie and Sarah made our wedding a dream come true. We had the most perfect day at the most perfect spot. Every accommodation was met with grace and speediness, every question answered, every detail sorted out for us. I truly cannot imagine getting married anywhere is. It was a dream come true. -

Flag Hill Wildflower Wedding
Flag Hill is the perfect venue for a couple who is looking for a rustic, relaxed, yet elegant, feel. We had the BBQ menu and many guests remarked that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. The outdoor tent and grassy area makes for the perfect spot to enjoy lawn games, cocktail hour, and an evening fire pit. I can't imagine a more perfect place to celebrate our special day. They are even dog-friendly! I would recommend Flag Hill to anyone looking to tie the knot in the NH Seacoast area. -

We just had our dream wedding at Flag Hill on 8/7/2021. We received a personal recommendation to check out Flag Hill from a co-worker of my husband. We were looking for a place with non traditional wedding food (BBQ) with an outdoor ceremony option and a tented reception. We are people who like to have a good time, and really wanted our wedding to be a huge fun outdoor celebration and Flag Hill gave us everything we could have ever wanted and SO MUCH MORE.
Christa, Maddie, and the whole Flag Hill crew run like a well oiled machine. They are exactly the people you want by your side through the planning process and on your wedding day. From the moment we met Christa, we felt like family. You can tell right away that they love what they do, and it showed from the first email to the thank you hugs at the end of our wedding night. Every email was responded to in a timely manner, every question we had was immediately met with an answer, and every “what do I do” with a seamless solution. Christa and Maddie even reached out a few times to check in. The planning part was made so simple all the information and checklists they provide you with. You know right away what you have to do and the timeline you have to do it. The communication with all of our vendors was easy because of the information Flag Hill provided us with for them from the beginning. We felt as though they were extremely fairly priced compared to other venues we looked at, and dare I say affordable. We never once worried about going over our budget and were able to include add ons like lawn games, a fire-pit, late night pretzels and beer cheese, the STUNNING new tent draping package, and the real MVP of our wedding… the surprise fireworks display! Rehearsal day was seamless, everyone knew exactly what to do, and they even took the wedding party’s drink order at rehearsal and had our drinks ready for us right after the ceremony! I gave Maddie full control of boxes of decorations and signs, and where to place them and everything was displayed perfectly.
Our wedding day was beyond what we could have imagined. The venue was stunning all decorated. They have a large get ready room and private bathroom for your wedding party to use freely which was a huge help day of. The room comes stocked with a basket of everything you never thought you would need which was a lifesaver multiple times. The BBQ food was the talk of the night (until the fireworks) and the drinks were killer. The endless list of flag hill wine options, great variety of beers on tap, and our 2 signature drinks one made with Flag Hill’s own gin(our fave) and the second a spicy margarita recipe they came up with for us were all a hit. It was really awesome knowing we were supporting a local winery and distillery at the same time. Not once did we have to worry about where we had to be, or what was going on. Christa and Maddie have a way of running the entire production while making it seem effortless. Because of them, we truly were able to be present and just enjoy it.
A lot of guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Maybe it was because everyone had been cooped up in the house because of Covid for over a year and a celebration was just what they needed. Maybe it was because of all the awesome add on options or because our DJ had everyone on the dance floor all night. We personally think it had a lot to do with Flag Hill, Christa and Maddie, and the love they have for what they do. A day that would have been perfect regardless, was better than our wildest dreams because of them. -

WOW, WOW, WOW, where do I even begin. Flag Hill Distillery & Winery gave my husband and I our perfect dream wedding. Not only is the venue itself absolutely breathtakingly beautiful the wedding planners are top notch. If you are thinking of having your wedding here, DO IT! I was a COVID bride and before switching venues, planning had been an absolute nightmare. We switched our venue to Flag Hill less than 4 months before the big day and it was the BEST decision we could have made, I just wish we did it sooner :) I cannot say it enough how phenomenal Christa, Maddie and Sarah were to work with. They made planning a wedding in less than 4 months easy and enjoyable! These ladies are AMAZING and really take the time to get to know you individually and as a couple, they truly become part of your family.
Communication throughout the entire process was impeccable. They use an online portal system where you have access to everything pertaining to your wedding such as banquet orders, timelines, payment due dates and messages between you and the venue. It was awesome having everything in one spot.
Now onto the food, the food is outstanding at Flag Hill . Every single one of our guests raved at how it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! You won’t go wrong with any of the appetizers or meal choices you choose for your big day.
Our wedding day went off without a hitch from start to finish. There is not a single negative thing I would say about this venue. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day and we owe it all to Flag Hill. -

We got married in August, 2020 - right in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. No surprise, our original plans had to be canceled. We toured Flag Hill just 31 days before our wedding and were sold from the moment we sat down with their coordinator, Christa. Christa had a great attitude: optimistic yet realistic. She took all of our covid concerns to heart and added her own industry perspective. She was knowledgeable and creative. The month we spent planning with Flag Hill was easy and relatively stress-free. Christa made things clear, was generous with deadlines, and supported us all the way through. The day of our wedding was gorgeous! Christa and Maddie ran everything perfectly; we didn't worry about a thing. Honestly, I didn't think about our original venue once throughout our entire day at Flag Hill. That's how wonderful the staff and the location are. I'm gonna say it again: choose Flag Hill! -

Christa, Maddie, and their entire team are amazing to work with! If there was ever a team that was doing exactly what they are meant to do, it is them! Throughout our entire wedding planning experience and wedding day, they made us feel comfortable as well as made the process so easy and non-stressful. Christa and Maddie were extremely easy to get in contact with whenever we needed anything and went out of their way to check in with us. We got married during all of the COVID-19 restrictions and they kept us informed about everything that they could and could not do throughout the process as well as went above and beyond to make our guests feel safe and comfortable.
The venue itself is gorgeous, has a nice open flow and rustic look, and provides many places for amazing photos. You get married overlooking the vineyards rain or shine. One of the big things we were concerned with was the weather as we got married in October in New England and there were many venues that we saw where the backup location was not as good or required a room change over. At Flag Hill, their rain location was just as pretty as the non-rain location and you were still able to overlook the vineyards as you get married. It did rain on our wedding day, and the team was able to change over the venue in minutes and we still got an amazing view and photos both during and after the ceremony.
In addition to the view, set up, and amazing staff, Flag Hill also has amazing food and drinks. As a winery & distillery, their cocktails and drinks were on point! Their chef is fantastic and there was nothing that we ate that we did not like. We had been to a few weddings where the wedding food was, eh, or not that good due to the large quantities it was being produced in. That was not the case at Flag Hill! All of our guest raved about the food and drinks (fantastic and friendly bartending staff as well) throughout the entire night. The chef and team did a great job of serving everyone quickly and making sure that all the food was cooked perfectly! They were also able to accommodate all of the dietary restrictions our guests had. In general, they were very flexible with our requests.
We could not have envisioned a better place to get married! -

Perfect COVID Winery Wedding
Our wedding at Flag Hill was perfect in October with the pandemic starting to pickup. We had 70+ guests in their large outdoor tented space. There was plenty of room to move around and keep proper distancing and no one felt uncomfortable. The tent was plenty heated even on a chilly October day, and the fire pit was a great touch for people that didn't want to dance. The venue looked great even with minimal decorations, and the staff was able to set everything up perfectly. The staff was so responsive and helped keep the event on track despite long photo sessions. Our bartenders were amazing and remembered most people's favorite drinks. Overall, Flag Hill greatly exceeded expectations and I wouldn't do anything different. -

Our August 2020 wedding at Flag Hill was an absolute dream! Christa and her team were amazing and helped put our entire wedding together in just two short months. (Our original destination got cancelled due to COVID.) The food was outstanding and everyone raved about it. They made a custom menu for us and designed a custom intimate reception so we could have exactly what we wanted. Christa even helped coordinate the our cakes with the bakery so we didn't have to. The pricing was extremely reasonable and the venue as a whole was extremely flexible and accommodating. They were open for wine tastings on the day of our wedding and none of our guests even noticed (we didn't either). If I could plan our wedding all over again, I would do it exactly the same way with Flag Hill. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get married in New England. -

Where do I even begin…Flag Hill is the absolute perfect wedding venue! From the beautiful vineyard, the delicious food, great bar service and the absolute best wedding coordinator Christa! Andrew and I looked a few different venues and ultimately couldn’t get past all of the above but Christa is really the big reason we went with Flag Hill. She is just so personable, charismatic and welcoming every step of the way. Christa was always there when we needed her, set up meetings and kept us updated every step of the way. As a wedding coordinator myself it was important to find someone I trusted and I found so much more. Our wedding was absolutely perfect because of her. Our day of couldn’t have been any better. Our decorations were put out exactly as we imagined and everything was handled so well. Our timeline was followed to a T. At one point during pictures Christa was even following me with my drink to make sure I had something and always checking to make sure we ate. Just so caring! The food was by far superior to any place I had ever been. Hands down the best steak I have ever had in my life. Our guests are still talking about the food to this day! Maddie, thank you so much for all of your help day of as well. You were great to work with from making sure we ate dinner to packing all of our decorations up and getting our sparkler send off together! You and Brian have the most beautiful wedding venue and we will forever be grateful to you all! We highly recommended you all to any couple getting married! My husband and I were supposed to get married May 23 at an indoor venue in MA (right in the middle of the complete shut down!). We rescheduled to late fall on a terrible date to keep our original venue, but things weren't looking good for November. I reached out to Flag Hill for any dates that they had cancellations and we took the ride up to go see the venue. The place is GORGEOUS! Beautiful views all around, a perfect ceremony space overlooking the vineyard, and great wine- what more could we ask for?
Christa was absolutely amazing and helped me completely uproot our wedding and replan for Flag Hill in 8 weeks. She is on the ball, knows her stuff, and is so reassuring and supportive. The amount of questions I sent her as I went through the planning process (for the third time....) was intense and she never made me feel like it was bothersome. She helped me find 4 new vendors (florist, DJ, transportation, and hotel) and all her recommendations were spot on.
We had much more face time with Maddie on the day of and that girl is AMAZING! A wedding at Flag Hill runs like a well oilded machine.. this girl has her place in order. The entire schedule ran right on time, food came out hot and ready, and the bartenders were fast and great. Maddie kept the guys organized (with 9 of them.. that's impressive) and ran a tight ship all night without ever making us feel rushed or distracted. She made sure we ate and got our plates right when we were ready so they didn't just sit there and get cold. She set aside desserts for us (since the night gets so busy we missed it completely), and she made sure I got some of the late night pretzels & beer cheese (highly recommend!) and never had an empty cup. The service at Flag Hill just cannot be beat!
I am SO THANKFUL we had to replan our wedding and move it to Flag Hill. Everything was perfect and I truly believe it was meant to be. The value, views, and service simply cannot be beat! Our wedding felt like life before the pandemic and it was so special. -

We had changed venues 3 weeks prior to my wedding because our original venue was not able to hold our guest capacity due to COVID and when I say our coordinator Christa went above and beyond to make our experience seamless, stress free, and absolutely perfect that is an understatement. She was always available for questions and feedback and was extremely easy and fun to work with. She made sure we had our dream wedding and I am so glad we had our wedding at Flag Hill. Going into the wedding, we heard that Flag Hill was amazing to work with, but we didn't realize just how amazing until COVID-19 hit. Christa & team were ON TOP of everything. Not only did they start reaching out to our vendors to see if they were available for alternate dates, but they kept in constant contact with us. We had so many other friends who were planning to get married this year and were let down by their venues and were overly jealous of the professionalism, timeliness, empathy, and kindness Flag Hill showed us.
The portal system Flag Hill uses to keep track of all communication, expenses, and documents made keeping track of everything a breeze! We always knew what was going on, when payments were due, and what we'd selected for our wedding package with a breakdown of exactly what we were paying for. You also get an e-mail alert any time a comment is posted, so we never had to worry about forgetting anything.
The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect -- Christa made sure I (as the bride) always knew what was going on, even when I was hiding in the bridal suite. She made sure my husband and I had time to breathe, have a bite to eat, and enjoy the day without getting swept up in the chaos of the day. Overall, 12/10 for Flag Hill! We honestly couldn't have chosen a better venue -- we can't wait to return again and relive our wedding every time we walk through the vineyard.

We wanted to write this sooner, but we struggled with what to say without crossing in to overkill; Seriously, Flag Hill has been amazing to us. Brian and Maddie are owners of a business, but they are people first. With all the complications and heartache brought on by COVID-19, they remained focused on our feelings and truly cared about how much we were struggling with having to cancel our wedding. Even though they obviously had to contend with maintaining a business and taking care to look out for their employees, they still never lost sight of what their customers were going through. We ended up having a small ceremony with six guests on our originally planned date and decided to move the ceremony with friends and family to next year. All I can say is that they were more than just hospitable; they actually covered the cost of our officiant for the “mini-mony”, provided us with some food and bubbly for a toast. Honestly, they made something we had mixed emotions about into something special. We are still in awe of their empathy & support.
What to say about Christa; she is amazing. Right off the bat, we felt a non-forced connection with her. She was down to earth, committed to working with us, but never overbearing. We had gone to some venues when looking around and the person we spoke with was just way to fake for us. Christa is a genuine and caring human being. She was as heartbroken as we were when we made the final decision to move the wedding to next year. We went right down to the wire, and she was right there with us.
Truly all the staff is so nice and welcoming. Nicole always had a smile when we walked in on random visits to enjoy a tasting, or to purchase some more spirits. She remembered us from the first time we visited. It was like seeing an old friend every time we stopped in.
We could not imagine having our ceremony anywhere else, and we are excited to celebrate our day with these wonderful and amazing people. As a matter of fact, I believe we just might be over due for a tasting of their delicious wines and spirits ;-).

With frequent check-ins and timely responses to texts and emails, they helped us keep on track with all the details that go into planning a wedding (and there are A LOT). Christa even helped me get red wine out of my dress. Their service excellence is unmatched. I cannot put into words, just how spectacular our wedding was at Flag Hill. Overall, Flag Hill is absolutely stunning! With the location being off a main road, yet still easy to get to it made for a great location. With the location being beautiful, we did not have to bring too much décor and the great thing about this venue is that there was something for everyone. We had a cigar tent on one end, while on the complete opposite side there was corn hole and jenga games happening on top of the tent where people could easily get a drink and start dancing! The staff there was wonderful to work with. Christa and Maddie are truly the best coordinators that I could have ever asked for. They were able to make my vision become a reality and made the planning process much easier. They asked questions I would have never thought of to help make the day that much more spectacular. They were attentive, easy to work with, stuck with the timeline we had made, and executed the day perfectly. The food and drinks were great and all my guests thought everything was beautiful and that they were well taken care of. Flag Hill was SO easy to work with, extremely accommodating with dietary needs, and made my vision come to life. Christa and Maddie made the entire experience stress free... there are no words to express how amazing they were! The venue was not only beautiful and scenic, but there was something for everyone. One side had a cigar bar, the other side had a large grass area with jenga and cornhole where the kids ran around, and the tent held a huge dance party, drinking, and eating. The food, wine, and spirits were all delicious and were served warm.

There are not enough words to describe how incredible our Flag Hill wedding experience was. From the moment we first arrived and walked into the Tasting Room we feel in love, it simply feels like walking into a long time friends home. Everyone was so welcoming, the grounds and views are breathtaking any time of day/night or year.
Christa and Maddie took my visions and made them a reality, they were available to answer questions and ease last minute moments of panic from a Type-A, logistics is life Bride. Every single guest of the wedding said it was the best wedding they have been to, from the venue to the food, to the lawn games, not a single detail was missed and the service they received from bartenders to wait staff was impeccable. As a bride who hosts lots of her own gatherings, knowing that my family and friends were treated like family and friends by Flag Hill means the world to me.
The food was perfect, we improvised the menu because the Groom is on a competition BBQ team and all things must be BBQ. They took the vision and again made it come to life, having our BBQ team members present and happy with the meal was a huge win as they have very specific taste buds. Hats off to the Chef and kitchen staff!!!
Wine and Spirits, again we have very specific tastes and those were met and exceeded. The bourbon toast for the Groom, the sparkling cayuga is the perfect champagne like blend for my very champagne snob tastes. One of our favorite parts of planning the wedding and gifting to our bridal party and family throughout the process was sharing the wines and spirits. Each of our party members received something special that fit their personal tastes for wine or spirits. All of our guests loved trying the different wine and spirits through out the evening.
Christa Maddie and Nicole helped my bridal party to have my shower at Flag Hill in their function room. Again, the food the service all of it was amazing and all of the guests were thrilled. It was the perfect preview to the wedding day.
Thank you is not enough, after being together for 8 years and having a proposal come out of the blue and putting together a fairy tale wedding in a reasonable budget in roughly 6 months seemed like an impossible thing. I firmly believe that none of it would have been possible without the love and support of Brian, Maddie, Christa and all of the staff at Flag Hill. We could not recommend Flag Hill enough to family and friends, our wedding guests are currently seeking out married couples to get invited to return and we have discussed budgeting for an annual anniversary party each year, we LOVE Flag Hill and all of their staff so much. We look forward to finding a reason to have another event with you soon, in the mean time we will be by for the wine and spirits! -

It is hard to encapsulate how perfect our wedding day at Flag Hill was. First, the setting is beautiful. It is a tucked away and quite but easy to get to as well. We didn’t have to decorate too much because the scenery was everything. Second, the staff and coordinators were all Amazing! I mean really amazing. They made us feel like we were the most important people in world every time we were there. They are true professionals and are wedding experts. There were so many little things that they took care of that I didn’t even know we needed. They were always very responsive and helpful through the entire process. I am the most “type A” person out there and I was so relaxed and stress free through the entire day because I knew that they had everything under control. The food options were extensive, and we had a hard time choosing from them all. Our wedding was the most beautiful, incredible, fun experience and I owe it all to Flag Hill. From the moment I called to go visit Flag Hill until the end of our big night our experience was beyond incredible, 10/10. All of our guests could not stop commenting what a beautiful venue it was, how great the food was and what a great time they had. It was affordable for our budget and we feel we got much more than other venues offer. Who else has a fire pit with s'more bar, lawn Jenga, acres of land, farm to table food all overlooking the most breathtaking vineyard? Flag Hill is a hidden gem that was local for our friends and family to travel to. The staff made us feel welcome every time we visited. I had envisioned what the tent would look like but Christa and Maddie took my vision and went above and beyond to make my wedding a fairytale. When I saw the tent and tables before guests arrived tears started immediately. Anytime I had questions or concerns while planning I had immediate responses. Every idea I wanted they executed, including ending the night with a sparkler send off. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Flag Hill, I have even gone to brunch and bubbly events with friends and family because the food and atmosphere you cannot beat. If you are thinking of visiting Flag Hill for your event DO IT. You will not regret it. I know people often will say, "something will go wrong on your wedding day" but NOTHING went wrong. Leading up to our Sept. 2018 wedding, they were organized and on point with details and follow ups. But MOST importantly, the day of was totally stress free. We dropped off all our wedding adornments the day prior and I was 100% confident that the ladies would set up beautifully. I had no doubts and was able to let go of that stress. Which is huge! But the most important thing they did for my husband and I, parents already to 4 young kids, was giving our kids time, attention and patience. I have QUITE a few pictures with both Maddie and Christa crouched down at my children’s level. Christa even took them out to see the pigs. Flag Hill is truly a venue that looks beyond simple professionalism and into vested dedication of memories that will last a lifetime. It was clear their team gained just as much pleasure as we did celebrating our wedding.

Firstly, it would be nothing without the support of Christa, the wedding planner extraordinaire. Planning with Christa and Maddie was seamless. You can tell they love what they do and strive to make your wedding as wonderful as possible while accommodating all of your needs
We chose Flag Hill for the ceremony space, which is so beautiful and overlooks the vineyard behind. The ceremony is shaded under large trees for hot days, so it was a perfect location for us. I loved the openness of the area; all of our wedding guests took time to go and explore the grounds while enjoying cocktail hour, and everyone had a great time.
The wedding day itself was perfect. Christa was with me for all questions and was so organized in getting everyone where they needed to be for the ceremony and reception, and even organized a group shot of us and all of our guests right after the ceremony.
I highly reccomend Flag Hill, I cannot say enough great things about it. We were and still are so happy with our decision!!

Our guests kept telling us it was one of the most beautiful weddings they've ever been to. Christa, Maddie and their entire staff were amazing to work with. They made us feel completely at ease and took care of everything. The set up, the timeline and the break down at the end of the night were all done without us having to worry about a thing. The bartenders were on point, the food was delicious and the scenery was breath taking. It couldn't have been more perfect! From our very first meeting with Flag Hill, we knew there was something special about this place. Christa was a big part of that. During the whole planning process, Christa was a huge help to us. She had wonderful insight, suggestions and was a great resource to have and bounce ideas off of. She was genuinely excited and happy for us too. Her professionalism and positive attitude were one of the major reasons why we chose Flag Hill. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. It was everything we had hoped for and more. Alexandra Sent on 10/03/2017Flag Hill is the most perfect wedding venue! Not only is absolutely stunning, but their wine and distilled spirits are on point. I think half of our wedding guests went home with a bottle of something that they bought from the store because they loved it so much.
We did most of our planning from the west coast, so having good, easy communication with the coordinators, Christa and Maddie, was crucial. Christa and Maddie were always professional and wonderfully enthusiastic! I left every interaction with them more excited for the big day, which I didn't think was possible. Christa guided me through selecting vendors and deciding on ceremony and reception details, never pressuring me to go any certain way. On the day of, Maddie and Christa took control, allowing me and my husband to enjoy ourselves and be completely carefree. They set up decorations, directed vendors, and ensured the ceremony went smoothly. Immediately after the ceremony, they made sure my husband and I had some of the cocktail hour hors devours before we were whisked away by our photographer…and at the start of dinner, made sure a plate was made for us so we could eat as much as possible before visiting tables. Even better, my husband tells everyone that one of his favorite parts about our reception was that he always had a drink in his hand, which he attributes to Christa’s stealth. Needless to say, Maddie and Christa were an invaluable part of the Flag Hill package and we absolutely loved working with them!
Beyond Christa and Maddie, the chef at Flag Hill is also wonderful. We chose the Backyard Barbecue option, with pulled pork, bbq chicken, mac & cheese, and cole slaw. In particular, our guests RAVED about the mac & cheese and pulled pork, but it was all delicious, and no one went home hungry!
Thank you Christa, Maddie, and the Flag Hill staff for making our wedding day absolutely perfect (and the planning process as painless as possible)! -

Kristen Sent on 09/21/2016We just got married here this past Friday. Everything - EVERYTHING - was absolutely fantastic. Christa, Maddie and James could not have been more helpful throughout the entire planning process and the big day went off without a hitch! Our guests have been raving about the food, wine and scenery - most saying this was the most beautiful wedding they've ever attended. Christa and Maddie have wedding day timelines down to a science. Everything was flawless and our tents looked absolutely magical. I honestly wish I could get married here yearly because I can't quite come to terms with the best day of our lives coming and going so quickly. This is absolutely the PERFECT New England venue!!!
