  Yummy yummy yummy

  A good friend of ours recommended Fizz Bakery for our wedding cake. The staff members were always friendly, helpful and available to discuss our vision for our wedding cake . We decided to have 6 different cupcake flavors along with our cake (our favorite was the piña colada). Everything was so delicious and our guests enjoyed it. We definitely recommend this bakery and will use them for future events!

  Love this bakery!

  Fizz did our wedding cake and desserts for our dessert bar. Starting off Tiffany is so sweet, helpful and just awesome to work with. Our cake looked great and was moist and delicious. Our desserts were delivered to our venue which was about an hour away, and they set them all out. They were great to work with and I’ll be using them for all my bakery needs.

  THE CAKE HERE IS AMAZING! Taste testing here was the best thing my husband and I did all out of all the wedding planning. We loved everything about our cake. They dressed is perfectly and the flavors were amazing. All our guests loved it too!

  Tiffany was wonderful! She set up an amazing tasting for us before the wedding--we were able to pick cakes, fillings, and frosting, and every flavor was SO good! We ended up choosing several different flavors for our wedding cake, including snickerdoodle and pink champagne. On the wedding day, the cake was delicious and beautiful too! Tiffany delivered it to our venue in Acampo, CA and made the four-tier cake look exactly like the picture we showed her! On top of all of that, her prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Fizz Bakery!

  My wedding is over too months away, so she hasn't made my wedding cake yet, however, when I met Tiffany, I JUST KNEW she was the one I wanted to make my cake. Her smaller treats (cupcakes, brownies, cookies) are delicious and reasonably priced. She's very attentive and understanding. Since I visit her store often, I normally get to see her working on cakes, and I can assure that she loves her job and is GREAT at what she does! She is creative, has an eye for detail, and can take your cake vision and turn it into reality! Cake tasting with her was really enjoyable!

  Tiffany is fantastic. Our wedding cake was beautiful and my husband says that it tasted very good. We are so glad we didn't hire anyone else. Tiffany is always willing to help and always kept in touch with us.

  My cake was gorgeous and very moist. Our guests gave wonderful compliments and we got our moneys worth. we didn't even have any left overs which was wonderful! I so would recommend this person. She is awesome and can make ANYTHING! :)

  Fizz bakery did my bridal shower cake. It was exactly as ordered. They also did the leopard print design on the inside of the cake as requested. I would definitely order again. Also received cookies and cupcakes.

  I did get nervous when I saw other yelp reviews about wedding cakes being delivered late. I thought these are instances that rarely happen. But it happened to me on my wedding day, I too experienced tardiness. We agreed on a delivery timeframe of 4-5pm. However, our cake was delivered AFTER our ceremony (5:30-5:45). It was a little upsetting and I was annoyed to see the Fizz Bakery van and owner delivering the cakes late when we were taking our family portraits outside our venue. My father was clearly upset, but I didn’t want anyone causing a scene. I just wanted them to get the cakes inside and placed. I was relieved and thankful they made it safely, perfectly intact, and before guest started to enter the reception! I understand nothing will go as exactly as planned and things do happen. These minor hiccups that we experienced with Fizz Bakery have been overlooked. She does work hard and tries to strive to go above and beyond to make her clients happy. Tiffany’s art and talent are worth the minor things that are sometimes beyond our control. I’m thankful and in the end looking back I’m SO HAPPY with how everything turned out. I give my whole experience with Tiffany and Fizz Bakery 3.5 stars; which I bumped up because we did receive quality end product. I am most satisfied with how my wedding cake turned out; it was exactly how I wanted it. I loved my wedding cake, my guest loved my wedding cake, and my groom was both surprised and satisfied with his groom’s cake. My only note would to work on delivery and punctuality. From my own experience and prior Yelp reviews, it seems that delivering WEDDING CAKES on time is their weakness that needs improvement.
