So glad I went with 5 Elements
I loved my hair and make up experience with 5 elements! I was booking make up before I had a final headcount for services and five elements allowed me to be flexible as I finalized those asks to my bridesmaids etc. The trial put me at ease, Lexi and Tracy did an amazing job with an elevated but still natural look. The day before our wedding, 5 Elements contacted me to let me know that they were switching out our hair artist with Olivia, and I appreciated how seamlessly they navigated the situation with no stress to me. Olivia also did an excellent job, incorporating a hairstyle that worked with my crown veil and still looked great on its...I loved my hair and make up experience with 5 elements! Incredible wedding hair and makeup
I had so much fun at Five Elements getting my hair and makeup done for my wedding. My entire wedding party absolutely loved the salon and could not have been happier with how their hair and makeup turned out. Everyone was so kind and accommodating in addition to being very skilled at what they do! I was so worried about not loving my wedding hair/makeup and I can honestly say it turned out perfectly! Everything about my experience from planning to day of was easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone :)I had so much fun at Five Elements getting my hair and makeup done for my wedding. My entire wedding party absolutely loved the salon and could not have been happier with how their hair and makeup turned out. Highly recommend
Five Elements did hair and makeup onsite for my July 31st wedding in Killington and they were incredible! Heather, Regan, and Kayla showed up early, were really personable and pleasant, and made getting glam fun for my whole group. The best hair and makeup
Five Elements did the hair and makeup on site for myself, 5 bridesmaids and one mother. I cannot say enough good things about them, from the start of the process all the way through to the wedding day. They entire staff was super organized and responsive, getting right back to me when I reached out, setting up the contract very quickly and securing the date.
Brandi and Heather did my makeup and hair, and both were so friendly, professional and really experts. They really listened, took pictures and notes during my trial and asked lots of questions to make sure they were set for the wedding.
On the day, they showed up right on time,...Five Elements did the hair and makeup on site for myself, 5 bridesmaids and one mother. I cannot say enough good things about them, from the start of the process all the way through to the wedding day. They entire staff was super organized and responsive, getting right back to me when I reached out, setting up the contract very quickly and securing the date.
Brandi and Heather did my makeup and hair, and both were so friendly, professional and really experts. They really listened, took pictures and notes during my trial and asked lots of questions to make sure they were set for the wedding.
On the day, they showed up right on time, and even brought an extra assistant to make sure we ran right on schedule with absolutely zero stress and were such a lovely addition to the energy in the suite. They did an amazing job on everyone, and accommodated a few last minute requests for lashes(!) -- they made sure everyone looked wonderful and were a delight to work with.
I cannot recommend them enough! -

Tracy and Jill were amazing!!!! They were professional but also very warm and welcoming. They were fast, super talented, and met everyone's needs perfectly. I found them just by googling hair salons in the area and was blown away by how much I lucked out finding them. Couldn't recommend them more.Tracy and Jill were amazing!!!! I was very impressed with Tracy and Rachel’s work. The trial run of the bridal hairstyle (with Tracy) and makeup (with Rachel) was fantastic, as it gave me the opportunity to meet them as well as to envision what the wedding day “look” would be.
The day of the wedding, Tracy and Rachel traveled to Okemo to style me (the bride), as well as all of the bridesmaids and the Mother of the Bride. They were punctual, efficient, professional, and both have delightful personalities. I was thrilled with my bridal hair and makeup, and my mother and bridesmaids were as well. Rachel went above and beyond on my wedding day! She was very personable and friendly and did an amazing job on my hair and makeup, I couldn't have been happier!!T hey were very flexible as far as traveling to where we were as it wasn't close to the salon. I had stylists from Five Elements come to my wedding venue for my hair and makeup. I had given them pictures of what all the girls wanted and they did a fantastic job! Heather continually checked in with me to make sure my hair was exactly as I wanted it. They were punctual and even finished ahead of schedule so we all got to relax before the pictures started! Tracy from five elements salon and day spa was very flexible with the needs of myself, five bridesmaids and three flower girls. She was a sweetheart, and accommodated everyone of us. When she came to the Mountain Top Inn to work on are hair I completely changed my mind to a down curly number from an updo. Brought a picture and she was totally fine with it. In addition, she ended up doing the flower girls hair to last minute. Everything turned out amazing. I had a wonderful experience with Five Elements. About a month before the wedding, I made the drive up to Vermont for a bridal hair and make-up consult with Amanda. She was super sweet and really great to work with. I opted to pay the on-site fee to have her come to our location to do my hair and makeup, which really made things easy on our wedding day. The hair and make-up turned out amazing, and I received so many compliments from the wedding guests.I had a wonderful experience with Five Elements. Tracy and Brittni did the hair and makeup for my wedding at Mountain Top Inn. They were both absolutely fantastic and I love that they came to my bridal suite to do everything. I did a trial a couple months in advance and Tracy remembered that my hair held the curls poorly, so she made sure to set them first and used enough product / hair spray to make sure they lasted the entire night. She is an amazing stylist and chose the perfect styles for my bridesmaids, MOB and MOG who didn't have a specific style in mind. I typically don't wear much makeup, so I was really nervous to have it professionally done as I was worried...Tracy and Brittni did the hair and makeup for my wedding at Mountain Top Inn. They were both absolutely fantastic and I love that they came to my bridal suite to do everything. Loved having my hair and makeup done by my stylists at 5 elements. After going to the trial, they were very relaxed and made me feel at ease. My hair and makeup were flawless and I was amazed at what my stylist could do with my short(er) hair. They came up to our house as we were getting ready and that definitely made for a more relaxed atmosphere. They were also VERY patient with a difficult bridesmaid and offered to do their hair again because they did not like it originally.

The two ladies I worked with - I believe their names were Amanda (makeup) and Sarah (hair) - were unbelievably friendly and put me right at ease, I didn't feel uptight or nervous at all (which I expected to be, as I'm not well-versed in the ways of hair/makeup). They listened to my ideas and then executed them professionally and beautifully. She was able to create a beautiful hairstyle for me during our trial just from Pinterest pictures and did a fantastic job with my make-up. During the actual wedding, it stormed all day and my hair still managed to stay in place despite the arctic blasts and look amazing (and somehow still not look stiff!). My sister and I had our hair done here for my wedding. I was very pleased with my make up and wedding for my pictures. Five Elements was great- I used them for my bridal party hair. I was nervous about hair for my wedding because I’ve only had bad experiences AND I couldn’t get up to VT for a trial but Sarah was so sweet and made me feel totally comfortable and at ease. Everyone’s hair looked awesome- natural and romantic, without being over styled or too stiff. I loved how she really listened to how I typically wear my hair and used photos I liked to create a perfect combo that fit my style and dress. I love looking at photos and seeing that my hair makes me look like “me” but just nicer.
They were definitely a little slow...Five Elements was great- I used them for my bridal party hair. I was nervous about hair for my wedding because I’ve only had bad experiences AND I couldn’t get up to VT for a trial but Sarah was so sweet and made me feel totally comfortable and at ease. The stylists came to us at the Red Clover Inn, which felt very luxurious and relaxed, and they worked efficiently and stayed on schedule. All of my bridesmaids and the moms loved their hair and makeup. Everything lasted to the end of the wedding without any issues. I also thank Tracy for her patience with our darling little flower girl—she was truly amazing with little Jane! I would recommend Five Elements to other Vermont brides. -

Amazing hair and makeup. Did a really great job squeezing us in at the last minute. Would definitely recommend. The only thing that wasn't so great was responsiveness especially to Emails.
The only thing that wasn't so great for me personally, (and this wasn't so much the fault of the salon) was that the hair and makeup took like 3 hours, and I didn't have any time to eat. I felt kind of sick after sitting there for so long, and having all those nerves, and trying to critique their work as we went along. Part of this was because I didn't go in for a consultation beforehand. I HIGHLY recommend going for a consultation!! Don't wait until...Amazing hair and makeup. Disappointing
I really wish I could give all 5 stars because the stylists and day of events were good. However the communication and professionalism of the front staff is sub-par. We planned this wedding during a pandemic, and although my virtual consults with my stylists assured me the salon would be flexible- this was not reflected in the total cost of service. When I attempted to resolve the issues - I was told that “notes from the stylists” reflected the bill. I was essentially told I was lying about how many women received services on this date. I had a bridesmaid who was unable to enter VT secondary to travel restrictions. I was in turn charged for full service and...I really wish I could give all 5 stars because the stylists and day of events were good.
