We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue, Fishermen’s Inn truly exceeded our expectations!
One of the biggest advantages of choosing this venue is that their food and drink are all in-house. This took a huge weight off our shoulders during the planning process, and they absolutely delivered. We received so many compliments from our guests about both the food and drinks. For hors d’oeuvres, we chose the bacon-wrapped dates, sweet potato and avocado bites, bruschetta, and buffalo chicken bites, our guests especially raved about the buffalo chicken bites and bacon-wrapped dates!
We also added the mimosa service while we were getting ready, which was such a fun and thoughtful touch. The staff set everything up beautifully with cups, juice, champagne, and fruit for garnish, it was so cute and made the morning feel extra special.
Our day of coordinator, Tara, was beyond excellent. She helped us plan every detail down to the minute and brought up things I would have never even considered. She was kind, thoughtful, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire day and night. She struck the perfect balance, always there when we needed her, but never overbearing. I truly couldn’t be happier with her support.
The dining experience was another highlight. The dining room is absolutely stunning, and many guests mentioned how memorable the dinner service was, they present the meals in such an elegant way! We chose the Fishermen’s Inn signature salad, creamy chicken and rice pilaf soup, chicken piccata, and salmon with pineapple mango salsa. Guests consistently told us the food was fresh, served warm, and perfectly portioned.
The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and offer so many beautiful spots for photos. Since we got married in October, having a strong indoor ceremony option was very important to us in case of bad weather. Fishermen’s Inn gave us that peace of mind. We were lucky to have a perfect 75 degree day and held our dream outdoor ceremony, but I felt completely confident in the indoor backup as well.
Our guests loved the outdoor cocktail hour on the patio, and many took that time to explore the grounds and take photos. The landscaping is clearly a priority, the property is incredibly well-maintained, and the fall mums were especially stunning!
There was also plenty of parking for guests, which made things very convenient. Another feature we loved is how each part of the day, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception, can take place in different spaces. It keeps the experience feeling fresh and exciting for everyone.
Fishermen’s Inn truly sets couples up for success with their organized planning process and consistent check-ins. I am so grateful for their support and how seamless they made everything feel. They have truly thought of everything.
I cannot recommend Fishermen’s Inn enough, they went above and beyond in every way! -

We can't say enough what an amazing job the Fishermen's Inn team did for our wedding. From the initial visit, Erin, Patti, Felecia, and team were so kind and personable and took all of the stress out of the planning process. Everything on our wedding day went exactly according to plan, and months later we are still getting compliments from guests on the food and atmosphere. We truly can't recommend Fishermen's Inn enough, they made our wedding day incredible! -

This venue was the absolute most BEAUTIFUL and PERFECT location we could have imagined for our ceremony and reception. The staff at the Fishermen's Inn was kind and professional. Everything ran so smoothly because of them. Kate was our wedding coordinator and she made the planning process fun and stress-free. Our friends and family are still talking about how perfect this venue was! -

We loved the venue, staff, and entire wedding experience at Fishermen's Inn! Totally exceeded expectations! After deciding that we wanted to have an outdoor wedding ceremony, it was extremely important to me that our venue had an equally-as-stunning indoor option so that we'd be stress-free in case it rained on wedding day. Fishermen's Inn is GORGEOUS. The flowers, ponds, and trees definitely sold us, but the indoor venue space is also incredible. We ended up holding a smaller pre-ceremony marriage contract signing ritual in that indoor space because we didn't want to let it go to waste! The windows are floor-to-ceiling and make you feel like you're on the pond.
While we were initially hesitant about having split rooms for dinner and dancing, we ended up loving the extra space for dancing (side note: hire One Night Band if you want to keep your guests on the dance floor all night!). Also, the food was delicious! Just know that they only have a few specific dates that you can select to do the food tasting, and it's a pre-set menu (meaning you cannot necessarily try all of the dishes you're interested in). We were planning the wedding from out of town, so we ended up making a special trip to be able to taste the food in advance.
Aside from that, Fishermen's Inn was extremely flexible/accommodating and made everything easy for us, even as we navigated planning the wedding remotely!! We ended up swapping out the soup course (it was July) for sorbet, brought in our own wedding cakes from the Cheesecake factory, made COVID-specific requests, and they executed flawlessly. We also had multiple friends/family members come to tour the venue for us while on Zoom calls with us since we couldn't travel when we were making our selection, and they couldn't have been nicer about it. We can't say enough good things about all of the staff. Kate was our planner, and she relieved all the stress on wedding day by taking care of EVERYTHING! She even made sure that appetizers from cocktail hour and lemonade from the ceremony were available in the bridal suite for us after the ceremony as we shared a few private moments together. We loved how organized and detailed our pre-wedding timeline was, and she made us feel like this was the most important wedding in the world!
We are so happy we chose Fishermen's Inn!!! -

Fishermens inn was the PERFECT place for our wedding. Our coordinator kara was so helpful and easy to talk to the entire year and a half of planning. Day of, as a bride, I didn’t have to think about ANYTHING as she had contacted my vendors and communicated with the set up and the schedule. It was a beautiful day, cocktail hour was outside , the food was amazing (how many people can say that really?) our best man couldn’t get over how good the service was. My husbands uncle said he wants all five of his kids to get married there, and I can’t wait to be a guest in that space! -

We cannot say enough about how wonderful Fishermen's Inn was to work with. From our initial tour and postponement (thanks COVID), to the day of, they were wonderful to work with. I wanted to get married at FI (rustic, barn- like) but wanted a glam, black- tie wedding. I wasn't sure how we would accomplish this, but it worked out perfectly. Kate was great to work with and really got stuff done. She was responsive to calls and emails. My only qualm with this venue, which is to be expected in the industry I suppose, is how they nickel and dime you for every item/service. Arriving earlier than 11am on the wedding day was $, lunch for the bridal party (you aren't allowed to bring anything at all in) was $$, rentals for china/silverware/linens (you have to use their vendors) were $$$. Don't let the barn/rustic vibe fool you into thinking their services cost any less than fancy hotels or grand venues This place is expensive, but they deserve every penny for the beautiful event they put on for us. Would highly recommend this venue if you have a healthy budget. -

This venue was a dream. It is so beautiful. I wanted a venue I did not need to add a lot of decoration too and my goodness did I find it.
It was not only the venue that made my day so special but the staff too. We worked with Kara and she was so sweet.
She made me feel so comfortable through the entire process. She was quick to respond to my many emails and made the entire process very personalized.
The day of was perfect. Everything went so smoothly. I actually had a lot of people tell me how well the wedding flowed.
The venue and staff made my wedding day better then I could have imagined. It was 100% stress free. Anyone looking for a beautiful venue, look no further! -

The moment we walked into Fishermen's Inn, it was a done deal to book the venue (even my indecisive husband knew the moment we entered!) In the beginning, I did not know what to expect through wedding planning and looking back, I know it could not have been more flawless. Kara was our coordinator and was so sweet and insightful with suggestions every time we met. On the day of the wedding, the entire team made sure that we were comfortable and everything was going to plan. Our guests raved about the food (best wedding food ever), the incredible staff and how beautiful the venue and the grounds were. Everyone has told me it's impossible to have a "perfect" wedding day, but ours was absolutely perfect in every single way thanks to Fishermen's Inn, Patti and the entire team. We are so sad to no longer visit for our consultation meetings :) Thank you all for the best day EVER (we wish we could go back) and one we will together cherish for a lifetime. -

I can't even put into words how magical this venue is. My husband and I pulled up to this venue and new the moment we got out of our car that this was the place. It is beautiful on the inside and outside. And the staff is perfection! Patti and Kate are the friendliest people I have ever met and made our wedding day perfect. Even with the tight restrictions because of Covid, they still made our day just perfect! I wish I could relive the day. Just beautiful! -

Stunning venue, Exceptional staff!
There are not enough words to express how grateful Mike and I are for Kate, Patti, Sally, and the entire Fishermen’s Inn team!!
Not only is the venue breathtaking, but the team is really what made our entire experience more than we could’ve imagined. They made us feel welcome from our first visit, made it a point to get to know us on a personal level, and by the end of it —came to feel like family. Our coordinator Kate made the entire process seamless and stress-free from start to finish — which as a bride is much appreciated!!
Our family and friends are still raving about how beautiful the venue is (no surprise here) and how delicious the food was!!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fishermen’s Inn!! -

Fishermen’s inn is amazing!!
Choosing a venue is so important in so many ways and I can honestly say Fishermen’s Inn exceeded my expectations. First, the venue is gorgeous and you can really customize the space to make it your own. Even without any decor the space is beautiful. My husband and I had our wedding outside, if weather did not permit us to do so the space that they have inside for Ceremonies is so pretty. Second, the staff is phenomenal. Kara was our day of coordinator and was so helpful throughout our planning process. We met with her 3 times before our wedding and she offered the best advice and helped us make our dream become a reality. Fishermen’s Inn is super easy to work with. Kara and the rest of the staff is always available to help via phone or email. One of the coolest things about Fishermen’s Inn is they have a showcase event where multiple vendors come and showcase different rental items and looks that you can choose for your day. This is great because you can actually see how florals, lighting, signs, etc. look in the space before your actual wedding. It also gives you the opportunity to see some of the other vendors work in person before booking. Next, the food is hands down the best wedding food I’ve ever had. Our guests raved about the food we had during cocktail hour and dinner. The drinks are also delicious. David made our specialty drinks for cocktail hour. They were the most refreshing/tasty mojitos. The station he served them at was so cute too! Lastly, our wedding day could not have gone more smoothly. Kara’s timeline that she created was perfect and the staff is well aware of everything at all times. This staff makes sure that everything on your day goes perfect. My husband and I knew from the moment we saw Fishermen’s Inn that it was the venue for us and I can honestly say it exceeded our expectations during our wedding and throughout our planning. I HIGHLY recommend booking your wedding here. -

Fishermen's Inn has weddings down to a science! They are professional, organized, compassionate and on point when planning a wedding. We could not have asked for a better team to be working with us. Heather Sent on 12/04/2017Fishermen's Inn is an absolutely, AMAZING wedding venue. Loved, loved, loved. The staff is top notch, one of the best in the industry. Highly organized. My wedding coordinator was Kara. She made the whole process such a breeze and I was actually very sad once my wedding planning was over because I loved working with her that much. We formed such a friendship and bond over the year it took to plan. The staff, the grounds, the food, the decor, the ambiance...all AMAZING. I feel very lucky and fortunate to have had every little girls dream...my picture perfect dream wedding day. I received so many compliments the day of my wedding and now even after. Everyone just had such an enjoyable time. I'd highly recommend Fishermen's Inn. You will not be disappointed.
