Let me just start with saying that we absolutely LOVE the videos that Marc and Dan put together! They both did such an incredible job of capturing all of the special moments, details and emotions on our wedding day. I know we will always look back on these videos and feel the joy and love we felt throughout our special day.
Marc and Dan were so great to work with. They made everything so easy every step of the way - from planning to filming on the day to sending our final files, they have always been so friendly and professional. This review is long overdue but it was necessary! I used First Look Films for my wedding 7/19/2024 and it was the best decision I could have made. The trailer, film, separate videos of the ceremonies and speeches are so well done. I also opted for the raw footage and that offers so many more videos of moments from the day that I’m glad to have. They recorded incredible footage without me even realizing they were there in those moments. A videographer, and more specifically First Look Films, is a must for the day. They captured memories from the day you would miss with only a photographer. I have watched my videos from the days several times since the wedding. They captured footage I would have regretted not having on video. The day goes by so quickly and First Look Films captured many moments you as the bride or groom may not see, but would have liked to see. They were professional and easy to work with. Their ability to create films by combining random clips for the day blew me away. You get what you pay for with all things wedding and they are absolutely worth every penny! I would 10/10 recommend First Look Films.First Look Films's reply:

Hi,
Marc and Dan….i feel like I need to put you in my will. Or at least name my first born son Marc Dan Gurney???? You’re kidding??? I’m sobbing?? You guys NAILED IT.
Since September all we can say is that our day was the best day of our lives and was so perfect but it felt like a blur. In our hearts we felt all of these moments but it was hard to remember because the day was so fast and perfect. You gave us the memories that match the moments we felt in our hearts, and I honestly don’t know how I can ever thank you both. You guys fit into our day so well and I will never know how to properly thank you. You guys did it and we are SO grateful.

I cannot rave enough about First Look Films! Marc and Dan are truly so talented and wonderful to work with. They made the entire process so easy and catered to anything we specifically wanted as well as put their own artistic touch into our video. This is by FAR one of the best expenses that we purchased for our wedding, having a videographer (especially a business like they have) is truly worth the investment. We now have more than just pictures to look at, but actual footage of the entire day. All of the beautiful moments, the ones I didn't get to see as a bride on my husband's point of view, and vice- versa. I would recommend them a thousand times over. They are prompt with their responses, professional, SO FUN to work with, and they are very experienced in what they do and helped me to not have to make decisions on my wedding day because they knew what to do. My Husband and I are so pleased with our wedding video, we recieved both a trailer and our full video in a very timely fashion and they are absolutely perfect. Photography & Videographers are two MUST HAVE VENDORS for your wedding. No matter how you think you may be present during your special day, it is so rewarding to have images and videos capture things you may miss, or even things you'd like to relive. Since my wedding in May, I have had family members pass and to have a video is truly priceless. Marc and Dan are a truly dynamite team! They are so professional and friendly, easy going and made my husband and I so comfortable, even though there are camera around. They captured everything we hoped for and so much more. They were reliable and easy to reach. Helpful and open to questions and our ideas. They were invaluable and stayed for the whole reception. I cannot recommend them enough!!!First Look Films's reply:

Do not hesitate to hire Mark and Dan. They are so easy to work with, and made the day go by so smoothly. They got to the hotel early when I was getting ready and stayed well into the dancing portion of the wedding, I was truly impressed! Their quality of video is amazing and I could not wait to share it with my friends and family. You will not be disappointed with them!!First Look Films's reply:

Marc and Dan were so fun to work with for our wedding in October 2022. Our entire wedding party said how comfortable they were working with them which says a ton on it’s own. They were there with us from the time we started getting ready for the day until the night was wrapping up and they captured EVERY major aspect of the day. I truly could not have imagined anything better when they sent me our video. I was in tears watching it! 8 months later and it still gives me goosebumps and makes me cry! If you’ve been looking for a videographer for your big day and stumble across this review, look no further or you are for sure going to miss out. This is something you will have for years to come!! You do not want to choose the wrong guys for this type of memory when you’ll be showing your video to your kids and grandkids one day!First Look Films's reply:

Perfectly captured our special day
I highly recommend First Look Films for anyone who is getting married. Marc and Dan went above and beyond from the communication prior, day of schedule, quality content, delivering our wedding video in a timely matter and more! The entire process was extremely seamless and every special moment of our day was captured beautifully. I wish we could relive our wedding day over and over, having this beautiful wedding video reminds us of the perfect day. Thank you so much! -

So kind, professional, helpful and accommodating!
Marc and Dan were so kind, helpful and professional! On our wedding day they helped make us feel comfortable with the cameras and felt like a part of our wedding party! We ended up not loving our photos so when time came to review footage, Marc and Dan saved the day and ended up helping us with still video shots that we loved.
