First Class Limos INC. did a great job for our wedding on September 30th, 2017! They were very accommodating and the driver was very responsive and dressed nicely. The limo is at your disposal all day and they can change your travel plans the day of which was perfect! The limo bus was new and was very clean and fit everyone perfectly. -

Alexa was EXTREMELY helpful and responsive by phone and email. She answered all of our questions and offered a variety of pricing options for us based on each vehicle we were interested in. We booked within a week because we were so impressed! Cannot wait to use them on our wedding day in 2017 -

First Class Limos was excellent! They called the day before and offered us an upgrade for free. The driver, Ted, was on time and extremely professional! He was very, very helpful and kind! I would recommend him to anyone! -

We recently got married on a Friday and took pictures before the ceremony. We only needed the limo to drive us around for 2 and a half hours, but had to pay for 4. I asked the driver if he would pick some of our guests up and he was more than willing! He was a very nice man and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and we arrived on time. -

The limo driver was so nice and helpful. He helped with my dress and made sure the ladies were all settled. It rained unexpectedly so our plans for pictures changed but the driver was very accommodating. -

Me and my bride just rented a limo bus from First Class Limos for our wedding which was on 5/5/12. We went and personally looked at all of their limousines and buses in person at their facility. They were all very impressive. They have several hummer limos and limo buses that would fit us. We ended up going with a limo bus that had 4 plasma tvs and the interior changed colors on the inside for our wedding party. We asked why there were a few bad revews on wedding wire about them. They explained to us that they have had over 13,500 customers and that occassionally there would be problems just like with any other business but they have done thousands of weddings and have won the fox 8 hotlist award 3 years in a row which is voted for by the people. They also mentioned that when people have bad service the first thing they do is go and write a bad review. They mentioned if they were a bad company they wouldn't have had 13,500 customers and win so many awards and have such impressive vehicles. I thought about this and agreed.
We booked with them. Sure enough our wedding day came and our drive arrived a few minutes early and even rolled out the red carpet for us. The driver was very professional and everything went off without a problem. I would highly recommend First Class Limos after seeing them in person and having wedding service that was completely wonderful! :) -

I used them for my wedding this past month, they did a wonderful job everything went very smoothly, I was very pleased with both the quality of the vehicle and the driver. I recommend First Class Limos and their service to any bride! -

I used first class limos for my wedding and they were wonderful , i provided the driver a list of my addresses and we got to enjoy the limo with out having to worry about directing the driver the whole day and we had enough room that our photographer got to ride with us and take some amazing pictures of us in the limobus! Thank you first class limos for an amazing day. -

The limo was exactly as asked for - and for a decent price. The driver was fantastic - he actually went into Great Lakes brewery and bought us beer while we were getting pictures taken so that we could drink on the way to the reception. Best driver ever! Highly recommend this company! -

We used First Class Limos for our wedding. We used one of their new 28 passenger limo buses. The bus was very nice it had plasma TVs on the interior and the driver was very nice and dressed in a suit and tie. The driver arrived about 10 minutes early and rolled out the red carpet (literally) for us when we got out of the church. I had seen they won the Fox 8 Hot list award for best limo company in Cleveland / Akron area and thats why we chose them. It was well worth it. -

This company went over and above for us on our wedding day. First Class Limos embodied everything you'd expect them to. Their limo was amazing and we had great service from our driver. I would recommend them to anyone. -

Our driver was very professional and experienced. He was able to pull into driveways that were almost impossible. He made sure everyone was on time and comfortable. We tipped him extra because even though tip was included with the price we paid, they tip the guys very minimal. so we gave him an extra $50. -

We were a little skeptical about choosing First Class Limos after reading reviews on here, but we were very happy with them! I had a couple issues with the company itself (I faxed my addresses over to them and they said they didn't get them. Then harassed me with phone calls "Your event is in a week and we don't have your addresses!") But once the limo showed up (early!) and I met the driver I was fine. Our driver was wonderful! He was very accommodating and extremely nice and helpful. We were extremely happy that we picked First Class Limos! We went with the Black Stretch Hummer and it was gorgeous! And huge! I recommend it! -

If you want on time limo service and affordable rates then First Class Limos is the only option.Not only do they have the nicest fleet of limousines but their drivers are amazingly attentive and will always be on time.I am very pleased with my wedding day transportation and so was my whole family. -

We rented a big bus for 28 people and it was nice, but we had to keep messing with the lights and video. The bus it seemed so huge when we saw it w/ just the 2 of us in it but then we got everyone in it we were squished!!! Wish we would have gotten the bigger one, hard to picture so many people in one space. Otherwise a great limo company. -

We got a car for just me and my husband to take us from wedding photos to the reception. It was so nice to have this time together, just us, on our special day! The driver was very professional and the car was very nice (and very clean). They even had water for us in the back. Alexa, who booked us was very professional and so helpful. She even let us change the time of pickup/drop off when our wedding day schedule changed a few days before the wedding! Would highly recommend. -

They had a beautiful limo. But I should have known better choosing a company that wasn't from my area, but I'm sure they are much better when they are in their usual area. My problems were that you had to call to ask a question, they hated emails, and the people who answered were usually not very happy to talk to you. I had to stop getting ready 3 times to answer my phone because the driver kept getting lost. The driver was nice and friendly, but he also got lost on the way to the reception which made a 20 minute trip an hour. -

The bad: the limo arrived late, the limo was beat up (rust on exterior, rips on seat cushions, etc.), the driver had no familiarity with the Columbus area, the limo was a sauna despite having the air on full blast, and driver ignored specific directions given in advance to avoid construction (end result - 20 minutes late to wedding). The good: the driver was extremely nice and dressed well. I don't blame the driver because he was from Cleveland and wasn't familiar with the area, and he was really understanding about ten people sitting in the back yelling out directions the entire time. In hindsight, we should have gone with a local Columbus limo company who was familiar with the area and where we could have inspected the limo in person prior to the event. -

Would not recommend First Class Limo. Driver was rude and incompetent. He didn't say hello when he picked up the girls on the wedding day. Limo was hot when we got into it so we were all sweating before even arriving at the church. Driver had no sense of direction. He needed assistance throughout the whole process. When the bride and groom got into the limo after the ceremony we had to tell him to drive around the block and he proceeded to ask us where he should go. His one tire was very low with air and he had to leave us while we were taking pictures to get it filled with air. He didn't even know it was low- our photographer had to tell him! The limo looked very old and worn inside and out! Would definitely not recommend! -

**PLEASE READ**First off Don't be fooled by the name, or the bragging of 15000 customer served. Limo company of the year is beyond me. Go see the cars for yourself before reserving, they are not first class! I ordered two vehicles, one to pick up the girls, which did show up on time. But the driver wouldn't even help them load their bags into the car. He stood there while they slipped around on the ice in heels with their heavy bags. not a good start. The car that picked us guys up was also on time, but who lets a car go out not cleaned from last people? I have to say the only redeeming fact is that our driver was fantastic, he really was. He did everything in his power to fix the experience. Its a shame he doesn't work for a higher class company. They would have a killer team. Our limo wasn't cleaned out from the last party, dirty solo cups, left over food and clothes from the last group. Yes we made it on time, but for being the highest price quote I had It was not a first class limo by any stretch. Here is where they could've Fixed it, but the fact is that they simply don't care. I called and made him aware of our issues very politely and he said he'd try and get to the bottom of it. No apologies no " how can we make it right"? no refund offered. Just simply a well we have your money now so too bad attitude. Again though I do want to stress that our driver was great but the other one was not, so i rated 2.5 on driver related categories. -

Wish I had checked reviews befor e using this company. Limo bus broke down before reaching us. So short story, limo was two hours late, and not what we what we ordered. To make matters worse, company insists on charging full price. HORRIBLE -

Not a wedding but TERRIBLE service. The radio, the TV and THE AIR CONDITIONING did not work on this 85 degree day. We were also forced to cut our dinner short due to the company "adding on" another run for our driver after ours and we had to skip dessert and coffee and hustle home to prevent being stranded. UNBELIEVEABLE!
Manager said that he tested the AC a few days later and that it was working fine. He also said that the time I had requested was "subject to availabilty" which was never stated before hand. I asked for a refund of HALF my money and was refused. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! -

UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, and UNSAFE! This was by far the worst part of my wedding day! The driver was rude, the ride was unsafe, and I really wish I had driven myself. There were too many negative things to list, but "first class" is a joke. I did reach out to the company, who gave me a laughable $85 refund. The VP was responsive, and I am sure she will respond to this review...unfortunately the majority of what she stated in her passive aggressive apologetic emails was untrue. LIES, LIES, LIES! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! This company was a nightmare and the driver was rude. I have no idea how this company stays in business, as safety and comfort should be a priority...and with them it is NOT! I will be taking my concerns to the BBB.

Do not use this limo service! We heard from the driver that they break down more than they should. Limo was dirty, radio & tvs did not work. Drove 5 blocks & limo broke down, we had to have out familys with mini vans pick us up for our wedding! Aweful!!! Waste of money & they wasted our time, screwed us out of our pictures because we couldn't get to the next location. Driver didn't even open door when (me) the bride was headed to limo. PLEASE DO NOT USE! -

HORRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Our Hummer limo was the worst part of our wedding day by far. The reasons are as follows:
1. The heat in the limo was broken and unable to be fixed by our driver. It was 30 degrees on our wedding day. We FROZE inside the limo.
2. The electric was also broken and unable to be fixed by our driver. We had no radio, no lights, no tvs.
3. The driver made no effort to fix any of the aforementioned problems.
4. Due to the lack of heat (and inability to "warm up" in the limo) we had to cut our wedding pictures short by over an hour. We'll never get that time back and first class limos has essentially ruined 1/2 my wedding pictures because we weren't able to take them.
5. They never contacted me to apoligize or make the situation right.
6. When I finally contacted them, they called me a liar and told me I was wrong about the weather and all of the malfunctions. I had to threaten to have my photographers and everyone in the limo write statements saying that I was telling the truth before they would offer me a refund. I only got 1/2 my money back, even though the entire limo was malfunctioning.
7. The manager then told me that had the driver called maintenance, they would have either sent out a technician (during our ceremony, would have been fixed before we left for pictures) or they would have walked the driver through how to fix the limo.
Overall, this was the most negative experience I have ever had with a limo company and would suggest going anywhere else. I would NEVER use them again. -

My wedding day was ruined by this company. I had booked a hummer limo with them 9 months ahead of time. The day of the wedding (half an hour before there were supposed to be there) we get a call and the say that this vehicle is broken down. They said they could call around and try to get something else. They called back like an hour later (we were now running late) and said that of course every other company is totally booked. I figured, thats why i was sure to reserve one 9 months in advance. He said there was nothing else they could do and that we would get our money back. Talk about the biggest disappoinment ever. So i had to drive my own car to the church and my aunt had to drive the other girls. We were supposed to drive half an hour away from the church to get pictures taken. So we had to call a family member that had a van so we could all get there. So after putting everything behind an hour and not showing up and getting rude on the phone with my husband when he asked what they could do for us, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, EVER! -
