Beyond amazing
Everything was amazing it was both human and professional at the same time, really fast considering the distance and even in the unexpected delivery issue the team of Fire & Brilliance was there to help me thought a situation they didn't really have control on and still were there to help and realise the perfect ring. -

This was my 2nd time using the team at Fire & Brilliance. I first used them for my custom engagement ring in 2018 and had a Moissanite set as my center stone. It was always our plan to upgrade my Moissanite stone to a diamond some day. For my 10 year wedding anniversary we decided to do just that. Marisa was amazing in helping me choose the right size diamond to be mounted on my current custom engagement ring. She answered all my questions and concerns about lab diamonds. I can not stop staring at new diamond.
Process was super easy from start to finish with shipping, inspection and shipping back to me. All in all about 2 weeks, a little less for my entire process. Keep in mind my setting was already made previously. So times may vary if you are creating your own setting. I wouldn’t go with any other company for my jewelry needs. Highly respected company and amazing customer service, just an overall amazing team. Marisa stayed in touch with me from beginning to finish. Don't settle for mass produced jewelry from large chain jewelry stores. Contact F&B, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I lost the stone in my old ring and ordered a new stone from you. I had it reset into my old ring and I love it more than the original stone. The new ring is beautiful and everyone that has seen it comments on its beauty. I have been married for 25 years, and although I am sorry that I lost the original stone, I am extremely satisfied, with the way the new ring looks. Thank you!! -

Both of my rings are from F&B and they are just incredible. I’ve had my engagement ring for 3 years and it has held up beautifully. They created a custom matching contour band for me for my wedding after the initial engagement ring purchase and it is just perfect. Their customer service is top notch and I’ve sent my ring for cleaning twice - no issues and it came back sparkling! Thank you Fire & Brilliance! -

My ring is absolutely beautiful. I knew that I wanted something non-traditional, but not sure what. I found what I wanted with Fire and Brilliance and a Moissanite ring. I love that this is a sustainable product. The look is fabulous! So many options that you can get the look you are really want. -

I just wanted to write a review because I am SO happy with my purchase. We ended up postponing our wedding a full year due to covid circumstances, so we wanted to upgrade my diamond engagement ring. I did some research, read some reviews and came across Fire & Brilliance and based on everything that I had read, decided to purchase a ring from them. I got the ring “Mylene” with a 6.5mm cushion cut diamond in crushed ice. It is literally unreal. I was so excited when I received it, because it was better than I had ever expected. If you’re in the market for a “diamond look-a-like” ring, this is it. I get so many compliments on it and I never want to take it off. We saved so much money getting a moissanite ring, but it is worth every penny. F&B even included a pair of earrings for free! Very satisfied with my purchase. -

I designed and ordered a beautiful lab-created diamond custom ring for my girlfriend after receiving some ideas of what she likes and a recommendation for Fire and Brilliance rings. Customer service was excellent and the design process was smooth. They were very accommodating in adding an engraving a little later in the process. We also received a pair of Moissanite earrings with the purchase, which complement her ring perfectly. Needless to say, she said yes :) She loves the design and the quality of the ring, and received many compliments so far. Overall, I would recommend Fire and Brilliance for their gorgeous products, and great work and service! -

I purchased a lab grown diamond and it is perfect. My jeweler agreed that it is a high quality stone and that it was a very reasonable price. This company ships quickly and returns are easy if you need it. I ordered 2 stones and returned one. I highly recommend. -

Easy and brilliant!
I purchased a 2 carat dew (8mm) moissanite from F&B on January 5. It was shipped on the 9th and delivered on the 13th. Cannot beat that turnaround. I found the website and selection of what I wanted easy and simple. Every question I had could be found in the FAQ. However, the most important piece here is obviously the ring! It looks absolutely wonderful and definitely surpasses more than I could have asked for. The stone is brilliant and coupled with a rose gold band makes it really stand out. I have nothing negative to say thus far about the purchase! -

Excellent customer service and beautiful product!
Unfortunately I lost my wedding rings while on vacation and wasn’t ready to spend a fortune on a new diamond just yet. I was very skeptical of choosing a Moissanite and from a company I wasn’t familiar with online. The customer service was awesome and answered all my questions and eased my concerns. When my ring arrived I was blown away. Even my husband who is the ultimate skeptic and wanted nothing less than a diamond came around when he saw it. He said, “it’s actually very beautiful!” I was able to get a bigger stone and I love it so much I don’t t even feel like I need to replace it in the future! -

Amazing Cushion Cut
After years of saving, my husband wanted to buy me a new, larger stone for my wedding ring, which had a lower quality and color 3 ct round on a band hosting a bunch of VVS colorless small princesses cut diamonds. After giving it some thought, I decided I really wanted to try Moissanite, I felt it was the right thing to do, Instead of rushing out and purchasing another average quality and color stone that was a little larger. I emailed Rachel Baeza (F&B) with questions on what the differences were with some of the moissanite they offered, and she responded back right away with great information, she was extremely helpful. After viewing several cuts and colors of moissanite through Charles and Covard, and Fire and Brilliance I decided I really wanted a cushion cut; it's the best of both worlds, not a round cut and not a princess cut either. Although Charles and Colvard are a very reputable company and offered many eye-pleasing pictures with some fairly good prices, F&B had outstanding videos on youtube that gave you a lot of comparison with other cuts and other types of stones, such as a diamond, they also talked about how a moissanite is so very similar to a diamond.
I ordered the stone I wanted, once I received it, I took it to my private jeweler who couldn't believe how beautiful the stone was and the price I paid for it, and informed me that I chose extremely well, he had mentioned X1 stone which I found out that it meant D-E (colorless) in color and VVS quality.
Turns out the Cushion cut stone is far prettier for my setting than the round was, and this particular cushion cut "First Crush" blends so well with my other stones, it is unbelievable!
I was a tiny bit skeptical on ordering something like this sight-unseen online from a company I wasn't fully familiar with; those fears are now put to rest! -

I really wanted a Charles & Colvard Forever One moissanite, and we found F&B as an authorized retailer. I had a general idea of the style of ring I wanted, but couldn’t find *exactly* what I was looking for anywhere. F&B had something very similar to what I wanted, but only as a band, so I took a chance and asked if that band could be customized into an engagement ring. Rachel is the one I corresponded with from beginning to end. I let her know the exact details I wanted to include and she was confident she could create a gorgeous ring. She did not disappoint! Within a matter of days, she had sent me a digital image of what my future ring would look like. I responded with a couple of tweaks, and when she sent the new photo, I was already in love! It took only a couple of weeks before my ring arrived and it is more beautiful in person than I ever could have imagined. I get so many compliments on my ring!! -

Nervous about shopping online? Nervous about Moissanite? Nervous about finding her/him the right ring or nervous about finding rings to give to your fiancée/fiancé for inspiration!? F&B will take care of you. I understand completely with those that are wary about shopping for your ring online, but to be honest? I feel more nervous about going into a jeweler! I'm tired of the up-sell, I'm tired of the sales people not knowing what they're talking about and only wanted to cash out on me, and I'm tired of pushy people! I understand that you need to bargain and negotiate for a car, but I didn't want that experience with my engagement ring! Each ring you look at on their website has specs, has videos, has high-quality photos and if there is something you are looking for - contact them! I believe shopping like this empowers the consumer. You can shop around, go to different websites, compare and contrast! You have a PLETHORA of different styles and if nothing makes you happy, or you find something that kind of makes you happy but you want to change something, they encourage you to contact them!! You can custom anything. Worst case scenario, they have a “MORE THAN 30 DAYS” return policy! (Be careful of custom pieces/closeout items as those do have stricter restrictions understandably) I have found my dream ring on this site, I was very much involved in picking the exact ring I wanted. I sent it to my fiancé and he took it from there. Behind my back (understandably!) he purchased the ring with all the specs, he got in contact with Rachel at F&B and he said Rachel was with him through the entire month of planning and ordering the ring. She was so responsive to him and personally helped him with shipping issues (shipping issues on our part because I almost always ruin my own surprises). I was in shock when he proposed to me, yes it was the EXACT ring I wanted, but the surprise is really finally seeing it in person, after years/months imagining it, I almost didn't recognize it because it is so much more amazing in person! Cid of F&B has been amazing as well, she runs the company's Instagram which constantly posts pictures and videos of rings. Their YouTube channel is FILLED with informational videos that aren't just trying to sell you things, they are trying to teach you! When DMing, they are responsive as much as they can on IG, but if you'd really like that personal one on one, definitely email their customer support! Their IG is interactive with their fans, customers, and shopping couples! This company does it right in giving you the ability to reach them even though are solely an online retailer. I believe this is the way the future is going. More and more couples are looking for something that will work for them without sacrificing that dream of having their perfect ring. No more buying a house vs. ring! (Yep... some of my relatives have wagered the two!) F&B makes it possible, you will be surprised how well your dollar is stretched by shopping here! -

I actually was doing some research on WeddingBee and looking for positive experiences, as well as websites that were easy to navigate, (and good prices). F&B had it all. I am so happy with my rings! I follow F&B on Instagram, so I have seen a lot of their beautiful designs. Once I saw their secret halo setting, I was sold. Their account also shows a variety of different cuts of moissanites which made it very easy for me to make my final decision to get their First Crush cut. I had no doubt in my mind that I’d love my engagement ring. When my husband proposed, I was stunned by the beauty of the ring in person. Purchasing from them has exceeded all of my expectations-especially after shopping around at local Jewelers who wouldn’t even consider selling us Moissanite. Not only did they help me create the most beautiful custom ring for my now fiancee they also made sure it was in my hands by our anniversary. This doesnt seem like a big deal out of context but I placed my order for the ring NOT intending to propose then but I had a lightbulb that she would NEVER see it coming that day. So I sent an email to Rachel at F&B and she MADE it happen! Even when she didnt have to! It was the best day that she and I will NEVER forget! Thanks F&B team! <3

I realized that I love the traditional style ring with a 1.5-2.0 carat center stone, side stones, and a cathedral setting. The flashier, the better (but nothing too gaudy). However, I didn't want my fiancé to spend so much money on a diamond ring. I started researching diamond alternatives and came across the moissanite, which I had never heard of before. After doing lots of research, I fell in love! Fire and Brilliance has tons of YouTube videos and diamond alternatives, moissanites, ring settings, etc. It is a great tool for education and research so that you can purchase the best ring to fit your style. My fiancé chatted with a representative online and was able to share a bunch of links that I had provided him on ring styles that I liked, even from different companies. With this information, the representative was able to find a design that fit my style and provided my fiancé with customization options. She was patient with him and took the time to explain every option to him so that he could make the best decision for us. He spent a fraction of the cost of a diamond ring for an equally, if not more beautiful ring! Nobody has guessed that it isn't a diamond, and honestly, I am beyond open to telling everyone that this isn't a diamond but a moissanite, something better!! He didn't tell me exactly how much he spent, but he said it was between $1000-$2000, so I am guessing closer to $1,800. I am so beyond happy with my ring, receive tons of compliments, and love showing it off. This will help us save money for a house and the more important things in life. I am so proud of our decision!!

All the educational videos that Fire & Brilliance had on their channel were so informative and thorough that it made us more confident in choosing moissanite as our center stone. We had a great experience with Fire & Brilliance. We had a design, a stone size in mind and Fire & Brilliance worked hard to put our vision to life. Even though Fire & Brilliance didn't have the stone size we wanted in stock, they were able to contact their vendors and get us exactly what we wanted very promptly. We designed our own rings and Fire & Brilliance provided pictures of the design with different angles. They also allowed us to make changes to the design to make sure it was exactly what we wanted.
