  We had a wonderful experience purchasing my engagement ring here. They have amazin pieces, some very unusual and the customer service is excellent!!! I would highly recommend them!

  Amazing services! Chris Dobbins was the only person my fiance and I trusted through this entire process. We even wondered into Jareds a few times and they were terrible! The people at Finks aren't pushy and really care about finding the right jewelry for you. In our future jewelry purchases we will continue coming to Finks. They have even cleaned and adjusted our other jewelry for free that we didn't even buy there! They are all wonderful and we won't ever go anywhere else!

  We purchased our rings from the Finks Jewelers in Short Pump in Richmond, VA. We worked directly with Vicky. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. We would recommend using Finks to purchase your rings.

  Well I have to say Fink's Jewelers is Magnificent! The jewelry there is beyond belief. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. This family owned jeweler is one of the best jewelers out there! My feelings towards Fink's is a little tainted because I work there, but not completely! I am so proud to work there because of the level of service we provide our customers and the quality of our merchandise!

  We got my engagement ring and both wedding bands from Finks in Dulles. My husband gave the sales rep a picture of my dream ring and in a couple weeks he went to Finks to see 2 rings that looked almost identical to the picture. He chose one of them and I couldn't be happier.
  
  My wedding band was custom made by the jeweler in the Dulles branch. It matches my wedding band so well -- so much better than anything I could find. The price for the custom band was pretty comparable to ready made bands but this is a design that you can't find. I would definitely trust him to make more custom jewelry.
  
  We found my husbands band on a website so Finks ordered it for us and had it shipped to their store for a great price. They even returned it for a smaller one for no extra charge.
  
  Finks will also clean your ring for free whenever you stop by. Carrie at the Dulles branch is great to work with. We'll definitely be going back for more.

  After visiting a few big box jewelers (Kays, Helzburg, etc) looking at engagement rings, we came across Finks at Dulles Town Center. Our consultant was top notch - he took the time educate both my now husband and I on the qualities to look for in a diamond and let me try on pretty much anything I wanted! The store was classy and well lit, but not extremely so you could really see the sparkle in all of the diamonds. In addition, the engagement ring that we settled on was an Elara cut, fairly different from any of the typical princess/round/asscher cuts, that was not carried by any of the other stores. We also bought our wedding bands from Finks, again working with another pleasant consultant. We couldn't be happier with our rings!
  
  I will say that the store is a bit on the expensive side, but it reflects the quality of their diamonds and the professional, intimate service you get from the consultant. My ring, carat-wise, is not huge, but the cut makes it look bigger than it is and it actually fits my hand perfectly - not too big and gaudy but not small at all. I especially love how well it matches the band we chose; they no longer carry the Elara line but can definitely help you match your rings and are wonderful to work with. Their selection is fantastic and I highly recommend checking out Finks for your jewelry needs!

  I would definitely recommend this jeweler if you are going in the route of purchasing your rings in a store as opposed to the vast opportunities of online shopping these days. My husband bought my engagement ring at Fink's. My sister actually got her setting made at Fink's a few years ago for her engagement ring in the Lynchburg location and recommended Fink's in Dulles. I absolutely LOVE my engagement ring.
  
  I definitely think Fink's has the quality and calibre of the jewelers you may find in Tyson's II, but without the snobby retail attitude and just a much more down to earth way of doing business. There are only 14 stores in the U.S. and mostly southern based - virginia and south or north carolina...I can't remember which one. So they are a lot more grounded and humble jeweler, I feel. Their service, attitude, quality of jewelry are all exceptional. They really stand by what they sell you, they are willing to make a little bit of a bargin, and their ultimate goal is customer satisfaction.
  
  Basically we were so happy with everything, we ended up getting both of our wedding bands and my husband bought me a wedding gift from there as well. Our salesperson kept his word on everything he promised, we got a little bit of bargaining room since we were buying so many pieces from them, he did complimentary hand engraving for our wedding bands with our names in cursive, and he delivered the pieces on time.
  
  I also noticed something with my engagement ring...one of the prongs on the setting was a little bent (I'm a very detailed person - so other things people may not notice...I did) anyway, they replaced it entire setting for me with the same exact one free of charge just to make sure their customer was happy with the quality of their items. The replacement setting is FLAWLESS! I love it. The only thing was that our salesperson works out of two locations (Lynchburg or Roanoke one and the Dulles location) so we had to make appointments with him instead of just a simple walk-in, but that's just because we felt more comfortable working with our salesperson. But we would definitely recommend Finks! And we will go back to there for our future purchases, knowing that we are not getting ripped off, and getting quality jewelry.
