I created a wedding website using AppyCouple. I loved my background to the website so much that I looked everywhere for stationary that would compliment it. Then I found out that Fine Stationary was actually working with AppyCouple to create matching stationary. YES!
I contacted them and they worked with my from start to finish to create the perfect wedding invitation suite to mail out to all of my guests. I was able to create my own wording to show mine and my husband's personalities. On the reply card, we were even able to use little pictures of the food rather than the words.
When our guests received their invitations, they saw that we put a lot of work into not making it the cookie cutter invitation and enjoyed that we put ourselves into it.
Fine Stationary is a great place to get your wedding invitations and any other stationary you might need. They work with you until you are happy and satisfied. -

We had found the invitations we wanted, which are from William Arthur, but I hesitated to order them because they were pretty expensive. Fortunately, it turned out that FineStationery.com carried the same William Arthur invitations—and they were having a 20 percent off sale, so I was able to get a significant discount. The invitations also arrived about a week earlier than the projected delivery date, which also turned out to be super helpful. Very pleased with this service—don't get me wrong, the invitations were still expensive, but the sales they hold regularly definitely help, if you're looking for something relatively high-end, with thermography or engraving. We did shell out the extra $10 to get a digital proof of the invitations before printing, but it actually wasn't necessary—they got everything right the first time. Recommended! -

I did all my wedding paper thru this website. Invitations, save the dates, thank you notes, rehearsal dinner invites etc. It all came amazingly fast and was beautiful. I strongly recommend them. -

I was very pleased with the invitations I ordered. I selected the Rita Renning brand through FineStationery.com. A friend of mine ordered Rita Renning from FineStationery.com for her wedding two years ago. Now, my best friend ordered Checkerboard brand from FineStationery.com for her upcoming wedding. Great company. The selection was good and the prices were competitive. After placing our order I got an email and then a phone call because of a question. The quality of service was just as good as it would have been in a local store. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition with a few extra invitations included! -

I purchased William Arthur invitations from finestationery.com and the quality was absolutely great. They gave me a guide to writing out the envelopes and 10 complimentary invitations. The proof service is excellent, they even called me to confirm the text after they had sent me a proof. I ordered the thank you cards to match because I was so happy with my first order. If you order something from them in advance, they will offer you exclusive deals later so you can save big on some of the items. -

This company provided absolutely beautiful invitations at a great price from Rita Renning. After a little bumpy start with them the President of the company himself actually made sure my invitations were not delayed from the manufacturer during the terrible winter storms of 2007. -

I was really happy and relieved with my invitations. I was nervous about picking my save-the-dates and invitations online but the responsiveness and professionalism of the reps at finestationery put me at ease. The price was fine and I actually received some discount pricing too (25 free invitations with 100 ordered). They often have promotions. I went with a kate spade save the date and crane invitation. -

It might seem strange to recommend an online vendor for something as important as wedding invitations - and I should pause to say I did go to traditional vendors first to actually see and feel the various manufacturers' options - but this really was one of the best values I have found, with exceptional service. You have all of the same customization options you would find by visiting a traditional location, and you get one-on-one service from a representative there - mine was Jennifer - who I spoke to both over e-mail (constantly) and via phone. I felt very confident ordering through them and knowing I would get exactly what I ordered. They were even great when I needed to place an order for menus at the last minute, and everything was beautifully coordinated. -

We have used FineStationery for many events, and everything has turned out beautifully! We ordered our rehearsal dinner (Checkerboard), wedding invitations (William Arthur), and wedding program (Checkerboard). With our rehearsal dinner invitations order, everything went smoothly and they were absolutely beautiful! Our wedding invitations were a little different. They shipped much later than expected. After I contacted them to find out when they would be delivered, they were able to overnight them. When they were finally delivered, we still had to have the calligrapher address them so they were mailed to our guests much later than etiquette would allow. The same goes for our wedding program, they did not arrive until the Wednesday before the wedding. We were getting married that Saturday. This was after another email to find out when the programs would be delivered. They were willing to ship them faster, but it was stressful to make sure they were delivered before we went out of town for our destination wedding. However, you can't beat their beautiful products! They do a gorgeous job and have helpful customer service! -

I purchased Crane & Co wedding invitations through Finestationary.com I really liked how easy it was to customize the text/fonts on the invitations. It was nice to be able to instantly see how the final product would look.
I found customer service to be both friendly and helpful. The typesetters were always very quick to churn out a proof and include the changes I requested. I went through at least 6 proofs each for the invitation and response cards each, so I greatly appreciated their patience.
My only criticism is that it took finestationary.com a lot longer than estimated to print and ship my invitations. You are supposed to tack on 2-3 days to the expected shipment date if you ask for typsetters proofs with your order. In my case it took them an extra 8 business days. This was somewhat disappointing. -

Fine stationary.com was wonderful. When you create your invitiation they make it so easy to see what your getting. It seems like it would be a gamble to order invitations on line, but I have to say it was the best descion I made. The price is just a little high, but our choice of invitations were affordable and much less than the boutique invitation stores that my husband and I went to. Also there's no pressure to get the more expensive cards. They also had great customer service. -

We were nervous ordering our invitations over the internet, but because I wanted engraved invitations, it was worth the price to try!!! The invitations came exactly when were told they would be delivered. They were exactly as we requested. we did enclosure cards, rsvp cards and thank you notes and everything was beautiful! And, they sent me the engraving plate for the invitations. Worked out great! My suggestions are to pay the additional 10.00 for a proof. They sent something we could download and print, so we had a physical copy of what we were expecting. Therefore, there was no reason for error. Also, I ordered the invitations that I was interested in before I made my purchase. Having a good sample was helpful as well -

Ordered thank you cards from South City Press via FineStationery.com. Got them for a great price with a couple promos and my order was processed and received promptly. I was even contacted by a customer service representative to confirm that I had intended to order a flat rather than a folded card. I do wish they had more options for customization, but other than that the process was flawless! -

The ease of using Fine Stationery.com is that you have many options to choose from, you can browse online, and you can order quickly. Their customer service is superb, but ultimately, they are somewhat limited by the fact that they use other vendors to fulfill orders. I would recommend Fine Stationery.com to anyone that is completely ready with text and knows exactly what elements they want in their invitation. If you find a design that you love, it may take a few weeks to perfect the design, spacing, and text of the invitation. Quality of the product was great, though. -

FineStationery has good prices, if only because they don't charge sales tax. They have a great selection. We ordered William Arthur invitations on gorgeous paper stock with thermography. I created my own design and asked William Arthur to copy it, but I had to go back and forth with them through FineStationery a million times before they got it right. I really appreciated that the FineStationery staff never got frustrated with me, although I'm sure they weren't making any more money than if I'd ordered something simple. When William Arthur sent me the wrong thank you notes, FineStationery resolved the problem very quickly for me. They were great! -

We had a few bumps in the road with Fine Stationary at first but I have to say that Fine Stationary made it right in the end. I was able to get hold of Jackie who was absolutely amazing and made it her commitment to rectify an issue that had occurred. To potential clients, I think it's important to know that they work with other vendors to get the best possible products to their customers. Sometimes due to this, issues may arise with shipping time and product information. Please note that when you pay extra for a particular shipping/deliver time that you are really paying for shipping that starts whenever the vendor is done producing the order. In other words it's not a deliver by date. Overall, I would say that Fine Stationary was considerate and committed to making my wedding experience a happy one. -

They're website is great & they will send samples of any of the invitations. The only issue I had was that once I ordered, I didn't hear back for like 4 weeks & then I had to chase them down to see why it took so long. For some reason my order got lost with the manufacturer, Checkerboard, but they shipped soon after in really nice boxes. -

Nice stock, ok value if you get their printed stuff. The print it yourself designs start at 50 invitations for more than $100.
We got the 100 invitations for $80-something. It was simple panel embossed, we took theire writing and just put our names and date.
It was all good. Fast shipping (which was free 7 yrs ago) and good value. Paper and font size is limited so it was not as flexible as I would have liked for all the words to fit nicely.
Very professional, responsive and high quality of service. We repeated business with them for baby announcements. -

The invitations were done on time, as was the online proof. They did look like the picture and the proof, although the proof did not provide enough resolution for me to see the fine points of the typography clearly.
When they arrived, I was very disappointed in the quality of the typsetting, as there was no hand kerning or personal attention to balancing our text. Mostly, though, I was dissatisfied with the paper quality. The invitations had a solid orange background, but cheap paper meant that the background was not printed smoothly and consistently, and they were an ugly plain white on the back. The envelopes provided were very flimsy for the card stock invitations, and they felt cheap.
I kept them because I did not have time to seek alternatives, but the moral is to always get a sample before ordering online. -

I loved the final product that was delivered to me during the Christmas holiday but there were problems with my order that could have been resolved in a timely manner. My order was not handled properly but the account manager was kind and gave me her personal attention to rectify the situation. My invitiations were by Carlson Craft and it was the fault of Carlson Craft that my order did not ship as expected. The customer service I received from the managment level was outstanding and they made sure I received my order with no further delay or additional cost to me. -

They lost the invitations
This company has changed ownership and I will never use them again. They updated their website and my previous account, where I saved my wedding invitation, was lost forever. They said I had to start with a new account and that they could not recover what I had saved on their site. They were not helpful at all. They used to be great, but not any more. It is easier just to work directly with the vendor. -

I had initially high expectations because the website was easy to use and I was willing to pay more for the quality. I have since been disappointed. The invitations that I received did not match the proof that I approved, and although everyone has been helpful along the way in getting it sorted out, it is nearly two weeks from when I first received the order and I still don't have replacements. This is just time I don't have. I wouldn't use them again without allowing a lot of time for them to correct any mistakes they make. -

Horrible. I won't even get into it. I have used them in the past for every thank you note and invitation I ever needed and the one time there was a mix up they wouldn't do the right thing and fix it for me. They lost a life long customer and many of my referrals. -

I would NEVER use this company again. I have been trying to get a decent proof of an invitation for 3 1/2 weeks. Every communication is done with email and the "proofer" has done a poor job of eyeing the design for correct font size, etc. I can't make a proof on my computer for the reception card, only could tell them what I wanted it to say, so I was relying on him to place the font accordingly and use the correct size, but it looked horrible the first proof and has basically taken weeks to change it because every time I email a change, it takes anywhere from 1-5 days to actually get another proof with the requested change. I finally got what I thought was a good proof, ordered 10 cards to see the quality, etc, before placing the order for the full 100 and was disappointed to see that the font color I chose didn't show up on the invitation. The proofer never told me that, and on my computer screen, it looked like it would show up well. This has caused me to be extremely frustrated and now I'm behind schedule on getting them out. I tried calling customer service on 3 different occasions to complain. Each time, the person on the phone said there was nothing that she could do. I asked if I could speak to a supervisor. She told me one would call back, but I haven't heard from one yet. If I could switch to another company now, I would, but the thought of starting over is too overwhelming. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. It is one of the worst ever in terms of professionalism and customer service!!!!! -

Bleh. Ordered Crane stationery with a thermographic monogram for thank you notes. The paper is so thin the writing is visible from the front of the unopened card. The thermography is lumpy. It just looks cheap (and it certainly wasn't) and sad. Also ordered some similar note cards for my husband, order was late, then lost. No communications. Finally arrived, same poor quality. I wish I'd ordered much less stationery. The quality is so poor I'm EMBARASSED to use it to thank people for gifts, but it's too expensive to cut and use for gift tags or throw away. This web site has not delivery tracking. They do not repsond to emails for a week after the order is placed. They are open limited hours. All calls go to voice mail, and not return calls. I ordered $2000 imprinted Christmas cards and once the order was placed could get no information. The order came in two shipments a week apart.
After the order is placed you are on your own to hope everything comes in time. -

Avoid at all cost!
I placed an order with FS with expedited shipping. Not only were the customer service representatives not responsive to emails, but I called to ask for the timeline and, upon being told that the timeline was significantly longer than I had wanted, the representative said that I would be issued a refund within five business days. Not only did I not receive the refund but I was told that they could only refund my shipping cost since I paid for the expedited shopping. This email only came after I called to check on the status of my refund. I am so upset because I am out of $200+ and my order did not even get escalated. Please save yourself the trouble and heartache and use a more reputable, reliable company for your stationery. -

Personalized embossed note cards
I will NEVER use this company again. Mistake was made on the note cards and I notified the company when I received them to discuss my dilemma. Instead of making this right the only option given was for me to purchase more( with a 25% discount) I didn’t spend the extra money for the proof as the cards are VERY pricey- That should have been a red flag . This company isn’t interested in customer service nor do they care about customer retention. Very disappointed in product and customer service!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! -

BAD EXPERIENCE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Despite the fact that several items were Christmas gifts, half of the order did not make it until after Christmas. The quality of one item is poor. It was basically a blank card with a sticker with our names placed on it.
Despite e-mails and several phone calls, Fine Stationery has done nothing to rectify the problem. On the verge of placing the order in dispute with the credit card company. -

I made a $400 purchase for photo mount cards. The adhesive for the photos mount was defective. The photos would not stick. I called Fine Stationery and was given the run around. They kept saying they needed to get in touch with the manufacturer to find out why the adhesive was defective. In the meantime, I had a time-crunch on my hands. I had to go out and buy double sided tape and re-do each card. Huge expense and terrible disappointment. -

friend recommended to me; great website, pretty easy to use; you could request a sample to get an idea of the quality of the paper. my choice was basic -- the invite turned out a little better than i expected and the envelopes are just okay. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS THE "LOGO"/"ADVERTISEMENT" ON THE REVERSE OF THE INVITE. i am not paying to be a marketing tool for this company and for them to print their website on the back of my invite is insulting. they claim it is standard industry practice for manufacturers to include this info and since this was an exclusive design, their website was included. they would not compensate me or reprint and i plan on covering this info with a sticker -- when i buy a new car i do not allow the license plate frames to be an advertisement for the dealer (unless they want to pay me!) be careful as this info is not disclosed on the website, nor do they think they need to. -
