  So great!!

  I am so glad we chose Fig Leaf for our wedding video! At first I wasn’t even going to get videographers but my mom talked me into it and I’m so glad she did! I knew about them because they did my sister’s wedding two years prior and they just so happened to be family of a friend of mine from college. The first email exchange I felt so at ease with them, they are very personable; I felt like I had known them for years! They were both so amazing before, during, and after our wedding; they gave great advice on how to manage stress of wedding planning, how to enjoy the day and be in the moment, and how to have a great marriage! The day of the wedding they were so easy going and go-with-the-flow but very professional and creative! They were very prompt in giving us an estimated time of when we would get our video and when we got it we were so happy! They did such a great job of incorporating the songs that we wanted in the video and making it flow how the day did! Of course I cried when watching it... They also included full length video of the day in addition to the edited video, this was fun to watch and see what people were doing and saying while we were off getting ready. We are so glad to have chosen them and we hope you choose them for your special day!!

  Exceeded All Expectations

  We had a barn wedding at Dana Powers Barn. My husband and I did not plan on hiring a wedding videographer; we were convinced that photographs would be more than enough to capture the day. My opinion changed dramatically after I watched my parents' old-school, two-hour wedding film and realized how much it meant to me to be able to see footage of their younger selves getting married, interacting with loved ones, and dancing. I decided I wanted the same thing: just a long, old-school wedding film to watch in the years to come, minimal editing, nothing fancy, no "highlights" reel to put on social media, or anything of that sort. To my surprise, several wedding videographers actually turned me down because they didn't understand or want to do what I wanted - shorter videos are on trend. Fortunately, I found Fig Leaf Video. Within the first two minutes of our initial phone call, Linda was enthusiastically on board to do what I had in mind. Linda and Paul's YEARS of experience equip them to do just about anything a couple requests, which comforted me from the beginning. Further, they truly adore what they do, and, amazingly, they truly see each wedding as a special occasion, and that shows in EVERYTHING that they do. They were so enthusiastic that it was infectious. They were prompt and responsive and thorough. They filmed everything quietly and seamlessly and without disruption. At the same time, they were quite literally a joy to have at the wedding; they felt like guests we'd know forever. My mom fell in love with them. Then, of course, there's the video itself: when my husband and I watched it, we laughed, we cried, we saw things we didn't get to see on the day of, we remembered things we had already forgotten. The footage was stunningly beautiful. Because of what I requested, our film included lots of long, one-take shots weaving in and out and through the dancing crowd that looked straight out of an actual movie and took our breath away. My husband and I felt like we were there again, because the footage actually captured the true essence of being there that night - the lighting, the sounds, the energy. Plus, Linda and Paul included dozens of thoughtful touches, including their impeccable instincts to capture certain non-obvious special moments that day that I couldn't have better directed them to do even if I had tried. After my husband watched the film, he too became a wedding film convert. I cannot recommend Fig Leaf enough; they brought us joy that day and for years to come.

  My sister had used Fig Leaf for videography of her wedding and they came highly recommended. Linda and Paul were so easy to work with, very professional, and responded back quickly. We just got our short clip from them and it brought tears to my eyes, they captured the moments so wonderfully! For those planning their wedding I recommend two things: 1) get a videographer, you'll be glad you did, 2) hire Fig Leaf. I'm definitely going to recommend them to friends and family!

  we LOVED working with this dynamic duo for our wedding! They were incredibly professional and would respond very quickly if we had any questions. they arrived on time and worked very closely with us to get all the video footage we wanted. They helped plan the schedule of the day and were very knowledgeable and experienced. When we received the video, we LOVED it. Beautiful condensed video of the day in sum as well as all raw footage. You can't go wrong with these 2 they are just great!

  Linda and Paul are simply amazing! Like many others, I wasn't sure if we had the budget to book a videographer for our wedding. I am SO happy that we were able to make it work! Linda worked within our budget and was extremely responsive and upbeat. They blended in so well with the wedding, it was like they were guests. Our highlight video was about 14 minutes and they edited it perfectly- we had no changes! With about 8 hours of footage, I have no idea how they did it, but it turned out amazing. We have yet to watch the full length version (about 3 hours I think)- but I have no doubt that the quality and editing skills are going to be the same. I highly recommend hiring a videographer for your wedding -Linda and Paul are the best!

  Linda and Paul were so awesome to work with! I had seen them in action at my brother's wedding and knew they would be perfect for ours. When we got the video, we were so pleased. It was like reliving the happiest day of our lives over and over again and Linda and Paul captured the most perfect moments. So easy to work with, and so much fun to work with! If you need a videographer on the Central Coast, hire Fig Leaf- you definitely will not regret it!

  Linda and Paul are an absolute dream to work with! From the first e-mail to Linda, I could tell that she genuinely cared about getting to know me and my then-fiance and working with us to create the perfect experience for our vision and budget. She and Paul have tons of expertise and incredible warmth and kindness. It is clear that the most important thing to them is creating amazing memories for the couples they work with. On the day of the wedding, they were so sweet and happy for us and they worked diligently to get every shot while being super stealth so the guests and wedding party barely noticed them. They created an absolutely beautiful video for us that incorporated our vision and dream shots. I am so thankful that we have it so that we can relive our wonderful day and share it with friends and family - it is truly priceless and we owe it to Linda and Paul.

  I can't say enough about Linda and the Fig Leaf team. From the very beginning they were so kind and caring and were so excited about the ideas I had for my special day. The video turned out even better than I ever could have expected and we are so happy we can live our wedding day over and over for the rest of our lives!

  We are so thrilled with our short film and wedding video!! Linda and Paul (Fig Leaf Productions) were the best to work with before and after the wedding. The quality of our video is top notch. Looking back now, we would have booked Fig Leaf as soon as we had booked our venue. We had no idea that videography was a thing to do and now I think it is the most important vendor to book! It was worth every penny spent! I was planning on just relying on the video from a family member, but having Paul and Linda there took away all of our stress. Our guests raved about Linda and Paul saying that they were so nice and fun to have at the wedding! I didn’t really remember seeing them much since they blended in so well with the wedding crowd! I highly recommend Fig Leaf Productions for your wedding video.   Linda and Paul at Fig Leaf Video did SUCH. GREAT. WORK. First off, Linda was a kind and responsive help right off the bat, while my fiance and I were still trying to decide how much we could spend on a videographer. She was completely understanding of our budget and was very flexible. Luckily, we were able to afford their full package, and I am so glad we made it work because it was so worth it. These business owners responded to my emails in an always prompt and friendly manner. Beyond this, having them at our celebration was a breeze. They were kind, friendly, funny, but, most-importantly, they weren't at all intrusive in their filming. Our guests hardly knew they were there... yet they captured all of our favorite moments perfectly! Our "music video" was heartwarming, special, and edited beautifully. They also gave great explanation about which medium to put the hard copy of footage on, based on our needs. We chose an external hard drive, and they were very flexible in having the drive sent to them from Amazon, putting it on the drive, and then shipping it safely to us. Overall, Fig Leaf Video was a fantastic vendor, and my now-husband and I would recommend them to anyone!

  We were really trying to stay within our budget for the wedding. So a videographer was something I wanted so bad but couldn't afford. However, my mom surprised us the day of the wedding and hired Fig Leaf. And now I can't imagine if we hadn't had them to film the big day! Linda was amazing. At one point I saw her hanging off of a balcony to capture the perfect sunset. And now I am so happy I have that video to remember the wedding. Everything happens so fast and there is so much the bride and groom miss while taking photos and catching up with people that the video really is worth every penny.
  Fig Leaf provided us not only with a full length video of both the ceremony and the reception but also a short video that they posted online so we could show friends without having to have them sit through an hour of wedding video. And they were both edited so well. The music went perfectly. It truly was beautifully done.

  Fig Leaf did an AMAZING job of capturing our wedding day! Linda and Paul have given us the ultimate gift of being able to relive our special day for years and years to come. They not only captured every special, funny, heartfelt moment in our day but they put it to music and arranged it perfectly to make a video that went above and beyond our expectations.   Everyone told us that the one thing they wish they would have done was hire a videographer so we decided that was a must in our budget. Working with Linda and Paul was such a fun yet simple experience. They made it so easy and glided in and out of every part of our big day so seamlessly that most people had no clue they were there! They created a video of our most special day that allows us to relive it time and time again! They are sweet and caring and really just want the bride and groom to have a special and magical day. They make sure it is all about what the wedding needs and not their shots or angels. They get everything in and create a beautiful masterpiece of your big day! So thankful for them!

  How do you describe Perfection? My description is Linda & Paul Della, Owners and videographers of Fig Leaf Videos.
  
  My daughter (and I) had waited almost Thirty Eight years for the right man to appear in her life. When he did, and finally popped the question, She and I spent the next 7 months planning the wedding. When it came to recording this very Special and Most important moment in her life we clashed for a bit as she wanted Photos and I wanted a Video to enable us to relive all the special moments of that day. We compromised and decided to have both. She would handle the hunt for a photographer and I would began an extensive search for the Videographer that would prove "Father Knows Best" ;^).
  
  After finding a video of theirs on line, that I just Loved, I contacted Fig Leaf Video that produced it. From my very first call to them and subsequent calls to Linda, (the Pr/ Business part of this husband and wife Videography team) I Just knew that these would be the folks who would fulfill, not only my expectations, but more importantly my daughter's.
  
  I can assure you that both Linda and Paul (the quite, always smiling, tech part of the team) exceeded all of the expectations of this perfectionist and those of my daughter's. They do not take their work as a job. They love what they are doing and the work that they produce shows it. They were a joy to work with as they are both such very empathetic and caring individuals who put, what they feel in their hearts - Into to their work.
  
  We were on somewhat of a limited budget, however their very competitive and moderate fees were well within our means. Considering that they created a beautiful memory that can be relived, many times over...it was a very small price to pay! The old adage says, " A picture is worth a thousand words.", However I now say, as does my daughter, That "A great video is worth 5000 Photographs." After seeing the memories that they will record for you, I'm sure that you will also.

  Linda and Paul are so great. They completely blended in and were entirely unobtrusive (which made the coverage so candid and emotional). They captured our day perfectly and in its entirety and put together the most wonderful highlight video. They really know what is important in weddings. It's so special having our entire ceremony, toasts, and formal dances recorded. It is seriously invaluable being able to re-experience those moments. Highly recommend this dynamic duo. If you hire them, you can be assured that videography is one thing you definitely will not have to stress about when it comes to your wedding.

  Fig Leaf Video was an absolute pleasure to work with! They were very responsive by email and had many packages/options to chose from which had competitive pricing. Our highlight video is amazing, all of our friends and family are so impressed, we can't stop watching it! They were a joy to be around the day of the wedding and were not intrusive at all! They were very flexible with what we wanted taped and even what music we wanted for the highlight video. Videography is a must, you wont regret it!

  We feel SO lucky to have found Linda and Paul. I really could not be happier with our video. Here's why you will love them:
  
  1. They are fun. We only needed to meet with them once before the wedding, but we sat and chatted and laughed for a long time. I wish we had an excuse to meet with them more!
  
  2. You'll never know they're there. Except for a few times at the wedding, I never noticed them. When I told my mom later "our wedding video is ready!" she didn't even remember that we had someone filming.
  
  3. They are storytellers - my hubby and I are filmmakers ourselves and let me tell you, these guys know what they are doing. Our highlights video is so fun and made me cry the first time I watched it. I love showing it to people, who are always impressed with the quality. (haven't seen the full-length yet but I know it's going to be awesome, too)
  
  You will be so glad you went with them - I promise.

  I held my 40th wedding anniversary party with 15 family members in Pismo Beach this year. I hired Fig Leaf to capture the event and all of its fun, emotion and surprise. Linda and Paul provided personal attention to every detail. They were extremely organized and totally unobtrusive. They accomplished everything I wanted in a very efficient and cost-effective manner. The final product video was perfect and delivered timely. I could not have been more pleased with Fig Leaf in every respect. No one could have done a better job for me.

The price of the package that we got for our wedding was good for how much footage we got, it felt like you were re-living the day. We especially loved how Linda captured all the behind the scenes moments, our conversations with our friends was great and having all the speeches recorded.
