Tara and Haleigh took my ideas for my reception, stuck with the budget and made everything wonderful. What I wanted was unique and they executed it perfectly, during the process they helped make everything enjoyable and seamless. They also saved me money in several ways, which offset anything I was spending for their help. Hiring fete is worth every single penny. -

Made my wedding dreams come true!
Using Fête OKC was the best decision I made for my wedding. Tara and Haleigh made the experience so much fun and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. I truly feel like I gained two new friends and they were always there for me every step of the way. My wedding was an absolute dream thanks to the Fête OKC team and I got to completely relax and enjoy my day. Thank you both so much again! Love you girls!❤️ -

I loved working with my planners at Fete, they completed my vision perfectly. We had the perfect intimate wedding and all my guests raved about how amazing it was. -

I didn’t know what the heck I was doing when it came to wedding planning, but I knew that I wanted colorful flowers that would make a statement and help me pull our “Sinko” de Mayo theme together. The Fete Team was my number one choice and after reviewing their floral gallery and talking to Haleigh. I knew I wanted her for not only our florist but also our wedding planner for every little detail! I said I wanted color and cacti and they went above and beyond - make my head table the most beautiful piece in the reception room. Her Team is so kind and genuine - I knew I was safe in their hands when making my decision. Their Team made me feel stress-free and I helped with every decision we made. I called her about everything and she was always available to ease my mind! This team made my wedding dreams come true. Thank you and your team, Haleigh! -

They are creative, passionate, and talented... but their greatest gift is using all of those qualities to make other people’s dreama a reality. I always tell them how awesome it must be to make things beautiful for a living, to know what’s missing or how something could be tweaked, added to or taken away from that produces the most ideal result. -

I have mixed feelings about my experience with Fete. We paid for the "partial planning" package, but probably should have just gone with the "month of" package. Was our wedding day absolutely gorgeous and did we love every minute of it? Yes. Did Fete help pull that off? Yes. Did they set us up with some amazing vendors? Also yes. However, there were a ton of other factors in the many months leading up to the wedding that were less than desirable and unfortunately put a pretty big damper on what I had hoped would be a fun and collaborative wedding planning experience. It was more work on my part than it should have been for the package I paid for, which was super stressful and frustrating. Again, my wedding day itself was absolutely wonderful, and I do owe Fete some thanks for that, but it was overall not the wedding planning experience I was hoping for. -

The whole experience with Fete was NOT worth the money. I would not trust them to organize a minor event for me, needless to say my wedding... Below is the list of my grievances with them:
- Groom's family being sat at the back of the venue. This greatly upset the family and instead of taking responsibility for creating the seating chart, blame was placed on us, who never saw a seating chart and were never consulted about SITTING THE GROOM'S FAMILY AT THE BACK OF THE VENUE.
-Booked a hotel room for the wedding planner for the night before the wedding that she didn't even use.
-Wedding planner showed up at 11 AM on the day of the wedding after promising to be there "bright and early".
-Poor communication throughout the process. Vendors constantly contacted us instead of the wedding planner for changes. Additionally, she did not communicate the importance of "Aisle Planner" as the end-all-be-all for her planning. This was the crux of the seating chart mishap.

Hello Paul.
As the owner I wanted to reply to you and share my thoughts and understandings when it comes to your event.
On the hotel night not being utilized - as you know your planner tested positive for strep on Thursday and the doctor informed her she would be contagious for 24 hours and with her fever being at 102 she needed to stay home to rest prior to the long wedding day that was going to be Saturday. 11am start time is pretty typical for us as we wouldn’t have had venue access until 1pm and bouquets were to arrive at noon. Since there was nothing to set up so there was no need for an earlier arrival.
As for vendor communication, one of the things with the Month Of package is although we email all the vendors to please email and ask us a month prior to the event, a lot of times since the couple was originally the point of contact they will continue to email their original booking contact. I know she was in constant communication with Erin and your vendors the days leading up to your event, meeting at our offices multiple times in that month. Because of these issues we’re no longer offering the “Month Of” services. We offered this since one of our other brides working with this exact planner was a friend of Erin and we love to work with couples we have multiple connections with.
Again we apologize for the unfortunate seating chart mishap, we will be reiterating to our couples now in the future that we utilize Aisle Planner for all details of the wedding day. I was definitely under the feeling that you still had a great night and wedding regardless. Hope you guys are enjoying newlywed bliss and again our apologies.
