Could not have made a better decision on a wedding planner than Amanda and her team. They are prompt, professional, kind and creative! Every time I was trying to make a decision or not sure how I wanted something to look, Amanda had several creative ideas to make my wedding design look cohesive and far better than my wildest dreams. On the day of the wedding, Amanda and her team excelled at time management and it allowed me to have a stress free day knowing it was in the best of hands. They handled every vendor to make sure my vision was executed to perfection. Amanda even helped pick bugs out of my veil as we were taking outside photos! She really does go above and beyond for her brides because she truly wants to see you have the best day of your life. If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further, you have already found the best. -

Where do I begin to explain how Savannah made our whole wedding experience so incredible? From planning to execution, she is a consummate professional. As MOB, I was able to enjoy the entire day from beginning to end and never worry about a detail. Savannah kept us on a very reasonable schedule and if there were any hiccups along the way, we never knew about it. She managed the whole event and worked so well with our vendors making all of our visions come to light. I will recommend her to everyone I know. So many of my friends talk about their daughter's wedding day and remember rushing around answering questions from vendors all day and night. We were never approached with any issues and were able to enjoy the day we had spent so much time planning. I honestly think our whole experience would be completely different without her.

After sourcing and vetting 5 Atlanta wedding planners, I was fortunate to find my way to Fete & Figs. I could see from the website that here was a well-thought-out, deeply organized professional approach with supportive tools and reasonable cost. Owner Amanda Oldeen took in our short lead-time to our daughter’s wedding and worked graciously to customize our planning needs and then suggested Lead Planner Shannon Fitzpatrick from their team.
From “Day One” Shannon was ever available, pro-active, fabulously on top of what needed attention next, and a consummate communicator. She led us to great area resources, vendors who delivered as reliably as she did, and worked out details of each contract. She attended all vendor meetings, made design recommendations that enhanced the celebrations, worked on MC scripts and timelines to assure a seamless and trouble-free flow. She offered to pick up, deliver, lend objects to add graceful touches, and just constantly contributed across every dimension.
Working closely with a former stranger over months of (let’s face it) stressful and excruciatingly detailed planning makes personality fit a key component. I can’t imagine a more consistently positive, pleasant, encouraging and warm personality than Shannon’s. Having her deep experience and personal touch at hand throughout all the planning and every hour of the celebrations not only allowed us to relax and enjoy this deeply meaningful family milestone, but lent a true sense of partnership and added joy to the celebration. May you all be so fortunate!

Amanda is the absolute best!!! We truly could not have asked for a better wedding planner. We used her full wedding planning package, and I truly don’t know how we would’ve made it through wedding planning without her. From the very beginning, she made us feel so comfortable, and as if we were putting together our wedding with a good friend. She is very communicative and responded quickly to all questions regardless of how many months away the wedding was. She guided us through everything from picking vendors to deciding between favor box designs, and was an immense help throughout our year-long process of working with her.
We cannot recommend Amanda enough for wedding planning. We are beyond grateful for all of her help and for making our wedding day so unforgettable for both us and our guests!! -

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding coordinator, Savannah. From our very first meeting, it was clear she was the best of the best.
Her organization skills were absolutely unparalleled—every detail, big or small, was handled with care, precision, and lots of extremely detailed checklists. Savannah's professionalism and competence gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire planning process.
What truly set Savannah apart, though, was how fiercely she advocated for us. She was our voice and our champion, making sure every vendor delivered exactly what was promised and more. For example, when we were having some challenges with our DJ, Savannah tirelessly worked behind the scenes to address our concerns. She also brainstormed creative ways to bring our vision to life while staying within our budget.
On a personal level, Savannah is just the most gracious, kind, and wonderful person. It is obvious she genuinely loves what she does and cares deeply about her clients.
We felt supported and protected at every turn, and we never once had to worry about things falling through the cracks. Thanks to Savannah, our wedding day was everything we had dreamed of and more—stress-free, seamless, and filled with joy.

Fête and Figs is an excellent wedding planning service. We hired them because of their portfolio, reviews, and upfront pricing. Their service exceeded our expectations. We had an incredibly beautiful and fun wedding that suited us completely.
One of their lead planners, Shannon Fitzpatrick, was paired with us for full-service planning. She helped us find a venue, contact and manage contracts with vendors, stay on task for our timeline, and work within our budget. We would not have thought of or addressed many details if we had not worked with her, and we are so grateful for her guidance, hard work, and expertise.
Shannon herself is polished, exceptionally professional, cheerful, a prompt communicator, and emotionally intelligent. For the vendors we were unsure of, she helped us select the right fit for our style and personalities. For difficult-to-navigate situations, she problem-solved for us and eliminated the stress. I am so glad we found Fete & Figs for planning and coordinating my daughter’s wedding. Shannon was the perfect wedding planner and her creativity, vision and access to great vendors made the process enjoyable from beginning to end. The Fete and Figs Company have a 'can do attitude' which was demonstrated by their wonderful decor team who were able in a short time to decorate the venue with 1600 candles and light them before the guests arrived! Shannon is not just a great wedding planner who is on top of the timeline but has excellent relations with the vendors which enables smooth running on the day. I am from the UK and had not been to many American weddings and Shannon answered all of my naïve questions with patience and professionalism and was a wonderful advisor. Thanks to Shannon and the Fete and Figs team we were truly able to enjoy the day and our friends and family said it was one of the most memorable weddings they had been to as all of the details had been handled to perfection. Fete & Figs helped to design my wedding decorations which was a huge help since I don't possess such skills. Amanda gave us great decorating ideas, presented pictures to illustrate her designs, and worked directly with vendors to ensure they delivered the decorations she designed. I also worked with Savannah to provide "day of" planning/management services. She was awesome. She listened to my requests, provided ways to enhance my wedding, and kept things moving beautifully on my wedding day. Nothing was missed. Nothing went wrong. She was the watchdog that kept the day moving succinctly. -

We were incredibly fortunate to have Amanda plan and oversee our recent wedding celebration this past weekend, and we cannot speak highly enough of her exceptional team. From seamlessly incorporating Vietnamese traditions into our ceremony to handling unexpected cultural nuances with grace, Amanda demonstrated an unmatched level of professionalism that left both our families thoroughly impressed and deeply touched. What truly sets Amanda apart is her ability to handle unforeseen challenges with a calm and composed demeanor. When some last-minute mishaps occurred – a noticeable hole in my veil and my strap breaking in the middle of my father daughter dance – Amanda, with her cool and relaxed attitude quickly handled both emergencies by pulling out a needle and thread from her kit and then later pinning my dress back on. Additionally, she helped my family with missing seats and never skipped a beat on the reception timeline. Her coordination with over 15 different vendors showcased her meticulous attention to detail, leaving us with a smooth and stress-free celebration. I don't know where to begin expressing how grateful we are Amanda and the Fete and Figs team! After my sister used Amanda for her wedding, I knew I had to hire Fete and Figs as soon as I got engaged.
We purchased the full wedding planning package and I am so glad we did. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way, and this is all because of Amanda's incredible talent, expertise, and organization. We never felt like just another client - Amanda truly remembered every detail as if it were her own wedding. She attended every meeting and was responsive to any questions we had.

I cannot say enough about Fete & Figs and especially Savannah! We did not think we were going to need a day of coordinator, but I was wrong! Savannah took care of so much that we did not even think about, she handled all our vendors the day of and even beforehand. She had recommendations for anything I needed and brought an emergency kit that had anything you can think of! And we utilized lots of items in that kit!
She created a day of schedule that had everything down to the minute, and she ensured we stayed on task and on schedule.
I did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding, everything that came up she jumped right in and took control. I cannot imagine my wedding day without having her there.
I would 100x over recommend Savannah and Fete & Figs. Do not go into your wedding without this team! It makes everything flow and so perfect! -

I hired Fete & Figs as a month-of wedding coordinator and was assigned Savannah Paramore as my lead planner. We had our intro meeting about 6 weeks out, and up until that point I was questioning why I hired a coordinator because I thought I could do it all myself. I got engaged while I was a student so I had all the time and flexibility I needed to plan my own wedding; I'm also a big time type-A control-freak so I didn't love the idea of handing responsibility off to someone else for such an important event. However, as soon as I started working with Savannah she changed my mind. She was so on-top of everything. Her attention to detail is unmatched, her preparedness for our conversations always impressed me, and she wasn't afraid to share a valuable opinion when asked. It truly felt like I had a partner going through the final stages of wedding planning, and I could enjoy that final month knowing that someone I trust was responsible for making sure things go as planned and it doesn't fall on me. The best value, however, was on the day-of. Savannah was there every step of the way anticipating & solving problems, managing all the vendors, and making sure everything was perfect so I could enjoy my wedding day. I was all about cutting cost and saving money wherever possible (we all know wedding expenses rack up quickly), but the fee for Fete & Figs is certainly not one I regret and I would do it again in a heartbeat for the value they added. I could not recommend working with them (and specifically Savannah) enough if you want to have a stress-free and well-executed wedding!! -

Fete and Figs is truly the dream team of wedding planners! They had several packages to choose from to fit exactly what I needed. I did partial planning and design. Amanda met with me and helped me figure out the perfect decorations, then assisted in coordinating vendors. She was absolutely amazing, so knowledgeable, and responsive. My wedding coordinator leading up to the event and on-site was Savannah. I don’t even know where to begin with how wonderful Savannah was! Her and Kelly absolutely made my wedding day perfect. They were on top of everything from decor, to timelines, even running to get my wedding shoes I left at the hotel. I felt so at ease with the two of them there, and could not recommend the Fete and Figs team more. At the end of the night, they had already packed up my belongings for me and sent me off with a bottle of champagne and wedding cake. They truly went above and beyond! -

I'll be honest, when I hired Amanda it was very early in the process and I wasn't really sure what I was going to need. I did a lot of the planning myself. On the front end, Amanda did help me with a few things, attended venue meetings, and coordinated some stuff but I largely did this myself because I'm just type A and that's what I do. She even asked me at one point if I was going to let her do anything lol. But, let me tell you where the REAL worth came in - leading up to and the day of my wedding! Savanna was my day-of coordinator and she attended the last venue meeting with us, and basically took command and walked me through all the last month stuff like getting the timeline, contacting everyone, etc. And on the day of - omg I don't know what I would have done without her and my team. My wedding was crazy stressful because my mom had a stroke 5 days before the wedding so my planning schedule was totally shot after spending 3 days with her in the hospital. Savanna worked REALLY hard to make sure everything was taken care of. I am not used to delegating, I am used to handling everything myself but it just was impossible that day and it was so nice to know I could just let her handle things and rely on her to get them done. And things went wrong - not things she was in charge of but things like my hair stylist being an hour and a half late - but she made sure nobody knew, everything worked, things started on time, and I didn't have to worry about any of it! I also bought a bunch of extra decor above what the venue provided and she and her team set it all up for me and then broke it down and had it in boxes for me to pick up the next day. In short, I would probably have had a nervous breakdown without her and I cannot recommend them enough! -

Fete & Figs are AMAZING
I could not have planned this wedding without the help of Amanda and savannah at fete and figs. From the beginning of the wedding planning I had a clear vision of what I wanted but wasn’t sure how to execute it and they were there to help me make it a reality ever step of the process. They have amazing taste and helped my wedding look beautiful. In addition they helped with communication with all of the vendors and helped my wedding day go off without a hitch. A must hire wedding planner
I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Amanda and Fete + Figs. She made our our planning and wedding day experience amazing! The way that she listened to our vision for design and made it reality was above and beyond our expectations! She kept us organized, managed vendors and their timelines ensuring they had everything together in a timely manner and worked hard behind the scenes to ensure we were able to enjoy every moment! If anything went wrong the day of our wedding, I honestly had no idea, but know she was working hard all day! Fete and Figs Made It Possible
When I first started to plan for my wedding, I was often told that the wedding day is never how you exactly plan it to be. Being the type A personality that I am, we started planning early. We had a two year engagement and thought that we were ahead of the game. We quickly learned how overwhelming planning for a wedding was going to be, especially a large multicultural 300+ person wedding. We didn’t know where to begin with the immense amount of vendors out there, who we could trust, what to budget, and wedding terminologies that I’ve never heard of before. We immediately knew that we were going to need some help. Amanda and the Fete and Figs team were the help and answers that we hoped for. Amanda was there every step of the way and introduced us to a team of amazing, trustworthy vendors. She provided detailed and efficient planning tools to help guide us, but still allowed our vision to shine through. Amanda herself has remained calm, meticulous, and accessible through the entire process. She was available for all our vendor meetings and answered our emails and questions promptly. When we had our inevitable panic moments, we knew that she was a quick email, text, or phone call away. Contrary to what I was told, I was blown away on my wedding day, because it was everything I wanted and more. There was not a moment that I felt stressed or disappointed. Everything ran smoothly and turned out beautifully. Amanda took care of every little detail and coordinated the day like a well oiled machine. She even made sure that my husband and I had time to enjoy our wedding - something that was absolutely priceless to us. She made sure to carve out time for us to sit in our own space, reflect on the day, and enjoy the food before the crowd arrived. Our journey with Fete and Figs has been incredible. Amanda and her team are fabulous! My husband and I were a COVID couple, we postponed our wedding multiple times and the Fete and Figs team made everything effortless. Amanda goes above and beyond a wedding planner. She is always so calm and organized, she was able to create and execute Plan A, B, C, while also making you feel special and celebrated. We highly recommend Fete and Figs for all your event coordination needs. We fully intend to have Fete and Figs for our future baby showers and birthday parties!

My partner and I began planning our wedding Feb 2021, just before the COVID-19 pandemic hit the U.S. My partner and I were swamped with work, and we knew we wouldn’t have the energy or resources to make the event we had imagined. When we hopped on the introductory call with Amanda, I immediately knew she was the planner for us. Her lightheartedness and dedication to helping us realize our vision made us feel completely at ease, even with the long road to the event ahead of us.
As we started the planning, Amanda thoughtfully probed us about our vision for the wedding, bringing her wealth of experience to help us (two clueless folks) bring it to life for the 100+ guests we were hoping to invite.
Then the pandemic hit, everything went into lockdown, and our entire world (wedding included) seemed to no longer make sense. After a hefty pause and some hard conversations with family, Amanda helped us gracefully recover – downsizing our original plans to suit 20 people and connecting us with vendors like OneNight ATL that supported remote events.
The week of the event, Amanda met with us to close up every last detail, combining our disparate plans across all vendors into one single hour-by-hour timeline. She ran our wedding rehearsal the day before like a dream - putting everyone at ease and in place in less than 45 minutes.
On our big day, Amanda took on the job of florals and all decoration, transforming the nature center into a charming, elegant venue. Things ran right on schedule throughout the whole event thanks to Amanda and Courtney. They were there every step of the way to make sure that we had everything we needed, from our first look to leaving the venue in ship-shape.

Fete and Figs was the best thing we did for our wedding! Amanda who owns the company was an absolute joy to work with. We were one of the weddings that was rescheduled due to covid and thank God we had Amanda. She kept all the vendors informed and made the transition to the new date seamless for us. She made sure all the vendors were able to work with the new date and did so in a very timely manner. Apart from rescheduling everything she made sure we had everything in order prior to our date and was extreamly organized. She asked us questions and made sure we had everything we needed to make our wedding the best day of our lives! The day before and the day of she stepped it into overdrive at the rehearsal and the actual wedding day. She made sure everything was perfect. Amanda was our most valuable vendor - MVV! She was so professional and easy to work with. She met us multiple times leading up to our wedding. We planned a wedding for 100+ in four months. She asked us all the questions we weren’t thinking of and gave us online tools to help plan the whole thing. Checklists were great! She is so good about considering the other vendors (food allergies, catering counts, tips, etc.). Can’t imagine our wedding without her there. We had so many unexpected things: Our caterer had an emergency and was an hour behind serving food during the reception. Amanda handled the whole thing seamlessly and adjusted the timeline on the fly. We had insane Marathon road closures In our neighborhood. We completely flipped the ceremony layout/direction 2days before. She managed all of it. Loved working with her! Highly recommended. -

Amanda was an amazing wedding planner. She enthusiastically coordinated appointments, ran interference with vendors, and advocated for us in negotiations. She provided helpful insight into what was feasible for wedding planning and successfully planned a wonderful event, despite very limited availability on the part of me and my fiancé. I am 100% sure that last minute issues came up on the wedding day, and I am 100% sure that I didn't know about/have to deal with any of them. She's also very punctual -- a pet peeve of both myself and my fiancé.

Where do I even begin with Fete & Figs?! I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator!! I actually found Fete & Figs here on WeddingWire and I'm so glad I did. Amanda was not only the best wedding coordinator, she ended up becoming a friend. What more could you ask for? From the first time we met to the day of the wedding, Amanda made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She was so engaged and really listened to what I wanted. She was always 2 steps ahead of me and went above and beyond to make sure my vision came to life (and let me tell you, it wasn't the most conventional vision, so she really had her work cut out for her). To add, we had a Persian wedding ceremony, which I thought might be difficult to execute, but Amanda had it covered! She was so thorough and organized, she didn't miss a beat. I also can't say enough about her demeanor--calm, cool & collected. She was always able to bring me down a notch and give me a sense of peace. On the day of, everything went off without a hitch and I was blown away by how beautifully and perfectly the wedding came together. I would recommend Fete & Figs a thousand times over!! I almost wish I could have another wedding just so I can work with them again. -

I hired Fete & Figs and worked with Amanda (one of the co-owners) from start to finish. She was responsive, courteous, and very in tune with our needs, whether I knew what those were at times or not! She also executed a flawless day-of schedule, even with a last minute change in our outdoor venue setup due to heavy rains! I cannot speak more highly of Amanda and her natural ability to be a firm yet kind leader for the final weeks before the wedding. I was told that at our wedding, she was behind the scenes making sure the vendors and guests always knew what was about to happen and where to be. I was so busy enjoying the evening, yet she and her assistant made sure everything happened as it was supposed to - the toasts, photos, first dance, dinner, and sparkler sendoff - all went beautiful thanks to this team!

My husband and I were looking for a day-of-coordinator and interviewed several different people. I highly suggest doing so, since the planner/coordinator is someone you’ll be working with closely and they’ll be the person in charge on your wedding day! So you want someone who gets along with you and your fiancé and knows how to get things done with friendliness & efficiency. Out of the 3 coordinators we interviewed and met up at coffee shops, Amanda & her partner Courtney were the only ones who came prepared, had plenty of ideas for our wedding, AND the only one who bought us coffee! The littlest gesture showed that they will take good care of us on our wedding day :) and Amanda sure did! She is so sweet, handled everything with ease and took over the vendor management role the last 2 weeks prior to the wedding. She even assisted with the set up of our dessert table and it looked beautiful! On the day of, we were able to relax and simply enjoy our special day because of Amanda and her assistant, which is exactly what we were hoping for. And on top of that, they are really affordable! Highly highly recommend! -

Amanda was so great and easy to work with! Her down-to-earth nature was so calming during our planning meetings and she had everything extremely under control on our wedding day. The only thing that didn't go according to plan was our rehearsal when she got unexpectedly sick, and it would have been nice to have had an assistant be able to step in since we didn't really know what we were doing... BUT Amanda sent us a ton of planning materials that helped us throw it all together and get a practice in. Amanda & Victoria ( & Haley) were the best! I picked them because of their professionalism and also down to earth nature. It was clear they've done similar events before, but that they wouldn't force their opinions onto how we wanted to organize. Very helpful suggestions and easy coordination the week-of, for day-of coordination- plus reasonable prices. It was a bonus that we were also able to coordinate the photobooth through them that had props and sent everyone the photos after (while we got to keep the link of all of them!!) Plus, Amanda does dessert and she KNOWS HOW TO BAKE! It was simple and delicious. These ladies are a pleasure to work with, I would recommend to any friend. -

Whenever we asked for something, they were always so helpful and always with a smile! Our wedding day was perfect, and Amanda and Victoria played a key role to ensure it was. Prior to the big day: She checked in with me on how my wedding planning was going several months before my wedding and really began coordinating efforts about a month before.
She helped facilitate our rehearsal the day before which went smoothly.
On the day of, she kept us on time and moving along during all our scheduled plans.
During the reception, she made sure to check in with us throughout the night which was great to have a point of contact for any miscellaneous items that occurred.

We had unexpected illness in the family that caused my husband and I to be unable to deal with vendors/timeline/everything for the weeks leading up to the wedding and I honestly don't know that it even would have happened without Courtney coordinating it all. She kept things running smoothly day of and made decisions so that I didn't know of any issues! I had so many guests saying how great my coordinator was and how on top of things she seemed. We also had Amanda do our dessert bar and it looked SO GREAT! I love the photos of if and the desserts were delicious. I cannot thank them enough!
