Festivities was so wonderful to work with. From the initial meeting to communication after the wedding I was so impressed with Paloma and the Festivities team. Their showroom quality was better than others I had visited which calmed a lot of my fears. I'm big on organization I felt so much for confident in Festivities abilities with their showroom organization and cleanliness. Paloma was a dream to communicate with an rolled with so many punches in getting me adjusted estimates as our needs and guest counts changed. I will for sure be recommending Festivities to others and hope to use their services for other fun events in the future. -

We highly recommend working with Festivities! It was a 10/10 experience from beginning to end! We worked with Rachel and Jennifer to create the wedding decor of our dreams! We loved the design process working with their team, viewing the options in the showroom and our decor on our wedding was exactly what we envisioned. -

Fair priced and ready to make your vision come to life!
We worked with Festivities for chairs, linens, and other decor for our August 15th, 2020 wedding. I was extremely impressed with Festivities timeliness to respond to questions, fair pricing, and that they never pressured us to upgrade. Instead, they listened to our vision and found the decor needed to make it come to life! When a positive covid case forced us to reduce our guest count by 5 people last minute, they were very understanding and did not hesitate to adjust our pricing accordingly. If you choose to go with festivities, I highly recommend using their sheer drapes with string lights for ceiling decor. It transformed our venue into a beautifully romantic setting. I highly recommend Festivities for anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced and professional event decor company.

The consultation was so helpful. I don't know the names of any flowers, but I had a specific vision for what I wanted. Audra helped by getting my comments on different pictures of flowers, and they totally nailed what I wanted in the end. -

wonderful!
Very quick email responses, worked with me planning an out of state wedding at home and the few times that I was able to fly back here to have meetings, etc. and let us change things around as needed up until a couple weeks before. They set up everything up, and it was 100% correct, so no worries on site the day of. It is expensive, but I suppose all these event rental places are. (pics posted show set up night before, so no plates, etc.- just chair covers, twinkle lights/tuling in ceiling, head table backdrop from Festivities; ceremony arbor not pictured here) -

I truly believe that without the assistance of Caitlin from festivities, our wedding would not have been as beautiful as it was. She held my hand through the entire process and always made me feel like I was a priority; even during the Minneapolis Superbowl when she was undoubtedly extremely busy. Not only did she help me pick out table, chairs, linens, cups, ect., but she also helped me with the floor plans, adding and subtracting tents, and last minute adding side walls to the tents due to the weather. With getting married in a park, there were a lot of details I did not plan for, but Caitlin did. She 100% took care of setting up the fire inspection, making sure everything was up to "code" and cutting a check to the fire department for the inspection. Caitlin put up with a lot from myself and my father, and she was always professional, caring, and communicated with me through the entire process. If I ever decide to have any party, she is the person I will go to. Without a doubt, Caitlin is the reason everything at our wedding went perfectly. I cannot say enough great things about this company but mostly this wonderful employee. She truly loves her job, and it shows in her day to day interaction. -

Melissa Sent on 07/05/2013Festivities did an abosolutely beautiful job decorating my wedding. We used them for linens, chairs and a pergola. They did an amazing job draping the pergola and ceiling, they were so beautiful. They were very patient when I was making decisions and allowed me to come in multiple times when I wanted to make changes. They answered my many questions and gave me lots of advice. They were very responsive and did everything on time the day of the wedding. They also worked well with all my other vendors! I would recommend them to anyone! -

I didnt get to see the final display of the centerpieces, but the day of the wedding everything was beautiful. Payment details, flower details, and questions were so easy and answered on the spot. I would highly recommend festivities to anyone. -

Karine Sent on 08/22/2016One of my favorite vendors we worked with! I was just in awe of the beautiful flowers and how they made my vision come true. We had Festivites do our flowers, rented chargers, and votives. They were beyond helpful and easy to work with. We had originally met with Katie and she was amazing. I didn't find out until two weeks before the wedding she was no longer with Festivities and I had a hard time getting a hold of someone just to confirm everything for the day-of because I hadn't any other contact besides her and the emails I was sending to her were going unanswered. The flowers I received were absolutely beautiful but there were some specifics I had talked to Katie about my bouquet that was missed. I still give them 5 stars because those were just small things in the whole picture. I'm also so glad we rented the chargers, they made a huge difference and were cheaper than any other place we price checked AND they were easy to return. We pretty much told Festivities to pick whatever flowers that fit our colors/vision and wow were they perfect. They sent us a really beautiful mix of flowers that withstood the HOT HOT HOT day and didn't wilt at all. Can't say I would recommend them enough and again one of my favorite vendors we got to work with. -

Janna Sent on 07/06/2009Festivities did our ceiling draping. Our reception was at The Chalet at Elm Creek, which has large timbers across it. They're nice enough on their own, but they were beautiful with the draping. Festivities did a very nice job, and they were very friendly to work with.
We also had an arbor that we rented. It was beautiful! I only wish it hadn't been quite so windy outside so we could have gotten more pictures with it, (it was our intention to take pictures of the guests there, but everybody wanted to stay inside, instead).
They also had so much neat stuff available to rent! We found them late in our planning stages and already had most of that kind of stuff covered; we pretty much only needed the draping, and couldn't resist the arbor, too. I would suggest going there a bit sooner for other brides, so you can get an idea of what they have available to rent. -

It was so fun to look through the different options of flowers, chairs, arches, etc. with Debbie. She was very knowledgable and had great ideas on how to cut costs where possible without cutting style. I wasn't even sure what flowers to use, but I was able to give her the idea I was going for and they put together the exact look and feel of what I had in my mind. They also worked with our baker to put real flowers on our cake. Everything turned out absolutely beautiful and I would definitely recommend them!!
