  Best catering possible!

  I met Ed and his team at the Wedding Expo in Lancaster on 11.19.23. Not only did they have AMAZING food to sample but they had different drawings and information available. I was selected to receive a gift certificate and spoke w/ Ed the next day to plan a menu.
  
  The entire consulting process couldn't have been better!! The service that Festive Board offers is second to none and completely takes the stress of catering out of your hands! As Ed said during the consultation, he and his team only need 4 things from you and that's it! They handle everything else.
  
  Not only do they help you plan your meal but they also send you and your fiancé the meal to try! The day after speaking with Ed to plan the meal a member of his team (Dorothy) personally delivered two plates of the meal we planned for my fiancé and I to try! And let me tell you the food was AMAZING!
  
  They also offer different payment plans to make sure that you can afford the best food and service possible for your special day.
  
  I couldn't be more grateful for Ed and his entire team at Festive Board. I would recommend them 100%!

  Would absolutely recommend using the festive board!

  The Festive Board catered our wedding this past weekend and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding caterer. The entire experience with them was spectacular. Every single person I interacted with from the Festive Board went above and beyond to provide us with the best service. They all made themselves available for any questions we had (and we had a lot) and never made us feel badly for asking. They were incredibly well organized throughout the entire process. They dealt with any changes that occurred with a great attitude. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food on the wedding day. Everything was delicious! Their staff made sure my husband and I were catered to and didn’t have to lift a finger or take a step through the reception. Everything was set up so beautifully and packed up and stored very neatly at the end of the night. The Festive Board truly helped make our wedding magical and everything we wanted and I will never be able to recommend them enough for this!

  Highly Recommend!!

  We are so happy we chose The Festive Board for our wedding day! The food was great, we received many compliments from our guests! We loved that we did not have to keep track of entree choices, as each guest received the same meal, which included 2 sides and 2 proteins. Nikki and her team were absolutely amazing on wedding day! Nikki in particular was extremely attentive, checking in on the bride and groom frequently throughout the night! She ensured all of the decor for the reception was set up just the way we wanted. Everyone we came in contact with during the planning process was friendly, professional, and easy to work with! We highly recommend using them for your wedding day!!

  Great service and food!

  From start to finish, our experience with Festive Board was great. I really wanted to find a "full service" catering package and they truly provide that for an amazing price. They provide all the linens, china, food, servers, bartenders, & cleanup. I worked with Ed to create our menu and then received the main course in the mail to taste-test at home. During the final review meeting with Brigitte, I did change 1 original food choice and had no issues doing that. The day of the wedding, Dorothy was our coordinator and she was excellent. I noticed I miscommunicated and that some place settings and seats were missing prior to the start of our ceremony, and she quickly worked to make those corrections for us. Dorothy also brought me and my husband a plate of hors d'oeuvres while we took photos after the ceremony, and made sure that our drinks of choice were waiting for us at the sweetheart table when we made our grand entrance. We were served our meals first and Dorothy was so pleasant all evening. Everything was delicious! The staff also helped to breakdown the buffet and some tables to make room for the dance floor. Bartenders were professional and made sure the drinks were flowing all night. Any extra food and alcohol was packed up for us at the end of the night. Overall, an amazing vendor that I would 100% recommend.

  Excellent service, food and experience

  aylor and her whole crew was fantastic! She is an excellent communicator and she answered my millions of questions ahead of the big day. Her team went above and beyond with setting our our decor, preparing our specialty drinks to perfection and accommodating shifting timelines. We went with the most affordable menu and the food was excellent while being within our budget. Taylor also made sure we ate during cocktail hour and had full plates of food served directly to us at the start of our reception. All the servers and bartender were so friendly and hospitable. The best part is that my family has a new favorite deli in the area!!! We love Festive Board!!!

  5 star service!

  Festive Board catered our wedding on 5/20/2023 and I cannot say enough great things about our experience with them. From the moment we reached out to them about catering our wedding they treated us with kindness and professionalism. Festive Board was extremely affordable. After speaking over the phone and developing a menu, they shipped everything to our house in ice packed box with directions to heat in the oven. We were able to taste test everything from the comfort of our own home.
  
  Joy and her team were ABSOLUTELY amazing the day of the wedding. They took care of so many little details and set up all the decor on all the tables. It looked beautiful. My mom said she shed a tear when she walked in the reception space and saw their set up. Joy and her team were very attentive to us as the bride and groom. They made sure to bring us cocktails and a plate of hors d’oeuvres while we were getting our pictures after the ceremony. During the reception they were very attentive to our guests making sure their drinks were full and plates were cleared. At the end of the night they tore down all our decor, packed up the remaining food, and removed all the trash in a matter of minutes.

  Truly above and beyond

  I can't sing their praises enough. Chuck was our point of contact with Festive board and he truly went above and beyond. During cocktail hour while while the wedding party was getting photos with family they brought food and snacks out to us to ensure we were able to get something to eat. After the Ceremony Chuck brought drinks out for myself and my bride to celebrate. As she was about to walk down the isle he fluffed out the train on her dress. We had a buffet style dinner but he plated us before serving any other guests. As we did out grand entrance Chuck stood to the side so he could hold the bouquet while we did our first dance. Our cake didn't arrive on time due to a mix-up and Chuck offered to run out and get one for us. I truly can't say enough amazing things about Festive Board and Chuck specifically.

  The BEST decision we made!

  Working with Festive was the best decision we made hands down! They really took care of us! They were professional and experience, another to mention flexible to pivot as the weather changed things up a bit! Nikki was so great! And frankly, when I heard the pitch from Festive I was skeptical to believe they really did it all but they absolutely do! They are truly a full service option and really help make sure things go smoothly!

  Appreciation Banquet

  We held our Appreciation banquet on Saturday January 21st at York Township Fire Department and Chuck and his team did an outstanding job. Food was delicious and the team of people were very professional. I will highly recommend them and your company to anyone that needs a catered affair. Great job by all!

  Micro Wedding Catering

  We hired Festive Board from a recommendation from our venue. They were incredibly kind from day one. They text me prior to finalize plans and meals. They followed through on everything and even set up my decor on the tables. We had a bartender (you provide your own alcohol) who was fantastic as well. I highly recommend them and the day of coordinator I had was Debbie and she was lovely!

  Every single part of the process of hiring a caterer was made absolutely simple and laid-back with Festive Board. I cannot say enough nice things! We absolutely loved having Chuck with us for the day, who made sure we had anything we needed the entire day. So amazing. We had so many compliments on the food from start to finish. And the cleanup was top notch. As a bride, I did not worry one single moment with this group. One hundred percent highly recommend!

  Festive Board Catering really came through for me. I had booked a food truck for our 9/10/22 wedding which ended up canceling on us a few months prior. When I reached out to Festive Board, I spoke with Ed in great detail about all of our needs and was given clear and concise information about the options for food and services they offered. We were able to craft a menu and inclusive set up/clean up for the day. Ed also overnighted us plates of food for us to warm up and sample beforehand. Everything we tried was delicious! On the wedding day the staff was tremendous and everything went smoothly, we even had a bunch of leftover food to bring home and share with venue staff! The day of coordinator that Festive Board includes with their catering packages was just the cherry on top of already incredible service! I’m so happy we were able to book them in time!

  Fantastic!

  We had Festive Board for our wedding in May 2022 and we absolutely loved them. They were extremely helpful with everything! Food was great, best part was definitely the mashed potato bar. We are so grateful for everything they did for us from start to finish. They know what they’re doing!!

  Amazing Service!

  We used Festive Board for a brunch, buffet-style wedding. The service was absolutely amazing. They took care of everything we needed from setting up our table decor to helping tear down afterwards. When my husband and I were busy taking pictures during cocktail hour, Nicky made sure to keep the drinks coming and had a plate of our cocktail hour appetizers at our sweetheart table when we got there. The food and the service are outstanding! We would recommend Festive Board Catering to any of our friends.

  Great food! Great service! Wonderful caterers!

  Festive Board was fabulous!! Amanda was also the sweetest person ever! She made sure my husband and i had everything we needed throughout the entire day! The food was absolutely delicious and I loved that we got to take the leftover food home with us! We had to wait an extra year after covid but they made sure to check in on us planning for the second reception!! I highly recommend Festive Board for your big day!

  Awesome food and staff

  we used them for our wedding 09/2021 and couldn't have asked for a better vendor. they do it all from the food, serving, bartending, and table decorating. it made our day stress-free. the food is phenomenal from both the catering and the deli! the salmon is to die for and was a huge hit. they are super reasonable too! would recommend for all the different varieties of catering packages they have to fit any wedding style. beth made my day and was amazing to have as the lead staff that day.

  Fantastic Food

  My husband and I used The Festive board to cater our wedding and they were professional, timely, and reasonably priced. Above all, the food was excellent! The appetizers were delicious and the doughnut wall was a really neat niche addition, that also happened to be amazing tasting. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Festive Board

  The Festive Board did an overall excellent job catering our wedding. They were very affordable, provided a lot of options, and there was a ton of food! All we needed to bring was our own alcohol, cake, and decor and they handled the rest. We were also able to customize the menu and they worked really well with us. My husband is from WV and we were able to do pepperoni rolls as a late night snack. Ed, the owner, is a delight! He worked so well with us in the beginning and even traveled over an hour to deliver us two tasting plates to our home (during COVID). He truly went above and beyond. Nikki was also incredible during the preplanning stages. Unfortunately Nikki was not our reception coordinator the day of the wedding. Our coordinator was not as responsive as Nikki and Ed, and I did feel like there was a breakdown in communication. Also, the crab cake was not as good as during our tasting. I wonder if it was due to the crab meat shortage that was experienced over the summer, but we were a bit disappointed with those. Overall, I would highly recommend The Festive Board.

  Best Full Service Caterer Ever!

  We were so pleased with The Festive Board! They provided plenty of options to choose from for our wedding. But what we were most impressed with was all they included in their catering price. Bartender, insurance, linens, glassware, set up, tear down, trash removal....and more. We absolutely LOVED the food too! Our guests are still talking about how good it was. Our catering team lead Nikki was so attentive and on top of everything. The Festive Board was so easy to work with. They made our food dreams on our wedding day a wonderful reality!
