A staple of Allentown, and a fantastic spot for a wedding! Everyone had an amazing time. Rosanna was great to work with throughout the entire process, and Brewworks handles almost everything you need in house, which makes coordination a lot easier. Great selection of food, drinks, and floor space. Extremely caring and attentive staff as well! Prices are also very competitive with other venue options, even ones that include a lot less. Also a great restaurant and bar!

Jared Boschen and his amazing team at the Allentown Brew Works were wonderful to work with and flexible as things changed as they so often do when planning an event. From choosing the rooms(we had our ceremony and reception in FIVE and cocktail hour in the Silk Lounge) and the food, table layouts he was helpful, professional and quick to respond to any questions I had. Our guests were so pleased with the food and we received many compliments. They never had to wait for a drink and were pleased with the ambiance of the venue. Jared also worked seamlessly with our other vendors. Two days before the event torrential downpours caused some slight flooding in the Silk Lounge and we had some concerns. Jared said we could change last minute to a different room if we weren't happy. The room was perfect, it was like it never even happened! They went above and beyond to make our day perfect. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service and value for the money we spent. We definitely would hold another event there.

We are so happy that we chose ABW for both our ceremony and reception! Jackie was incredible to work with and made everything we asked for a reality. We used High Gravity for the ceremony and cocktail hour, FIVE for the reception, and also rented Silk Lounge for an afterparty. The day of the event ran as smooth as ever as the team at ABW knows exactly what they are doing to make the day perfect! Our guests had an amazing time throughout the entire evening!!!

We just had our wedding ceremony and reception at Allentown Brew Works and it was amazing! Ceremony was in High Gravity and reception was on Five. Jackie, the event coordinator, was great every step of the way. She was super quick to respond to any questions via email and gave very helpful advice for everything from the food choices, to day-of logistics. Having this included was such a bonus for this venue! She is very experienced and had worked with some of our other vendors before which also made things run so smoothly for us. This is such a fun and different wedding venue that’s also super affordable! I would definitely recommend! Our guests had such a great time!

This place is beyond amazing! Great value for your money. It’s a unique venue, not just another wedding hall. Jackie and her team are very responsive, and quick to solve any issues that may arise. I never once needed to worry about if I was missing something planning wise, because Jackie was so on top of everything. Food and beer is yummy too! Definitely choose this place 😊.

With only 100 days to plan our wedding, Brew Works, Jackie, and her amazing team worked with us to plan the wedding of our dreams. Everything at our reception was perfect and as we requested. It was such a surprise to see the amount and variety of spaces available to host my wedding. We ended up choosing the top floor and it fit our 90 guests perfectly. The room is huge but the set up from the staff allowed for our guests to have lots of room to eat, dance, and socialize. There is absolutely not one thing we would change!

Jackie, Sara and their team were easy to work with, thorough and very accommodating. They were very responsive and engaged from the early planning stages through the day of the wedding. Being a same-sex couple was a non-issue. The whole team was very affirming of us and our diverse guests. We loved being able to move through three different spaces throughout the event (High Gravity for the ceremony, Silk Lounge for cocktail hour and after party, and Five for the reception). We had been initially been concerned about elevator wait times as guests moved between floors, but it was a non-issue. The Brew Works is the perfect choice for people seeking a modern, flexible event space in the heart of Allentown.

Allentown Brew Works was the perfect place for our wedding. The staff, food, décor, and drinks were amazing. They took care of everything, and it was such a fun night. We wish we could do the whole night over and over again. You will not be disappointed and your guests will be raving about your wedding for days after! We had our wedding here last weekend and it was simply incredible. Throughout the course of 10 months we worked with Jackie in helping to plan our wedding. Because of her and the staff, our wedding was seamless. I was always encouraged to ask questions and my emails were answered in a timely manner. As for the weekend itself, it was great. They made sure to not only take care of the guests but to look out for the bride and groom. In the middle of reception chaos they made us each a plate of food and always kept our drinks refilled. Before the ceremony they treated us to snacks and drinks, along with bringing the cocktail hour to us while we were taking pictures.

The venue itself (High Gravity and Five) were perfect, all of our guests commented on how nice and unique each room was. The food was incredible and we were really pleased with how everything turned out. If you are looking for a large venue that's cool, unique, and super affordable - this is it! Oh yeah, and did I mention GREAT beer?

We can't wait to go back next time we're in town. Thank you so much Jackie and staff for making our big day so special and easy. We will never forget it!

Our wedding at Allentown Brew Works was AMAZING, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. In looking for a venue, we wanted something with good beer and options for me to eat (I'm vegan). They knocked it out of the park on both counts, and more. Our coordinator, Jackie Svrcek was so helpful for the entire year or so that we were planning, and so willing to work with us on everything. We got so many compliments all night on how nice the venue was, how great the food was, and how much fun everyone had. Everyone on staff was so nice and so helpful, and Jackie and her assistant Katie did a great job running the show all night and making sure I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I don't think I can recommend them enough, I don't have a single complaint for how the planning process and wedding day went. Plus, they were very affordable compared to other places we had looked at, and took care of pretty much everything for us. Also, Jackie has a really great and creative eye for setting things up. Our ceremony was in the Hamilton Room under a chandelier, and all of our guests were in theater seating around us. It felt so nice to be surrounded by all of our friends and family, and felt so intimate. I was a bride that was not really thrilled about wedding planning, and not super interested in a lot of details, and Jackie helped me make great decisions and execute a pretty flawless day. Thanks to the whole staff!

We absolutely loved our wedding reception at the Allentown Brew Works! The service we received during the planning period and the day of the wedding was phenomenal! All of the staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. We customized our wedding package to fit our budget and it was very reasonable for what we got. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

We held our event over two floors and every detail was perfect. In lieu of a traditional reception, we hosted a five course beer dinner in theme with the venue. Our guests raved about the beer sampling, as well as the meal. The staff was very creative and flexible and helped us create our dream wedding.

We held our summer wedding reception at the Allentown Brew Works and were thrilled with the service and event! Our coordinator, Jackie Svrcek, was an absolute pleasure to work with and made sure everything went off without a hitch. From the moment we met her, we knew she would take excellent care of us, our guests and all the details we were envisioning for our special day. Jackie was so responsive to my emails and questions, and responded within 24 hours - sometimes even within the hour! It was wonderful being able to enjoy our wedding day and celebration without worrying about the details - everything was beautifully set up, carefully torn down at the end of the night, and organized to carry away the next morning. For weeks later, our family and friends kept telling us what a good time they had, how great the food and service was, and - oh, especially the beer!

My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a server for the wedding party if they’re in a private room during cocktail hour. Of course, Jackie went out of her way multiple times to bring us a few beers and hors d'oeuvres, but it would have been nice to have a server just for the wedding party during the hour or so we were waiting to be introduced at the reception. We felt badly taking her away from coordinating the event upstairs to get us a few snacks and drinks! But that's is an easy adjustment in the future.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. If we had to do it again, we’d pick the Brew Works without hesitation.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Allentown Brew Works. Jeff our wedding coordinator that works for the Allentown Brew works was amazing. He had the perfect ideas and made our wedding reception look outstanding. All of our guest were amazed on how wonderfull everything looked. I recomand you look at the Allentown Brew Works first for your wedding reception. The food there was also wonderful.

Allentown Brew Works was the perfect setting for our modern downtown wedding. Jackie and Sarah (the banquet coordinators) were fabulous at meeting our needs and ensuring our day went off without any issues. Having them is like having a built in wedding planner! Many of our guests said that our wedding was the best wedding with the best food they've ever had! The venue was very affordable, especially for the special attention to detail that was given to us. The food itself was worth every penny! Booking multiple rooms allowed our guests to move throughout the building the whole night, and each space was set up beautifully by the staff. I would recommend Allentown Brew Works to anyone that wants to have a fun filled, unique, and stress free day. How can you beat a wedding at a brewery?!

We wanted something different from all of our friends weddings, something modern and fun yet sophisticated that when our guests arrived they knew who’s wedding they were attending. Literally the minute we walked in for our consultation my husband looked at me and said “I hope you realize I don’t want to look anywhere else.” It had high ceilings, gorgeous exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, amazing food and to top it all off a free sampling of beer since it is a microbrewery. Wendie, our coordinator was friendly and available to answer ANY questions I had, and believe me there was a lot. After our wedding I had so many people come up to me and say it was one of the best times they ever had at a wedding, minus their own, and that they loved how different, comfortable and refreshing the day felt. A month later I still have guests telling me we should do it again so they can go back!

Allentown Brew Works is a great place to get married. Their banquet sales director Jackie is amazing. She helped us with so many details. She was always very professional and easy to get a hold of. Jackie definitely relived a lot of the stress that comes with planning a wedding. Our guests loved the venue and the food. They offer so many options; more than I initially thought possible. Definitely check them out if you are looking for a venue. Jackie is the best!

This was a great place to hold a small reception. It was very relaxed instead of the upscale places which is what we wanted. The waiter was both attentive and friendly. The food was very good as well.

It was truly hard to find a venue within budget and proximity to most guests. I saw and liked the brewery idea and found Fegleys. Though not an avid Lehigh/Allentown area traveler, I have been through the area to understand enough that people would not have difficulty in attending. It is street parking, but plenty of parking in nearby lots or around the corner. I first communicated with Jared who has since left and had remaining communications with Rosanna, who was always very responsive as we mostly spoke through email as I am no longer in the area. This venue has 5 floors of which can be rented for your wedding needs. You pick two floors for a flat rental fee for 5 hours while you can add additional time or floors at an additional cost. I chose my ceremony/happy hour on one floor and reception on another which worked great!

Additionally, when figuring out a venue for your wedding you must review their food options. Some venues only allow insured caterers (perhaps even requiring a 200k+ insurance) while other venues require you use their caterers at their cost. Fegleys offers a wide variety of food, with both buffet or plated style. The price was more than fair, as you can easily end up spending a premium of $75-150 a person for food. I know good food is a priority for most when choosing venue. I will say that the meals we had were wonderful and was not disappointed. I chose three different dinner buffet options and throughly enjoyed the lemon chicken and salmon. The pork was good too, but preferred the other proteins more! Salad, roll, and soup of choice was also part of the meal in which their beer cheese soup I truly loved.

With the flexible food choices, you also get a very flexible bar option. Being a brewery they have great specialty beers on tap to choose from as well as different packages (top shelf liquor, beer, and wine / beer and wine / or just soda) depending on your amount of guests and how many hours you choose for those packages. The flexibility to make it your own is a convenience you won't have at other venues.

Lastly they have tablecloths, napkins, and centerpieces of your color/choice available included in your rental for your tables. One less thing to worry about ! Rosanna discussed these options with me during our wedding tasting to select our food. They have round tables and rectangle tables included in the rental for your gifts, desserts, guest books, etc.

Being out of town, I communicated with Rosanna regarding decorating the floors I was renting. As they had no event the night before I was allowed to then decorate which was fantastic as it was already a time crunch to get things done without a coordinator. I was then able to collect my things the following morning on one floor that did not have another event.

All in all, this venue provides extreme flexibility where most do not. Communication with Rosanna was easy as well as their payment schedule. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking at a brewery! I hope this helps in your decision-making!

This is the second event we've planned with the Brew Works and we love working with them. Wendie, the coordinator, is helpful and creative. The food is good, the staff couldn't have been nicer, and the room looked WONDERFUL. It was SO much fun.

My husband and I enjoyed working with Jeff, who was very professional and easy to work with. He was accommodating and helpful. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. My guests loved the fact that we served craft beer and several went down to sample ones we couldn't serve at the wedding.

The only suggestion I would make would be to bring the children's meals out first - the kids at our wedding started getting a little antsy while waiting for all of the adults to go through the buffet line before the servers brought out their meals. Also, the meals for the vegetarians could have been brought out sooner.

Other than that, the set up was the way we wanted it, the tables were gorgeous, and everything went as smoothly as Jeff and his team could make it. We received numerous compliments on the professionalism of the servers and they were incredibly helpful and friendly to my husband and me.

I would definitely recommend this venue for another wedding and if I ever need to throw a catered event in the Lehigh Valley, I'm definitely talking to the Brew Works first!

Fegley's was an amazing place to have a wedding! The spaces are all unique and lend themselves to a fun experience for the guests. The food is amazing and the beer is great too!
The only downside is the event coordinator who is difficult to work with, at times unresponsive, and does not project the calm, capable energy you want on your wedding day. Luckily the rest of the staff at Fegley's is amazing and helps to pick up his slack.

I don't doubt the validity of all the previous five star reviews because they all have one thing in common: Jackie. However, Jackie is no longer with Brew Works. She left about a month before our wedding. The new coordinator, Jared, might have just been overwhelmed and while nothing major went wrong, there was just a laundry list of small issues. First, I had e-mailed twice within the week leading up to our wedding with no response. I called assuming he wasn't receiving my e-mails but when I talked to him, he said he was just busy. At the rehearsal dinner, he forgot I had e-mailed him asking about a gluten free meal, but they were luckily still able to make one. They put out dinner for the buffet but we had to ask if it was okay to start eating. They put dessert out on the other side of the room so most of us didn't even see it was there. They came up to us and said they forgot to charge us for the appetizers so had to bill us again. I also didn't like that all the food was removed when the night was over and we were never asked if we would like to take any leftovers home even though we paid for all of it. When it came to our wedding day, I saw Jared when he told us it was time for the ceremony to start and when he ushered us out to start walking down the aisle. That was the last we talked to him for the rest of the night. He had another coordinator, Dustin, who we also didn't talk with during the day. They didn't check on us one time after the ceremony. It would have been nice for them to check on us because after the ceremony they brought the bridal party food but no silverware and absolutely nothing to drink, not even water. When it was time to make our grand entrance to the reception , our photographer had to track down the parents and bridal party. Obviously, that's not the job of the photographer but Jared was nowhere to be found and Dustin was helping the bartender. Two of our vendors had to hunt down their own meal. Another vendor was given food, but no silverware. Everyone was eating their first course while my husband and I had nothing in front of us. They forgot to give us a cake cutter which Jackie had put in our contract. We were standing in front of our cake for about ten minutes before one of the wait staff were finally able to bring us one (this was awkward as this forced the DJ to make a second announcement that we would be cutting the cake). A server had to track down my toss bouquet and she couldn't have been less thrilled to do it. Even our other vendors noted how not put together this whole event was. My husband and I basically felt like we were bothering them anytime we needed anything. I really wish we had Jackie, as my friend who got married here said Jackie would constantly check on them all night.

I honestly will never recommend this venue to anyone. Due to COVID-19, in order to keep our family safe, we cancelled our originally planned wedding and instead planned a baby shower. We planned the baby shower because the planner took a deposit from my mother in law without requiring the password and were forced to use the balance because we were told we couldn’t receive a refund. We were then told that we would receive a refund for the remaining balance by the planner; Jared; after the baby shower when we inquired about doing a baby shower and a 1 year anniversary party to use the remaining balance. It 100% is not worth anyone having an event there. We deeply feel as though we were discriminated against for downsizing our event. The food was no where near the quality it was when we went to the tasting. The servers were quiet and clearly not happy to be there. The planner didn’t even check on us to see how things were going. As for that refund; I sent 5 emails inquiring about it; no response. My mother in law also sent an email and they neglected to respond to her and sent her a check. The remaining balance on our quote was $5317.30 that we should have received back. The check my mother in law received was $5000.00. I’m not sure what they decided that extra $317.30 was used for. Again, terrible customer service and absolutely no way I will ever be doing business with them again.
