A Great Caterer and More!

Feastiviities Catering did an amazing job at our wedding, Not only was all of the food delicious, but Jeffery went above and beyond with helping us plan and execute the wedding perfectly. From the meetings we had on site, to the food tasting, to the rehearsal day that he ran for us, everything was professionally done and expertly handled. Everyone loved the wedding day dinner, and our wedding party and family couldn’t believe how hands on Jeffery and his team were with coordinating and running our whole wedding weekend. Since we did have an official wedding planner, it was such a perk to have someone like Jeffery assist us in running the weekend to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We can’t believe how amazing our wedding weekend was, and the Feastivities team played a large part in making that happen. They allowed us to enjoy the day so much more, and they made all the planning much less stressful. We highly recommend Feastiviities Catering for delicious food and amazing execution on your wedding day.

The food exceeded my expectations. It was very delicious. The staff were incredibly sweet and accommodating. They made sure i had enough to eat as a vegetarian. They really helped and I would not have been able to figure things out without Doug's help. I didn't know the first thing about weddings but he guided me. Standout service!

AMAZING food, service, experience

Feastivities was the caterer for our wedding which was held at Rosewood Farms. Jeffrey was fantastic! He was knowledgable, super responsive, helpful, and on top of it. There were so many food choices and all of them were delicious. They were conscious of allergies and made sure accommodations were made. Our guests raved about the food, how friendly the staff was, and the service. I 100% would recommend feastivities for any of your catered events.

A tremendous THANK YOU and job SO VERY WELL DONE executing our wedding after all the time we waited because of covid! Bernic Cornell and the staff were highly organized and effective. Amazing catering

Owen and staff was absolutely amazing. Our wedding had to be rescheduled due to COVID, when we had reached out to Owen we were met with understanding and flexibility. They made sure everyone was taken care of during our event. Owen even went out of his way to ensure an issue was solved without us knowing about it until the end. The food and drink service was fantastic. We received a ton of compliments on the food as well as our signature drink we had not tried prior to our day. We could not have asked for a better experience

Amazing Caterer

Delicious food, amazing service, and so organized and understanding as we had to make adjustments due to covid. The food was beautiful and most importantly delicious. They have a wonderful variety, were so helpful and communicative throughout, and worked closely with us and our coordinator to make the entire evening flow so smoothly. Caterer of Choice

If you want good food, great staff, and an amazing time at your venue, then Feastivities Catering is your choice. Owen Hutchison was our contact from the beginning, and it was clear that we chose well. Owen satisfied all of our needs, promptly answered our questions and saw the entire event through from beginning to end. My wife and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience and highly recommend Owen and Feastivities to anyone that wants a quality caterer with amazing food.

Did a great job with our unique venue!

We were so happy that we went with Feastivities Events for our wedding! Caroline was amazing and so helpful throughout the entire planning process. Our venue was a little unique in its size and function and Caroline and the rest of the team did a great job working within the space. The waitstaff was wonderful and our “shadow” Nicole was so nice and made sure we were taken care of the entire night. Our food was delicious and everything was wonderful from start to finish! Amazing and Friendly Caterers!

This is a little late of a review but my fiancé and I were supposed to get married at Cairnwood Estate but we had to change our venue for multiple reasons. While still working with Cairnwood, we worked with Lauren G. from Festivities and she was amazing and incredible! She was so incredibly thoughtful and worked through every single detail and idea with me and my fiancé. She was on top of everything and super responsive. We did end up going to the tasting which was MIND BLOWING. Lauren made delicious custom fall cocktails for us ( I keep trying to remember what she made because I want to copy it, it was SO good) and she even took the time out to make custom Harry Potter themed menus for the tasting to match our theme and I was almost crying! The pastry chef even went above and beyond to make us custom Harry Potter themed desserts that were not on the catering menu and I wanted to cry again! The people at Feastivities are incredible and kind people. Its honestly unfortunate we had to change venues and in turn, have to not have them as our caterers (it was honestly a very heartbreaking thing for me), but I'm telling you, you MUST hire them. They are truly awesome and provide such a great experience!

Incredible food, incredible staff!

Working with Feastivities and Offshoots! (accompanying florist) was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! Bernice was my coordinator with Feastivities. She is so kind, knowledgable, responsive, and knows how to get things done! She was a vital part of our wedding planning process.

All of our guests continuously commented on how delicious the food was. Feastivities' hor dourves are unique, tastey, not messy (important detail for wedding food), and aesthetic. We got to visit the Feastivities building a few months prior to our wedding and do a taste test of everything, which was a lot of fun. Also, Feastivities allows you to bring your own alcohol for the wedding. My family/friends aren't big drinkers, so this can save you money.

The staff is extremely flexible, accommodating, and professional. One detail that really stood out is that they assigned an awesome young women to just care after myself (bride) and my groom all evening. She would politely check on us and make sure everything was to our liking. My husband said he felt like a king! It was a personal touch that made the night really special for us.

Finally, Feastivities works with Bredenbeck's Bakery to do your cake. That bakery is outstanding!

Overall, I couldn't be happier with our decision to work with Feastivities. I highly recommend them, and the vendors they work with, to any bride.

Owen and Feastivities A+ from a retired teacher

Owen made planning and executing a great wedding day at Thousand Acre Farm in Delaware enjoyable. He helped us adhere to our budget, was there for tasting and planning, and even stayed to clean up. 5 Star Service!

Feastivities catered our wedding at The Washington at Yellow Springs on April 27, 2019. Owen was our event manager, and he did a phenomenal job throughout the wedding planning process. Owen brought our wedding vision to life while ensuring that we were able to stay within our budget. All of our questions were always answered within the same day, and Owen was always able to accommodate our requests. I was honestly nervous that something would be forgotten because Owen’s organization and attention to detail seemed too good to be true. Fortunately this was not the case, and our entire wedding ran so smoothly!

Since we wanted a more laid-back vibe, we opted for stations instead of a sit down meal. We were able to offer our guests 5 entree choices plus a plated salad, and all of our guests raved about the food and service throughout the night. At the end of the night, the event staff helped to organize our sparkler send off and made sure that all of our personal items were packed into our cars which was a huge relief.

Owen and the Feastivities staff made sure that our day was beyond special. I would hire them again in a second and highly recommend Feastivites to anyone who is planning a wedding in the Philadelphia area.

They thought of everything!

I worked with Caroline, and she was fantastic! I'm a godawful planner, and she thought of anything and everything I didn't think to ask for. I'm a very busy person (aren't we all?) and am the worst at answering and receiving phone calls, and she put everything together almost entirely through email. She was on site all night to make sure everything went off without a hitch. Our waitress Izzy was a godsend. I swear she just popped out of the woodwork every time we needed something, and our glasses were never empty the whole night. The food was delicious as well! My new husband and I were delighted when we saw that the stir fry was served in little single serve woks! It seems like such a trivial thing to be excited about, but those little touches really made it all that more special. I could not be more thrilled with what Feastivities brought to the table- literally! Plus, their packages include a cake from Bredenbeck's which we got to personalize of course, and it was divine!

Great Food! Very Flexible!!

Jessica and Team did a great job with planning our catering for our wedding. We wanted a cocktail reception rather than a sitdown dinner... and Feastivities was totally prepared to be creative and help us tailor our wedding to what we wanted :) It turned out amazing.

BTW - The personal tasting is such a beautiful experience with wine and sampling all the food. Definitely recommend it!!!!

Feastivities Events was our caterer of choice for our wedding at Greystone. Bernice was our event producer and she was absolutely amazing. I couldn't have put together the wedding without her. There were few parts of the whole day that Bernice didn't help out with. Truly more than I ever expected. In addition to all of her help, the food was absolutely amazing! We had several guests rave that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. After our tasting, I knew that I needed to eat more of our passed appetizers on the actual day (they really were that good!). Bernice made sure we had a tray of food near us at all times during pictures, as well as someone to make sure we always had a drink. There also was more serving staff with Feastivities than any caterer that we looked into. This was important to us since we didn't want people waiting forever for their food! Dinner was served quickly and people were out dancing in now time. Another thing I noticed was that more people ate the desserts since feastivities had servers moving throughout the estate with slices of cake and their adorable mini ice cream cones. Everything was so perfect and beyond what I ever thought it could be! Our wedding of over 200 people went off flawlessly and I honestly cannot rave enough!

Everyone commented on how incredible the food was the entire night! They went above and beyond to ensure that the food was tailored to our guests and our likes. Also with Feastivities came Jessica, who was amazing in guiding us through the process, answering dozens of emails daily and helping us organize everything. But more than that, on the rehearsal and the big day, Jessica went ABOVE AND BEYOND to manage a large and boisterous family all while ensuring that I as the bride had no idea that anything was amiss. She was awesome and kept everything and everyone where they were supposed to be at each step of the way.

The Feastivities team is such a great group. Hannah and Annie were wonderful to work with. They were super flexible with me living far away in terms of making appointments to meet with them. We had our wedding at the Stotesbury Mansion in early March, and everything went so smooth the entire day. We were worried about the flow of things between the ceremony, to turning the place into cocktail hour, to having 140 people be able to fit in the ballroom for big announcements and dances, the flow of the buffet stations, etc. but trust them, they know what they were doing, and our guests had an amazing time! Guests actually mentioned they loved and preferred the flow of this wedding (not having assigned seats) to traditional assign seated weddings as they were able to inter-mingle with so many people throughout the night. The food between the appetizers and buffet stations were excellent. We had a steak station, seared tuna station, and a pad thai station and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food and no one was hungry by the end of the night! The coffee bar and extra cake pops in addition to the wedding cake was also a nice touch, adding more variety for people to choose from. The staff the day of were so great! Maddy especially was so kind and was there to make sure me and my husband, immediate family were well nourished between food and drink throughout the night. Thank you Festivities for going above and beyond our expectations!

Working with the Feastivities team, to plan our wedding with The Stotesbury Mansion was a very enjoyable experience. I cannot thank Feastivities enough for truly excelling at our wedding reception held in the Stotesbury mansion (September 2016). The chef mastered the Piedmontese affair I envisioned, including my request for 'baci di dama' (traditional hazelnut cookies filled with dark chocolate from nonna's region) that turned out not only authentic but also scrumptious! I was really impressed. The Chilean, Mid-Atlantic, and French Canadian details resulted perfect as well! Italian wedding receptions are all about food, so I loved Feastivities' personalized approach to designing the whole menu, with a result that was unbelievable and guests raved about. Working with Karen first, then with Hannah and her team (Owen and Antoinette) was a pleasure. (Thank you!!!) You don't even need a wedding planner with all the attention and thought that Feastivities puts into your wedding. Everyone is incredibly professional and at the same time you feel it is friends who are helping you with every special detail (well beyond just catering). Finally we wanted to say that Janine was an absolute sweetheart during the whole reception, making sure that we had everything we needed, including samples of all the cocktail-hour hors d'œuvres and the different layers of the cake. Choosing Feastivities will be the best decision for your wedding!

After using Festivities for our wedding at the Stotesbury Mansion in Philadelphia this past September, I cannot say enough good things about them. We worked specifically with Hannah, who helped us along every step of the way, and I attribute all of her expertise and assistance throughout the entire process to making our special day feel so memorable and so personalized. Festivities made sure that both of us felt comfortable with everything that was being decided on in each step of the planning process, from the tasting menu, down to our signature cocktails served at the reception. Almost every single guest we've talked to afterwards couldn't stop raving about the wedding, and more specifically about how great the quality the food was, especially with an event with 100 people. I would absolutely choose to book Festivities again!

I worked with Hannah Dann, she was amazing. I did not want a typical dinner service but created a 7 course tasting menu paired with wines. Not only were they able to accommodate this, but the result exceeded my expectations. It was a most impressive rehearsal dinner for 34 guests. The staff served perfect formal service, which reflected well of the hostess ( me).Needless to say that every bit of food consumed was delicious! They helped me create an amazing event!!!

I cannot give a higher recommendation to Feastivities and our coordinator Hannah. The hoped for beautiful weather for an outside wedding turned out to be a horrific rainstorm. Hannah and her staff were totally flexible and immediately able to prepare everything inside in a very professional manner, with everything turning out just as lovely as it would have been outside. The food was incredible and so delicious - all our guests raved. As the mother of the bride, Hannah was always there to ask if anything was wanted or needed by the family, and to provide a drink or plate of food while pictures were being taken and throughout the evening. I completely credit them with making sure this event went smoothly, especially as the weather turned out so differently from what had been expected. I cannot recommend Feastivities and Hannah's services highly enough. From the initial consultation to the tasting, Feastivities was an absolute dream to work with. They made sure every single detail was perfect, even when one of our shuttles forgot to pickup guests at a hotel, they allowed us to extend the cocktail hour so our guests would not miss out. Our guests told us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. We had short ribs, chicken pot pie, grilled Caesar salad, chocolate chip cookies and milk in little milk jugs. We cannot say enough good things. Thank you Megan and Feastivities for the perfect day!

Feastivities is a professional well oiled machine. When the event planner at my venue seemed to go off the deep end, Bernice and Hannah stepped up and made sure I did not have to stress. I completely credit them with making sure my event went smoothly! I planned my wedding from out of town and they were always flexible on meeting with me when I was in town and rapidly replied to my emails. As the bride I must admit I didn't get to eat much on the wedding day, but the food was AMAZING at the tasting and every guest raved about it! A nice touch was that they assigned a waitress to each my husband and I, so every time I even thought about needing an appetizer or a drink they were already on it!

We hired Feastivities to cater our wedding at the Stotesbury Mansion. They were so great to work with! I had the opportunity to work with Doug and Meghan for catering and Melissa and Jim from offshoots. They were all very very wonderful. Reaponds quickly, worked with with me on the details I wanted, everything was great! The food was so good that I saw our guests cleaning their plates empty! I didn't do that myself at other weddings I've been to. People love the food and were so impressed with the food including a guest that works in a catering business. Everyone also loved the smore station. Our shadow person was also very attentive to us when we are out taking pictures. They truly have a remarkable taste for flavor. Just Absolutely excellent service and food! That says a lot from someone who thinks American food is boring with guests who are also very critical of food!

Feastivities was incredible to work with for catering our wedding, from before we signed a contract until after our wedding. Bernice is highly organized, polite, easy to get along with, and prompt to respond to my many emails. Owen made sure all the details on the day of ran perfectly. At the tasting we got to taste each part of our custom designed menu, including all 12 hors d'oeuvres and two entrees, so we knew how delicious the food at our wedding would be. When we suggested something we'd seen at another bridal show, they took that idea and made it even better. That kind of sums up Feastivities - anything we wanted, they executed better than we could have imagined.

Feastivities was great because the food was delicious, and their level of expertise and organization meant that I did not have to stress out about anything. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Philadelphia area!

I had the pleasure to work with Genevieve and Melissa for my wedding on June 13, 2015. My wedding would not have been as amazing as it was if it wasn't for them. To start, I must have met with them close to 10 times and they were always responsive to e-mailing back and forth. Not only are you getting a caterer for your wedding/event but you're getting the full service of having an experienced professional there with you guiding you and making sure everything is done. ON TOP of great service, the food was amazing! All my guests raved about it- h/t to their chef, Devon. I would recommend them again and again. If I ever throw another party where I need to hire a caterer, they would be my first and only call!

We are thrilled we decided to go with Feastivities for our 9/20/14 wedding. Working with Bernice and Hannah was especially helpful - they both went above and beyond to accommodate our wants, needs and issues. They were particularly helpful in preparing a menu for our multicultural wedding and allowed us to request changes and suggest flavors not normally on their menu. We received multiple comments on the quantity of food, quality of all the meals and helpfulness of the staff. Two different guests said it was the best food they had at a wedding!

When choosing Feastivities, you are not only securing a caterer, but an event planner and event orchestrater. Bernice walked us through everything we needed for the day, including vendors and part of the reception that didn't involve catering.

Feastivities catered our wedding in July 2014 and did a fantastic job. In particular, we worked with Doug and Megan. They were both very organized and professional in every meeting we had. They were both very prepared and receptive to all our ideas and helped with day of coordination. The food, most importantly, was really great. There are plenty of options to choose from and the chef will really work with you to get you exactly what you want, without your budget. Our friends kept telling us how much they enjoyed the food and that it was plentiful. The Feastivities team really helped pull our special day together without a hitch and we had a great time.

Feastivities provided the food, tables and linens for our July wedding at Cairnwood Estate.
Megan Casey was our event planner. She was so kind and helpful throughout the entire planning process! I really enjoyed working with her!
The chefs are so creative with the food and it tasted amazing!!! So many of our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was during both cocktail hour and dinner!
The servers and bartenders were great too! The staff is very professional and friendly!

We had the pleasure of working with Feastivities Events for our June 13th wedding. We worked closely with Bernice and Hannah and couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service that they provided! We chose Feastivities as our caterer because of their reputation and experience working with our venue. However, they ended up being so much more than what I consider a traditional "caterer." Bernice and Hannah were with us every step of the way, talking us through details that we hadn't even considered. It rained briefly during our ceremony and Bernice held the umbrellas for our wedding party as we entered the tent. Hannah helped to orchestrate our sparkler sendoff at the end of the night. Throughout the entire process of working with Feastivities, they were supportive and helpful.

The quality of the food was great! We didn't want to to a traditional sit-down dinner and Bernice worked with us to create a menu that was fun and complimented the food truck that we brought in as a fun extra touch. We were able to taste everything and make decisions based on our likes and dislikes. They were very helpful with our food allergies and the food allergies of the guests. The service was extremely professional and we were very pleased.

Bernice and Hannah were very flexible the day of the ceremony. Because of threatening rain, we moved our reception inside. However, the air conditioner wasn't working, which made it unbearably hot. Bernice didn't blink an eye when I asked her if we could move the reception back outside to the tent. She organized the team and moved everything seamlessly, looking like it was planned the whole time. I can't tell you how much I appreciated their flexibility.

Feastivities is a professional, quality service. They are very willing to work with your budget and make everything fit the vision that you have for your wedding day. I would recommend them to anyone who is starting the process of looking for a caterer!

The food was INCREDIBLE. The service was great and guests we talking about it weeks after the wedding. We couldn't have been happier as we have heard many other couples tell us what they tasted at their tasting was not what they were served - this is not the case with feastivities. Their appetizers were like artwork and they tasted even better.

Our event was a Welcome Reception, in lieu of a rehearsal dinner, for my son's wedding. As most of our guests were coming from out of state, we wanted a Philadelphia themed event. We specifically asked for a casual presentation. We honestly, couldn't have been more pleased. Everything was amazing! All of our guests raved about the food and the staff for days.

Leading up to the event Bernice and Hannah were in regular contact with me to make sure everything was on track and would be what we had envisioned. Because, I was planning from a distance, we chose Feastivities sight unseen, essentially. They made me feel quite comfortable. They were exceptionally professional and helpful. Most importantly, wanted to an event that fit my vision, not the other way around.

I assumed the food would be good since we were referred to them by the venue coodinator - but I didn't expect it to be as delicious as it was! It was tasty and well presented. I honestly can't remember the last time I was at a catered event with such good food! And there was plenty of it.

I feel like the staff went beyond the scope of their duties to make the evening a success. Carrie, who was catering manager for our event, was especially helpful. She made sure I had a drink and food and did the same for several guests. She located the venue coordinator for me to get parking vouchers and made sure they were available to all of our guests. She helped put away the decorations I had brought and take away trash that resulted from things I had brought. She did whatever she could to make sure that I could just greet guests and enjoy the event. She was extraordinary!

I could go on and on about all things they did to make the evening perfect. I would absolutely contract them again and definitely recommend them to anyone for any type of event.

Feastivities did a fantastic job for our engagement party at Appleford - we could not have asked for a better cater! Emily and her team were such a pleasure to work with. We are not from the philadelphia area and had to do most of our planning remotely, with only a few visits to philadelphia area. Feativities was incredibly organized and professional and made the planning experience so much more fun and pleasant. We like to consider ourselves foodies. So we didn't want a standard menu. Since my venue wasn't a "traditional" wedding space, we had to bring in everything ourselves! Doug and Justin worked out all the rentals and designed the space exactly the way I envisioned.

Feastivities did an amazing job on our wedding at the Phoenixville Foundry. Throughout the planning process, they understood our vision and how we wanted the day to play out. Our plan was executed flawlessly. So many of our guests told us how wonderful the service was. Bartenders remembering their drink order each time they came up to the bar, wait staff was attentive during dinner and treated them as if they were at a restaurant. They didn't just drop the plate and disappear, things you don't experience at most weddings. Bernice and Karen were such a joy to work with and made the planning process a breeze. They offered their expertise, but really allowed you to make the decisions so it's exactly how you want it. They really make you feel like your event is the only one they are planning, and that yours is the most important. I can't recommend Feastivities enough, you will not be disappointed!

We had so many hiccups planning our wedding until we met Feastivities. Truly saved the day. Danielle from Feastivities did a great job on my wedding day. She was always very responsive to my emails and kept everything on track the day of the wedding. She made sure all the little details were just right and worked really well with my other vendors. All the food(especially the short rib) was amazing and the servers were very professional throughout the night. I really enjoyed the private tasting you have a couple months before the wedding. I would deffinately reccomend Feastivies to cater your event! We had our wedding at Stotesbury Mansion and Feastivities was the caterer. Bernice, Danielle and the rest of the Festivities crew were so fantastic to work with. They handled details that went way beyond the food. They coordinated with our DJ, Bakery and Florist to make sure the details of our wedding day were all synced up.

The food was outstanding! The food during cocktail hour and our dinner entrees were excellent. We had a few guests with special diets and certain foods they couldnt eat, and Feastivities went above and beyond creating special dishes just for them.

They were proffessional and friendly, and the staff the day of the event was outstanding

Feastivities is a wonderful company to work with. The representative we worked with (Liz) was absolutely amazing - very pleasant, easy going, flexible, knowledgeable and imaginative. The food tasting was full course sized - so plan to be stuffed with mouth-watering delicious meals. They included one tasting in the package and after the tasting, we decided to change one of our meal options (it had pork in it and we thought it might be better for our guests to leave it out). We weren't able to have another tasting without a fee, but we knew it would be delicious so we picked one without tasting and served it. Everything was delicious. Feastivities offers lots of rental services through Party Limited (I think - the one with the pig logo). Therefore, it's very easy to to one stop shop for everything you need -- tables, chairs, linens and Feastivities helps with advice and coordinating everything. We ended up having a credit on our account and Feastivities quickly refunded us the money. Feastivities will meet you at your venue location to make sure everything flows and make sense prior to the event.

In the Indian culture, food is VERY important, and having good food at a wedding is paramount. Let's just say, every person at our wedding throughly enjoyed their meals. She got our modern/untradtional, yet elegant style perfectly and both she and Meredith were FANTASTIC to work with. Even though we couldn't LEGALLY get married in PA we had a commitment ceremony anyway. We used Feastivities. OMG they were FABULOUS. I couldn't be more happy. Well both of us. OMG !!! The food from these people was just sooooo beyond delicious.
We had a huge wedding and the waiters were serving the tables as whole tables ( 10-12 waiters) not just one or two people at a time, so each person got their food at the same time and nobody had to wait for the others to get theirs. They were so professional and the food from start to finish was scrumptious. The support for choosing the food was wonderful and the tasting dinner, with my husband and our daughter, was just a blast and added to our beautiful year leading up to this most special day, in all our lives. Liz was our Day of Coordinator and I feel like i didn't pay her enough for all that she did for me. During the planning of the wedding she checked in on me often and offered to help research and book vendors. She attended our rehearsal in order to get to know who everyone was. The day of she came to where I was getting ready, took and delivered flowers, decor, and overnight bags. She went to the hotel where the boys were getting ready and made sure they were presentable and on the bus on time. She set up the church and got us all down the aisle then headed to our reception venue to do last minute setting up and didnt even sweat it when the guests started arriving almost an hour early. Liz was the point person for our vendors and put out any fires that came up. She made sure we always had a drink in our hands, kept an eye on the gift box and helped my parents clean up the room. She even followed us back to the hotel to help me out of my dress when my groom was too drunk to do so and i had no idea which rooms my bridal party were in. All in all an amazing woman who was essential to have and made our day a huge success!

They went above and beyond to come up with a great menu for us. Both of us are "foodies" and the food was probably the part that we wanted to make sure was just right. Bernice talked to us about what we liked and what our vision was for nearly an hour, and that attention to detail and personalization really came through on the plate. I've had several people tell me it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding.

We recently got married in late February. The wedding ceremony and reception was at Cairnwood Mansion, a unique venue with many obstacles, in Bryn Athyn, PA. We met Feastivities at one of the venue's open house nights and were interested to learn more. We appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail that Feastivities showed us from this point forward. We worked closely with Dan at Feastivities and he truly helped make our day special.

Soon after, we went to a tasting to evaluate Feastivities against 2 other possibilities. The tasting was a wonderful experience at the home office and it could not have gone any better. After working closer and really evaluating what Feastivities was offering we felt more than comfortable going with them. All that was left was the planning and execution.

Dan helped us prepare, organize, and even soothe some of our concerns we had along the way. As with any wedding there is tremendous planning along the way and this team was always ready to help and solution-based. Once our day approached we were not worried at all. Not a care in the world on our day because of their help. Practice truly makes perfect with Feastivities and Dan was stellar. Even some of our guests took time to remark on what an excellent job this team did in a challenging venue. We would recommend Feastivities to anyone for any event. Special shout-out to Andrew for doing such a wonderful job serving the bride and groom. However, I also would like to emphasize that the whole team was wonderful.

Everything was wonderful!! The staff always had something in my and my husbands hand. We didn't have to do a thing!! Our wedding was exactly how I had always dreamed! Feastivities is worth EVERY penny!!

Feastivities was amazing throughout the entire process. My contact was there for me to answer every call (which were more than once a day by the end) and provide me with helpful suggestions on ways to cut costs without losing out on too much. Leila was at Cairnwood hours before I made it, preparing the site and having everything ready for me so all I had to do was get dressed and walk down the aisle. The transitions from ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner were seamless thanks to the wonderful staff. I heard not one complaint the entire night! The food was delicious, and the manner in which it was displayed was unique and eye-catching. I just wish Id eaten more than a few appetizers the entire night!

Feastivities was amazing!! The quality of food was top notch. We are still getting compliments from our wedding guests about how excellent the food was and how well it was displayed and delivered to the tables. They were very aware of a peanut allergy and even called the chef towards the end of the ceremony when the allergic child ate something that we had to verify was peanut free. I would use them again for any event!!!

This caterer was exceptional in dealing with the brides food allergy - eggs! They researched all ingredients, tailored the menu to suit the bride's dietary restrictions and the food was exceptional! This is harder to accomplish than it may appear as the bride has anaphylaxis to egg and has not eaten anything that was not prepared by her or her mother in over 10 years. We got through the entire day with no issues and wedding guests raved about the food! Clear success!!

Karen and the staff at Feastivities Events were fantastic to work with! Feastivities came highly recommended from a recently married friend, and they actually helped us find our venue. They were incredibly flexible and responsive when it came to planning the menu (including accounting for guests with eating restrictions and kids, and accommodating our seasonal requests), and they made figuring out the logistics of the event so much easier as well! The food was DELICIOUS (I wish I had sat down to eat more!), and the staff made sure the groom and I were well taken care of at all times. Moreover, during the lead-up, there were always helpful reminders (in the middle of the planning storm) that kept us on track for important deadlines. Thanks Karen!

I'm not even sure where to start with my review for Feastivities! They were the second vendor we booked, after deciding on our venue at Cairnwood Estate. We decided that Feastivities was definitely the way to go - if only because of the amazing amount of food and choices we could offer to our guests!

Food was definitely top priority for our wedding and we wanted to do something different than standard wedding food. Feastivities did not disappoint! All of our guests complimented us on the food.

We decided to go with short plates from chef stations in order to give people a lot of options. We couldn't believe the variety we were able to offer to our guests and it was appreciated by everyone.

We worked mainly with Megan Casey during our planning and she was fantastic! She replied quickly to any of our emails and helped us decide the best way to lay everything out and work with the space we had.

Early in our planning, we got to do a tasting at Feastivities, and that was an extremely fun experience all on it's own! We tried all kinds of hors d'ouvres, short plates, and desserts, and that gave us a clear vision of what we wanted our menu to be. They were extremely accommodating for any changes we wanted to make.

At our wedding, the staff was incredible. They brought a plate of hors d'ouvres to the wedding party after the ceremony. They brought food to some of the older guests that had trouble walking up to the stations. They also assigned a staff member to our table to bring us our meals and drinks and anything we needed. I ate more than most brides probably do at their weddings, and i'm regretting not finishing my dish of pasta that I had gotten, but that's only because all of the food was so delicious!!

I am so glad we decided to use Feastivities as our wedding caterer. They did an amazing job, and I couldn't have had such a perfect wedding day without them!! I would absolutely recommend them to any future brides!!

We worked with Feastivities for our wedding reception at the Moorestown Community House, and they were phenomenal. On the event setup/coordination side, I didn't want to have myself, my husband, our wedding party, parents, etc. to have to do anything but enjoy the day, and once we dropped everything off at the venue, Feastivities took care of all setup and coordination of our reception with the rest of our vendors. When we walked into the ballroom after our wedding ceremony it was so great to see how lovely everything looked and how well everything had come together.

On the food side, we were really happy with how the cocktail hour and meal turned out as well. From the signature cocktails, to the main course, to the s'mores station, they knocked it out of the park. We had a tasting before we booked them, and were able to make some decisions about what we liked at that time. Everything came together from there. One classy touch in terms of serving: several of our guests commented on how nice it was that Feastivities' servers served the ENTIRE table at once. Overall, it was a great experience! Recommend them!

All night long I was receiving compliments for both the food and professional service from this company. Everyone was extremely helpful and flexible both in the planning stages and the day of. We used Laurie- who is the best! Very organized, down to earth. And the food turned out delicious- gorgeous presentation!

Amazing Food

We got married May 21st 2022 at Cairnwood Estate. Feastivities has amazing food, I'm really glad we had them cater our wedding. Our guests talked so much about how much they loved the food! The staff is also super nice and friendly, Caroline was so helpful during our planning process. The tasting is so personalized and a whole experience in itself. We got to bring some of our wedding party to the tasting and the tasting room is right where you can see the kitchen and they give you a menu of your food with a cute header to bring back as a souvenir. they also are really helpful with picking out the cloth colors and textures and helping tie your vision with the rest of the decor!
The only snag I think we hit was the staff coordinating timing bringing out dinner as it seemed to take awhile to come out, and setting out the favors in time. But honestly it wasn't that big of a deal. I would highly recommend them as your wedding caterer, as the value is great and the food is so amazing! And the staff are so helpful throughout the planning process!

Feastivities Events wass the exclusive caterer for our venue and was our one-stop shop for catering, wedding planning, etc. They arranged for linens, coordinated our floor plan, coordinated the ceremony, included a list of bakeries to choose from for our wedding cake which was included in the catering package, and so much more. It was so convenient having one person to contact for all of those things and most importantly the food was delicious. We opted not to go with a formal sit down dinner and their chef carts option was amazing. Kept the party going without that awkward lull that usually happens during a sit down dinner. The tasting was great and they were very responsive. I can't say enough good things.

We really enjoyed our experience with Feastivities. Hannah and Annie were a pleasure to work with, very responsive, and had great recommendations. We were aiming for something a bit non-traditional -- more of a party vibe -- and they nailed it with the stations, food carts, cocktail hour, etc. The food was excellent -- lots of compliments there. I only wish I took the time to eat more of it!

Feastivities was great to have caterer our wedding. The food was fantastic, the staff was very helpful, and the service was great. Our guests loved the h'orderves so much that people kept waiting by the kitchen to get to taste everything. The h'orderves rarely made it across the room before the trays were empty.

We had chosen to do the family style dinner and not only was it received well by our guests, we loved it too. The food was great and the staff made sure that we both had everything we needed at all times. We were very happy with Feastivities.

When our daughter got engaged she wanted a unique intimate venue with vintage decor and outstanding food service. We met Danielle when we toured the Stotesbury Mansion a year before the wedding and learned that the caterer, Feastivities, offered stations style small plate service. Lindsey and Dan never looked anywhere else. Danielle and the entire staff from Feastivities worked closely with us. We were blown away by the tasting with Chef Murphy to finalize the menu. My husband and I were happy to have every detail coordinated. We just had to show up for a fabulous event. Our guests could not have been happier with the outstanding food and service. "Best wedding ever" was all we heard.
We cannot thank Festivities enough-they are exceptional

We worked with Feastivities Catering for our April wedding. They came highly recommended from friends, so we in turn are highly recommending them! They were able to work within any budget (ours was not that big) and when the big day came, I wasn't nervous at all! I had no problems trusting that it would all turn out exactly as we wanted. And it did. The food was phenomenal, and choosing the food was a fun excercise for my husband I. (We got to bring our "best couple" to the tasting!) The tables and chairs and linens looked great, the staff on site was sooo awesome and accomodating, even our guests commented on what great bartenders and servers they were. Friendly and fun, yet always professional, they fit right in with our crowd. The best part about our experience with Feastivites has to be the way everything was set up and flowed throughout the night. We chose to have stations buffets and no assigned seating, which worried our older family, but worked out perfectly thanks to the experience of the caterer. We got compliments on the feel and flow from cocktail hour (where our burrito station was a huge hit!) through to the end of the night. Whatever type of party you are throwing, I am confident Feastivities can give you exactly what you want for exactly what you want to spend. And you will enjoy the planning process! Bonus!

We ended up deciding on Feastivities before our venue - they actually led us to our eventual wedding location. The event manager we were originally working with actually left halfway through the process, but Feastivities compensated by putting their top person, Bernice, on our wedding instead. The food was great, and everyone left the wedding raving about the appetizers! The wait staff had a few issues - our personal server seemed to disappear once the reception began, and a few guests complained that their table next to the kitchen was too cold due to them leaving the doors open - but those problems clearly had nothing to do with Bernice or her assistant Hannah. Bernice also handled all the wedding logistics on the day of, including making sure the ceremony ran smoothly. Overall, Feastivities did an amazing job of ensuring that our wedding was perfect from start to finish!

Feastivities and Steven Starr were our venue's preferred caterers, and we are so glad we went with Feastivities, which not only had better pricing, but also seemed a lot more versatile. Feastivities has such a wide range of options in terms of dining style and menu items, which is perfect when you don't want to be restricted to a formal sit-down 3 course meal. Not only does Feastivities provide catering, but they also provided and/or helped arrange table settings, event rentals, the cake order, bartenders, and even served as the day-of coordinator. We worked with Liz, who was extremely helpful, organized, and responsive and really streamlined many aspects of the planning process. She was really easy to work with not just over email but also in person. She kept us on track in terms of timelines for making decisions and placing orders, and never pressured us to make any decisions. She helped arrange logistics for the day-of, met us at the venue for a walkthrough a week before the wedding, made sure everything was delivered to the venue on time on our wedding day, and really took a lot of the headache out of wedding planning!

Not only was the service great, but the food was great too. We were allowed to bring several people with us to the tasting, during which we tried EVERYTHING we were interested in serving at the wedding. We ended up having butlered hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour as well as a buffet-style dinner with performance stations, as well as a late night snack at the end of the night. After the tasting, they were really flexible in allowing us to make changes to our menu.

Our only criticisms are very minor: One of our signature drinks was the old-fashioned, and at the end of the night, almost all our bottles of whisky and bourbon were unopened...plenty of people had been drinking old fashioneds, so we're not exactly sure what the bartender was making them with... Also, Feastivities apparently supplied some of the floral arrangements at the performance stations...which (in my opinion) were hideous, and completely different than the arrangements we had around the venue. I would have gladly supplied a few extra arrangements myself if I had been told beforehand. Again, a very minor detail which I'm sure no one else but me noticed...

Overall, we had a great experience with Feastivities. The fact that they help with so much of the planning and logistics is definitely an added bonus. We got so many compliments on not only the presentation of the food, but also the quality. Their food is better than any wedding food I've had before (and not just saying it because it was my wedding!) We definitely recommend them!

Feastivities attention to detail for my wedding was impeccable! The food was simply amazing. Our guests are still raving about their dinner and the appetizers. Dawn, our coordinator from beginning til end was more than we could have ever hoped for. She made sure that we had everything we needed throughout the entire night. Fantastic service!

Feastivities was the exclusive caterer for our venue, and they were great! We worked primarily with Jessica until a few weeks before the wedding, when Bernice took over our case. In all of our interactions with them leading up to the wedding, they were very friendly and professional. Despite the change in coordinator, they didn't miss a beat, and all of the food came out exactly as we discussed. The food was delicious! We got complements on the hors d'oeuvres. The only hiccup is that they messed up the beer selection. Despite that, we feel the quality of the food was appropriate for the price.
Bernice also served as our venue coordinator for the day of. She did a great job helping to stage-manage and set up the ceremony.
100 percent would hire Feastivities again.

Feastivities did a fantastic job on our wedding at Stotesbury Mansion (March 2016). We worked with Karen most of the time and then Bernice. Both ladies were quick to respond, detailed, and absolutely wonderful. They were always working for and with us.
The food tasting was intimate and fantastic. If Feastivities weren’t already a frontrunner, the food tasting would have sent them to the top of the list. Great options and everything was delicious.
Leading up to the wedding, we must have sent a million questions and Karen or Bernice always got back to us quickly. Even in the last week, there were last minute additions and Feastivities was flexible and easy to work with.
On the wedding day, everything looked great. Jill, the event manager, was wonderful to work with and Bernice was also there for a few hours to oversee things. They were always within reach making sure everything was perfect and on time. The whole staff was very nice. They were also flexible with us having a tea ceremony first and performers come in.
My husband and I received a private plate of hor d'oeuvres right after the ceremony and everything tasted great. I love the tuna hor d'oeuvre they had and will remember that for the rest of my life. Unfortunately, I did hear from many guests that they didn’t get or see many hor d'oeuvre during cocktail hour. That was a bit of a bummer as the hor d'oeuvre were awesome.
The entrees were fantastic and many guests raved about their salmon and short rib entrees at and after the wedding. Also, the warm cookies and milk was amazing. I think cake was another thing some guests wish they had received – I know Feastivities doesn’t serve cake to every person because they don’t want to waste it since many will be dancing, but that’s a double-edge sword.
Overall, with Feastivities, you’re in great hands. The whole staff is on top of things and will go above and beyond to help you. The food is amazing and delicious. I would recommend them to anyone!

Feastivities did a great job with day of coordinating and making the day go smoothly. The food was awesome at the tasting, and still very good at the wedding but not quite what we expected after the amazing tasting. Overall, I think it was definitely worth the added price though and they did such a better job than many of the other caterers we looked into.

I am so happy I selected Feastivities for my wedding. Besides the food being delicious, their staff helped me with multiple other details that, without a wedding planner, I would have had no idea how to handle. Liz guided me and took me through the whole process without a beat. When I had issues come up, she was very calming and reassuring at every point. I couldn't have done it without them!

Feastivities provided me with assistance procuring alcohol, furniture rental and invaluable advice. They are extremely responsive and professional. Would recommend for any event.

I have to say that I had really high expectations when I first booked with Feastivities--all the reviews, highly regarded quality of care--and overall yes, it was an amazing event and we received tons of compliments on the food, service, and quality of work. But behind the scenes the little things went wrong. With that being said, this review is based on quality of service, food expectations, and professionalism. I had a unique situation in where my Event Planner quit mid-wedding planning, so it was not my new event planner's fault that she had to learn everything that was planned 6 months into the wedding. She and I had a great relationship although she was poor with responding to emails (and I live across the country so that was crucial for our relationship). The staff at Feastivities is so sweet and happy and cheerful, so they get 5 stars in my book for that. But I think the small disappointments were just that, especially for the high price tag. I think we expected to be blown away and while we were extrememly happy, there were aspects that I would not expect for such a high price tag.

The most amazing thing about Feastivities is that if there's a food you want at your party, they canmake it for you. The most confounding thing about Feastivities is that if there's a food you want at your party, they can make it for you. You have to at least have an idea of what you want when you go in. It's not a small lake of choices they give you. They throw you into an ocean of options. It can be frustrating not to be reined in, but ultimately, it's great. Your wedding is your big day. Make it perfect. Have the food you love there. Feastivities can do that for you, no matter what the food is.

We only had two complaints about Feastivities. One is that it was sometimes hard to get a response from them. There were occasions where we had to send multiple emails or make multiple calls before we heard back from them. That can be extremely frustrating, especially when you're operating on a deadline.

The other was minor, but caused a headaches. The catering staff was not supposed to use the elevator on-site. That was for guest use only. But instead, the catering staff clogged the elevator all night, often holding it on the floor with the kitchen. This led to some antsy older guests who needed an elevator that wouldn't come in order to get to the restroom. We had to tell the catering staff a couple of times to stay off the elevators. That's an annoyance you shouldn't have to deal with on your wedding day.

All that said, the food was delicious. The bar staff was great. They helped us have the perfect wedding. I would recommend them to people looking for a caterer in the Philadelphia area.

Feastivities catered our wedding, and as expected from our tasting the food was delicious and the presentation beautiful. It was very important to us that our guests enjoy the food, and we were thrilled that all of our guests thought that dinner was excellent. The staff during the day were very professional, and several of our guests commented on their service during dinner.

I would have given Feastivities a higher rating for quality of service, given the work of the overall event staff on our wedding day, however our main point of contact leading up to the wedding wasn't responsive to e-mail or phone requests, and not proactive enough in the planning. It was common for multiple e-mails and phone calls to go unanswered before finally receiving a response. Additionally our contact did not reach out to us in the week leading up to the wedding, and it was only after we called the day before (after previous e-mails & phone calls) that we were given a list of information that needed to be provided. Not the best thing to be dealing with the day before.

Overall I would recommend Feastivities - the food was delicious, presentation very modern and elegant, and the day-of event staff were very professional. However, if you are dissatisfied with your main contact during the planning process it may be worth it to ask if someone else can be assigned to your event. Or else make sure that you ask lots of questions leading up to the wedding so that you are properly prepared.
