Fantastic Photos! Very professional!

I am very happy with famous media. Cory was very professional and the photos turned out amazing! My husband and I are going to hire Corey for our family photos and sisters wedding as well. Corey is very fun and easy to work with. My sister is very excited to work with Corey on her wedding day. Thank you so much! I highly recommend him!

Professional, easy to work with. Amazing photos!

Hired Corey to photograph my wedding. Very professional and easy to talk to and work with. Directed us on the day of the wedding and made it really easy! The photos turned out beautiful and so did the video. I highly recommend Corey and Faymus Media!

Captured My Day Perfectly!

I absolutely love my wedding photos. Corey did a fantastic job. I was sweating as it was very hot and that made me so nervous. Corey guided me on poses and help organize everything and it truly shows! My family photos are so beautiful. Thanks again! I highly recommend Corey & Faymus Media!

Hands down one of the best out there!!!! I am able to re-live my wedding day allll over again at anytime because I have these beautiful memories to look over. From the pictures to the video, absolutely stunning!!!! Forever thankful for these memories and to the guys that helped make them happen!!!

Let me begin by stating that Corey is simply THE BEST!!!! I have to admit I had a fairly rough wedding day with some of my vendors and Corey was my saving grace. Without him I may have gone bonkers. Here is what to expect from the brilliant Corey. When you chat with Corey he will let you know that he will be a fly on the wall at your event, capturing every moment but indiscreetly without you as the client even noticing. This is not a con, it’s a major major PRO. When it’s your wedding day you will notice that many people will be in your face, bothering you, harassing you and just plain annoying you for every little thing and trust me knowing that a professional is at your event doing exactly what you asked for without bothering you will be something you immensely appreciate on the day of. It may be something you don’t even realize you need at the time but trust me you really want and don’t even know it. This is not to say that Corey was invisible.. because when things went awry Corey was there solving mistakes that other vendors were making and I couldn’t believe how wonderful he was. At one point I was very upset at my wedding and Corey was there in two seconds flat to be a comfort. His work ethic is outstanding!!! This is also one of the best reviews I will probably write in my life because honestly he deserves every word of thanks and gratitude. I saw some mention in previous reviews that apparently a woman or two out of hundreds of reviews had difficulty reaching him. This was not the case for me I found that he was the easiest to reach at all times and is very communicative and to the point. He kept his word to a tee and didn’t skip a single beat. Corey was running a special when I purchased a package from him and boy oh boy I hope he continues running them lol because the price I got for the value was remarkable and worth every penny and more. What more could you ask for in a videographer and human being than professionalism, kindness, Personality, quality!!!

I hired Corey to take care of my wedding in May 2018. The booking process was very easy and Corey was friendly and he explained everything to us. The photos he took were absolutely amazing! My wife absolutely and I both love them! I highly recommend Corey and Faymus Media if you're getting married. His team is very thoughtful, and easy to work with on the day of. They were so much fun. Corey photographed my wedding. He did such an amazing job! From prep right until the end of reception he made us feel comfortable. I read a few reviews on here that spoke negatively of Corey and I can assure you that he is professional and easy to work with. I had a lot of fun on my wedding day and he was able to help me relax when I was nervous. My dad really liked Corey and of course his amazing work! I can definitely recommend him, amazing!

Corey photographed our wedding and the photos were amazing! From day one he made the process easy! Booking process was simple and I had been so nervous about finding and booking a photographer. He even showed up over an hour early to take photos of family I haven't seen in many years! I highly recommend Faymus Media and Corey to take care of your special day!

Corey was absolutely amazing! Took care of my sons wedding day. I couldn't believe how much he knew about Pakistani weddings and culture. He had a lot of high quality equipment, made us feel comfortable. Would highlight recommend.

My husband and I got married in September of 2016, the best decision we made was having Corey as our videographer. He was on time, patient, had so many idea, and is truly an expert in his craft. When watching our video you could see how all the recording was so high tech, and the editing just flowed together.

He has an eye for this and when we watched our video it was showed. He did an incredible job.

Thank you so much Corey & Faymus Media for putting me at ease, for doing an amazing job, and capturing the little moments that made our day so special.

Corey was the photographer for our wedding. He was a pleasure to work with and the photos came out great!! One week after the wedding our photos were available through the online portal as promised. When I looked through the photos it was so emotional. It brought back all of the happy memories of our special day! During our wedding planning process we told Corey that we didn't want to do a lot of formal poses and preferred candid shots. Everything was fantastic. The candid shots were perfect!! My mom always wants family group shots and Corey helped to organize those. He is a great professional and I highly recommend him to photograph your event

Absolutely amazing experience. I was overwhelmed with planning when I finally found Faymus Media. I reached out to them and Corey contacted me back quickly with a really amazing package. The booking process was easy, and we spoke for some time on the phone. On the wedding day everything went so perfectly. The final video was beyond words. My father cried, I cried. We hired Corey & Faymus Media to take care of our wedding. We couldn't be happier. Video turned out amazing. Brought tears to my mother and fathers eyes, as well as my wife! Corey was very professional from the start. Easy booking process, kept in touch with us and everything went smooth on the wedding day. He spoke with our family members at the reception and talked with all of the family. Everyone was very comfortable with him taking their photos which is hard to do with my family! LOL. "We hired Corey to film our wedding day. He was very professional on the phone and answered all of our questions. The booking process was painless and much easier than it was with my sisters wedding a few years ago. The video was absolutely amazing. It was like watching a movie. This guy has so much gear, and so many cameras yet I hardly noticed him in the room. The videos we received were 4k and 1080p hd. I was in need of a videographer and photographer in New York. The venue we happened to be getting married at recommended Corey & Faymus Media. So I contacted Corey. He was very down to earth and comfortable to talk to about my big day. His experience really shows as he helped me better understand my day and how formal photos and the timeline would fit. On the day of the wedding Corey & one of his photographers made my whole day go perfectly. We got all the photos we wanted and they were so relaxed and professional. They interacted with our guests which made them feel more comfortable for photos and video. The amount of professional equipment Corey has is unreal. He has very high end movie equipment. My son is an aspiring videographer and was asking a ton of questions and Corey still made time to show him everything while working. I thought that was really kind of him as it made my sons day! Once we recieved our final edited video I was so impressed. I cried as It was beautiful. We were provided 4k which the definition is incredible as we have a 4k TV.

I totally recommend Corey & Faymus Media for any Photography or Videography you may need. Truly blessed to have found them.

I will be looking to book with them for my sisters wedding next summer. Thanks so much Corey & Jim!

We hired Faymus Media (Corey) for videography for our church ceremony and reception. He was great to work with, very responsive with his emails and his videos featured on his website show how skilled he is at what he does. His equipment is some serious stuff! I felt like he was shooting a movie with his lights and fancy camera. My father-in-law was so blown away by his equipment that he is thinking of hiring him for my sister-in-law's upcoming wedding. Corey was very professional and polite, following the timeline I came up with and even voluntarily staying late to get some more shots for the video. He was great to work with and I highly recommend him. And as an added bonus, he is very affordable when it comes to most videographer prices. We cannot wait to see what he comes up with and we know it will be amazing.

Corey and his wife were absolutely amazing. I liked his work the moment I saw his portfolio. He is very artistic and the photos weren't generic like other photographers I had stumbled upon. Corey had many ideas and asked me for all the photos I wanted and showed me photos along the way.

Corey and his team at Faymus Media have been an amazing photography, video and film company to work with. Corey has an amazing eye, sense or composition, design, color and texture. These are skills one is born with and than cultivates. Being an artist cannot be learned - you must be born an artist! Corey is an artist. I first meet Corey when he photographed and filmed my wedding last summer and I have now used on multiple occasions for special events, head shots and photo shoots for my cosmetic design company. He does amazing photos and film work, is fun to work with, creative, a team player and strives to get the perfect finished product. One year later - I could not see my business without Corey and Faymus Media being a part of it. I recommend very highly! I am OCD picky and an artist myself - so my standards are very high. We hired Corey for our wedding in Ct. He kept me informed when we was stuck in traffic on his way to our venue. He has amazing equipement and is very attentive to everything he is doing. My photographer said she even learned tips from Corey, and was looking forward to taking some of his classes in the future. The highlight video he made is just beautiful. We booked Corey for videography & photography services for our March 2015 wedding.

Booking process: We were without a photographer a couple weeks leading up to our wedding and Corey made the booking process quick and easy. After a few emails & 15 minute phone conversation, I felt comfortable booking...he was flexible to put together a package that met our requests & budget...credit card acknowledgement forms & contracts were all handled electronically which made the process swift & simple...follow up during booking & thoughout whole process was exceptional--always within 24 hours & usually within minutes.

Wedding day: Both Corey & the photographer he worked bwith (Michele?) are passionate about what they do and it came through in their work and in their pressence at our wedding. I was a little curious how the exciting hair & flashy approach/equipment would fly w/ some conservative relatives but all good--both were professional, polite & appropriate. Corey is a sharp dude & dynamic communicator-- I imagine he adapts well to different settings. What I don't know about camera equipment could fill a warehouse but the stuff looked impressive & quality of videos/photos that we received back was very high.

Finished product: High quality...we received everything we agreed to up front as expected-- original copies of all footage, highlight video, etc. His attention to detail & artistic talent shined in highlight video. His follow up to emails/calls after the wedding was as good as it was before the wedding.

I highly recommend.

So far I am very impressed with Corey! He responded so quickly to my request on thumbtack. His energy and professionalism is what made us choose him. We met and talked with a lot of videographers but there's something about Corey that we know is going to make our wedding day extra special. So far so great! My fiance and I just got back from our first meeting with Corey and we are blown away with the amount of knowledge Corey had about photography. You could definitely tell that he is passionate about his craft. My fiance and Corey had such great chemistry I almost forgot who was getting married! Lol. My fiance and I are using Corey for photo/video services for our wedding. The wedding has not taken place yet so my feedback in this review is on the booking process & my experience working with him to date.

-Having booked him just one week before wedding, we were in a crunch w/ time and he made the booking process quick & easy.
-Flexible to offer options & customize a package around our specific requests & budget.
-His responsiveness so far has been very good....he replies to emails within a few minutes, sometimes seconds.
-Speaking with him on the phone was reassuring. He has an outgoing & engaging personality and he is easy to talk to. He is confident to give creative/logistics input when discussing different options.

So far, so good...I look forward to sharing feedback about his actual services after our event.

We hired Corey to photograph our wedding in Philadelphia 1/2014. No regrets whatsoever!! Not only was Corey professional, but fun!! Corey was able to capture our perfect moments perfectly. We got off to a late start leaving little time for pre shots before the ceremony, but that didn't stop him from staying after the reception to photo us in 20 degree weather in Rittenhouse Park. The photos came out spectacular. We will definitely be using Corey again in the future to capture all of our most memorable occasions.

"Comfortable and confident" summarizes our experience with Faymus Media.

Despite the confines of a small room and less-than-ideal lighting conditions, Corey and Hari were able to produce memorable photos and a video of our wedding luncheon. Such conditions would have been a challenge for any photographic shoot, but they met this challenge head-on. Their knowledge of photography and video production was obvious, and they worked with us and our guests to capture key moments. Corey and Hari blended right in and they accomplished their tasks while making everyone feel comfortable and at ease.

There is more to taking photos and making a video than just having the right equipment and knowing which buttons to press. There has to be a respect for the “art” and a professional goal of documenting those special moments of the event. We felt confident from the start that Corey and Hari had these qualities.

Corey from Faymus Media contacted me right away and described exactly what he would be doing, which was so helpful since I didn't know much about the video process. The video came out awesome and he was so friendly the whole day. We are very thankful that we have such a great video to remember our wedding!

On our wedding we had two photographers, Corey and Glenn, Glenn. Glenn came earlier (we asked to come at 11am before ceremony starts) My wife Christy and I had pictures taken of us in seperate rooms for pre ceremony preperations. Later on when the ceremony started, Corey came and started taking puctures right away and making a video(since we asked Corey to make a video of our wedding and reception too) Corey and Glenn had very great ideas of how to take pictures. Corey explained a killing sunlight by flash ideas which seemed to very great idea, He showed us few pictures to look at and they looked like there is nothing to be fixed or corrected by a picture software! Great job! I was afraid that he may not show up or will be late, but since we had two photographers and Glenn came early and Corey came for ceremony everything was as good as I really wanted!!! Cant wait till we get our pictures and photo album, ohh and video:D

We ended up not booking Faymus Media's videography services due to unresponsiveness. Similar to another review written below, I had a difficult time reaching the company about two months before our 9 October wedding date. We sent an email on 6 August, a text on 16 August, and finally a phone call, leaving a voicemail. It wasn't until I sent a cancellation of services email on 27 August that I heard from Faymus Media on 28 August inquiring about the cancellation. After explaining it was due to our inability to reach him, Corey apologized and offered to chat about it, hoping to smooth things over. We were too disappointed and frustrated and declined. We lost trust and could not move forward with Faymus Media's services. If regular communication is important to you (responding within 48 hours), I recommend stating that up front to this company. I will say that Corey was very responsive before we signed the contract, even spending an hour with us on Skype to answer all our questions.

I originally didn't want to write a review so my experience could just be in the past, but I, as a bride, would have appreciated hearing about an experience like mine. Corey lacked professionalism and was hard to get a hold of. On 2 or 3 occasions, I had to send back-to-back emails and a text follow-up in order to get a response from him. We weren't thrilled with our engagement shoot, as he arrived an hour late and we didn't love the photos. We actually ended up having another engagement shoot done with a fantastic photographer we found on craigslist, and we used those images for invitations. We kept Corey as a video/photo person because the package price was unbeatable and we thought he would just be doing videography on the wedding day, along with a different photographer.

About 2 months before the wedding, we reached out to Corey to ask if he needed anything from us in preparation for the wedding, and to go over final details (yes, we had to reach out to him). After 4 days and a follow-up text to ask if he received my email, Corey responded and notified me that he "actually might be doing the photography as [his] photographer has been let go due to unreliability". This, among other all of the other issues, and red flags, including the fact that we never received the download link for our engagement photos, was the final straw. Therefore, 6 weeks before our wedding, we decided to discontinue services from Faymus Media and find a new photographer and videographer. We lost our deposit and there was some financial sacrifice, but it ended up being worth both the peace of mind and quality of services we ultimately received from another media company.

EDIT: In response to the Vendor Response below, I would like add that I sent Corey an email on August 7 with "Canceling Services" in the subject line and did not request a return of my deposit.

I have left Corey over 20 messages in the last month regarding the shipment of my wedding footage. I have not received a callback or update. Poor service.

It has been over a year since our wedding and we have yet to receive our video. He promised an Instagram short clip after the wedding that we never received. Luckily i was able to get our raw footage at least. Dont waste your money with this vendor. He rarely replies to emails or phone calls. STAY AWAY!!!

Don't fall for his sales pitch!!

What can I say about our experience with Corey and Faymus Media?

Faymus for fast-talking and talking over his customer to make the sale.
Faymus for not paying attention to details.
Faymus for being late to bridal suite so we have limited photos that were taken by the Videographer (who is nice guy, he gets 5 stars).
Faymus for faulty gear that made him miss shooting our cocktail hour, not 1 photo. He had to go home LOL!
Faymus for no creativity and this guy needs a handler if you what specific shots of the most important day of your life.
Faymus for disappearing and leaving his camera on the bar for extended periods of time.
Faymus for not giving us what we paid for like a full-length video, highlight video and album, but he did give us 900 images - most of which were not very good.
Faymus for blocking our emails and disappearing. I mean, why not? He got paid and did not give us what we paid for - great business model. He also never paid his videographer. Seriously, thank God for the videographer, who FOUND me on Instagram and sent me the highlight video I paid for, but never received from Corey. Turns out, he was never even asked to do a full length, edited video by Corey, even though that was part of our contract.
Faymus for...well if you use his services you can fill in the rest.

I will NEVER, EVER not trust my gut again. I had a bad feeling we were headed south once he had our deposit and started being hard to get a hold of. In hindsight, I should've taken the loss and accepted the headache of trying to find someone else; someone more professional and capable.

Conartist - RUN!!

I hired Corey for my wedding 5/19/18 and I STILL haven’t received my wedding videos. Corey has become completely unresponsive and we’re in the process of a lawsuit.

Red flags before I hired him:
-He talked a good game and claimed he had done a shoot at my wedding location before but when I asked him to show me photos he fumbled for an excuse about how he won’t be able to find them.
-I saw a few extremely horrible reviews on Thumbtack (the 3rd party website where I found Corey’s profile) and I should have listened to them instead of the many generic good reviews.

Services not delivered:
-Corey excused himself after the couple’s portraits and was nowhere to be found for the family portraits. Our family is still so upset that Corey didn’t take family portraits. He also didn’t take pictures of us greeting our guests. I made it very clear that he is expected to take family portraits and guest photos. He basically disappeared for 30 crucial minutes. When I confronted him about this after the wedding, he blamed the wedding coordinator for forbidding him to take pictures, which wasn’t true. Just a bunch of excuses and no apologies.
-He hasn’t delivered the full length wedding video or the highlight video - 14 months after the wedding!! He originally promised 3 weeks turn-around time.
-He still has my brand new Western Digital 1 TB hard drive which I gave to him so he could deliver my photos and videos
-The photos he sent me were compressed to about 100 ppi. You need at least 300 ppi to print. This is because first he uploaded them to an online platform as a preview so I could buy prints from his online platform. When I requested all the digital photos emailed to me, he sent me these compressed photos redownloaded off his online platform. When I requested originals because I did not like the quality or editing, he refused, making some excuse about how I need some special program to view them.

Other offenses:
-The wedding poses Corey suggested were bad, especially the one where the groom hooks his arms under the bride’s armpits which makes it look like a Nelson hold. Corey’s directions were generally not useful and led to rookie mistakes like my dress not being arranged appropriately for the photo.
-I had a bridesmaid go find Corey during the beginning of the reception because he had disappeared again and he was sitting in the lobby. I asked him to take some pictures of us posing with our friends and he just seemed bothered to take these pictures, completely unenthusiastic.
-The editing was horrible - saturated colors, bad framing, blurry, bad lighting, overexposed
-Corey stopped responding to my texts and calls asking about my videos. At first he would say the videographer was working on them and he couldn’t rush him. And then he completely stopped talking to me
-During the arbitration process, Corey blatantly lied about the events, going as far as editing the time stamps on his photos to prove he didn’t disappear during key moments. I know the time stamps were wrong because my guest’s iphone photos time stamps did not match his.
-The arbitrator ruled that Corey was to provide the videos and to give me back half of my money. He didn’t pay by the deadline and hasn’t delivered the videos, prompting me to follow a lengthy legal process.

Do not hire Corey/Faymus Media. You will regret it. Listen to the bad reviews. Do not take a chance on your wedding day. I was able to get Faymus Media’s Thumbtack profile shut down but I am surprised he is still in business. So sad what people get away with.

Stay away!

The one thing MY ENTIRE FAMILY regrets about my wedding was deciding to go with Corey for our wedding pictures and videos.

He rarely replied to emails. Literally had to bombard him or call him day after day.

He was MIA for the important moments, and multiple people had to go looking for where he was all the time.

Work was super amateur. I’m Indian and we have Indian dances and he recorded the brides ENTIRE DANCE FROM A BACK VIEW. We had multiple events that he recorded - 3 to be exact totaling probably 11-14 hours all together, but the raw footage he sent us is ONLY 5 hours.

His work blatantly is horrible. He didn’t even have guidance or ideas for good pictures. I was picking the scenery/ poses instead of the photographer/ owner of the company himself Corey! I have friends who have better pictures of me and themselves at my wedding than what Corey “professionally” took!

If u paid a deposit, get it back.

If you’re stuck with him, don’t pay him in full until you get your pictures/ video. You’ll know what I mean! From my wedding of 3 different events over 12-14 hours... I have a total of 4 pictures of me and my husband that I like.

Late, wasn’t set up and didn’t ask anyone for details. The quality of the video was HORRIFIC. Anyone I showed it too felt so bad for me. The raw footage was horrible too. In the trailer he put same clip of flowers over and over and shows everyone in bridal party walking down the aisle EXCEPT THE BRIDE! I wish I paid a little more money for better quality and service. Big mistake hiring this company.

I’ll try to keep it tame here because my blood boils when I think back to my decision to hire Corey Benoit to photograph our wedding. ZERO STARS.
Corey missed our wedding ceremony. His excuse was traffic. At the end of our reception, Corey insisted upon payment in full. It is now over a year since our wedding and Corey has failed to provide us our pre-purchased wedding albums. Apparently, the vendor Corey uses no longer makes albums. The package we purchased included photos for pre-ceremony, ceremony, formal family after ceremony, reception, photojournalistic of decor and venues, and candid throughout the reception, online portal to access and view all photos, print ordering from the online portal, all photos edited and color corrected, photo retouching, digital download access for all photos - 2 8x10, 4 5x7, 20 4x6 and 2 wallet prints (Fuji premium profession lab prints) - 8x10 signature pressed wedding album.
Corey failed to provide the pre-ceremony, ceremony, and edited photos, photo retouching, and the wedding album, and it took him 8 months to provide us digital photos but only after us repeatedly inquiring as to the status (he cited endless excuses for his delay.
Despite missing our wedding ceremony, Corey insisted upon payment in full at the end of our reception (when we really had no choice because he had all the reception photos) and failed to reimburse us for any portion of the cost. Not one apology or recognition from Corey that he failed to deliver as promised. We have not heard from Corey since his email in March and can only presume that he has no intention of delivering our albums. Final note – this was so shocking and disturbing that I couldn’t sit idle while someone else fell victim to this huckster. It is shameful that someone touts himself as dedicated to memorializing such a special occasion and then craps all over it. Not sure how he sleeps at night.

If I could put negative stars I would. He showed up 3 hours late so we didn't get our pre-wedding photos. We received our pictures 3 weeks after the wedding when we were told he would have them done in 3 days. Our DVD arrived in the mail over a month after the wedding and wasn't even in a professional DVD sleeve or case. It was wrapped in a piece of paper that was taped and then thrown into a media mail envelope. No guarantees that the DVD would be safe and undamaged. A member of our wedding party ordered pictures from this photographer and got mailed pictures that weren't even from our wedding. Due to him being late it cost us more money to compensate other vendors for the extra time they had to provide services. He was unwilling to compensate for any of the lost time during the day of our wedding or even formally apologize for being late. One last thing. We were guaranteed 400 photos of which we got 369 and when we asked about getting a copy of the contract we signed he said that they don't give copies of the contract to the client. DON'T USE THIS PHOTOGRAPHER. You would be better off using friends and family to take your pictures!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
