We ordered the flask size whiskey labels to ask our groomsman to be part of our day. When ordering I made a mistake with the wording and contacted the company to resolve it. Someone got back to me right away, fixed the issue and went through all other details to make sure we were satisfied. The product just came in and they look great. They're perfect!!!!!

I bought a few things from this shop when I went for my stagette in NYC. The staff were very helpful and professional. They had lots of really neat stuff for my wedding and added that extra flare on my special day!

Went to the showroom in the city and found everything I needed. They have a great selection, all kinds of cute trinkets and favors. The hard part was chosing! Ordering was easy and they have things in different price ranges. The salesgirl was very helpful and friendly. I picked up everything a week or so later and its was perfect!

I am admittedly a “crafty” person. When I was planning my wedding, there was no way I would have been able to do little details, like personalized wrapped mints, matchbox, and gift bags. Trust me, I tried… and after about 2 hours trying to get sizing right on the computer, and playing with labels, and scissors until my hands hurt… I realized that working with Lori was the right thing to do. Don’t fool yourself! Her prices are reasonable; What more could you ask for? You might think that no one will care about the exact color of pink for your little girl’s birthday… or that no one will want to get the perfect picture for those chocolate bars- but Lori will! She has many examples and templates from birthdays to weddings to baby showers, to help you design our favors.
With a wide selection of favors and other personalized products like chocolates, invitations, gift bags, labels and more, I would recommend this service to anyone. If you are like me, and have no time and no energy… or if you just want things done right…. call Lori! You’ll be happy you did- and so will your guests! In house expert.

Love this place! Great selection, great customer service. It was nice to go shopping in person and save on shipping for small items, and if you live in the city you can ship to the store and save on shipping that way. It's a little hard to find at first, but from the other review I knew I was looking for a multi-floor building and made my way up to the showroom. I ended up calling in a purchase after my visit, and the salesperson I spoke to went through all of my options with me in detail. I will definitely go back for my next party planning needs!

Life Saver! Good Customer Service I was a little bit scared to take a lift to Favors and Flowers showroom. But when I was there, I felt like a bride in a candy store. Nothing beats seeing the real thing. They have almost everything they have on their website and more. The girls were very helpful.

I want to say it was a pleasure doing business with Favors and Flowers, it was an easy breeze. I ordered favors for my friend's birthday party. Spent almost $200 and received my personalized hang tags and Italian linen Tiffany blue boxes 3 days after I placed my order online. I appreciate the work that went into packaging my order and the quick delivery. I hope that they have a store front so I can walk in and out every time I need some party favors. I give this company 5 stars for great price and service. Wish they have a location in jersey.

My husand and I were married in Las Vegas. So I looked all over the internet for Vegas-themed favors. I was not happy with what I was finding. Finally, I came across Favors and Flowers and found Vegas themed favors that did not lack elegance and sophistication. I placed my order via the internet about a month before my wedding, which included a few personalized items. My entire order was shipped to me within 2 weeks and the quality was excellent. I was very happy with Favors and Flowers and highly recommend them. Thanks, Favors and Flowers.

I made a purchase over a week ago and received my stemless favors way ahead of time. The personalized stemless glasses has a nice touch to it that all my friends and family were so happy to receive the gift.

Extremely Happy Bride!
I ordered last, Sept 1st, I called them just to make sure. Since everything that I needed was 5 business days processing. I am doomed! I called them and asked for options, one of their representative - Rony said to choose ground shipping which is FREE and RUSH service which was only $15. Not bad. Somehow I saved some $$$. I received my order, Sept 6, personalized ribbons, jars and jelly beans. My wedding last weekend and they saved me!
Excellent quality merchandise! Great customer service. Price was decent.

Favors and Flowers really delivered at the last minute when it was a week before my wedding and I realized I had no favors.
Mir was very reassuring and I was pleeased to get a personalized item in the nick of time. The only slight downside was the girl who first took my order was new and didn't get the measurements quite right, but fortunately we were able to get that resolved.
I would absolutely recommend them.

I am pleased with my overall experience with this company. They informed me that i need to expedite my shipping so I can receive my package ahead of time. I am having a destination wedding and every penny counts but of course I need to know where my money is going. I received my order 3 days before my departure. Crunch time is one. Having a reliable vendor is another.

I heard about this company through a friend of mine who ordered her birthday favors from here. The favors she order, which were personalized martini shakers and bottle stoppers were soooo cute, I decided to check them out. I ordered a ton of things, personalized matches, napkins, favor boxes all for my upcoming wedding and i am thrilled. I received them all with the 2 weeks time frame and I even got a 10% coupon in my shipment. Job well done Favors and Flowers. I will return for all my events.

After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to order from this website. However, my order was exactly what I wanted. I ordered matches and they came out beautiful. I was also thinking the matches would be cheap and not light, but they work great.
The only negative thing I can say is that I didn't get any update on my order until it shipped. I would think they would send an email saying "in production" or what not ... My order didn't ship until 10 days after it was placed, so I was starting to worry, but once it shipped it got here in 3 days. I am planning on ordering from here again.
I can not comment on the customer service since I did not have to contact them.

I purchased some stemless favors from another site just last week and my event is this saturday (may 27). They called me monday and said they cannot deliver. I felt really bad bec i really need favors for my event. So, i searched and searched and came across Favors and Flowers. I spoke to Caroline and she guaranteed delivery this week. After reading some bad reviews i said, i do not want to be in the same spot. But Caroline assured me that I will get it my order this week. Based on my experience and receiving my product today. I am very, very happy with my delivery.

Worst customer service ever. Rude reps on the phone. They don't know how to leave proper voicemails nor do they have the tact to speak to you over the phone. My business will never do business with them again. The product did not represent what I thought it would be. Cheap looking and poorly made.

The have a big selection of Vegas themed favors. I ordered the personalized mint tins. They looked really nice.

The items were amazingly priced and they sent me samples to make sure I would like the product which was great. However when I went to place my order that came to about $350 for the items I was floored to see the total cost was close to $1000. The shipping was over $500 and I only need them shipped one state away. I have never had the cost of shipping be SOOOOO much more than the items themselves. I was pretty upset since I love the products but will not pay $1000 for $300 worth of items. :(

I shopped with favors and flowers online and was disappointed in the quality of the palm leaf gift bags I purchased. First the packages were late, but I do have to give kudos that one box was overnighted to me because I was leaving the next day for my destination wedding.

However I had to ship back the unusable goods immediately due to their "no returns after the wedding day" return policy. Since my order qualified for free shipping I was charge 30% restocking Fee!!! this is outrageous.

I would not recommend this outlet for future purchases. Shop around as there are many sites with similar prices and items, but with better customer service.

I just placed my order with them last night and found another website that sold the favor cheaper. I called the company first thing in the morning and they said that the product was already shipped out. I didn't get a notification or anything yet. She just said that it was already updated in their computer system. I asked if they did a price match and she replied that she doesn't know what their quality is. I called another company who has the same product and they were able to do a price match. All I got was too bad and she was not working with me. The order said that it would be shipped in two days so I didn't think it would be shipped out so quickly. I do have to say that their responsiveness to the order being processed and shipped was good, but unwilling to work with me on price adjustment or even just cancelling my order.

**9/23/14: I changed my overall rating for this vendor because of the email I received today that my items were going to be shipped today. That doesn't make sense for me if I called last Friday to inquire about my shipment and the representative told me that she was unable to do anything because it was already shipped out. I'm very upset and would not recommend this vendor. There are other vendors who have the same product and will provide you better service. I bought the clearly in love coasters also with http://www.photoframesplus.com/ and the representative was way more responsive and flexible because the order was also filled very quickly and I wanted to get price adjustment. The representative said that typically it takes 2 days to clear it and then put on the pallet and shipped out, but it was faster than expected. I appreciate her working with me on the price and it was still cheaper than Favors and Flowers. I do not recommend this vendor.

I visited the NYC showroom, and am wondering why Favors and Flowers even has a physical store location. The staff sit behind a desk when you come in, know nothing about the products, and when it comes time to order, they go to the same website that you would go to on your own to order. One would think that you would get more of a personalized shopping experience by going to the Favors and Flowers showroom in person. Additionally, there were items in the showroom that the staff were unable to find on the website, so instead of making calls to their distributors, they just said "I guess this product isn't available anymore." The only reason I ordered favors from them was because this was the only place I could find the lotus flower candle holder I wanted. The quality was sub-par, and they were expensive per piece. Three candle holders were missing when I received my shipment, and when I called to complain, I was told (after much back and forth) that the color I wanted was no longer in stock, and I would have to order an alternate color for the remaining three pieces. Additionally, I had a lot of out-of-town guests, and heard about a lot of the candle holders cracking/breaking in transit, before they made it back to their homes (no suitable boxes for the favors were provided in order to provide to the guests). Perhaps other products from Favors and Flowers are more reliable and/or sturdy, but based on the customer service experience I had, I will not be ordering from them again.

I'll start off by saying I did not receive my full order initially. I contacted them via email and never received a response. My fiance contacted them by phone and they tried to make up some lame excuse. According to all information I was given the entire order would be shipped together and I was provided with a single tracking #. Upon receiving the order I was missing items. Their customer service tried to claim that the emails provided states that not all items are created at the same time. A total bold faced lie considering I was provided a single tracking # that stated delivered when I had received the box that was missing some of the order.

This alone is enough evidence for me to come to the conclusion that this company is a joke. The items are of your average quality souvenir store type merchandise. They dont even place the stickers on the items and I dont mean custom stickers ordered separately.

I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone and I look forward to spreading the word on any website I can find that will allow it.

Word of advice, just be honest. So you forgot to mail one of the items. I still have 3 months till the event. You dont have to attempt some ill-conceived lie trying to claim multiple packages were sent with the same tracking number.

This is the worst company to do business with, specially for special events. I ordered 130 wine glasses, which included an extra 5 wine glasses. 9 wine glasses came damaged from printing. I contacted the company via email and phone (which their phone never worked) multiple times before finally getting a response. They asked for pictures of all 9 glasses. After, they stated they could not reprint and send me the glasses that came damaged because they can only print in quantities of 24 at a time, which is a lie because I ordered 130 which does not equal to an even 24 count number. 130 divided by 24 equal to 5.41 prints. I ordered gift boxes for 130 glasses as well which didn't come in with my order and I had to contact them for that too. It was an additional cost per glass. They charge a set up fee for the 130 glasses as well and a delivery fee even if you select no rush delivery and it totals to 0.00 at first until time to check out. They stated all they could do is refund me for the 9 glasses, not to include any set up fee or for the gift boxes I purchased for those 9 glasses. They stated I should of order 2 or 3 extra from the count I needed. I told them I ordered 5 extra and 9 came in damaged from how they printed them. They stated they charge it to the postal service and claim it through the postal service as damaged when shipped and that why all they refund is the glasses. The items where not damaged in shipment. They were damaged by them by them in printing. They are commiting fraud with the postal service. Now I do not have enough glasses for all my wedding guest and I am 2 weeks from my wedding. I still have not received a refund. I will be contacting the post office and reporting them for fraud as well. Do not purchase from them!

I wish I could give them zero stars. They are very unprofessional and don't admit their fault in false advertising. As someone preparing for a wedding, you do NOT want to involve them and create unnecessary stress.

I ordered 24 expo cameras, but they send me 16 expo. With only a week left before my wedding, I still want to use these, I just thought I'd be getting more snaps with the money I paid for! So I asked them to refund the change since I would still like to use the cameras for my wedding and didn't have enough time to reorder new ones! And this is what they sent me:

"There is no different in pricing between the 2, the vendor who manufactures these cameras change the exposures on all the camera. We also are the cheapest vendor who for these cameras."

ONE, they should have not advertised that these were 24 expos. TWO, let your customers know if the products changed before sending them out. THREE, be professional and apologize/remedy for false advertisement.

Here's my advice: Avoid them.

This company processed and ordered item on my credit card and then l week later told me it was unavailable. After phone call, being on hold for 1 hour and emailing them. I am STILL waiting for my credit card to be adjusted 2 weeks later. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER! You can find the same products from companies who are actually HONEST. When you ask for a refund, you have to harass them, by calling OVER AND OVER, to actually get it. They claim they will 'contact the accounting department' but really they do not have a "department" it's a one man show. They DO NOT RETURN MONEY UNLESS THE CUSTOMER CALLS TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT. They STEAL from people. "RUSH" shipping is done just to steal money from people, they will hold off on orders that are not rushed for "processing time" of 5-10 days WHICH IS COMPLETE CRAP. No other business operates the way they do because THEY ARE TERRIBLE. Take your business elsewhere, you will regret using these idiots.

I will never recommend this company to any body! The customer service was awful! I ordered our wedding favors and they were suppose to arrive a week before my wedding. When they didn't show up I got worried and called. They said that the favors were lost in the mail. That was THREE days before my wedding. So they said they would get them here by Friday. Well my wedding came. Everything went well. I never asked anybody about the favors because I was a little busy having fun. The Monday after my wedding I get a call from my coordinator that my favors arrived. That was two days late. Then on Wednesday the 11th I got another call saying that another box arrived.

I really wish I would have researched this company before I ordered from them. If I would have I would not have gone with them.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! I ordered 24 glass personalized flutes. They shipped 12 only and refused to resend merchandize that they DID NOT ship. They are ARROGANT AND DISRESPECTFUL.

I ordered some red bamboo hand fans and when I received them, they were defective. They told me they would send replacements, but didn't sent them. Now I'm waiting on a credit.
Update... I finally received credit, after 6 months.
