  We used Favor for our wedding at Calistoga Ranch in September this year. Favor was recommended by our Wedding Planner once we decided we wanted to do something special to welcome our guests, who were traveling from all over the world. We worked with Jessica to put together great, high quality welcome gifts that all of our guests' LOVED. Jessica was delightful to work with. I could tell from our first conversation that her and her business partner were very good at what they do, and had great experience in this field. They are especially good at recommending and sourcing local goodies, which gave that personal touch we were looking for. There were a few items we chose that were not available last minute and others that had changed packaging sizes. Jessica carefully worked with us to find the most suitable replacements and stay within in the budget we originally agreed on. The day before the wedding we had some issues with guests not being registered at the hotels they told us. Jessica and her team handled this with the utmost professionalism and calmness, which really helped us not stress the day before everyone arrived! Everything was delivered on time and in perfect order. We would highly recommend this vendor!

  We had an amazing experience working with Suzy and her team at Favor Custom Gifts! We were throwing a themed 1960s wine weekend in Napa Valley, Mad Men In Napa. We gave Suzy the inspiration and she "ran with it." She came up with a list of clever and unique ideas, like retro Cigar boxes lined with vintage Mad Men era ads and filled with retro products...that were perfect for our theme. There were too many good ideas...a great problem to have! Suzy was incredibly prompt, reliable, creative and very fun to work with...Best Of All...all our 180 guests got their correct gift bags, on time, and the LOVED THEM. Our guests are back home but are still using the items in their gift bags...a great sign of success!

  As the Marketing Manager with Encore Events Rentals, I'm posting today to applaud Favor for their recent help with selection and packaging of client thank you gifts. Owners, Suzy and Jessica are delightful and professional. The process took some time and they were exceedingly dedicated from start to finish. We appreciated their attention to staying within our budget and the end result in the packaging of our gifts was nothing short of lovely! We look forward to working with Favor again in the future!

  My husband and I hired Jessica & Suzy from Favor to design & put together our wedding welcome bags for our destination wedding in Sonoma, California. I had a very demanding job and did not have the time to do these bags myself. My amazing wedding planner, Echo Wright, suggested I go through Favor to order these bags. After giving Suzy and Jessica a little bit of information of what I was looking for, they sent me a few options of beautifully crafted bags of goodies. I basically picked what I liked and they took care of the rest! They personalized each bag for me and delivered it to my Welcome Dinner an hour before my event! I received countless compliments from my guests about how beautiful the bags were and how delicious the contents tasted. These two very creative women were such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend hiring Favor to do your welcome/favor bags. It's one less thing you have to worry about. I promise, you won't be disappointed!!
