    I never write reviews, but thought my feedback would help with other procrastinators such as myself... I was looking for glass coasters to buy from many vendors, I even found some a little cheaper than the ones here at favorfavor but those sites had bad reviews, and I didn't have efficient time to test out how good their service was. Let me just say I needed the coasters 4 weeks from the time I placed my order, and because they were personalized it could have taken up to 3 weeks for me to receive them, but I received them exactly 2 weeks after I placed my order, which was GREAT.... While reading previous reviews I seen some people stating that a couple of their coasters were defected, whether it was chipped or the print was messed up, I bought 175 coasters, and went through every single one, and only 2 were defected, the print on them were smudged, as if it didn't dry all the way then was touched, but other than that everything was perfect!!!!

    My fiance and I ordered these double-use glasses for our wedding favors and couldn't be happier! All the glasses came carefully packaged. We had ordered extra in case of possible broken pieces, but there was no need. Love how many images there are to choose from when designing the glasses. We went with light blue snowflakes to compliment our winter wedding. Super cute.

    I found Favor Favor by searching online for affordable wedding favors that could also be useful as well. I ended up purchasing glass votive holders that were personalized with our names and wedding date in our wedding color and used them as shot glasses filled with candy. I was very happy with my purchase. The shot glasses were a fair price, much better than I could find anywhere else and they were also very high quality. Shipping was quick and all the glasses were in perfect condition. I would recommend Favor Favor to anyone!

    the best compliments of the favors, i did a fall leaves theme and theyre quality of favors and price is amazing. I was very please by the prompt shipping and willingness to help me and my wedding planning. will use them forever.

    I wanted favors that people could use, so I decided on the 15 ounce stemless wine glasses. I loved the designs they had! I ordered 160 and only one was broken. The glasses are adorable and came in a good amount of time. I was very pleased!

    I ordered personalized shot glasses from them for the wedding. We had a lot of last minute responses come in and I had to order more. They were very easy to work with and honored the price of my inital order as well as speeded up the production and shipping process to get the to me in time for my wedding. They were a big hit.

    I purchased personalized shot glass favors from them and they were amazing! They were oversized so they could fit votive candles in them as well. They were a very good price for really good quality. They shipped securely and none were broken when they arrived. They also offer different designs and colors of inks.     Just got my order of 85 stemless 15oz wine glasses for our wedding! We picked out a heart design, our names and the date in a fun font. They are sturdy and beautiful! This website had better pricing and more designs than other favor sites. I was nervous since I didn't see many great reviews that were very recent. I took a chance and they came just over the 2 week mark from order to delivery (from NY to me in CA)! Only 1 glass was broken. I emailed customer service and they gave me the option of a refund for that glass or the mailing of a blank glass to me. I asked for the blank glass, just so I have enough glasses to use at the wedding.

    I ordered silver snowflake ornament favors for my Christmas/winter themed wedding (our colors were blue, silver and white so the silver fit nicely). The ornaments were delivered quickly and exactly as ordered. I wrote a poem on each card and had each favor placed at each seat. My guests seemed to really enjoy the favor and I was able to use the extra ornaments on my own Christmas tree. I would recommend the company to anyone looking to order favors online.

    We found favorfavor online and were extremely happy with their products & service. We decided to go with a wine favor theme and their products were a hit with the guests. They met their delivery date with time to spare and any problems we had were fixed immediately.

    Since we went with a wine theme for our wedding, the perfect party favor was bottle stoppers. We ordered silver bottle stoppers from Favor Favor and they were great. The only drawback was that we had to put the stickers with our name and date on the bottle stoppers ourselves, but my fiancee did it when I was out of town for work. The bottle stoppers were reasonably priced and were a great hit at our wedding.

    We purchased the LOVE coasters from this company. Although the box they come in isn't nice, we did what another reviewer did, and tossed the box out, tied ribbon around it and it was good to go. I had no problem with this and expected to do so even if the box around the coasters was nice. The actual coasters are nice and much less then Michaels, other craft stores, and other online stores selling the same product.

    We ordered the double shot glasses for wedding favors for our guests, and when we eventually got them, they did come out nice! We felt that the additional $40 setup fees and one-choice $40 shipping were a bit much, but we had a hard time choosing favors, and these seemed like something people might actually keep, for a decent price per guest. The shipping took forever. We got them about a month after we ordered them, and they were packed nicely. Only 2/144 arrived broken, and we had ordered ~15 extra, just in case. We filled the shot glasses with small tulle rounds of crispy m&ms and tied them off with ribbon. I would definitely recommend this website for wedding favors if you read the ads very carefully, as there were many similar options, and give yourself plenty of time!

    I ordered coasters, they were perfect favors. The boses they come in are not very nice, so I tied ribbon around them and placed them at each place setting!

    I ordered personalized notebook wedding favors 1 month before my wedding because of the very good reviews on Wedding Wire. They promised shipment within a few days. Two weeks went by, and no response from FavorFavor. I emailed them. They responded. OK..here we go. While I appreciate the honesty that they admitted overlooking my wedding favor order, it is now 2 weeks before my out-of-town ceremony, and I simply DO NOT have the time to apply stickers onto the notebooks!!!!. And I just didn't have the time to shop for replacement favors either. I am, by no means a bridezilla; but I'm a skoach hot under the collar about this senior-moment move by this company. REALLY didn't need this kind of last-minute pressure which could've been avoided! If it's their fault (and it was), then they should have applied the stickers for me since it was too close to my wedding date. I will say one thing positive. They did work immediately to send out my shipment. But in my eyes, it's simply just too little too late. Thank God I emailed them when I did! I would probably recommend them, but apparently, you have to stay on top of them to ensure that received your order and are working on it. For all my trouble, they get 2.5 stars out of 5.

    A family member from Mexico ordered some items, since it was close to her departure date we paid for the 3 day delivery hoping it would arrive no later than Saturday, 1/10. Costumer service e-mailed me telling me that the package would not arrive by the time I was expecting and that I should pay for the 2 day delivery if I wanted by Friday 1/9 which I did.
    I received the package on the day that my family was departing to Mexico 1/12 not on the day that I was told it would so I paid more money to get it on time and still did not arrive when expected. This caused me to spend more money as I had to ship it to them.
    I asked to speak to a manager or have them e-mail me and still no response. They were very fast in e-mailing me to upgrade my delivery rime but now, only silence.

    While searching online for affordable favors, I found this company. I found some gorgeous glass coasters listed at 0.65/set, but when I went to the product page the lowest price listed was 0.88/set. I emailed customer service regarding this price discrepency and they admitted it was a "computer glitch" and that the real price was 0.88/set. They would not honor the lower price listed, "computer error, glitch, etc." This all sounds like false advertisement to me. Customer service was not helpful at all, at times rude (talking over me and not letting me complete my sentences). I was even told by a "supervisor" that they have been in business for a number of years and to just purchase them elsewhere. Personally this is TERRIBLE customer service. Who turns away potential business without attempting to fix the issue. To all my fellow future brides this is a stressful enough time and dealing with companies like this is a waste of that valuable time. Please do not shop with this vendor. If you do, please pay CLOSE attention to the BAIT & SWITCH TACTIC this company uses that lures us, unsuspecting brides, to the site.

    I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE. I just had my wedding and I was using the glasses to put each persons place card on. It turns out they short shipped me by 1/3 so 50 of my guests did not get their parting gift. This was extremely embarrassing for my wife and I. I reached out after my wedding to let them know and they said since I did not count them when I immediately received them that I was SOL. You would think that they can count. A couple missing is understandable but to be missing 50 pieces out of 150 is unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
