We discovered Fancy Halo at a friend's wedding. Tasted the cake and we knew we had to have it at our wedding. So we asked our friend and discovered the wide variety of cake flavors Fancy Halo worked. We had our tasting, which was a bargain considering the amount of cake we got. Four people shared tried the cakes and we had leftovers for the next day
Ended up choosing 2 different flavors: cream cheese cake filled with guava sauce and cream cheese, and champagne cake filled with raspberry sauce.
From the beginning, they were very professional, friendly and open to work with the ideas we had. The wedding day came and they were on time and orderly. The cake was gorgeous and the taste even better. It was moist and soft. The guest loved it. And now we are looking for a reason to unfreeze our anniversary cake early and eat it. 100% recommended. Specially if you want an authentic traditional Puerto Rican cake. -

I chose Nixalee because her tasting samples were the most impressive. I chose between: confetti cake with cream cheese, vanilla cake with guava filling, almond cake with dulce de leche and coconut cake with pineapple filling. It was a tough choice because they were all delicious! Ultimately we went with coconut cake with pineapple filling because my husband lovex pina coladas and we were having a tropical wedding. My florist provided the flowers but I was also happy with the way she frosted the cake. Delivery was prompt also.
The only thing that wasn't so great was a big part of the cake was still frozen after being on display from 4pm and cake cutting wasn't until around 9:30pm. I had no idea this was the case because the venue and my coordinator did a great job of cutting what they could to make 52 slices. Tropical weather and climate is so unpredictable, I understand why the cake had to be frozen to transport and not melt in the heat, it was just unfortunate it did not thaw in time. -

Nixalee was so sweet and professional! She did the most amazing wedding cake I’ve ever tasted and so beautifully executed. It was brandy flavored with cream cheese filling. There was none left by the end of the wedding and I shared her contact with many guests that wanted her information.
She will be our go to for any birthdays or any activities where we need cake! Hands down!
Also all the cake tasting flavors were beyond delicious. It was hard to choose but we went with a flavor that could accommodate picky eaters in the family and it did not disappoint 🙌🏻🥹
Hands down, best cake I’ve ever tasted. 💞 -

We absolutely loved our wedding cake (as did our guests)! We ordered a coconut cake with passion fruit filling and a white chocolate ganache. The design was beautiful & the taste was honestly the best tasting cake I have ever had! The price was affordable, and you were so helpful with the delivery and setup. Thank you so much! -

Beautiful cake!
Our cake looked beautiful for our wedding! They were quick to respond to any questions and gave good suggestions on flavors since we couldn’t do a cake tasting since we were out of state. -
