  Erin was so helpful! She sent us a few flavor samples so we could decide and answered all of our questions, quickly! The cookies arrived in perfect condidtion, we were able to pre-order so we didn't have to worry about ordering them as the day got closer. We were able to personalize 5 fortunes with no additional costs! The cookies tasted fresh and the fortune cookie boxes were very easy to assemble! (we went with blueberry and it was VERY good!)

  We ordered fortune cookies as our favors and they were a hit! The cookies were yummy, and the company sent extras of each color in case any broke during shipping. The five free personalized fortunes was a great value; guests loved reading what we had put in the cookies. Shipping was fast even with the cheapest option. The website was easy to use. I would reccomend using this vendor to anyone looking for a unique and affordable favor.

  I found out about Fancy Fortune Cookies through Groupon and thought it would be great to offer this as our wedding favors. And when I found out I can customize the messages, I got very excited! The cookies were delicious and all of them came unbroken. My husband remarked that the cookies tasted like ice cream cones! I had emailed and called the company to see if I should order extra in case the cookies broke, or if they send extra cookies with my order. Nobody responded to me... though I think they sent more than what I had ordered. My guests loved the messages in each cookie... and I really loved how our favor was very unique compared to the weddings I've attended!

  Excellent, clever favors. A wide range of tasty flavors and colors to match any wedding. I loved the ability to customize messages. They also send a bit more than ordered to account for breakage during shipping, which impressed me greatly. Nothing like leftovers to enjoy for weeks afterwards! The strawberry is especially tasty, although I enjoyed vanilla, cappucino, and fruit punch as well. Great price! All our guests loved them, thought they were clever. Each cookie is packaged individually for maximum freshness. Three will fit with some prodding into a small Chinese take-out box. Customer service was friendly and helpful when I called them. Highly recommended. Am tempted to just order some to eat now.

  I ordered 400 chocolate dipped fortune cookies for favors for my wedding. I had selected priority overnight shipping for them to arrive a week prior to my wedding. I got a phone call the morning that I was supposed to get the cookies saying that they forgot to ship it out!!! Instead, the shipped it out that day and had it delivered on Saturday (they had to pay extra $$$ but I didn't). The cookies were a big hit at the wedding.They do ship extras because some do get crushed during the shipment and some came in opened bags or there were 2 cookies in 1 bag. But I had enough for the wedding which was all that mattered. A lot of the white chocolate dipped ones looked messy on the bottom as if they didn't wait for them to dry long enough. It was a bit pricey but I think it was well worth it especially with the customized messages!

  I was very pleased with my favors. Since my husband proposed using a fortune cookie, we decided to do blueberry-flavored fortune cookies for our favors. The Fancyfortunecookies.com website made it easy to find a flavor we liked, have them shipped close to the wedding date, and personalize the fortune inside. Plus, they were yummy!   I have never written a negative review in my life but the disappointing and unprofessional manner in which this company treated me is necessary to write about. This company is an absolute joke. I ordered fortune cookies for my wedding as the concept is really fun. Unfortunately, the product I received was incorrect (wrong messages, wrong flavour and broken cookies) and any attempt I made to contact the company to rectify this issue was met with silence. I emailed and called this company on multiple occasions to try to get my correct order and heard nothing. Until.... I threatened to write this review and then miraculously the company contacted me to let me know that they are so sorry and that they would refund my money. However, since sending the company my account details for the refund I have not heard back from them, I have emailed them on multiple occasions and they ignore my contact. This was 4 months ago. I have to say I believe that the positive reviews for this company must be falsified. I wouldn't risk making a purchase from this company, it will become a very expensive mistake to make. My order cost over $350, you would think this kind of business would be important to them, obviously not!
