Amazing catering service

I loved working with Famous Dave's because they were helpful, flexible, and patient throughout the 100 different changes we had to make due to our wedding getting cancelled and then re-planned in a different location in MT due to Covid. I loved working with Rikki, who made lots of helpful suggestions and helped me plan my menu. She promptly responded to my emails and was there for us at every step until our wedding day. I recommend using Famous Dave's to everyone I've talked to and can't wait to go there for dinner on our one year wedding anniversary.

Our Best Vendor of the Wedding

Rikki, the Catering Manager, the team from Bozeman who did the cooking, and the two sweet servers at the wedding venue were wonderful! Really, it was the best decision we made for my daughter's wedding. I would recommend Famous Dave's for any event.

The best bbq!

Famous Dave’s did such an amazing job with the catering for my wedding! The food was flavorful and delicious, nice and hot, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Rikki was a dream to work with with the planning! Super responsive and flexible, and accommodating for everything we needed. Thank you so much for feeding us!

They were amazing!

Organizing a destination wedding is stressful to say the least. Famous Dave's made it a simple and flexible when we had a reduction of guests due to the covid fear. Food was delicious, service was wonderful, and prices were very reasonable.
Would definitely use them over and over again.

Perfect food

Famous Dave's was beyond amazing to work with and the prices were super affordable! We even had left overs afterwards and all of our guests loved the food- we got many positive comments saying how good the food was. The team was great to work with and super easy to communicate with. They came to set up early and cleaned up really quickly. We would highly recommend this food service.

Awesomeness

Famous Dave's never fails to impress. From the advice on where to get things in the most cost erreffective way, even if some of it wasn't from FD directly, to the driver waiting patiently for our wedding party to finish our photos before taking the food out of the hot truck. Everyone one was satisfied, will definitely order again if a big event occurs.

Great food and service

We got the full service and everything went great. Food was excellent and plentiful. Guests piled high on their plates. Plates held large helpings. Leftovers packed up nicely. I would definitely recommend Famous Dave’s.

Grusing Wedding

My husband and I were incredibly please with Famous Dave's when they catered our wedding. From the beginning, Rikki made every effort to make sure that our questions were answered and responded extremely quickly. On the day of our wedding, everything was set up quickly and the food was absolutely delicious. We got a ton of comments on how the food tasted and how the staff treated everyone. I will definitely be recommending Famous Dave's to my friends and family for their future catering needs!

Famous Dave's proved to be the perfect choice for our outdoor summer wedding venue! Rom the beginning, reservations and details were handled effortlessly and more importantly, with little stress! Online started our process with local contact soon to follow. The servers were flexible and friendly and portions are very generous! Absolutely perfect!

Top of the line

Famous Dave’s of Kalispell was great from the start. They worked with us all the way up until our wedding date with our guest list and our wedding count. They brought people along to bus tables and were very helpful and serving the food, yet they were out of the way and unobtrusive. The food was great. We simply couldn’t have asked for more. Wedding Rehearsal Dinner

We used Famous Dave's for our son's rehearsal dinner. From the moment I met Rikki over the phone to the day of the wedding, she was responsive and provided excellent service. We wanted to serve 80 people family style. The meals arrived in disposable trays for tables of 8 and we were able to feed 80 people efficiently! The food and service was excellent. I would recommend Famous Dave's for your catered event!

Wedding Venue

We were married in a venue in a remote location a ways out of town. They had no problem traveling and made it out right on time. They worked with me on the menu sending multiple quotes to fit my needs. They food tasted great and there was plenty to go around. Great service for a great value.

Great service and food

We worked with Famous Dave's and a few of their managers all were great. Quick to get back to us, when we made changes they adjusted the quote no problem. They focused on making sure we were happy. They showed up on time and service was great. I would highly recommend them for wedding or any catering event

Rikki with Famous Dave’s worked out all the details to cater our sons Rehearsal dinner and she did an awesome job. We made more than a couple of changes and she gladly accomodated us. The value was way more cost effective than other BBQ caterers we contacted so we got a great deal. The food was hot and amazing and was set up according to the time schedule so that our program ran on time and we had more than enough food!!

They actually didn’t bring enough plates to the venue, but we called and let them know we ran out, and they brought more so we didn’t have to the-use plates for appetizers and dinner.

We had our wedding catered by Famous Dave’s, and I am so happy we did! We had 225 people and served brisket and chicken, and every one of our guests commented on how tasty the meal was! They loved the food. And the best part was the staff took care of everything, the catering manager was so easy to work with, always available for questions, and no request was too big.
I would have them cater for me again in the future. If you choose Famous Dave’s you won’t be disappointed.

Rikki at Famous Dave's has a heart of gold, along with the serving staff made our catering planning and wedding day absolutely worry free. During and after the wedding we had so many compliments on the food service that we were very happy to know the service carried pride all throughout!! Famous Dave's was truly wonderful to work with. When we needed a caterer for our wedding of over 300, they were quick to get back with quotes and happy to assist in making any changes to the menu. The staff was all very courteous to work with and made our day wonderful. We had many comments about the wonderful food. You are in good hands with Famous Dave's!

I contacted Famous Dave's to cater my wedding of 300 guests. I had 3 quotes sent to me within an hour of contacting the catering manager, Rikki. Everyone was amazing to work with and whenever I had a change to make, it was met with professionalism and openness. I had no worries that the food would be a hit. They truly are the best!

food was piping hot, servers worked their tails off. could not have done a better job! very economical, but everyone loves bbq, was a big hit at the wedding reception. will not hesitate to recommend them again!

We used Famous Dave's for our daughter's wedding and we could not have been happier! Our guests raved about the food especially the brisket! Your caterer's we friendly and very professional. If we had questions they were answered on the spot. The biggest plus was there was never any break in the flow of serving the food!
The reason we chose Famous Dave's was their great service I had seen when they catered a couple year end parties for our middle school.!

Hands down, I would book Famous Daves for our next catering event. From the first call to gather information about menu choices for our daughter's wedding, to the date of her big event, Famous Daves was easy to work with, the food was DELICIOUS, and the service awesome. The servers even packaged up the remainder of the food in convenient disposable pans so we could take the leftovers home with us. Worth every dollar spent!

Famous Dave's always has delicious food and they did not disappoint at our wedding. There was plenty of food, in fact too much, and everyone loved it. The service was great and the team got set up and torn down quickly and even provided their own tables. Great and easy place to work with. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I had a wedding reception party for our daughter. We wanted a "Montana" theme. Rikki was a wonderful help in helping me plan the menu. There was no pressure, helpful suggestions and an offer to add anything later we hadn't thought of. We did add lemonade and iced tea to the menu and that was no problem. After we picked up the food, we were told exactly how to keep it safely warm. The food was scrumptious! People raved about it and enjoyed it. We would definitely cater again at Famous Dave's.

Famous Dave's was not only delicious, (oh my goodness the mac and cheese I could eat for every single meal and don't even get me started on the brisket) the service was amazing. At first we weren't going to with Famous Daves because we had been kind of blown off. Been given the catering menu with prices and told we could figure it out ourselves. BUT when we went to the bridal fair and spoke with Rikki we decided to give them a go because they were ultimately within our budget. Rikki was phenomenal throughout the whole process even though she was in billings which is a full 8 hours away. I had a slight panic moment when I realized they weren't there at our venue yet after the ceremony while we did pictures. They shortly arrived and were set up on time. After dinner the two gentlemen working went around clearing tables, asking if anyone needed something to drink and made sure the cake table had plates, napkins and forks. Overall a great experience.

Wonderful place to get great catering at a great price. The staff was extremely helpful and kind as they helped us pick out our menu for the day. Even added in a few free extras since we were both military. Who can say no to that? Would highly recommend this restaurant and location.

Dave's was one of the most reliable services I had at my little reception! I emailed back and forth with Rikki throughout my planning process. She was absolutely incredible to work with and answered all my questions with detail and no judgement. She was also very responsive; I always knew I would get a response in reasonable time, and that quality is very difficult to find with other vendors!! The food actually arrived ten minutes earlier than expected which was impressive since their truck had actually broken down that day. Everything was still warm and delicious though! The brisket and the pulled pork were a big hit! I also really enjoyed the mac and cheese and banana pudding. Quality Service at a very reasonable price!

We loved using Famous Dave’s! Trying to find reasonably priced catering for a wedding is a defeating process, and for us it became quite the headache! Famous Dave’s truly has some of the best prices for the amount and quality of food, and also the great service! When it came to the food, both us and all of our guests were happy! Rikki, the coordinator, was also incredible to work with! She was very very sweet, accommodating, and responsive. Overall, we feel really fortunate that we made this choice for our wedding!

The food was amazing, especially the mac and cheese that we ordered for the kiddos! Good thing we got lots because it was a favorite for young and old alike!! They only complaint, it I could call it that, was there was only one gal to haul all of the food out of the truck, so we were about a forty-five minutes later than planned in having the food set up. We didn't have enough dressing for the salads and I called and the manager personally drove extra dressings to the venue. Our guests had nothing but good things to say about the food!

Rikki was very helpful in regards to the amount of food needed for the number of people. Also once we got all our rsvp's we needed to change our order amount and they were very accommodating and made it very simple. The food was great!!

You guys sent good people, unfortunately you ran my credit card three times once for $1100, second for $4100 and the third $1100, naturally my bank denied the transactions $6300 from Famous Daves, it was quite embarrassing for my wife when your girl whom was;t rained to seek out the correct person started asking around whom I was and why my card was declined when it was your fault. I had cash on me a settled up and worked it out. Thanks guys, made quite the spectacle
