Delicious!

They are very customer friendly and delicious! They set up and took down, cleaned up any trash that was laying around and walked around talking to guests and making sure everyone was OK and didn't need anything!

Amazing ..

The catering manager was amazing. no matter how many times i had emailed her to change guest count or location( covid-19) add other food items she so nice about very time. the food was amazing .. They arrived on time seat every thing up and we very efficient about everything ..

Delicious food friendly staff

The food was delicious! All of my guests loved famous Dave's. The catering staff was great. They were all very friendly and served large portions. They showed up on time and had everything ready to go.

I cannot say enough good things about famous Daves! They were the most responsive vendor we had. Every question I had was answered very quickly, sometimes almost immediately. We were able to add on items all the way up to a week before the wedding. Our guests RAVED about how delicious the food was and the servers were amazing. I would absolutely use them in the future for other events.

Our servers that day was awesome. The food was great. We did overdo it on the quantity of food but the portion size was very generous. We were able to share the leftovers with other sections of our business and they enjoyed it very much.

A very organized process from selecting and ordering the meal to several adjustments to the orders. Not to mention that the food was great. The event was over a 24-hour period and required food orders for three different times - each order was complete with no errors.

Everyone was very impressed by the food and service. Including my self. They preferred the catering over the restaurant. I would do it all over again. And I will most definitely recommend famous daves.

We have used Famous Dave's half a dozen times or so to cater family parties and office parties at our lakefront home. Connie was fantastic helping us with our planning and ordering. She put together our menu perfectly. I don't recall the person's name who delivered this time, but she, like all previous times, was punctual, pleasant, and performed the set-up quickly and efficiently. The food order is always correct, arrives hot, and there are plenty of set-ups to make it easy.
We will order again!!

My son and daughter-in-law knew they wanted brisket and ribs as part of the wedding celebration. We did taste tests at a few well known local BBQ but all decided we liked that food and selection at Famous Dave's far better than the competition. We were not disappointed! The manager of our local Famous Dave's, Marc, could not have been nicer, nor could Alex at the catering service. The food arrived promptly and the quality and quantity were perfect. Most of the guests told us how much they enjoyed the food.

No complaints whatsoever. The Catering Hotline was EXTREMELY helpful, quick to reply, and willing to go above and beyond/take any requests and fulfill them if at all within their power. The prices were very competitive with other wedding caterers and the local staff from Taylor, MI Famous Dave's catering department impressed me just as much as the hotline people. They provided us with a few materials beforehand to make some silverware packets we wanted to make for our guests and also served our banana pudding in cute jars for the wedding like we wanted too. I will use Famous Dave's for EVERY event possible and recommend them to others any time! The people that catered the wedding were extremely friendly, timely, and open to helping. Thanks for making our big day perfect!

Many thanks to the Famous Dave's TEAM for providing such great food and service at our company event. The food was fantastic. Many employees were so excited based on having Famous Dave's food on other occasions. The servers made the event so convenient for our team to enjoy the event.

They where PHENOMENAL!!!! I highly recommend them for your catering needs! Unbelievably professional, by the time I got off the phone with them going over my order, they already sent me an email with a already updated invoive with everything we just discussed! Our catering specialist was Kelly Howie and she was the best!! I had to change our company picnic date twice, and Famous Dave's Catering was so flexible and understanding each time with no hassle of why we had to changed the dates. We had plenty of food for everyone (140 employees) and the food was delicious. Famous Dave's Catering was on time with set-up and hot food. The serving staff was polite and kind to everyone and very professional. We were very satisfied on choosing Famous Dave's Catering for our corporate event!

Famous Dave's never disappoints! We have used their catering services for several occasions and they're always on time, professional, and the food is always delicious! I don't know how they do it, but, their staff is not only always efficient and courteous - but, upbeat and friendly as well! Must be a great company to work for! The complimentary samplers that are delivered from time to time are awesome too! It's a great way to keep customers coming back for more. Most importantly, the food is consistently delicious!

Thank you Famous Dave for your spectacular service. We waited to the last minute to decide on a caterer and thought we may have to cancel and Famous Dave's took our order the day before with no problem. Not only did they deliver for $10 bucks the young lady also set up the food and brought serving utensils, plates and plasticware. The extra BBQ sauce was a huge hit also. We're already planning our next event and Famous Dave's will be our first call. Thanks for everything!!!!

The service provided by Famous Dave's was excellent, the food was superb and customer service from the catering department was very hospitable. I must commend you on accommodating last minute catering orders in which our company's definitely fell under. The food overall was enjoyed so much we had you service two other events for us over the holiday break.

We have had other restaurants cater for us but I have to say that the professionalism that the staff has at the Novi location puts the icing on the cake that is what A-1 service looks like.. The Quality of service you guys gave us gets an A++ we will be using this restaurant for all our Holiday events in the future. THANK YOU.....

The young lady who delivered my food was wonderful! she helped us set up our food upstairs and she was very personable. I worked with Paige in Catering and she was awesome my boss and I were calling back to back and she put it together that her and I were working on the same event. absolutely wonderful service!

The food was amazing!! The staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating! And my wedding reception was outside, just as they were setting up it started to pour down rain, and they still set everything up perfectly and served will smiles on their faces!! I had a great team of caterers and will definetly use them in the future!!

Top of the line catering! From start to finish the person that took the order to the person that delivered and set up our "feast". Everyone was so impressed with the offerings as well as the service. Thank you Westland Famous Dave's for making our company event spectacular!

We used Famous Daves (Taylor) in Michigan and in (Westland). We have absolutely NO complaints. All together our Company spent approximately $4,000.00 and we were totally satisfied. The food was fabulous. the portions were great and the price was appropriate.

Famous Dave's catered our wedding over labor day weekend and the food was excellent, but the servers were AMAZING! We cannot thank you enough - everyone was so kind, helpful, and anticipated things before we even knew we needed them. We will definitely be using Famous Dave's Catering again in the future :)

Famous Daves catering service went above and beyond to make our wedding reception perfect. They discussed all the details in advance. Their food speaks for itself....if you want BBQ for a classy wedding reception this is the place to order from. It is delicious and not sloppy to eat. The crew arrived on time, were very professional and treated our guests well. I also hired them to clear tables, scrape plates and cut and serve cake. Anything I asked them to do they were more than willing to help. I have heard wonderful complements from our guests regarding how wonderful the food was...they kept on going back for more.

Famous Dave's was a great caterer for my wedding. The food tasted great and was a great value. The set-up was on time and went smoothly, and the server helped clean up and take care of all the food when we were done. I would recommend them to anyone.
