As a wedding planner, working with Falllift was an absolute breath of fresh air. They were professional, timely, and sounded phenomenal. Their music perfectly matched the atmosphere, beautifully emphasizing the mountain views. I could listen to them for hours! Their effortless connection clearly shows they've played together for a while. If you're looking to incorporate a unique live music component into your wedding day, I highly recommend Falllift. -

One word - YES!! Yes, you should 100% book Falllift. Micah and Steven are not only INSANELY talented, they are incredibly professional and made everything seamless. They were the piece of our celebration that made a lasting impression on all of our guests. They even learned our first day song to make the evening that much more special. I cannot say enough good things about the two of them! So if you are looking for the best duo to compliment your event, again, its a BIG YES for Falllift! -

Perfection!!
Steven & Micah we’re nothing short of perfection!!! They were very communicative during the whole wedding planning process, provided us with a clear set list based on our requests, and even learned a couple of songs just for us (including one very last minute). We had them in attendance for our ceremony and cocktail hour and we received so many compliments about how perfectly they set the mood. Look no further for your event musicians. These guys are awesome -

Keys to a happy marriage
My wife and I got married in Salisbury on March 25. We held a private ceremony and then invited our guests for a reception at the historic train depot.
We had all the details hammered out for the big day, but then we stumbled upon Falllift performing at a wine bar downtown. We loved what we heard and immediately inquired about booking them to perform for our cocktail hour.
Throughout the entire planning process, Micah and Steven were attentive and patient. Their extensive offerings made it hard to narrow down a setlist, but finally, we opted to pick five songs and let them fill in the gaps.
Besides saying "I do," getting Falllift was our best decision for that day. The songs they played were a perfect blend of easy yet soulful listening that provided an amazing backdrop for our guests' arrival and the ensuing hour of exchange and pleasantries.
One of the songs they offered, Neil Young's 'Harvest Moon,' was the song my inlaws danced to on their wedding day, so naturally, we chose that as one of our five.
Seeing their faces light up when Falllift started playing "their song" was special for us. The song we selected for our first dance was a Falllift original called 'Scales of Life.'
We didn't have a full dance rehearsed, but Micha and Steven worked with us to trim back the song and condensed it spectacularly.
I cannot recommend this duo enough.

I arranged for Falllift to play at 2 separate winery events in Northern California for Wente Family Estates: A wine club member release party and a Friday live music session for our wine tasting seatings. With little prior exposure to them or their music, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I just had a feeling. I'm so glad I trusted that feeling! They were phenomenal in every way. They were responsive, respectful, communicative, flexible, open, and genuine. Just delightful to work with. Our guests and staff at both events raved about them as well. Falllift has a knack for knowing how to adjust their volume so guests can enjoy the music, but also enjoy chatting with their table mates. This was mentioned by multiple staff members at each event. And our guests loved them too! Steven and Micah are pure magic, on and off the stage. Don’t miss an opportunity to hire them for your event and experience them for yourselves. They are unforgettable! -

I highly recommend this duo for any of your music needs. They can carry a room if needed or be the perfect addition to the ambiance you wish to create. Steven and Micah's range of sound, selection and presentation is unmatched in the charlotte area. They also have wonderful connections to add different elements into their set like piano, drums etc. Book them now - your guests will be asking for their contact information afterward! -

Wow! Speechless with their performance
I wish I knew where to start... how can you thank someone who travels out of their way to your wedding celebration, plays their hearts out, customizes their setlist to your likings, and makes all your guests fall in love? All during the most exciting and stressful weekend of your life!
Falllift (Steven & Micah) are an absolute must for your event. Klaudia and I saw them perform at another venue 6 months before, and needed to book them on the spot. They were extremely accommodating to our special requests and gave us some of the BEST memories during our wedding weekend.
If for some reason you're on this website browsing for an intimate and rocking duo for your celebration... please stop wasting your time and book Falllift. Trust me. -
