Beautiful place for outdoor wedding

Falcons Fire’s staff assist me to coordinate my daughter’s wedding in 4 weeks. They were patient, pleasant, and took care of details I was not even thinking about. They prepared the gazebo and looked beautiful and simple. I was able to keep open communication with staff before, during and after the event. Price was lower as wedding was early in the afternoon and we offered a lunch type of food, cheaper option and no alcohol.

Beautiful location amazing staff!

BEST Wedding Venue!

I cannot recommend Falcon’s Fire and Laura enough! We are so glad we booked this venue. We booked both our rehearsal dinner here the night before our wedding and our entire wedding day. We received the best service throughout the entire planning process and our wedding was INCREDIBLE! Laura was incredibly responsive to every email I sent her, helpful with every little change we wanted to make to the event. We had a couple of meetings throughout the year to discuss details but honestly, we didn’t even need them. Laura had everything handled so perfectly, we didn’t need to lift a finger on our wedding day. She is incredibly organized, confident with leading vendors & guests to where they need to be, and so discreet we hardly saw her all day long. It truly was the best day of our lives and all the thanks can go to Laura! We love her, highly recommend! The bartender on staff for the night was a boss, holding it down all on her own. The wait staff was so on top of things and so sweet. Our guests raved about the food, it was so delicious. The venue itself was also exactly what we needed for our event. It wasn’t too big, since we only had about 70 people, and the newly renovated floors were stunning. The room was decorated by their staff with my provided decor (besides the tables/linens, chairs, and ceiling drapery we ordered) and not one mistake was made. I was so obsessed with how it all turned out. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service & experience

My husband and I worked with Lani for over a year to plan our wedding. And, let me tell you, she consistently went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure our day was stress-free and everything we wanted. She even happily rolled with changes we made in the days leading up to our wedding and made everything happen. Lani understands that wedding planning can sometimes get bigger than the bride/groom, and was respectful of all family in the wedding planning process. Her communication was second to none.

COVID changed EVERYTHING about our wedding day, and Lani was a wealth of information, resources, and a HUGE reason why we were repeatedly reminded that we, without a doubt, made the right choice to celebrate our marriage at Falcon’s Fire. I cannot recommend Lani and her team enough. They will do whatever it takes to make sure your wedding day reflects everything you’re looking for. We left the experience feeling like we made a friend, as she was a guide throughout the whole wedding planning process. We will ALWAYS recommend to friends and family the event planning services she and her team offer!

Gorgeous Venue and Amazing Value!

My fiance and I toured Falcon's Fire a couple months ago and let me tell you - the pictures do not do this place justice!! This golf course is GORGEOUS, so well kept, and the reception area space is fantastic. You get the entire clubhouse which has a wrap-around terrace overlooking the golf course - the idea of a cocktail hour on that terrace during sunset made us fall in love with this spot. We could easily see so many opportunities for gorgeous photos too. We met with Lani who was so sweet and generous, and after leaving the venue, it was really one of the first places we were actually excited about. We're both former long time hospitality workers so we know events well and we could tell our wedding would have been in excellent hands with Lani. She showed so much flexibility in giving us different options for our event, which to us seemed so rare in the Orlando area as so many places we visited were fairly strict on options.

When she showed us the indoor space, they had recently painted the walls a nice neutral gray, and she was confident the carpet would be replaced in the next year - and that's what you want in a venue is a place investing in their product and making sure it is perfect for the next event.

Unfortunately, we are not having the wedding here due to reasons out of our control, but had our situation been different we definitely would have chosen Falcon's Fire. I mean, you can make an entrance in a HELICOPTER, like where else can you do that? My fiance is definitely upset he does not get to have a helicopter entrance now. Prior to our visit, we had never heard of Falcon's Fire, so that is why I wanted to share my review - if you're a bride or groom starting the process of looking for a venue, you MUST add Falcon's Fire to your list. You will not be disappointed!

Our Wedding Experience

My wife and I's experience with Falcon's Fire was amazing. We came to them two and a half weeks before our desired wedding date and Lani was more helpful than we can describe in words. She met with us on short notice multiple times and was beyond accommodating. The ceremony was gorgeous, the officiator (Juan) did an outstanding job speaking in both english and spanish (the transitions between the two were smooth and effortless), and the banquet decorations were beautiful. Overall, we were so satisfied with how everything turned out.

Perfect day

Our wedding day was perfect. The helicopter entrance was epic. We are so glad we picked this venue.

Falcon's Fire and Lani Lyons rocked this wedding!

Months of planning went into my daughter's wedding day. Like every mother and bride-to-be, we had a million questions and details that needed attention "right now!" Our Falcon's Fire rep. Lani Lyons was the consummate professional. She was able to address ALL our questions asked and anticipated those unasked. Nothing was too bothersome. Beautiful locations for both ceremony and receptions. Gorgeous back drop for our photos. Extremely accommodating and helpful. Both Lani and Ally were amazing and made sure everything from the planning to rehearsal down to the big day go as perfect as it could. I would definitely recommend this venue!

We had our wedding on Sept 20, 2018. I was looking for something simple and beautiful since it was a destination wedding. The ceremony was outside by the gazebo and it was stunning! The reception was also there which was beautiful. I did not need alot of decorations because it just had a beautiful look without them. Lani provided fantastic service from start to finish. Her staff were efficient and friendly the entire day of our wedding, from the initial load-in of our decor and favors until the element was removed from the room. Her preferred vendors are top-notch and she works closely to maintain those relationships to get her clients the best pricing and value, The food was amazing and received rave reviews from our guests

During the day of our wedding, our start time was delayed due to personal issues, however, Lani and her staff remained calm and rolled with the punches to deliver a seamless experience. I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful venue for any occasion!

Lani & her team made our wedding a true night to remember. She answered all of my many weird questions & was so personable. Everyone raced about how beautiful the venue is & how yummy the food was. Lani also has recommendations for every kind of vendor imagineable, which helped with finding vendors. She helped me make our wedding personal and amazing and so painless. 10/10 would recommend! Omg, I don’t know how to begin to thank Lani for all the help and understanding while planning this event. My family was hit by Hurricane Maria in PR and while the whole power outage and everything, she was there to understand and help me not stress about it, even while we got hit with Hurricane Irma.
It was a BEAUTIFUL wedding and it was EVERYTHING I imagined it would be. The ballroom was beautiful and so nice and fancy and I was in awe with every little detail that I forgot and she managed to set up with her own things.
It was overwhelming, but Lani and her crew made it even easier for me and my mom.
Nelson (my husband) told me that it was pouring an hour or 2 before the ceremony and he offered her help and she said that she would take care of it with her crew. She didn’t give up and she made it happen.

I SUPER recommend Falcons Fire Golf Club as your wedding venue, Lani would make it as special and beautiful as you dream of it to be.

Stunning, beautiful, gorgeous, magical ….. Falcon’s was my first choice and no other venue could compare. I wanted to have my wedding at a venue that had beautiful scenery and a comfortable layout. Falcon’s had it all and more! The food is absolutely delicious and there are many choices. I was able to customize my dinner buffet & dessert bar, which was important to me. The liquor was top quality and there were many areas for guest to mingle: ballroom, patio, breezeway, cocktail room.Our guest continued to say to me how gorgeous the venue was and the bonus perk was the helicopter entrance for the groom. Our guests were blown away by that. It definitely gave our wedding that extra something to keep guest talking about our wedding. But the one thing which no other venue will have is Lani. Lani is one of the main reasons I decided on Falcon’s. From my first email to her, she answered every question and added her own suggestions. My wedding was a destination wedding and she arranged for me to meet with a number of vendors when I was in town. All of her vendor suggestions were amazing and a pleasure to work with. I gave Lani photos of how I wanted everything set up for the wedding and she executed it perfectly. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was as I wanted. Her attention to detail is impeccable and my wedding décor was flawless. It exceeded my expectations in the most amazing way. I have Lani to thank for such a memorable and spectacular wedding. You are such a phenomenal, remarkable and caring wedding coordinator. You really go the extra mile to ensure that your brides are happy and everything is as they have envisioned. I am truly thankful and grateful for everything you have done for my wedding Lani & your staff was just as amazing and friendly as you are.
Falcon’s is a hidden gem and well worth every penny & Lani is the cherry on top that will bring everything together for your big day. I highly recommend, without hesitation.

We decided to start to look for wedding venues in May of 2017 and the date we had in mind was 9/9/17. While many places said that it wasn't enough time to plan, or they were booked or they were overpriced , Falcon's Fire was the one whom embraced us and Lani helped us with everything. Unfortunately our date was also hurricane Irma's weekend so we had to push our time for a earlier time. Lani was prompt to contact and rearrange with our vendors to accommodate and make everything work and we had the most beautiful wedding I've ever seen. The ceremony outside was perfect. We used the Coffee Garden for Flowers and they were simply amazing. We couldn't have better choice than Falcon's Fire, no regrets, simply happy!

amazing! Our advice to future Brides and Grooms is make sure that Lani is also your wedding
coordinator (as opposed to hiring an outside one). She made sure that every little detail was taken care
of. Lani and her staff are a "well-oiled machine". Our wedding was spectacular!
Let's talk food. We have been to a gazillion weddings and have eaten our share of "wedding plates".
We wanted a stellar mix of unique flavors and wide variety of choices for our reception. Falcon’s Fire
came through! Prior to creating our wedding menu, we had a challenging time choosing from all the
phenomenal selections that Falcon's Fire offers. We meticulously designed a perfect menu that reflects
our love of great food and our familys’ love of eating. The menu was tastefully presented and
beautifully received.
They even made special entrees for our guests that had specific dietary needs.
Oh yeah! Did we mention the helicopter entrance? Yep that happened! We kept
it a secret from everybody. They were all going crazy as the helicopter landed right next to the gazebo.
In a "nut shell” EVERYTHING was perfect, including the weather. There was not a cloud in the sky and
the humidity was low. But we are just bragging.

Our experience with Lani was fantastic! She was extremely responsive and made the process easy and enjoyable. Falcon's Fire Golf Club is not only a beautiful location that serves superb and amazing food but it comes with a talented wedding planner. This wedding was the easiest wedding to coordinate! Lani was amazing from the first day of planning to our final exit. This venue offers an outside gazebo for the ceremony (with an excellent indoor option), entire bar area, porch area overlooking the beautiful golf course and another room for the reception! It was unbelievable how the reception room was transformed into a lavender and silver backlit setting. The area for the bride and groom to get ready was another nice touch. If that wasn't enough, Lani took the bride/groom/photographer by golf cart to some of the most amazing photo locations. Falcon's Fire has such a secluded venue feel it's hard to believe there are so many hotel options only minutes away. With all that said, I would like to thank the chef for the most delicious appetizers and meal and Lani for making my daughter's wedding feel like a fairy tale. This wedding venue is truly FIVE STARS!

Lani and the entire Falcons Fire team made this entire day a dream come true. Lani is very organized and professional. The FF team worked hard to decorate the venue for our wedding after hosting a golf tournament earlier that day. They were able to completely breakdown the reception hall from the tournament and build the set up for our wedding. I'm still amazed how quickly they did that and without a trace from the previous event left behind! I also cannot express how nice and happy the entire staff at FF is. They all looked genuinely happy to be there and that had a positive affect on our whole day!

I can't say enough about Lani Lyons and Falcon's Fire! My daughter was just married there. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous with the rolling hills, the gazeebo, the dramatic walk down a long wedding isle....We did the all-inclusive wedding, which was without a doubt the best decision we made for our daughter's wedding. Lani was there every step of the way from suggestions, to guidance, and even helping me when I had wanted to panic! She effortlessly handled some family issues that came up on the grooms side, and there wasn't single question or idea that wasn't professionally addressed. Absolutely amazing, thank you from the bottom of my heart, Lani!

We absolutely loved Falcon's Fire. It's such a beautiful venue, and can be used for any type of wedding theme. The staff was always so kind, and they have a great selection of vendors. My now husband and I were unorganized and sort of all over the place (Sorry, Lani!), so we really could not have had such a beautiful wedding if it wasn't for Lani and the rest of the staff at Falcon's Fire. Lani especially was so patient with us, and always had great advice and tips for when we weren't so sure of what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Falcon's Fire for any couple looking for the perfect venue. We couldn't have asked for a better team to help us plan our dream wedding!

This location was perfect for me and my husband to get married. The area was perfect for my guests to find, the views were beautiful for pictures, my decorations fit perfectly for my wedding, the food was amazing. 2 months later after my wedding I still get compliments on how beautiful our wedding was. Most of all I cannot thank Lani Lyons and her wonderful staff for their patience and professionalism on my wedding day. They catered to us as the couple but also made all my guest feel so comfortable as well. Lani was so extremely flexible, kind, and patient with us during our wedding planning. She made sure everything went smoothly so that I wouldn't have to worry about anything on our wedding day. Falcon's Fire is absolutely beautiful for a wedding. They have a fantastic gazebo and a nice breezeway. You can choose either options for your wedding and you won't have to worry about the look at all. Lani Lyon is FANTASTIC! She is so helpful and keeps everything on track, even from the very start. She gets back with you if you have questions and will make sure that everything is wonderful. The food was really nice and the servers and bar staff were really friendly. I have been getting so many compliments about the venue from my guests.

We meticulously designed a perfect menu that reflects our love of great food and our familys’ love of eating. The menu was tastefully presented and beautifully received.
They even made special entrees for our guests that had specific dietary needs.
Oh yeah! Did we mention the helicopter entrance? Yes! That was included in our special day. We kept it a secret from everybody. They were all going crazy as the helicopter landed right next to the gazebo.
In a "nut shell” EVERYTHING was perfect, including the weather. There was not a cloud in the sky and the humidity was low. But we are just bragging.

Our wedding couldn't have been at a more beautiful venue, we loved everything about Falcon's Fire. Lani the events manager was absolutely amazing, I emailed her throughout this whole process hundreds of times and she never once seemed annoyed and always responded immediately and helped us with everything. She helped the rehearsal and wedding run smoothly. We are so very happy with everything from the food (all guests said everything was delicious), the decorations (thanks to Lani), and all the staff. Thank you so much for being such a big part of our special day and helping to make it amazing! We would definitely recommend Falcon's Fire for your wedding or even a large event. Included in that $20k was buffet (chicken, fish, prime rib, 2 starch, 2 veg, salad), smores bar, vendor meals, late night snacks, coordination fee (totally worth it), upgrades (draping, chivari chairs and lemour table cloths), venue for ceremony and reception fee.

We really wanted an outdoor ceremony and we fell in love with the beauty of the golf course at Falcon’s Fire. We loved the gazebo and the small hills that added to the landscape. Lani and her team are just amazing!!! She is very attentive to detail and she will do anything to make your day special. We wanted a smaller wedding that felt more like a family gathering than an actual wedding. We aren't big party people, either. Lani and the staff at Falcon's Fire came through for us beyond our expectations! They were endlessly patient with us when we were on a very tight schedule and helped us create a very memorable wedding day. The food was exceptional, the vendors outstanding, the support amazing, all very professional and fun at the same time. Guests kept raving about the whole experience and everyone really seemed to enjoy themselves. The golf course also made for amazing photography backdrops. We were given golf carts to cruise the course, stopping wherever our photographer saw fit, that was a blast and a great way to de-stress during the day. Lani served as our wedding coordinator and she did an excellent job. Could not have pulled this off without her. She really knows her stuff which was critical as I am no party planner by any means. Did I mention the vendors recommended by Lani? Our florist, DJ, and cake lady were beyond amazing. They belong to the A-List and they're all right here! All in all, for the price and the short notice, we could not have asked for a better venue or a better team. Thank you, Lani! We had a wonderful day with friends and family, and a lovely wedding day we'll always remember.

First off the venue is beautiful and really feels like a little slice of paradise. There's a feeling a privacy and enchantment that the Falco s fire adds with all the greenery and the oak trees with Spanish OSS hanging. The whole scenery is very beautiful and they really work to make you feel as if you are not at a golf club. The people there are especially courteous. When dealing with Lani she went beyond to help us achieve our dream wedding. She had her own wedding there so she knows what it's like to be married there and the type of problems that could arise from both sides of the wedding planning. All together we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our wonderful day.

The venue was amazing and had what seems like an infinite amount of beautiful photo opportunities. Falcon’s Fire planner, Lani, was absolutely great. Falcon's Fire was perfect! The gazebo is the perfect location for a sunset ceremony. The golf course has a lot of great spots to get some amazing photos too. And let me just say Lani is great! The venue and grounds are very well kept and have beautiful sunsets on the golf course, which make for great pictures. All the food was very good quality and was delicious. All the staff was very nice and accommodating, but I have to point out how amazing the event manager Lani is! From the minute I met her till weeks after my event, she went above and beyond to help me. I couldn't afford to have a wedding planner, but with Lani's guidance and advice I truly didn't need one.

Falcon's Fire was a fantastic venue for my daughter's wedding ceremony and reception. I can't say enough good things about this place! From day one when we met with Lani Lyons to go over our wedding ideas, she was wonderful to work with. She was available all the time to answer our questions and guide us through the process. My daughter could call or text her with any questions she had, and Lani would respond back very quickly. She was with us every step of the way to make my daughter's wedding perfect! The staff on the day of the event were all helpful, professional, and fantastic. We couldn't be more happier with our choice as all areas of the setting were beautiful! The gazebo area set-up was perfect for the outdoor wedding ceremony, and the indoor areas and porch area were both great for the cocktail hour and dinner reception. All of our outside vendors (musicians, photographers, florist, DJ, photo booth attendant, etc ) as well as all the guests enjoyed being at Falcon's Fire. If you are looking for an absolutely GREAT place to host a wedding, Falcon's Fire is a winner!

Falcon's Fire was the PERFECT venue for our wedding! Lani was amazing the entire 2 years leading up to the wedding.

The gazebo is beautiful, the rolling hills of the golf course make you feel like you are in a different city (rather than ugly Orlando/Kissimmee), the food was great, planning was made super easy with the great open communication, and even the beer selection was great for my beer loving husband and family!

The Value is also great. My husband and I went to quite a few venues prior to this one and literally fell in love with it (and the cost) immediately.

So much is included with the packages and therefore put less stress on you!

This place is just beautiful, everything about it! I was lucky to have wonderful weather for our wedding. Lani and her team did such a wonderful job making sure that everything was going to be ok! I put my full trust in her and that day was just perfect!

Falcon Fire is such a beautiful venue. Planning a destination wedding is a hard thing to do, especially if you are not familiar with the area. Lani (Falcon Fire's wedding coordinator) made things easier for me. She was very organized and prompt when getting back with me via email. When arriving in Orlando and meeting Lani she was just as great in person as she was on email. My reception went smoothly and everything went as planned. The venue was just as beautiful as their photos if not more so in person!

After looking at several possible venues for our wedding, we stumbled upon Falcon's Fire Golf Course. Lani was so welcoming when we met her and we felt right at home. The planning process with her was such a breeze. We didn't have to worry about anything. She welcomed any ideas that we had to make our day perfect and was quick to reply to any emails that we sent. One thing that we loved about the venue was that there were a couple of choices for a ceremony - a gazebo out on the course and a breezeway. Being it June in Florida, we knew that rain was a possibility so we loved that there were options. The day of the wedding, it looked like the weather was going to be perfect but it took a turn for the worse about an hour before the ceremony. The staff was able to do a quick turnaround and moved everything to the breezeway. No one even noticed. It was awesome. Our food was also catered from the golf course and it was phenomenal. Our guests were still talking about the food days later. Thank you Lani for making our day perfect! We couldn't have done it without you!

We would have not chosen a better venue than Falcon's Fire. Location, amenities, service and flexibility makes them one of a kind; however when it came down to deciding which venue to go with, Lani Layons made it very easy. She is awesome to work with. We had viewed several different venues, but once we got to Falcon's Fire, we KNEW that it was the perfect location for our wedding! I could picture every aspect of our wedding happening there, from the room where I would get ready, the ceremony location, all through to the grand exit. Lani was an absolute delight to work with! She was very understanding of the fact that I was very indecisive, gave us some GREAT ideas to incorporate into our ceremony that would make it unique and our own, and helped out in every single way possible. She was very prompt in returning phone calls or e-mails, and as the date drew closer, she would contact us to see how things were, if there was anything we needed, or if there was anything that they could do to help us out. We had so many compliments on our wedding! Although it was a small wedding, people said that it was just as beautifully done as any of the biggest weddings they had gone to. Lani and her staff did an amazing job decorating and helping make things less stressful for myself and my husband. And the food!! Out of this world!! I was so afraid something would happen to put a damper on our day (as I have heard happen to so many others), but Lani made sure that everything was perfect! I have recommended this venue to a few people and will continue to rave about it for years to come!

We worked with Lani for our daughter's wedding reception. They did a fantastic job with everything. I had guests coming up all night telling me how wonderful the food was. And the decor was perfectly set up, everything was on time. We had a storm the evening of the wedding so had guests arriving for cocktail hour in the rain, but the restaurant area of the club and the covered balconey was perfect for everyone to gather and visit. The restaurant has a beautiful bar that added a touch of class to the open bar part of the evening. We had 100 guests and had plenty of room in the banquet area for all the tables.

Selecting Falcon's Fire for our May 2013 wedding ceremony (outdoor) and reception was by far the best decision we ever could have made!!! Lani was so helpful every step of the way and we loved working with her. Everything was perfect and super organized on the big day, and the meal was great! So many of our guests were pleasantly surprised that wedding food could be so good! The price per guest is great compared to other venues (especially when you're doing dinner and open bar) and the quality of service sets Falcon's Fire apart from other, ordinary venues. We are so happy with our location decision and highly recommend Falcon's Fire to any couple looking for a great wedding!

Falcon's Fire is a great place that many people might not know about but word has to get out! I recently had my wedding there and let me tell you... it was perfect! My fiance and i went to many reception locations and as soon as we walked in FF we knew it was the place. Not only was it in the budget we were looking for but most important to us was the responsiveness and attentiveness we received from the wedding planners (Lani/Brandy) from the get go. They compromised and worked hand in hand with us throughout the entire planning/day of process. The color scheme is neutral which was also important to us as most venues have weird/loud multi-colors. The terrace is gorgeous, the hall is a nice size and not to mention that when you book your event with them you get the entire venue without having to share it with another party. A+ on that!!! The reception was stunning and everything went smooth. I would recommend this venue to all. Thanks FF again for making our day so perfect!

From the beginning of the planning process to the very end this venue was great. They are very responsive and helpful. Day of ceremony they made sure my bridal party and I were taken care of. Lani and Brandy were awesome as was all of the staff that we interacted with during the planning and execution of our event. These guys worked with us to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted and that everything was set up and went exactly as planned on the big day. From the tasting and initial decision making right through to the ceremony and reception, this was a beautiful, tasteful and elegant event.
We have absolutely NO complaints and only good things to say about our entire experience. We will gladly recommend this to friends and strangers alike.
The food was delicious, and once we selected our other vendors, Brandy and Lani made sure that everything was as it should be with the setting up of the ceremony area, the reception area and taking care of the flowers and cake set up.
Brandy and Lani acted as our wedding planner as well by walking us through the ceremony, helping folks get where they needed to and even provided the bridal party sandwiches and water as we were getting ready.
The venue is gorgeous and I would have another function here in the future.

Lani and her assistant Brandy were awesome!!!! My wife and I got married about 3 weeks ago and had the wedding reception at Falcon's Fire. Very professional staff,communication was great, and the service was excellent!!!! The reception itself was awesome!!! Everything was perfect!!!! We dropped off all our centerpieces, party favors, place cards, and other wedding details and Falcon's Fire took care of it down to the littlest detail, like having each centerpiece vase filled with water dyed all with the same color. Karon, Brandy , Chris and all the staff made our Quinceanera celebration a total success!! No other place offered the variety of food for teenagers nor the price. The Party was spectacular, I have heard from every guest, and I mean everyone how amazing was the food for adults and the choices for teens. This was the perfect place to hold my wedding. Everyone was so helpful and everything went smoothly. The food was very tasty and the people were very friendly.

The place was absolutely beautiful!! The ceremony was held in the breezeway and reception hall looked fabulous. The day was perfect. The food was A+++ delicious. It was wonderful working with Karon and Chris and the entire staff was very friendly. Thank you!!!!!

We LOVED Falcon's Fire. Everyone at the wedding loved everything. Lani and her team were great throughout the entire planning process. We booked and planned this 120 guest wedding in less than 5 months and it went perfectly!

We used the hallway/breezeway for the ceremony and had the restaurant for the cocktail hour and the reception hall for the party. The food was AWESOME. I am still hearing about how good the food was. It was really easy to work with the packages available and make it "our own" wedding and customize it to our Key West/Tropical theme.

The price was very reasonable for what we got. Huge buffet, full bar, tons of food, unbelievable service the entire time. If Falcon's Fire could've stopped the rain for us I'm sure they would have, but everything went perfectly for us.

My husband and I thank you a million times for the best wedding we could have imagined! (My family and friends thank you too, for helping them have an awesome time at our wedding!

Lani and the entire Falcons Fire team made our event especial. She is very organized and professional. The whole team worked hard to host everyone. Everyone is nice and happy, attentive at this venue. This was our second Quinceanera party, we have also referred with same results and we will keep coming back for future events.

Falcons fire was the ultimate all inclusive venue! it's been two weeks since our wedding and our guest are still talking about how great the food was. There was so many great choices to choose from as far as menu that we were able to create our perfect menu and we were able to accommodate our guests who were vegetarians or had special dietary needs and that was very important to us. The location itself is gorgeous and makes for so many great photo opportunities, our photographer, Tabitha, found this beautiful lake scenery with these beautiful trees along the back the backdrop of it and it didn't even feel like we were in Florida anymore it was so pretty we all commented that it look like we were somewhere in Tennessee or Montana or something that's more country picturesque then and what we are used to. Another reason why Falcons fire is such a great location is the wedding Cordinator you get with your package, her name is Lani Lyons and she is a godsend! She makes you feel like your wedding is as important as her own and has such a great personality so easy to work with such great ideas and such great creativity. She made our whole wedding experience so much less stressful than others that we know who have gone through the process with other venues, She alone is reason enough to choose Falcons fire as your venue along with the beautiful scenery you get, the fantastic ballroom, the welcoming patio for cocktail hour, and delicious food that will leave your mouth watering for more!

Beautiful venue with a great price. I am so happy I picked Falcons Fire to have my wedding and reception...the girls are very helpful and make you feel like you are their only bride. They are super flexible and try to keep your stress to a minimum for your big day!

We where very pleased in the way everything turned out.. We had to change the date of our wedding for a later date do to personal reason, and Falcons Fire responded to our problem, and made everything possible to accommodate our request for a new date at no extra charge, they work with us all the way until the end.

The professionalism of Lani Lyons as a wedding planer was second to non she run everything so smoothly and made shored that everything was on time.
Lani was in constant communication with me and reminded me of things that I need to do, she keep me in check, I was so happy with that because I had to many things on my mine to remember everything..

The food was fantastic! My guest can't stop speaking about how good the food was, plus working with the chef was very pleasant he understood what we wanted and make it even better than what we expected..

Thank you, Falcons Fire, Lani, and Mr. Chef for making our wedding day beautiful and enjoyable.

Falcon's Fire is beautiful! Lani is the wedding coordinator that you will work with and she was very quick to respond to my emails and questions. They also have two beautiful options for ceremony (covered from any weather, and out on the course). There are locker rooms on site for you to get ready in, however they are fairly small. My bridal party had 4 girls, my self, and my mother and it was tight for space. I did not have my reception at Falcon's Fire due to my small budget, but they do have a lovely space for receptions that over looks the course.

Karon Cannon and her assistant, Brandy, were extremely helpful with all of our questions and needs. The outside ceremony facility is beautiful and they have a beautiful back up location, in case it rains. I would recommend this location to anyone. They helped to make our wedding day perfect.

Falcon's Fire was a great venue for our wedding. We had just over a hundred guests and the room was absolutely perfect. Brandy was the best! She helped us as coordinator and was on the ball! Every email I sent and call I made was responded to quickly. Our ceremony was outside at the gazebo which the staff let us decorate however we wanted and was lovely. The reception was inside the banquet room and was beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better place, I would definitely recommend!

My wedding day was beautiful through the rain and storm. The venue was beautiful, the food was great the decorations were set up great. All in all I was very happy with my wedding, The negative things that I could say was that although Lani was very responsive in the beginning of planning my wedding, she was not responsive the day of my wedding which was very surprising to me because we discussed so many things leading up to that day. I think Lani is a great person and kind heart, however I wish she was more responsive at my wedding and I know it would have made things go more smoothly. I felt myself and bridal party were constantly trying to locate her and needed assistance and she was nowhere to be found and that is the reason why I didn't give a perfect score. My one suggestion to other brides is to have your own wedding day planner so that your wedding could go more smoothly.

The women's dressing room was very hot, we had to open the back door for air circulation. We had paper towels under are arms to keep our dresses dry from our sweet. We told the coordinator and she said to just open the back door. We mentioned it to Brandy and she checked the thermometer and noticed the heat way on!
Also, a golfer came in several times to use the ladies bathroom.
There were no keys to lock our lockers.
We found out after asking that there was more appetizers in the kitchen that were not brought out to our guess.
We were told there was no cake left after the wedding. It was a 4 layer and the slices that were cut were very small. (1/2 our guess had already left when the cake was brought out)
The golf carts were not ready, no one was available to drive them for my grandparents, we had to find people to drive them.
Lani did not seem like she was very organized.
When we first signed up we had Brandy and I was very impressed with her organizational skills. She is what sold us on Falcon's Fire! Midway through, she was no longer our coordinator and we were very disappointed.

Falcon's Fire was a beautiful backdrop of our wedding and the price was definetly right! During the planning process it oftent took several emails and phone calls to get a response however the day of was perfect. There were a few misses day of, but nothing to ruin the day!
