Found the perfect dress!

Finding the right dress is such a special moment, and I am very blessed to have found Facchianos Bridal! My mom and I truly enjoyed every moment from finding the perfect dress to combining it with a beautiful veil and headpiece. I love how Facchianos makes your bridal appointment feel special and you don’t feel like a number. They also have absolutely stunning dresses from great designers and beautiful dresses at different price points to help you stay within your budget.

Elegance done right

The owner of the boutique helped me find my dress herself! I had gone to one other shop and felt very discouraged. They had an end of the year sale going on so I was able to purchase a very elegant dress at a very reasonable price. I got so many compliments on how classy and beautiful it was. I knew we chose the right dress.

Best Bridal Boutique

Had a great experience here picking my dress out and then the bridal parties dresses as well as the guys tuxes! So great having it all at one place. We had out of town guys and their tuxes were drop shipped to their houses two weeks before the wedding so they could try on and send back what didn’t fit. Only had one guy that needed a different size of pants, we were able to get those in just a few days before the wedding. My dress had a belt and beading added to it.

Facchianos was the first placed I tried on dresses and I was extremely lucky and found my dress on the first one. Kay was fabulous and was extremely helpful in helping me figure out what styles and colors I wanted to try on. We loved the shop and they made the process of ordering and picking up my dress easy!

This was the best experience by far. I first went to David's bridal and they acted very snooty and told me I couldn't try on any dresses I needed an appointment, so I went to facchianos to look. No they're not as big as David's bridal and no they don't have as big of a selection as David's, but what they do have is a wonderful sales team and owner that work their butts off to make it all about the bride. They take joy in making the bride's to be feel beautiful, they don't push you into making a purchase, they help you button and zip the dresses up, and they stayed open late for me to make my decision. And honestly I probably wouldn't have chose the dress that I got if it wasn't for the great experience I had with the owner and sales team at facchianos. I highly recommend going there and supporting their business over David's bridal that's going to be rude to you, and just herds you through like cattle.

THE best dresses. Lots of selection and great help. Everyone is so nice there and I ended up picking a dress that the stylist picked out for me. Also got the MOB dress, bridesmaids dresses, and all the tuxes there.

This was my first stop in the search for my wedding dress and wedding planning everything. I had gone to Facchianos because of the higher end brands they carry and seeing dresses that I liked from these brands online. The ladies in the shop were extremely helpful and pulled pulled out all the dresses to match what I had described. They have all quality dresses so no waste of time, and I ended up finding the my perfect dress, veil and a headpiece!
After purchasing the dress I received a large folder full of discounts and recommended vendors, which was a huge bonus and help in the beginning of this whole wedding deal. So glad Facchianos was my first stop!
The ladies in the shop are super kind and a pleasure to work with. My dress hunt was right in the middle of prom season (hadn't thought of that ahead) and they had a lot of business, but still they gave me all the time I need and made me as a bride feel like I have priority and VIP service.

I loved Facchianos! So friendly and helpful. They are appointment only so you get the individual attention you need. Rhonda helped me find my dress and she was amazing. They are pricier, but I got my dress half off on a sample sale. I would not recommend anyone else.

My dress was beautiful and because it was a sample it was a steal! Everyone there was very nice and accommodating. They even steamed my dress for me before the big day! It was easy to make an appointment and the stylist was very helpful. They had a better selection and were nicer than other places I went to.

I don't have enough great things to say about the ladies at Facchianos! When I first went in to try on wedding dresses, I was a little worried that their selection was too small for my picky taste. Boy was I wrong! I tried on many dresses but ended up choosing the very first one I put on, with a few corrections. I actually loved some jewel details from a previous dress I tried on and they were able to actually order the applique and sew it onto my dress! It came out absolutely gorgeous! We also rented our tuxes from them and were extremely happy with their flexibility and ability to reorder my dad and husband's tuxes 2 days before the wedding due to them not fitting exactly how I wanted them. In all, Facchianos exceeded my expectations and they made us all look fabulous!

I currently live in Colorado but I lived in Tulsa for 8 years prior to my move to the mountains so I made a special trip back to Tulsa a year before my wedding to do wedding dress shopping. Facchianos was the first bridal shop I went to and the only one!

I showed the lady the pictures I found on Pinterest of dresses that I liked and she pulled about 10 dresses befitting what I showed her. I tried on about 6 before I settled on the one!

It may be a smaller shop than say your Davids Bridal or Alfred Angelo but their selection is superb and I feel, above the rest. If you don't mind spending a little more than I would highly recommend Facchianos. I settled on a Maggie Sottero dress and it was a dream. I only had to fly back twice for fittings and the second fitting the dress fit like a glove. Everyone that works at Facchianos is so helpful and sweet.

Thank you Facchianos for finding the dress of my dreams!

Th one of many things I really appreciated about Faccianos that other places did not give me was patience and time! I never felt rushed and they truly care about your happiness with your gown!! I loved everyone at Facchianos and their dresses are BEAUTIFUL! They have helped me to find all of my prom dresses, and my wedding dress was no exception. When other places handed me dresses to try on that were nothing like what I described or demanded that they enter the dressing room with me to help me put on a dress that I was completely capable of putting on myself, Facchianos walked with me and pulled dresses that fit what I wanted perfectly. They were beyond helpful, positive, uplifting, and kind. When I went to one of my fittings, I had just had received a phone call that a floor scrubber I was trying to rent for my wedding was broken and no longer available to rent (two weeks before my wedding). The lady at Facchianos helped me into my dress then said she was going to go find me another floor scrubber. (Thankfully, I had already found a replacement) It was incredible. I am sad that I do not have any more formal events coming up to find another beautiful dress from them!

I absolutely LOVED Jennifer at Facchianos. She made the entire process very personal and comfortable. She knew that my favorite dress was over my budget, so she made sure to help with other vendor discounts to make up the difference. I was able to order the perfect dress and not worry about the stress of my budget. She stayed in email (and Facebook!) contact with me throughout the months that I was waiting for my dress to be completed. If you want a personal experience when buying your dress, I would highly recommend Facchianos. I have 2-3 months left until my dress is completed, but I cannot wait to see the results!

We were very impressed with the level of service and quality provided by Facchianos. They were our second and last stop in our search for a dress. Jennifer helped us throughout the dress selection process and fittings. She was extremely knowledgeable and familiar with their dresses and quickly pulled five or six based on the elements and look we were going for. On the day of the wedding, Jennifer personally delivered the dress and showed the Matron of Honor how to secure the bustle. The finished look was even more beautiful than we had imagined! I would definitely recommend Facchianos to a friend for a wedding or special occasion dress.

Facchianos was the best bridal experience I had all day. After many other bridal appointments and stores, this was one by far the best. I was instantly greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. The young girl who helped me was a lot of fun. She knew exactly what she was doing, as did everyone else who worked there. I found my dream dress there that was actually thousands of dollars cheaper than I expected. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they even sent me a swatch of the color of my bridesmaid's dresses so that I could match it with everything else. I went home with a free tote and a folder full of coupons that are useful for wedding essentials. Love, love, love this place! I recommend it to all brides!

Facchiano's is the best bridal dress shop in town. Rhonda is the best at customer service and she is so nice and helpful. She goes out of her way to help you with great ideas for your dress so it is customizable. I was really surprised by the pricing of their wedding gowns, I was expecting the price tags to be a lot more. It is very affordable. That staff is very friendly and always there to help even when they are super busy. I have referred two other brides there and they both got their dress from there! I had a great experience with Facchiano's and will always refer them to other brides.

The advice I would give would be to try and schedule any appointments rather than being a walk-in. They will try their hardest to get to you even if you do just walk-in but sometimes it might take a while because they can be super busy.

Facchianos was fantastic every step of the way for my wedding. Their customer service is outstanding! I went in several times for fitting and they were always very helpful and patient and always made it a fun experience. We decided just a few weeks before the wedding to use their wedding coordination services for the day of the wedding. It was absolutely the best decision we made! I hate shopping for clothes and I was not looking forward to wedding dress shopping, yes I know I am the only bride in the world that says this, but that changed when I entered Facchianos! After the previous wedding dress shops, I had my mind made up that I was just going to start ordering them online and hope they would fit. The girls at Facchianos reassured me that they would find me a dress and they were so HELPFUL and were really fun to be around. My mom, sister, and niece were with me and they enjoyed the atmosphere and conversation too. I can't say enough good things about these ladies and especially the owner Jennifer. She worked around my schedule to help with my fitting appointments and everything. We loved them so much we decided to get our tuxes there as well. Trust me, go to Facchianos and they will help you.....if they can make this picky bride happy, they will make you happy! Love them!!

I am absolutely in love with Facchiancos. I called the store looking for a particular dress, and even though they did not have it in stock, I decided to go and look for a dress anyway, simply because of the two consultants that helped me over the phone. They were more than willing to fit me in that day. Upon my arrival, each one was so nice, helpful, and knowledgable about their products. If they were unsure of the answer, they immediately sought out someone else who could help. My consultant had chosen the dress that I ended up buying, simply because she had listened to my list of 'must-haves' and list of 'no-gos'. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience!

My daughter and I are so grateful that we found Facchianos' Bridal! The owner, Jennifer, and her staff literally came to our rescue and saved my daughtet's wedding day after we discovered that we had been scammed by another bridal shop in Tulsa. We were in a panic and didn't know how we were going to find another dress in time for the wedding. Thankfully, a friend told us that she had bought several prom dresses for her daughter at Facchianos and she highly recommended the shop. The staff at Facchianos went above and beyond to help my daughter find the PERFECT dress. She was absolutely gorgeous and received so many compliments on her dress at the wedding. Facchiano's was the perfect place to purchase my wedding dress! We went and shopped at different bridal stores in Tulsa and we were not happy with the service or quality of dresses these other places had to offer. The staff at Facchiano's was extremely helpful and made the whole experience wonderful! I found the PERFECT dress at the store and they made ordering and alterations extremely easy. Alterations were all perfect and on time! Rhonda did an AMAZING job! My mom even bought her mother of the bride dress there and was really happy with her purchase too!!

The Facchiano's girls are just delightful and their customer service is superb. From the moment my mom and I first walked into the shop we were treated like best friends. They were totally cool with me stopping by just to visit when I was waiting for the dresses to arrive after being ordered. Even now, 5 years later, I know I could stop by any time just to catch up. Jennifer, Kay, and Rachel are excellent at what they do. They helped me create the wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses of my dreams and we were even able to pick out tuxes that matched perfectly. If I ever need a formal dress in the future I can't go anywhere else.

I had searched everywhere in the Tulsa metro area for the dress and had zero luck. A friend suggested Facchianos so I made an appointment and went in really not expecting any better luck that the previous 5-6 bridal stores I had previously visited. I was absolutely thrilled with the service I received there. Within a matter of minutes my consultant had pulled multiple gowns (even in my size, which was a rarity in and of itself). After a few dresses I had found the one and couldn't be more happy. There was no push to spend outside your budget or a take it or leave it mentality. For every dress, even those that may have had details I wanted changed, it was as simple as "oh, yes, we can change that." I don't know what I would have done if not for Facchianos. THANK YOU! Facchiano's was great at everything. Very professional and informative of dates. I had to have the sleeves on my jacket let out just a little bit and they got it done within 10 minutes on the spot. Would recommend them for any formal events.

I loved my experience! I was very picky, yet didn't know what exactly I wanted. Rhonda was so patient and fun to work with it! I went back several times to look at veils, accessories, etc. and I never felt pressured or anything. After my first fitting, my dress still didn't fit quite right... they re-altered it and added a few snaps and didn't charge for the additional changes. I thought that was really nice. Beautiful dresses, nice people, good time! You only get married once, make sure you enjoy it!

Facchiano's did a great job with my dress- it was gorgeous, and when part of the seam ripped when I was at my fitting, they not only fixed it, but added a hook and eye to make sure it wouldn't happen again. Their service was amazing both before and after I picked up my dress!

Facchiano's is absolutely the best bridal shop in Tulsa. I had looked other places, and when I arrived there they were professional, courteous, attentive and provided the kind of service any bride would want. They were excellent at helping me choose exactly the gown that was just perfect for me. It seemed like they were able to gauge my style preferences and help me select a gown which was even better than the styles which I had in mind or that I thought would look good (but really didn't). They really are professionals, and I was glad to have both their input and their experience to guide my selections.

My daughter-in-law had also purchased her gown from Facchiano's, and I could have saved myself a lot of time had I just gone there to start with. However, by going some other places, it left no doubt that both my daughter-in-law and I had chosen the best in town!

I loved Facchiano's! Jennifer the owner and Rachel were amazing to work with. I bought my dress, custom dyed shoes, veil, tiara and earrings there and my Mom bought her Mother of the Bride/Matron of Honor dress there too!
I loved my dress and my Mom loved hers too! The customer service was great and they really made you feel comfortable. They suggested that I should add a corset into the back of my dress and they special ordered it that way. That was one of the best decisions I made...the dress fit perfectly and there was not any chance it wouldn't fit! They know their dress selection and they are really good at catering to their client!
They have a great wedding dress and bridesmaid selection at a reasonable price. Overall I was very impressed with the quality, the professionalism and the customer service. Highly recommended!

I received incredible service from the minute I walked in the door. Jennifer (the Owner) actually listened to me describe my dream dress- and then she found it for me! I cried when I put it one, my mom cried, and the sweet girls who worked there shed a tear or two! I wanted to change it from a strapless dress and Jenifer sketched it out for me and it was made just the way I wanted it! Absolutely loved Fachiannos! The first time I went in there, I didn't set up an appointment and I was welcomed by the owner, Jenniffer, and she helped me out immediately (I do suggest to get an appt though). After prowsing through a couple dresses, she was able to tell in minutes on what my style was and had 10 dresses that I absolutely adored picked out.

I live in Houston and am from Tulsa, Oklahoma. I looked at some places in Houston and most of the places I went into just pissed me off, they were too stuffy and wouldn't even acknowledge that I was there unless I had an appt. I also felt pressured into buying something on the spot. Plus, most of the dresses were $5,000+ that I liked. At Fachianos, I bought a very reasonable priced dress that looked gorgeous. I got my jewelry there, guestbook, flower girl basket, and veil. I would have to fly in or drive in from Houston to do my fittings on the weekend, and the owner always let me come in before the store opened to do them. Best in Tulsa for sure!

I used Fachianno's for several things, my dress - PERFECT! My bridesmaids dresses - PERFECT! The invitations, a little complicated, you can look through the books there, then you order the invitations on line, I found this a little complicated, I personally would have liked a little more assistance with this, we ended up with RSVP cards that only had accept decline and # of guests, not who would be attending or not (as in a line for the name of the guest on the response card). Some people signed it anyway, some did not, I would suggest really making sure yours has a line for the name!
The tux & suit rental got a little complicated, I don't really think this is where they shine, but maybe I dropped the ball, no disasters mind you, just some tense moments that all worked out in the end.
I used the owner, Jennifer as my wedding coordinator the day of the wedding, she was AMAZING! I cannot recommend this service enough, we got married at a country club with the reception immediately following, she kept everything moving like clockwork! The whole thing was PERFECT! I would suggest having her at the rehersal as well, I didn't and I was a bit of a basket case (I thought I had arranged for her to be there as well, my mistake) but all in all it was more than I had ever imagined!

I did not have an appointment with Facchiano's the day I went wedding dress shopping. It was a last minute decision to go in and see if they had any dresses I would be interested in. Jennifer (the owner I believe) was excited to see us. She wasn't annoyed or standoffish considering the fact that we did not have an appointment. She did let us know that they do require an appointment, but as luck would have it she had a no show at that very moment and let me take the appointment. Immediately she dove right in and asked what I was looking for in a dress. Color, style, length, price. And started pulling dresses that were right on with what I wanted. She didn't try to persuade me towards something I knew I really did not want. The 4th dress I tried on ended up being "the one". Facchiano's really made my experience that much more by doting over how beautiful I was in my dress, being attentive and listening to what I was looking for, not putting me in something way out of budget, and really making sure I, as well as my friends and family with me, had a great experience finding my dress. Thank you Facchiano's for being so amazing!

Kay definitely made my experience worth the money! Facchiano's is super small compared to other dress shops, and it gave me a feel that was more at home and intimate. I had so much fun trying on dresses with Kay and she made me feel beautiful when I had to try dresses on that were a bigger than I hoped to have to buy. She treated me like a daughter and made me feel special. After shortening my selection to two dresses, we had an appointment at another bridal store. This other bridal shop was HUGE. There were mirrors everywhere, people everywhere, three different people 'helped' me, they put me in a tiny dressing room next to the bathroom, and bells were ringing one after another! I was SUPER overwhelmed and left in tears. It was too overwhelming and the dresses just seemed like fancy prom dresses. I was looking for a dress that was more elegant and special for a special occasion. I immediately went straight back to Facchiano's and bought my absolute favorite dress! After my dress arrived several months later, the owner, Jennifer, got my dress all ready for alterations. The only downfall for me was the time slots available for fittings. I had to take off work a bit to make sure I could get my fittings in time. I feel that the customer service, quality, and professionalism outweighed the only flaw I found with Facchiano's.

Facchianos was the last bridal store I shopped at, and it was here I found my dress! All their dresses are stylish, beautiful and priced great for the service they provide. The sales ladies helped me find the perfect style that I was looking for and they made my whole experience very enjoyable.

Facchiano's bridal was amazing. I did not even have an appointment on the day I found my dress. I walked in and they were able to help me right then and I tried on a dozen dresses that were my style. I tried on "the one" but since I had not been anywhere else did not want to purchase yet. Faccianos was not pushy in making me decide that day, only supporting in what I wanted. I went to other places and just did not get the same quality service I got from facchianos and just could not find a dress I liked more for a decent price. So I went back in and the whole process was made very easy for me. The only thing that was a bummer for me was that their hours are a little non flexible. They are only open late one night a week which made it difficult for me to get in for all my fittings. But that was well worth the service I got from the ladies working there. I would and will recommend facchianos to any bride to be!

Facchianos is a fantastic dress boutique in Tulsa/Broken Arrow. I wish I had found out about them sooner and I would have went to them for every formal occasion. Prom, wedding, you name it.

When I went there to find my dress I was met warmly and helped immediately. They were efficient and after only trying a few dresses I came away with one I knew would be my wedding gown. It was a great experience. Their tailoring/alterations services is great as well. Worth the price! My thanks to Rachel who helped me my first time there and to Jennifer who fitted me and made sure I was ready to go on my big day.

I am the mother of the groom this May for a formal wedding. I am from Atlanta and while I was on a trip visiting family in Tulsa, Oklahoma, I heard about Facchianos. I thought I would give it a try. It was smaller than some of the other shops I had been to in Atlanta but I loved their selection! I liked almost every dress I tried on! It actually was much nicer to go to a small shop with a selection like this. I bought my dress and earrings to match in one short visit. I love the dress! The owner helped me and the customer service was great!

The women that work here are very helpful and professional. They showed me dresses that were in my price range and weren't pushy to try and make more money. This is an excellent place for buying your wedding dress-I highly recommend them!!

Facchianos is a wonderful place to find the perfect wedding dress. Like all girls I wasn't going to stop searching for my dress until I had found the one I had envisoned all my life! Facchianos also has a great staff. The ladies know their stuff when it comes to weddings. The owner personally helped me and she was just as determined to find the perfect dress as I was! On top of all this their prices are the most reasonable in the Tulsa & OKC area! I definately thought I got a great deal for my amazing dress!! I highly recommend Facchianos to any bride to be who is wanting a stunning dress without having to pay the high cost!!

Good bridal selection, but a little crowded with all the prom dresses too. Very nice and knowledgeable employees. Slightly overpriced accessories, but nice to have a selection to try on with the gown. No pictures allowed until you have chosen your dress. Loved Tatiana the seamstress in Broken Arrow, OK who gets all the Facchiano's alteration who altered my dress perfectly!

Kay was very sweet! She helped me through the process of finding my wedding dress. I went in 3 times before I made the decision and she was not pushy at all.

We used them to rent the groomsmen's suits, which turned out very nice. We even were able to take advantage of a deal where the groom received his suit for free. There was an incident where one of the groomsmen lost a lot of weight and the suit was too big. Instead of saying "sorry" and forcing us to keep it, they ordered a replacement which arrived the next day (a full day ahead of the wedding). I can't say how grateful I am that they made the change, they certainly didn't have to as it wasn't their fault. I recommend them for any of your suit rental needs. I only gave them 4 stars in responsiveness because there were a couple of times that they either forgot or recorded payment of a suit on another order; they did correct each issue as soon as it was pointed out.

From start to finish, Jennifer and the Ladies of Facchianos did an amazing job helping me pick THE Dress. They listened to what I wanted and did everything in their power to make it happen! So much effort put into making your day perfect is priceless. We also opted to pay for the Delivery service and let me tell you, it's worth every penny! I would not send my friends anywhere else!
