Dream Honeymoon!!

We appreciate Scott a bunch for planning our honeymoon for us! It’s always been a dream to go to Hawaii & it was the most amazing time. It was so helpful to not have an extra thing to plan on top of all the wedding planning we had to do! So it definitely took a load off of us and we would use EZTravel Pad again!!

SO Helpful

Scott and his team were extremely helpful in setting up our honeymoon. I was setting up our honeymoon while planning our wedding and his help was needed. He helped us narrow down locations and we were so happy with the choices. He is very knowledgeable and we couldn't have done it without him. His team helped with all the details you would not think of, (airport transportation etc.). We will be using him again!

French Polynesia Honeymoon

We worked with Scott Jones to plan our honeymoon to French Polynesia and are so happy we did. We booked our flights on our own but he took care of everything else. We moved around multiple islands and it was so nice to have all our transfers booked by Scott. It made our time so much more relaxing and enjoyable. We are so happy we didn’t try and plan this trip on our own on top of planning a wedding!

Go with Scott!

We worked with Scott Jones, and he was great! He was able to take our calls at almost any time we were available to talk. He would stay on the phone with us extensively to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable with our decisions. Scott is extremely knowledgable in regard to the various Sandals resorts. (We chose Sandals prior to talking with Scott.) He forwarded us discount opportunities for our stay and provided us with insight, so we knew what to expect when we arrived to another country for the first time. Highly recommend!

Scott was great!

Scott went out of his way to speak with my wife and I about several options. He helped narrow down what we wanted and set clear expectations about the different resorts and their atmospheres. He was easy to get a hold of and very helpful! His help and selections allowed my bride and I to focus solely on relaxing and enjoying our vacation!

EZ TravelPad and Scott Jones were great. We went to St. Lucia for our honeymoon and he took care of booking everything! Even when our flight got changed last minute and we were going to have a layover overnight, he made reservations for us at a hotel right next to the airport and switched our flights for us. Great communication and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Kate was absolutely amazing! She was very personable, efficient, and professional. Every time we had a traveling issue (flight changes/cancellations, travel authorizations/procedures, transportation, etc.), she promptly coordinated it. Any time I had a question for her, she answered it and even provided additional information! I had full confidence in trusting Kate with our travel plans the entire time! She made our honeymoon easy and stress free!! We will definitely keep her in mind for our next big trip!

Perfect Mini-moon Planned by Scott!

Scott was so helpful during the pandemic and trying to help us plan a honeymoon! We had previously had so many issues and trips cancelled but he provided so many options for us to navigate in the way we felt most comfortable. He planned us a perfect mini-moon to Mexico and we're looking forward to planning our full honeymoon with him in a few months!

Kate made our honeymoon dreams come true!

We worked with Kate to help us plan our honeymoon and I am so glad we did :) I love to plan things, but while planning a wedding I needed some help and that is when Kate came in. She was amazing! We did the Florida Keys and absolutely loved it! We had some ideas as to where we wanted to go and stay, but Kate was so helpful in helping us finalize our plans as well as book some excursions and dinner options! She was so organized and I am so happy we ended up using a travel agency which I had not done previously - it is completely worth it and made the trip so smooth and stress free so thank you!

Wonderful vacations!

We have booked two trips using EZTravelPad and have worked with Kate each time. Each one of our vacations was perfect. We went to the Dominican Republic and then Cabo for our honeymoon. Each trip she had every planned for us and all we had to do was show up! From the recommendations on which resorts to having the exchanges (to and from the airports) everything was great! I would highly recommend working with Kate for your next vacation!!

Amazing Honeymoon All Thanks to Kate Owen

Kate Owen with EZTravelPad is phenomenal! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to go on a vacation! My husband and I were struggling in planning our honeymoon on our own. We contacted Kate and she was with us every single step of the way. All Kate asked was what we wanted and what our budget was. Kate delivered that and much more! She was amazing! Fantastic!

I’m so happy I worked with Scott for our honeymoon. I originally wanted to plan it myself but started getting overwhelmed by my options. A few quick emails back and forth with Scott and he sent me a few options that were within our budget that were exactly what I was looking for. Our trip to Excellence El Carmen in Punta Cana was AMAZING! It was all so simple - from booking the trip, receiving travel documents a few weeks before the trip, and getting tips/info on where to go once we land, who to talk to, etc. Made the whole trip so stress free and relaxing which is exactly what we wanted after the wedding. All communications were done via email which was also very helpful for my busy schedule.

We will definitely use their services again to book future trips. Thank you, Scott!!

Perfect Jamaican Honeymoon

Kate was so professional and helpful from the beginning. She adjusted her options for us based on our requests and found us the PERFECT place in Jamaica to go for our honeymoon! It was stress free because of the work she put into it and we are so thankful. We were even on the phone with her when we had a flight delay on a Saturday afternoon and she was already talking to the airline just in case we missed our flight. Kate did an amazing job!!

Excellent Service

Highly recommend! Neither my husband nor I had used a travel agent before our wedding and wish we found EZ Travel Pad sooner. We originally wanted to go to Greece for our honeymoon and after speaking to a few other agents who were eager to book our flight to Greece, Scott told us that it would be chilly that time of year and gave us a few other recommendations. Needless to say we went with him! Scott and the team were responsive, friendly, and got us a few nice perks too. :)

Scott and his team were so helpful. We planned our honeymoon to Sandals South Coast in Jamaica, and it was my first time out of the United States. He helped me pick which Sandals resort and made the process very easy for me. With all of the wedding planning, it was such a relief to have someone to guide me. We had the best honeymoon and I couldn’t have done it with them. I would highly recommend EZTravelPad and will use them everytime I travel.

EZTravelPad was GREAT!! They were responsive to all of our questions and remained flexible/patient with us as we were picking out our honeymoon destination. They provided us with a lot of different options that were within our designated price range, which was great. Our agent, Kara, worked with me to surprise my wife for our honeymoon. She reached out to the resort before our arrival to ensure that everything was ready. We ran into issues with a few of our excursions, which our agent through EZTravelPad helped resolve. This was great as we didn't have to worry about the stress of it all. Overall, we had a great experience with EZTravelPad and would highly recommend to friends.

We worked with Kate Owen for planning our destination wedding to Hawaii. She was helpful in every possible way and went above and beyond for us. She helped us plan our flight itinerary for my wife and I, as well as our guests. Turtle Bay was a great recommendation that we did not initially consider without her help. She even helped put us in contact with the wedding planning staff at Turtle Bay to get the venue and dates reserved. Kate also helped us with our rental car. I highly recommend Kate and EZTravelPad for your destination wedding.

We worked with Scott to plan our honeymoon to Punta Cana in the Dominican. He was very professional, quick to respond, and easy to work with. Working with Scott to plan our honeymoon was one of the best decisions we could have made. His knowledge of all-inclusive Caribbean locations allowed us to decided on the perfect location that fit all of our wish list (and budget!). We truly appreciated the variety of vacation options and price points he provided, quick responses to our questions, detailed itinerary, and the help planning transfers ahead of time - all gave us great peace of mind in what could have been a stressful process. In addition, the excursions he suggested (which we likely would not have done on our own) truly made the trip even more memorable. We plan to work with Scott for future vacations and highly recommend that you do so to!

Scott Jones was amazing to work with in planning our honeymoon! Initially I had researched places on my own and became overwhelmed and decided to look for Scott's business card (he had been a previous customer of mine). I sent him an email and he basically did the rest for me. My now husband and I met with him to discuss what we both wanted out of our vacation and so Scott could get a feel of who we are and what we enjoyed. He sent us several options and was quick to answer any questions we had. Once we decided the whole process was smooth and eliminated ANY stress we could have had (we already had enough of that with wedding planning!) . We chose El Dorado Maroma in Mexico and it was amazing. So much so that we are planning on returning for our one year anniversary with Scott's help of course! It was the best decision I made to Use Ez TravelPad and will use and refer them (already have!) to friends and family. Excellent experience. Thank you Scott!

Our honeymoon was so smooth and every detail was taken care of! Every single preference we had was considered and we ended up on the honeymoon of our dreams. We could have never found such an amazing place and taken care of the logistics to get there without the personal attention and care from EZ Travel Pad! My wife and I had a wonderful experience using EZTravelPad with Scott's help. We tasked him with a 'tough' schedule of wanting to visit multiple European destinations in a short amount of time (~11-12 days). We flew into Athens, then Santorini, then Positano in the Almafi Coast and finished in Paris. Words will never describe the experiences we had but I know we went through the right team to help us plan the perfect honeymoon. You can rest easy having Scott lead the way for the planning as it was flawless!

My husband and I were extremely thankful we found EZTravelPad! We met with Scott in person and were able to hear first-hand the pros and cons of different places based on what we were looking for on our honeymoon. It was so nice to speak with someone who'd stayed at these places rather than just going by stock photos on a website. We ended up going to Sandals Regency La Toc in St. Lucia and we cannot stop talking about it! It was beyond amazing! Scott was in touch with us all the way with even with minor changes regarding our flight. It relieved a ton of stress being able to entrust someone else to take care of all the tedious details of booking flights etc. We definitely plan on going through Scott in the future and recommending him to anyone looking to travel!

Scott was a pleasure to work with! Although we were quite far from the office and never got to make a visit to meet in person, he came highly recommended from another couple whose honeymoon he had planned. We were able to carry out everything remotely, mostly via email, and that made the process run so smoothly. We had talked to another travel agent initially, before the recommendation, but did not feel comfortable with the deals they were offering or their pushy tactics. We made a lot of demands of Scott in the beginning to finagle things in just exactly the way we wanted in order to get the best deal and he came through! He did not push his personal agenda on us or try to put on the hard sell for anything we weren't interested in. He worked very hard, thought outside the box, and was excellent at communicating with us everything that we wanted/needed to know throughout the process. On the return trip, we had a few unforeseen issues with flight delays and Scott was easy to reach and helped us to sort things out. Our honeymoon was absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend, with confidence, working with Scott and EZ Travel Pad for any of your travel needs!

Working in the hospitality industry and planning a wedding..the last thing I wanted to worry about doing was planning a RELAXING honeymoon for ourselves. Scott took care of this for us! I literally had no worry about the honeymoon portion because he answered all our questions and made sure everything was set for us to have a nice relaxing getaway after our wedding day! Scott is awesome!!! We used Scott for out delayed honeymoon and he went out of his way to get us all the benefits of bring on our honeymoon 6 months later. He got us every perk and helped us get the best prices. Now a year later he booked our next vacation helping us find a charter flight that saved us a lot of money. Working with Scott at EZTRAVEL Pad was definitely the right choice for us, while looking at honeymoon options. My wife and I were not only planning our wedding, we actually purchased our first house a few months prior to our wedding date. We actually at first thought about just taking a road trip and hitting a few destinations along the way. However, with how busy our year was, who really wants to get up every morning, worry about a check out time, and load up the car and go to the next spot while on a honeymoon?

We actually found EZTRAVEL through our tuxedo rental place. My first conversation with Scott was great. Listened to what we wanted to do, where we wanted to go, and what our price range was, and offered great advice. He then gave us probably six or eight different resorts to go to in Mexico, and had great information about each resort from clients that have been there previously. Once we found the one we wanted, Scott took care everything for us. Flights, bookings at the resorts, excursion options that were available to us, and travel to and from the resort once we landed.

In a time that was hectic for us with wedding planning, and final choices for that, while also trying to organize our new house, it was great to have someone with a great deal of experience, take responsibility of our trip, book everything for us, and not have to worry about it at all. We can't wait to work with Scott again for our next trip!

Scott was so fantastic to work with! When trying to choose a honeymoon location, my husband and I sat down with Scott for more than an hour and he let us pick his brain on the perfect place. Once we got there we had a wonderful time. Scott certainly pointed us in the right direction. What we were most impressed by was his this prompt response when we had to make a last-minute honeymoon change due to a hurricane. In just a few hours Scott had set us up with a new honeymoon plan (new room, date and flight without spending any more money!) I have and will continue to refer EZTravelPad to anyone looking to book a vacation.

If you know nothing (or very little) about where or when to vacation especially out of the country; then look no further! We worked with Scott Jones and he was absolutely wonderful! We booked our honeymoon through them and it couldn't have been any easier. Scott is very responsive and accommodating. We both work different hours and he did everything right through email. He asked all of the right questions and knew exactly what we were looking for in our honeymoon. I highly recommend him and EZTravelPad services! We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Scott was so great and easy to work with! We were nervous about booking our honeymoon in the Caribbean during hurricane season with an online site and I'm so glad we used EZ Travel Pad. Hurricane Matthew was going to hit our destination the day we were supposed to arrive and he helped us move our trip with ease. He even went the extra mile giving us other options so we could still leave the day we planned. My husband and I wanted to go to Hawaii for our honeymoon and we wanted to visit a few different islands while we were there. We started to plan our trip and quickly realized that there was A LOT to consider when booking a trip like that - a lot that we did not know. I have traveled quite a bit in my life and I have always booked my own travel arrangements, I have never booked through a travel agent. I decided we needed some input and assistance with booking the trip so I contacted Scott Jones at EZ TravelPad and I am so glad I did! I told him exactly what we had in mind and explained I quickly became overwhelmed when I started to plan it on my own. Scott was extremely responsive and he took the time to really listen to me and asked me a lot of questions so he knew what would work for us. We spent 12 nights in Hawaii and split the time between Maui, Kauai and Oahu. Everything about our trip was absolutely amazing, Scott and his team did not miss a beat. Our flights, rental cars, hotel accommodations, shuttle services, etc. were all taken care of, we seriously did not have to worry about one thing as far as travel planning goes. Scott made suggestions based on our likes and needs, but was never pushy whatsoever. He suggested several excursions we could do on the islands and he made sure they were all within our budget. We did the Road to Hana tour in Maui, went snorkeling, went to an awesome luau and a few other things - Scott booked it all for us well in advance and made sure we had all information that we needed as far as where to go, who to call to be picked up for tours, etc. I also would like to add that Scott was extremely patient with me when I asked him to reprice our trip with different options about 10 different times before actually booking it. :) If you are looking for someone to help you book your travel, do yourself a favor and contact Scott Jones. I promise you will thank yourself later.

When we started hunting for places to stay in Aruba, we were beyond over our heads and overwhelmed. I contacted Scott on a whim after finding his card at a wedding bridal show. It was the BEST decision I ever made. Scott made arranging the honeymoon extremely easy and met all our accommodations. We are looking to book another trip for next year and will definitely be using Scott's services!

I am fairly well traveled and had never worked with a travel agent before so I thought I could handle making all the arrangements for our honeymoon. However, I found EZTravelPad at a wedding show and thought I would give it a try. I am so glad that I did. Scott was great to work with. He talked us through different pros and cons of different all inclusive resorts and it really helped us pick one that fit both our tastes and budget. We ended up having a fantastic honeymoon at Excellence Rivera Cancun. Scott was also super responsive in addressing any questions or concerns I had both before and after the booking process. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend EZTravelPad to anyone else planning their honeymoon.

Scott was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of planning our honeymoon. Based on our wants, he was able to recommend the prefect place for us to relax and enjoy our time together. He is very honest with his recommendations as he has been to many of the resorts himself. If we had any questions, he was very responsive and quick to return any emails or phone calls. I would recommend him to others and would use him again in the future with other travel needs.

Scott at EZTravelPad made planning our honeymoon such a breeze.
He listened to what we were interested in, and our likes, and suggested a few different places that matched.
He look time to speak with us about each location that we had narrowed it down to.

I would like to take the time to tell you how amazing our experience has been with EZTravelPad. We contacted several travel agents to book our honeymoon, and he(Scott Jones) was in constant contact with us, every step of the way. He responded quickly and got back to us right away on all of our questions. He made everything really easy, we didn't have to do anything except provide our travel information.

EZTravelPad's assistance in planning our honeymoon was very helpful to us. The best thing about Scott's services was the reassurement he provided for each of our decisions. Since neither of us had been on a trip like this before, it was great to have someone that booked the trip for us through a reliable company, worked hard to get us what we wanted, and willingly answered all our questions. He was extremely friendly and patient and booked us the PERFECT honeymoon in Mexico. We definitely plan to use him again next time we plan a trip!

My husband and I wanted a complete DIY wedding that was unique. We even tried to incorporate this into our honeymoon planning, which we quickly realized was a daunting undertaking. We didn't know what resorts were reputable, which services we could trust, etc. When we met Scott at a bridal showcase we decided if we were going to leave one thing to the experts, our honeymoon was it. We immediately booked a consultation. Scott met us at Starbucks the next week and went over ALL of our options with us. He even drew a picture of Jamaica and explained what each city had to offer (did we want white sand, did vendors on the beach bother us, did we like to snorkel, etc.) We told him our budget and he sent us only those resorts that qualified. This was a such a change from other vendors who always tried to sell us the next best thing, that was only a 'little bit' more expensive. Anyway, once we decided where we wanted to go (Sandals in Ocho Rios - beautiful!!) Scott booked it all for us and sent us all the information. He even emailed us when our flight time changed by 15 minutes. Once we got to Jamaica everything went flawlessly and not only were our expectations met but we were so surprised by everything it offered. My husband and I have already recommended Scott to both friends and family and the one couple that worked with him already had only positive things to say. We will continue to recommend Scott in the future and even plan to use him for our next trip!

We used the service for our honeymoon, and he was so quick with responding with what you wanted to have for your vacation and would find the perfect vacation with your wants in the right price range. This helped me out a ton; took tons of stress off of us. The place he recommended was awesome and we had a good time. We have never been out of country before and would never be able to find the flights or the resort for the price he got us!

Scott from EZ TravelPad did a fantastic job on our honeymoon! We were a little aprehensive about booking our honeymoon through a travel agent but once we met with Scott, we knew we were making the right choice. He met with us as much as we needed and was always available to chat or email with answers to all of our questions. He listens to your desires for a dream honeymoon and helps make that vacation a reality. Our honeymoon was perfect and all that we had hoped for! We even ran into an issue with not being able to make it to one of our pre-planned excursions and Scott helped us receive our refund! I would highly recommend him to book your honeymoon or any vacation you are planning. We will definitely be using his services again in the future!

We met with Scott so he could get a better sense of us as a couple and gauge the kinds of places that would best suit us. After offering several different resorts in various price ranges, we chose to stay at Excellence Resort Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. Scott was very easy to work with, and his recommendation was right on. We had a wonderful time and felt the whole experience was positive.

Scott made our honeymoon the BEST vacation we have ever taken. He was so helpful with everthing from choosing our resort to where we wanted to go. He gave us honest feedback about places and we couldn't of had a better experience!!! If you are planning on taking a honeymoon I highly recommend going through Scott. First off I can't say enough about how helpful Scott was in guiding us in our selection for our Honeymoon. He made everything so easy, he was extremely knowledgeable about which room too book & where to stay to get the best experience at the resort. It was nice to be able to trust someone else to take care of the reservation & flights when you are so overwhelmed with all the wedding planning. Mr. Scott Jones was so very helpful! This was my very first time traveling ever, and my husbands first time traveling out of the country, and Scott did everything he needed to make us comfortable with it! I've worked with two other travel companies in the past and EZTravelpad is by far the best company I've ever worked with. Scott is so knowledgeable and accomodating. He made great suggestions and was extremely patient with my indecisiveness as my wedding planning caused quite the decision making burn-out! We were extremely happy with our honeymoon and all the suggestions and arrangements Scott made for us. Scott was also available the entire time before, during, and after the honeymoon. We has a slight problem with our resort during our stay and Scott was on the phone with the resort taking care of it right away after just a quick email. I have reccommended EZTravelpad to several of my friends and highly suggest them to anyone wanting honest guidance, knowledgeable suggestions, and peace of mind from a reputable (and FREE) travel agent. EZTravelpad is my only travel agent from now on!

Scott took our ideas and put together a list full of options. Once we selected our favorite, he worked to put that package together and would send additional emails full of activities that we could do when we were there. Scott was so helpful and very knowledgeable! He did great helping us choose the perfect place to go for our honeymoon and I think we hit the nail on the head. It was nice to know we had him to call for questions or help. He came to our rescue while we were in Mexico and having credit card trouble. Booking through Scott was much simpler than booking online by ourselves. I know we wouldn't have been able to get as good as flights or deals. I'd recommend to EZTravel Pad anyone looking to travel.

Working with Scott and EZTravelPad made planning our honeymoon stressfree! He was very accomodating and met with me to answer all my questions and make very helpful suggestions when we were trying to chose a location. Scott was a great help to us while planning our honeymoon since we did not have a lot of extra time to look into every possible detail! It ended up being so nice and easy! Make sure you ask questions about everything that you would find important on your vacation- rooms, food, entertainment, etc.

Using a travel agent is so much easier when booking a large trip like a Honeymoon. We paid the money and everything was taken care of. All we had to do was pack our bags. I emailed Scott so many times and he always responded in a timely manner.

One of the best decisions I made during wedding planning was working with a travel agent to plan our honeymoon! It helped relieve me of some of the burden of decision making and left that to the specialists. They have resources that I didn't even know were available!
