So I was a bride with not much knowledge of weddings when going into my planning. All I knew is that I was looking for a caterer that could do my food and bar and I accidentally stumbled upon the BEST vendor.
Throughout the entire planning process, Ellie and her team were so accommodating and flexible to really help us get the wedding that we were envisioning. My venue was kinda tough since it didn't allow glass or any kind of fire for food prep, but EZ Catering was able to make it all work and from my point of view, it went off without a hitch.
When I left to go to the church, my reception hall was very much not finished being set up, but Ellie and her team went above and beyond and everything turned out great. The passed food was great, the grazing table was great, and the bar was great.
I love love LOVE the service I got and I highly recommend EZ Catering, it felt like family was taking care of me with how much they genuinely care about their clients. 100/10 -

Amazing Food and Flavor!
Ellie and her team were top notch! I couldn’t have asked for better staff and food! We had a tasting about 2 months out. Food was delicious! But the food for the actual wedding was even better! The seared tenderloin is the best I have ever had and all the guests raved about the catfish as well. So much flavor in the dishes. Ellie and her team were part of the family they danced with us and felt like we had known them forever! Each one of her staff were courteous and helpful! They delivered and more!!! Would recommend for any wedding or occasion! -

My spouse and I had an incredible experience with EZ Events & Catering. We found the catering option first and it was a no-brainer with the packages they offer. We were so pleased with how our Cajun Brunch menu turned out! Further, when we hired Ellie to be our Day-Of Coordinator, it was the best decision we made. Having someone so connected to our entire planning process was so helpful for multiple reasons. My wife and I are not LA natives and currently reside in Philadelphia, PA. Therefore, when COVID hit in March, Ellie really stepped up to help us through the various New Orleans questions as we were not able to make it to New Orleans prior to the wedding. Ellie also guided us through the tough decisions we had to make keeping our original date for our wedding in August. We would recommend EZ Events & Catering to anyone as the team felt more like family than business partners. If you want someone by your side from start to finish, Ellie Zarraga-Mullins is your only option. -

Ellie and her team at Events Catering made my dream wedding a reality. From the first call, it was clear to me that Ellie s a skilled professional that genuinely cares about her clients. I set out to have a wedding with not only great food, but food that everyone - no matter their dietary restriction - could enjoy. Ellie blew me away with a perfectly balanced menu that checked all of the boxes. She came to the table with creative ways to tie together various dishes and cuisines, even including drink ideas to round out the experience. Guests raved about the food, insisting it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. To give credit where it is deserved, not only was the food excellent, but the presentation was beautiful. From the cutest tacos to noodles in classic (& classy) take-out containers, each bite of food was a 10/10. On top of all of Ellie’s help with the menu, she also offers a day of coordination service that serves as the icing on the cake. Our day of coordinator helped create a logical flowing timeline, offered creative solutions to all questions, and had seemingly infinite tricks up her sleeve for even the littlest snags on the day of the wedding. Ellie has built a great team - from herself to her managers and her catering staff - that are all warm and incredibly helpful people. I will be looking out for any opportunity to use & recommend Events Catering for any future event. -

My husband and I contracted with ez events catering to cater our wedding this past October 19, 2024. This was inarguably the best decision we could've made. From the very start, they were communicative and great about answering our questions. Ellie, our primary contact, was in touch with us frequently to help us navigate everything from creating a timeline for the day to creating a floor plan for the tables and everything in between. The real show stopper beyond the incredible customer service was the food. I felt very strongly that we needed the food served at our wedding to be excellent, and Ellie and the the team at ez events catering exceeded that expectation. The hors d'oeuvres and charcuterie display were phenomenal, the main courses were delicious, and the dessert shooters were also excellent, in addition to being a fun way to supplement the traditional wedding cake. They were also able to accommodate food allergies and dietary preferences with ease. Everyone at easy events catering was kind and lovely to work with. We absolutely cannot recommend them-- or the Primavera ravioli-- enough!!
