Stunning Looks

Refeyeance as a company was great to work with as they were very communicative and put together the hair and makeup schedule for me so that it was easy to plug in the names of my bridal party. We had 9 bridesmaids, two mothers, and myself (the bride) and everyone was able to get their hair and makeup done before an early Catholic mass. The artists were so supportive, dependable, and made all the girls look stunning.

The girls at REFeyeANCE are truly amazing. They are very professional and kind. The whole communication and planning process was a breeze. My artists took care of all my bridesmaids and I and we couldn’t be happier. They did my bridal hair and makeup and I have never felt more beautiful in my life.

Stunning Results

I am happy that I went with REFeyeANCE Makeup with my wedding day makeup. They were very organized. My makeup & hair team arrived on time on the wedding day and did an exceptional job. Highly recommended as our hair and makeup looked great all day. It rained that day and my hair still held the curl.

I used REFEYANCE to do make-up and hair for my wedding in the greater Washington, DC area, which included myself (the bride), 6 bridesmaids, my mother, and my mother-in-law. We had three stylists come in to do all that work the morning/afternoon of the wedding. One stylist was dedicated to just doing hair, one to make-up, and the third did a little of both. All of them did a great job and everyone left feeling so pleased with how they looked! I did a trial with my stylist, Morelia, before the wedding and she was great to work with!

Ramona and Nikki were Incredible!

I am so happy I chose Refeyeance for both mine and my wedding party's beauty needs. The booking and planning process was super smooth and we were paired with the best artists! Ramona is so talented, she made me look amazing for my big day and I am so happy I got her. I not only looked great but my hair and makeup lasted all night! Nikki also did my wedding party's makeup and she was awesome. We all looked our best that day thanks to Ramona and Nikki!

Amazing Work!

I chose REFeyeANCE due to their high ratings on the Knot, and I am so glad I chose them! Noelle took the time to talk to me on the phone one evening for close to 30 minutes to answer my questions before I was ready to book with them. Noelle and Ramona also answered my many emails both before and after I booked with them. My trial run with Ramona went very well. She did a great job of doing my hair and makeup based on the photos that I showed her. She also was kind and professional. On the day of my wedding, Ramona, Jacqueline and Lauren were punctual, acted professionally and did an AMAZING job on everyone's hair and makeup! I had 11 women get their hair and/or makeup done by these three artists, and everyone was very happy with how their services turned out. I am so grateful that Ramona, Jacqueline and Lauren helped my bridal party and me feel confident and beautiful on my wedding day!

Noelle and Ramona were so sweet!

Noelle did my makeup and she did an amazing job. We had a wonderful time talking and makeup aside, she is just a genuinely sweet, amazing person. She listened to exactly what I wanted and was extremely patient with the moms who didn't usually wear makeup. I looked gorgeous, nothing was overly done up or too dark, and it lasted all day easily! Through tears, hugs, eating, and wine haha as for Hair I had a friend of mine do my hair as a wedding present, but everyone else's hair that was done by Ramona held up beautifully and she was patient and listened to what they wanted.

REFeyeANCE Makeup & Hair appears to match brides and their parties up with makeup artists. For my small Covid wedding, we had Ramona (@romanadau, www.ramonad.com) and highly recommend her. She professionally did both my hair and makeup and my mom and aunt's. I gave her a general idea of what I was thinking (which she did flawlessly), but my mother/aunt let her have free range - and they loved it!

Entire wedding party looked gorgeous

We worked with Pinina and Aija and they were both fantastic. The entire wedding party looked so beautiful. Scheduling was super responsive and very accommodating.

Book with this company today!! I have been helping to plan and execute weddings for a long time, I have even done hair and makeup for some! I was not super stressed about much but my hair and makeup was something I was VERY stressed about! So going into my trial I am a bit trepidatious then I met Carter. The trial went amazing and the wedding day was even better! All my bridesmaids were beyond pleased with their hair and makeup and the compliments I keep getting on how incredible my hair was continue to flow in! Thank you for calming me down and helping me have a wonderful wedding day!

Such a joy!

I used the REFeyeANCE artists, Joi and Mira based out of CT. Joi was the makeup artist for myself (bride) and along with some bridesmaids. From the first time I met Joi back in March for my trial, she was such a breath of fresh air. I’m sure a lot of us can agree that having someone else be in charge of your makeup can be a little worrying, especially for your wedding day. Joi followed all of my likes and dislikes like a professional and made this experience relaxing and beautiful. Her personality is super fun as she was able to chat all day in a room full of girls while maintaining her professional talent. I’d mostly love to give her credit for having the patience with my husband’s grandmother as she was a little difficult! On that note, I was a little concerned about my eyebrows since I never do them. Joi instantly adjusted then to my liking. The other artist, Mira did a fantastic job on the other BM’s, as everyone looked beautiful that day. Very happy with choosing this company for my wedding makeup and extremely grateful for the two women who played a huge role that day. :-)

Erin and Jenna were OUTSTANDING! I enjoyed every minute I spent with them, as did my bridesmaids and mother! Erin did my trial, and we felt like we made a new friend when she left! She was so kind and understanding with my requests and so incredibly patient! They worked quickly and efficiently, and even stuck around a bit longer to make sure we didn't need touch ups. Everyone was thrilled with the end result, and we all had so many compliments! Working with Eye Do was a positive experience!

Excellent stylist and make up artists. The bridesmaids, MOB, and bride were so pleased with their work. They were great with communication about what was needed/wanted and the price. Outstanding artists that not only made the wedding party look fabulous, but made us all feel so special and comfortable.
Some of the bridal party are not heavy make up wearers, and these ladies were patient, kind and made great suggestions. We all felt like a million bucks! Thank you for making EVERYONE feel special on the day of my daughter's wedding.

Christiana did my hair/makeup trial and day of, as well a few bridesmaids. Amy did bridesmaids and my mom. Everyone looked gorgeous and my hair/makeup was exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend!!

I highly recommend using Eye Do Makeup & Hair for hair and makeup on your Wedding Day! They provide hair and makeup services and will travel you, making for a stress-free getting ready experience! They will work with you and your bridal party to create custom hair and makeup looks for each person. I had hair and makeup done for myself, 5 bridesmaids and my mom. Everyone looked beautiful and was ready on time! Pinina and Ralphann were amazing! Both ladies did a wonderful job with makeup application and hair styling, both up do’s and down do’s. All of the makeup application included airbrush and eyelashes for each of us. I highly recommend this company and if you can get Pinina and/or Ralphann for your big day, do it!!

I booked Eye Do for my 9/9 wedding, but unfortunately Irma forced some alternate plans. Eye Do checked in with me on a regular basis to touch base on the approaching storm and alternate plans. When our wedding was officially cancelled, we decided to hold a quick, mini ceremony at the hotel with our family in town. Eye Do arrived in a matter of minutes to do my hair and makeup and help me feel beautiful, helping to turn around a disappointing situation. Thank you so much! I had a trial of hair and make up done first with Pinina and immediately I could sense what a kind person she was; easy to talk to, funny and sweet. On the day of the wedding, I made some changes and she listened and was completely accommodating. AMAZING. I went to 2 vendors before settling on this one. The thing eye do does well is COPY. Show them a photo of a makeup style you like, and they are able to replicate it very well. I can't say the same for many other trials I did with other vendors. That's when I realized replicating a look from a photo is a skill. They were able to create exactly the look I wanted, which is more popular in Korea -- fresh faced and natural, but not so natural it looked like I had nothing on. Corianne was patient with me, and fixed everything until I was satisfied with my look. Leslee also did a great job with the bridesmaids. Makeup & hair stayed until the end of the night. Got many compliments, and I felt beautiful. Thank you.

We had the pleasure of working with Ashley yesterday! She is very professional, personable, and clearly enjoys the artistry of makeup. She did 7 applications (bride, mothers of bride and groom, and some of the bridesmaids), and everyone was happy with how their makeup looked. She stayed on schedule right down to the minute, so we never had to worry about not being ready on time. She is a very sweet person and we really enjoyed having her with us for our morning of getting ready. I would highly recommend booking Eye Do for your wedding!

Our experience was very positive. The team was experienced, professional, had all products and equipment necessary to take care of the hair and makeup of my whole party and our parents (10 people). Scheduling was easy and they budgeted enough time to take care of everyone without rushing. Michaela did the hair and makeup for the bride and I was so happy. She was professional, creative, patient, skilled, and intuitive. I even had another upcoming bride ask me for their contact info. Pricing was very competitive too.

I cannot say enough about Ralphann my makeup/hair stylist. She hit traffic on the way to the venue but let me know right away. She arrived on time despite the traffic. She worked alone but kept a schedule and did amazing work. I cannot thank her enough for all the attention to detail, professionalism, and her personality. My entire bridal party loved her and the amazing styles she brought to the wedding. I highly recommend the services offered.

I highly recommend Eye Do to any bride looking for exceptional makeup and hair services in Cleveland Ohio. Rachel did my makeup and Brittney did my hair. They did such an amazing job. The ladies were punctual, professional, accommodating, positive and truly talented! they stayed with me to help me get dressed and do touch ups for me and my bridesmaids. It was important to me that I not have stylists who dash out as soon as they're done to head to the next wedding! I work in the cosmetic industry and I know that some artists/companies double book. Its quality, attention and care that brides need, not some franchised business that is looking to pile weddings into their calendars on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. You will get phenomenal service with Eye Do. These artists know what they're doing and really pour pride and passion into their art.

I cannot recommend this company enough! We had such an incredible experience with them! I would highly recommend them to anyone! All of our artists did an excellent job and we got so many compliments. I got married at a popular venue and all of the employees commented that it was the best make up and hair they had ever seen! Everything was really great from the responsiveness of Ashley to the quality of the stylists. So thankful for them making everything perfect!

I really wanted an on-site hair and makeup stylist at our hotel for my wedding so we wouldn't feel rushed to travel to and from a salon, or make it on time for appointments. Ashley from the North branch coordinated everything for me as well as answering my million questions! She always responded in a professional time frame and did a fantastic job of coordinating a good flow for everyone's time slots on the day of the wedding. Brittney did my hair and makeup as well as the mothers and my aunt. She was amazing! She was so awesome to work with from the trial to wedding day. She even went the extra mile and texted me with some good lipstick recommendations for choosing a lip color I would love. Brittney was helpful in creating my vision for my hair style and my makeup was just perfect - and stayed on ALL day and night without a budge. My mom chose to have her makeup done as well and she looked gorgeous! Marina did all of the bridesmaid's hair and they all looked fantastic and were happy with their hairstyles. I'm so glad that I was able to have these women to make our group look stunning!

First I have to say that the person they sent me(Meredith) was absolutely amazing!!! I actually sent a review already, but wanted to be sure that this was sent, because this place deserves a great review! Meredith was prompt and on time and made sure she done a great job on my mother in law and my sister in law, before she even started with me! She made us feel and look amazing and this isn't even the reason I am so compelled to write this review! Not only was she on time and definitely talented, but she was also sweet, considerate, and just a great person! I had some major issues with my current photographer who was supposed to be there for us getting ready and never showed(wasn't going to until I was basically finished) and so had to rush and get a back up. We didn't get photos of my mother in law or sister in law, but we did at least get some of me seeing as Meredith made sure to take her time and go slow waiting for the back up to arrive. She knew it was an important part to any wedding photography and wanted to be sure I at least got some of the photos. You could tell she was caring and wanted all to go smoothly. While I was panicked and getting worried, she tried her best to calm me down and make me feel better. She was amazing and if you want to look and feel as amazing then you will definitely pick this agency to help you. They really do pick some amazing people and I will recommend this to anyone who has a wedding!!!!

We had Ashley and Abby do our hair and makeup and we couldn't be happier. I wanted a company that would travel to the venue, and having them there helped alleviate a lot of stress. The bridal party and mothers absolutely loved their hair and makeup and everyone looked fabulous! Ashley did my both my hair and makeup and did a fantastic job. She was easy to talk to and helped me figure out a look that would go best with my dress and the colors of the wedding. I had complete faith in her expertise and totally trusted her opinion. I am not sure five stars is enough for this vendor, I would love to give them 100 stars. First, Ashley their coordinator who handles all of the details and communication, she is a beautiful and kind person, so easy to deal with, and very helpful.
And Chey, who was our hair and make-up person the day of the wedding, well, Chey is a miracle worker and a true artist. My daughter was in a car accident two days before her wedding, she had two bruises on her face, her neck and chest were bruised from the seat belt and her arms were pretty banged up from the accident.
Chey made her look gorgeous, you would not have known about the marks if you did not know. I called her less than two days before the event and she made sure she had what she needed to make everything ok.
Outside of the work she did on my daughter, she was overall fantastic, she spent most of the day carefully attending to each person and made sure everyone was happy and cared for before leaving.
I HIGHLY recommend EYE DO.

My make up, along with my bridesmaids and both sets of mom's make up was outstanding! Ashley and Christina did our hair and make up all within the time they were suppose too and every single one of us were very happy with both! I had so many compliments! Ashley Walker did my make up application as well as my bridesmaids and mom for my wedding and everyone looked absolutely gorgeous! I had a wonderful experience with Eye Do Makeup & Hair! They were extremely easy to work with from the very beginning. Their coordinator, Crystal, was prompt in answering any questions I had and worked with me to come up with a wedding day schedule that fit my timeline. The artist I worked with for bridal hair and makeup was Ashley and she did an amazing job! At the dry run, she was able to convert my ideas and vision into a beautiful reality! The day of the wedding, Ashley made me look better than I've ever looked! She, and the other artist who worked with my wedding party, PJ, arrived on time and were fun and professional. All of my bridesmaids looked amazing, as did my husband's mother and grandmother who also had their hair and makeup done. The best part of it all was that Eye Do Makeup & Hair will come to you. This was invaluable. It made my day stress-free, the way a wedding day should be! I would highly recommend them to anyone (especially brides) for hair and makeup services! And one more note - the airbrushing is amazing! It looks beautiful and feels like you aren't wearing any makeup!

Ashley and Paige did a wonderful job. I had 4 nieces there as well and they were excellent with the kids.

Paige J. was amazing at both my trial and on the wedding day. She made me feel very comfortable and she was very easy to work with. She is great at doing hair and all of my girls loved what she did. I made a fantastic choice by choosing Eye Do for my wedding makeup. Ashley was fantastic! We had 10 women getting makeup done and she stayed right on time! I was so impressed with her time management skills and her ability to still deliver absolutely beautiful results. All of the girls were so happy with their makeup including myself! Ashley was my make-up artist and she was amazing. She was more than a make-up artist on the day of the wedding and provided amazing support for me. She worked well with all my bridesmaids, very professional and flexible. She was also very friendly and had a lot of great ideas. My makeup specialist was great and so flexible and super helpful. She showed up early and was ready to go and was willing to work around everything we had going on and stayed passed her time to help finish my own makeup and my bridesmaids. She was very nice from the first meeting we met to when she came to do my final makeup. Cynthia was also very flexible and willing to work with me with any questions or requests I had. I will definitely recommend Eyedo to friends or family getting married in the future! They did an excellent job!

Wow is all I can say about the 3 ladies that came to do our hair and make up for the wedding. I had Ralphann and Keren come do the makeup and hair for my wedding. I had a lot of appointments to fit in and these two wonderful ladies worked together to get everyone done. All the girls were very pleased with their makeup and hair and it all stayed all day long! One of the ladies even had wine spilled over her head and her makeup continued to look flawless and didn't run. The artists were willing to work with each of us and were extremely friendly.

I also thoroughly enjoyed my trial and Ralphann worked with me when I changed my mind about my hairdo afterwards.

I highly recommend booking this company's service and doing it early may help you lock in better pricing!

Eye Do was amazing! I definitely recommend doing a trial beforehand, we really got to see what would work for the big day. It was less stressful that way as well, I knew what my hair and makeup were going to look like.
The artists came to my hotel room and finished all of the girls on time. They really worked with each of us individually to make sure that we had the hair and makeup that we really wanted! The artists were very knowledgeable and super nice. We all felt like they were really committed to getting the perfect looks for everyone. Each artist understood that everyone has different hair and skin, which was great because everyone got a style that fit them amazingly. Thank you Lanny and Vee!!
Eye Do is very professional and responsive. They answered all of my crazy bride questions quickly, usually on the same day. They were flexible when I had to make a last-minute change (one of my girls decided not to have her hair and makeup done the week of the wedding) and were happy to accommodate.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the services at Eye Do Makeup & Hair. I only used them for their hair service, as I had already booked a make-up artist when I found them for hair. Overall, they were very accommodating. I had a bridesmaid decide a few weeks prior that she wanted to get her hair done, and Eye Do was able to accommodate them and allotted us extra time with no issue. The only critique I had of the actual company was that they could have been a bit more punctual with emails. However, they always got back to me and went out of their way to make sure my needs were met.

One thing I do want to highlight is that eye do makeup and hair handles all of the organization and scheduling of your event. However, they contract all of their hair dressers and make-up artists, so you may have a different artist depending on where your wedding is located. My hairdressers name was Liz and if you go with Eye Do, I would ask for her if you are in the Cleveland area. She was superb! I wanted something more intricate done with my hair, as I wanted a side up do. She did an amazing job! It turned out beautifully and I was given so many compliments throughout the night on my hair. She also did an amazing job on all of my bridesmaids and my mom. She was very accommodating for my hair trial and the day of my wedding. I highly recommend her and will go back to her in the future if I ever need my hair done!

Wow. We were truly amazed with Christine's talent. She has a wonderful personality to match.
I'm a very laid back bride, and she helped me keep that.
My mother in law fell a few weeks prior to our wedding, and had really bad bruising on her face. I struggle to describe it accurately. Imagine forehead to chest bruising with swelling on one side of body. It was awful. Christine was able to do an incredible cover up. Mom was so very grateful, and took pictures with us, which she had planned on skipping because the bruising was so bad.
Most of my bridesmaids were not used to wearing makeup or doing much with their hair. Christine was wonderful about explaining exactly what she was doing, and kept it very natural looking for all of us. Curls never stay with myself or one of my girls, and they stayed basically all day! We tried 3 different looks for my lips before we found one that we liked. Christine was actually the one to say, nah, let's try one more. She even left me with the two lip gloss/stains that she used so that I would have them for touch ups throughout the evening. I've never had air brush makeup done before, wow is it impressive. It stuck through everything.
We added on an entire makeup and hair for a friend of mine, and Christine was happy to do it. It added a little more cost, but we had the time and I wanted to.
I truly had a wonderful experience. If I ever need to do anything with professional makeup and hair again, Christine is who I'll use.

Eye Do was absolutely amazing for my wedding. They are extremely responsive and easy to work with. With a wedding in July, I knew I wanted airbrush makeup and I am so glad I did. It looked great and lasted all day. Ashley was an absolute sweetheart and a pleasure to be around. It felt great to have someone so sweet be there the morning of my wedding and making me feel so comfortable.

She did a great job and I was extremely happy with how my hair and makeup turned out. I received many compliments and they both lasted all night. I absolutely would reccommend Eye Do to anyone!

We used Eye Do to coordinate our day of hair and makeup for the bride and bridesmaids. We wanted a vendor that came to the hotel where we were staying (reception vendor) and had enough people to do hair and makeup for a large group. We had 20 applications (including hair and makeup). We worked with Ashley, who is not local to Cleveland. She basically coordinated independent contractors who were local and we received their contact information the week before the weddings. Expect for the woman who did my makeup (Ramona, who I will also review separately) who I had a trial with prior to the wedding. Ashley was easy to reach and clarify what we needed via email. The value was reasonable ($65 for each application, payment in cash), except for mine which was double.
If you are looking for the same on site services for a large group your options are limited in the area, definitely reach out to Eye Do. The value is reasonable and the artists sent were all great!

Eye Do Makeup & Hair did an amazing job for my bridesmaids and I for my wedding!! This company was incredibly easy to work with, and it's so convenient that they could come to me to do the hair and makeup. Paula did an awesome job on my girls makeup and Tenille did great with their hair. For the most part, none of them really wear much makeup or do anything fancy with their hair so they gave Paula and Tenille very little guidance but they both did a nice job. I wanted everyone's hair to be in an updo with a braid which can be hard to make look different but Tenille did an great job of it and everyone was happy with their look. I had Tiffany working on my hair and makeup and she did a wonderful job, I loved everything about my hair and makeup. The trial with her was easy and went very well, and based on the trial she took note of what could have been fixed and made the day of style look amazing. I can tell she's a perfectionist and it showed in my hair. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing hair and makeup for their wedding.

Eye Do is a great service because the stylists come to you. So my bridesmaids and I were able to hang out at the hotel and not have to go anywhere. The makeup and hair stylists did a great job and I was happy with how we all looked!

We had a total of 5 girls (including me) and were provided with 2 artists. The girls were very nice and showed up when they were supposed to but took longer than expected. There were a few issues with the makeup and hair applications. I expressed my dissatisfaction and the owner of the company responded in less than 24 hours with an email and personal phone call. Though I was not completely satisfied the day of my wedding, having the owner reach out to me so quickly made me feel that my opinion really mattered as a costumer and she stated that they would be taking measures to correct any issues. This is definitely a company that wants to keep their brides happy.

I was conflicted on whether or not to write a review, but I figured it would be important for other brides to know my experience when deciding on a vendor. I chose Eye Do Make Up & Hair because of their 5 star reviews, the fairly reasonable price and the fact that I had a wonderful trial and experience with my make up and hair artist, Pinina.
I have to say, Pinina was absolutely fantastic during my trial and the day of the wedding. She was very attentive to my needs and felt comfortable with her. And while my hair did not end up looking exactly like it did in the trial (which is what I wanted), I was still pretty pleased overall. She nailed my make up look, so I was very happy with that. :) Another artist named, Nadirah was very helpful doing make up for my bridesmaids and did a great job as well.

Unfortunately, another one of our artists named Mona arrived 30 minutes late that morning. I understand that sometimes traffic and parking can be difficult, especially in a busy area. However, showing up 30 minutes late and not calling is unacceptable. I had to reach out and call her to determine her whereabouts at 9:15 am when she was due to arrive at 8:45 am. Her late arrival negatively impacted the flow of our day. She worked on about five of my bridesmaids' hair and I think three out of the five had immediately had issues with their hair. Mona struggled to either create the look they wanted, or their hair immediately started falling out of the updo she did. While she did attempt to correct these issues at their request, it caused a decent amount of stress during the getting ready process. Hearing my bridesmaids continuous frustration and disappointment threw me for a loop on the day of the wedding and I had a bit of a breakdown while getting ready.
I think with this company it really just depends on the luck of the draw with which artist you get. I hope this helps!

Tameka was AMAZING with makeup! However, Erika was extremely rude and unprofessional when it came to hair. She was rude to my bridesmaids and even talked about them when they left the room! She became upset, because two of my girls hair began losing curl within 30 minutes of doing their hair. One of my girls had extensions and she needed them curled. She told Erika that they would not curl with a flat iron, however she used one anyway. When the hair would not curl she said "I do not have time to play with cheap fake hair!" She continued to talk about this bridesmaid even after she had left the room! Luckily one of my bridesmaids was a hair dresser and was able to fix everyone's hair that did not stay or looked bad. I would highly recommend Tameka with makeup, however do not book Erika with her.
