  The best evaluation of any event is the after comments and we had them as ,
  WOW, who catered this, it was the best we have attended,
  Have them come back again, this was superb!
  They did all of that for only that cost! WOW!
  Joe and his team took charge from thourgh planning, suggesting the right menu for the expected guests, insured the food was served hot and replenished as needed and yes, did the cleanup perfectly. You will not be disappointed using Extravant Catering for your very special event. They are our number one choice for any future catered event.

  Our daughters wedding was outside. I was worried about the weather and the logistics. Joe and his staff planned for every contingencies and the wedding was splendid! The food was wonderful. The tent and dance floor worked out very well. He even did the rehearsal dinner for us and everyone commented on how the food was delicious! Joe was flexible, had good suggestions and good advice. We had no issues and a wonderful wedding!

  Chef Joe catered our daughter's wedding and the food was superb! We wouldn't change a thing! From the items served during the cocktail hour to the sit down dinner, everything was beautifully displayed and delicious. He was very accommodating and flexible, it's not easy working with young brides, and he has since been hired by our family and friends because of his professionalism. Thanks again Chdf Joe!

  Excellent Wedding Caterer!

  Chef Joe at Extravagant Event's Catering exceeded our catering expectations! The meal was superb! The roasted prime rib with au jus and horseradish sauce was cooked to perfection, the chicken picata with garlic lemon sauce outstanding as well, the roasted rosemary potatoes, long grain wild rice, sauted garlic green beans with roasted sliced almonds looked amazing and tasted absolutely delicious! The wine he suggested paired great with our meal and the decorations provided, looked stunning! We received many compliments from our wedding guests on how wonderful everything looked and tasted. Many thanks again to Joe and his staff on providing such excellent professional services, so our wedding day was a beautiful and huge hit with all our love ones - Thank you!
