Seamless transport for me and my new husband!
I have to say I was nervous about booking a limo for my wedding, because a close friend of mine had a terrible experience with her limo service for her wedding. I really wanted the luxury, limo experience for me and my groom on our wedding day! Luxury transportation exceeded my expectations! They arrived on time, and patiently waited while we finished taking bridal portraits. Once we were ready to leave, we got in the limo and they took us to our reception venue. The chauffer did let us know the AC was broken. It wasn't too hot that day, so this was a non-issue. I remembered numerous reviews also reporting broken AC in their vehicles.
The driver continued to be patient upon arrival, as I requested my photographer snap a few more photos of me and my husband before exiting the limo. I was very happy with this experience! I would recommend this company, as long as you're okay without AC. -

Great experience
The experience was great, from booking to the end. Driver showed up early/on-time, the car looked great inside and out. My driver was attentive and dealt with our group fantastic. -

Great experience
From the first phone call until the event, this company has been fantastic. They were professional and communicative at every step. I was able to make changes to the schedule without a problem. Our driver was very professional and gave my daughter a great experience. -

Amazing party bus

Wedding Limosine Service
For my daughters wedding, we rented three different types of limosines, from 3 passenger to 18 passenger. All drivers were extremely professional, courteous, helpful, and friendly. I would highly recommend Extraordinar Limosine to anyone needing a special experience. -

We rented the 26 person party bus for our wedding on 9/19/2020 & it was great! Kim was on time & got us from hotel in Annapolis to ceremony to reception in Stevensville quickly & safely. She was accommodating & very kind & polite. I would use this company again for limos/buses in the future. -

Safe, Smooth Ride for Friends and Family
We booked a shuttle through 'An Extraordinar Limousine Inc.' to transport our friends and family back and forth from our wedding venue to the local hotel. In the weeks leading up to our big day, we had a clear line of communication with the dispatch team and had all of our questions answered quickly and professionally. In the weeks that followed, we heard nothing but good things about the 35-passenger bus and about our driver, Sal. Our wedding guests had a smooth, safe and comfortable ride back and forth and had a wonderful time at the reception. Were we ever to host another large scale event in the Baltimore area, we would definitely book 'An Extraordinar Limousine Inc.' again for all our transportation needs! -

Best Wedding Day Transportation
So first off, i use Extraordinar Limos all the time for many different events so when it came time to pick a Limo Company for my wedding day, there was no question who i was going to use. Ruth and Heather set everything up for us and our transportation services for the bridal party was impeccable. The drivers were awesome, the cars were clean and service was great! I will always recommend this company because they go above and beyond every time and i will continue to use this company forever. -

Extraordinar Limousine was great to work with. Our limousine driver was professional, accommodating, helpful and just made my daughters day delightful (thanks John!!!) He went above his duty to help us move our cars out of the driveway to make room for the Limo!! Michele Tepper made it easy to order and find the right vehicles to rent and was very timely in answering my emails when I had questions. A shout out also goes to Mike, our "drunk " bus driver, for putting up with our antics on the way to the after party!!! There prices were comparable to others and included the tip which I really liked, I didn't need to worry about envelopes with money the entire day. -

An Extraordinar Limousine did a wonderful job with transportation at our wedding! We had some last minute changes at the beginning of the wedding with where to pick up the bridal party, which involved a tight area for the shuttle to drive through, but they took care of us with no complaints. We had quite a bit of extra alcohol and other items to take back to the hotel at the end and they could not have been more helpful. We would recommend them to anyone looking for great service! -

We used three vehicles to get our wedding party to the church and reception and one shuttle to move our guests from the hotel to the reception and back. The best things you can say about a critical component of your wedding is that you did not have to worry about them. With An Extraordinar, we did not. They were where we needed them to be when we needed them to be. The vehicles were spotless and the drivers both courteous and aware of our time constraints. Extraordinary! -

I met Ruth, the sales rep at a Bridal show. She was professional, enthusiastic, and oh so patient. I had a million questions and she answered every one of them succinctly. I went out with the information I gleaned from her and called many other different companies and different modes of transportation. When I called her back a month later, she was the only company to offer a military discount, new vehicles, and explanations of the contract and what I would need in terms of the day. Prices, quality, and someone that could work with my "quirky" personality made my decision easy. I highly recommend (and will use again) An Extraordinar Limo for my transportation needs. P.S. this is the first and only review I have ever written. -

The communication for the entire event was great - from the Contract preparation to the Final drop-off destination.
Ruth in the office explained everything well. The Driver Jermaine was pleasant and courteous. We encountered a delay on our end; and , Jermaine communicated well and accepted our delay professionally. The set-ups provided were great. Ruth & Team are just amazing. I am so happy they were apart of our vendor team for our wedding 12/2/17. From the responsiveness and flexibility during quoting and booking to the day-of service we received, it was all top notch. From beginning to end working with Ruth was a delight! Our wedding was during prom season so I booked our limousine for bridal party and immediate family transportation about a year in advance, and Extraordinar did not disappoint! Ruth was wonderful, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process and she was active in giving us options and discounts for our big day. Once the day arrived our driver, Keith, was wonderful! He was there on time, very kind and accommodating, and eager to cover us with an umbrella for the short (I'm talking a few feet) walk from the hotel doors to the limo. He took my dress and carefully made it the passenger on the way to the venue and he made sure to hand it off to the right person upon arrival. We reserved the limo for the entire afternoon/evening for back-and-forth shuttle service and he was the perfect guy for the job. I met the Dirctor of Sales for this business at a networking event and decided to try them out for an informal wedding ceremony with family and friends. The limousine service was very easy to communicate with through e-mail, they answered every single questions I had for them and they were prompt about it. I also had a coupon which was very helpful in determining whether to use them or not originally. On the day of, the limousine arrived a few minutes early which we appreciated, and the drive was professional and courteous and helped me maneuver in and out of the limo with my massive wedding dress. We rented a 10-passenger limousine from them for our wedding this past weekend to shuttle the bridal party, family, and us to and from the wedding venue. I can honestly say that this company has been nothing but professional and courteous to us the entire time we have dealt with them. From the moment I set about looking for a limousine rental, they have always been the first and fastest to respond. They called us a couple of days before the wedding just to go over final details with us. When it came to the actual day of the wedding, the limousine driver showed up early, and was friendly and courteous! Despite horrible DC traffic, we were table to stick to our timeline and everyone got to the venue when they needed to. The limousine itself was in excellent condition, and looked absolutely beautiful!
There was an incident during the wedding where a few of our guests had had too much to drink, and were being extremely rude to our driver. While I think he would have been well within his rights to refuse them rides in the limousine, he remained a constant professional, and still took everyone home at the end of the night. Despite what I can imagine to be a rough night for our driver, he treated my bride and I with the utmost respect and courtesy. My wife I were very happy with the services he provided. Tips were covered in the wedding package, but I wish I had been carrying more money in my wallet to compensate him for all the trouble he had to put up with.
I would definitely recommend AN EXTRAORDINAR LIMOUSINE!

I ordered 2 limos and a shuttle for my wedding day, Oct 18 2014. I booked at the beginning of the year with the limos and actually was able to throw on the shuttle with only 2 weeks left. I always received a response to my questions or general emails very quickly. I enjoyed working with this company, everyone is super nice. I contracted this company to transport my daughter to-and-from her prom, to the after-prom's, and then drop everyone off to their personal address. I want to say first, that the "white" limousine pulled up in front of our home like a chariot. It was on time and 3 mins. early. The limousine driver (Corey) display the utmost granduer of professional, he was kind, attentive, and very much in tune with the younger teens (they even expressed the same comments). The limousine was clean and cool for the hot day it was, as well as, equipped with water and ice. Corey transported the 5 teens to and from their prom effortlessly and flawlessly, he also transported them to their after-prom and dropped everyone home (including my daughter) safetly and within the contracted time alloted. Extraordinar made the limo-selection process extremely easy for me. Unlike other limo companies I called, Shelby at Extraordinar was able to give me a quote immediately for my needs, and gave me cost-saving ideas at the same time. Another Annapolis-area company I called waited hours to call me back and then three days to give me an outrageous quote.

This company is not the most highly reputed among the Annapolis area wedding circuit, but I don't know why.
I was looking for one stop shopping- I needed a limo for an escape car, a large capacity limo for transporting the wedding party around, and a bus/van type vehicle for mass transit of guests.
I rented a regular limo for an hour, a 20 pax Escalade limo for 4 hours, and a 25 pax mini coach for 8 hours-- all for around $2000.
I had no complaints. The cars were on time, they were clean, the drivers were courteous and professional. There were a couple communications-- just minor things to clear up-- that my sister took care of with the drivers, but nothing stressful.
The girl I was working with to set up the reservations-- Shelby-- was fantastically responsive.
You aren't going to beat their service for the price. -

Exceptional service and price. They were very flexible with our time and the driver was so friendly and courtious. He had everything ready for the bridal party as well as my husband and I . He would not let anyone do anything they didnt have to. I would def reccomend their service to anyone for any ocassion -

Nothing but great things to say about An Extraordinar Limousine! From the moment we walked in to our first meeting, your staff was delightful and curtious. We even got there right before close and your sales consultant stayed after close to make sure we found the perfect limo for our wedding. Our contract included everything we wanted, including a random stop to Federal Hill and multiple stops to the Hyatt and back to the Church. The Limo was NEVER late and the driver very professional! Also, the Limo we noted on the contract is the Limo that picked us up. I am really relieved we found a limo company who had nice clean cars that didn't smell like B.O. like a few of the other companies we visited. Thank you!

I had a great experience with AN EXTRAORDINAR LIMOUSINE INC. They were prompt on getting me to the church & reception (which was so key). I truly enjoyed my driver & his attentiveness. They were a little late picking us up from our reception, but more than made up for it with the limo they picked us up in (originally I just had a sedan picking us up). The driver packed up our car and was always there to help me in and out of the limo. I would highly recommend this service!! -

The limo driver we had for my wedding was one of the best I've ever encountered. He ensured we were all on board and we were having fun. He was very patient while we were figuring out where we were going, and even rolled out the red carpet at every stop! I couldn't have asked for anything more! -

They did a great job. The original car I wanted was not available on my wedding day (mechanical issues) but they provided a comparable car without a problem. The driver was extremely courteous and professional. They even upgraded the car that took us home. Easy to do business with. -

The entire team at Extraordinar was a pleasure to work with. Ruth Toomey was amazing! We had fairly complex transportation needs - with mini-buses for the wedding party at one time, for the extended family at another, and for the hotel guests at a third time. Then, we also had buses to take everyone from the venue (Baltimore Museum of Industry) back to the 3 hotels we were using (more than 100 guests required transportation). All of the mini-buses arrived on time and with one minor exception, all of the drivers followed the detailed instructions that Ruth provided. We even asked for signs with a special name for each buses and a step stool for an elderly guest and Extraordinar was able to accommodate. I would recommend Extraordinar without reservation to anyone who needs transportation for their wedding or other event! -

Extraordinaire Limo came through for me during the most expensive time of the year for limo services- prom season. They were very accommodating, allowing me to book a wedding package instead paying the prom minimum (usually they charge extra during prom season for any service that went past 6 pm, but they allowed for me to end my package at 6:30). The driver was extremely curteous and arrived to pick us up almost 20 minutes early! I highly recommend their services. Someone was always available to answer questions and confirm location and drop off points. -

Overall good vendor
We hired this vendor for our 10/19/24 wedding. There was only 2 problems with this service. First, the bluetooth in the limos was extremely difficult to setup. Everyone tried connecting on their phones, but none would connect, so we had to use the radio. Second, one of the limos we picked out was incorrect. Other than that, the service was great, the drivers were professional, and we were overall satisfied. -

Nice White Limo for wedding
It was big surprise to find this vendor with such good price (three hours) in Baltimore area. Amy was so nice to help me select a right limo by giving me a virtue tour. -

Wedding Party Bus
Super easy to work with and flexible with my needs, was able to organically shuttle folks throughout the night. Didn’t mind dropping my new wife and I off at our own cottage before taking the last group to the hotel. Accommodating, clean car, he handed over the aux, good way to end the night! -

We used Extraordinar Limousine for our wedding transportation. Ruth Toomey replied to our inquiry right away and helped us figure out our timeline. She was very responsive to e-mails and questions and helped us get everything set up.
Most of our guests were from out of town so we hired a 36 passenger bus on the night of our rehearsal to take everyone to and from the church and dinner, and also on our wedding day to take guests to and from the church and reception venue which happened to be the hotel that most guests were staying at. Everything went smoothly, drivers were on time, and one of our guests said that the driver was able to drop them off in Fells Point and recommended a fun bar to hang out during the gap between our ceremony and reception and they were really excited about that.
We also hired a 14 passenger limo to transport the wedding party to and from the church and reception venue. The limo arrived on time and drivers were polite and professional. We were scheduled to leave the church at 5pm, and the limo driver was rushed and insisted on leaving before 5pm because he had another event to get to and because of this we were rushed with our pictures and didn't everything we wanted at the church. I wish his bookings weren't so stacked so we could have taken our time. -

The service was great. I happen to catch them right before prom season so I was able to get a Lincoln town car for $305 for 4 hours, which already included tips and any necessary taxes and fees. The driver came dressed professionally. I requested a non-smoker because I did not want the chance of smelling like smoke anywhere near me. He was prompt and waited for me patiently as I came to the car. He assisted me and offered me champagne.
There were only a few concerns. All drivers have to a use a GPS which makes sense but I think that this should be somewhere on a dash board and not in the driver hands. It is dangerous to have to keep looking down to see where the person is going. It is just as bad as texting and driving. This one is not really that big of a concern but it may be for others, the driver had to stop to put air in one of his tires...my husband and I thought it was pretty funny
The driver went out his way to help wherever he could and really appreciated the service! -

Extrodinair was great! They arrived extra early the day of the wedding so we got some pictures with the limo which was nice. The driver was extremely friendly and accomodating. The ride to the reception with my new husband was extra romantic with a complimentary bottle of champagne! -
