She was friendly, professional, punctual, a great communicator, and managed to include some heart and meaning into our signing. Would definitely recommend her! ❤️

We hired Minister Shoshana to perform our wedding ceremony. We were specifically looking for a bilingual officiant and were so excited when we found that Expertise Weddings had one available. Before the wedding, I mostly emailed with Minister Ericka. She was very professional, responsive, and great to work with. We filled out a questionnaire more than a month before the wedding. The questionnaire was very thorough, covering everything from bridal party colors, what type of ceremony we wanted, any specific scriptures, etc.
A couple days before the wedding, our actual wedding officiant, Minister Shoshana, sent us an email with her phone number in case there were any questions. I texted her the morning of to iron out some details, but did not receive a response. A half hour before our ceremony started, Minister Shoshana arrived and asked who the maid of honor was. She kept pronouncing my name incorrectly and would brush off when I would correct her. After my MOH returned from filling and signing paperwork with her, she said my officiant was being very rude and was not prepared. The minister asked the MOH what type of ceremony we would be having (whether it be religious, long/short). She said she wore matching colors with the bridal party because no one told her the colors for the group. She met my husband and kept calling him the wrong name or saying “oh, I didn’t know you were the groom” after constantly being corrected. She then kept asking for the remaining balance and tip. When my MOH informed her that we had filled out a questionnaire with all the information for the ceremony, the minister said she did have that in a separate email and was planning to read it. Not sure when she planned on doing that since at this point, we were already cutting into our ceremony time. Luckily, our DJ was ordained and said he would conduct our ceremony. We paid Minister Shoshana the remaining balance and explained we would no longer need her services. It was extremely stressful having to deal with this and this also threw our entire ceremony schedule off. It was clear she was not prepared. I was extremely disappointed and highly recommend finding someone else.
