After Party Transportation
The Experience RI Tours was wonderful to work with. Buddy made it easy from working through the quote, working through the tentative schedule months before to adjusting the schedule the week of as things had slightly changed. We used the shuttle service for our after party from our venue to a downtown Newport bar. Our driver was perfectly on time as requested for a smooth transition from wedding to after party, kind, and flexible to go back and forth from our venue to the bar. Would highly highly recommend!

Amazing service!
We used Experience RI shuttle services for our wedding this past weekend to transport both wedding parties and our guests to and from the venue. Buddy was super helpful and communicated throughout the whole process to make it stress free. Our drivers were professional and arrived right on time. The shuttles were very clean and spacious enough to bring personal items to and from the venue. I highly recommend Experience RI and would use their services again!!

Efficient service for my wedding transportation needs
Buddy was extremely helpful to work with in Newport and knowledgable about the locations we needed to move guests to and from. He offered up recommendations of how many shuttles we would need and how we should coordinate the stops and departure times. The drivers were prompt and easy to work with! Flexible transportation
Experience Rhode Island provided transportation for our guests to and from our wedding in Newport RI. Buddy was responsive, easy to work with, and very responsive. This was the only transportation company I found that allowed you to adjust the amount of transportation needed after booking with them. I found this to be very helpful, because we booked our transportation prior to receiving our RSVPs and number of rooms booked in our hotel block. They are reasonably priced and safely transported our guests.

Hire Experience RI for your wedding!!
We used Experience RI for our wedding shuttle services and they were truly the best! Buddy was so great to work with and set everything up and was constantly communicating to ensure the schedules, number of shuttles and shuttle contact information was accurate.
All of our drivers were prompt, professional, kind and got us and our guests to and from the wedding safely and in a timely manner.
The buses were clean, comfortable and we loved being able to play our own music.
Absolutely hire Experience RI to be apart of your wedding day!

Wonderful Wedding Transportation!
Experience Rhode Island was absolutely great! We used them to bring our guests safely to/from my daughter's Bristol RI wedding to their hotels in Westport MA. I got rave reviews from our guests about the friendly, helpful drivers and the clean, attractive and well-maintained shuttles. The drivers were on time to early and made sure to check in with us and/or the wedding planner. From the beginning of the planning process, Buddy, in the office was really easy to work with; communicated everything I needed to know; and was super flexible with changes. I highly recommend Experience Rhode Island.

Buddy was super easy to work with. We did have to change some of the timing around and everyone was very flexible with adjusting. We were provided with contact information for all our drivers the week prior. This definitely helped calm nerves! All buses were prompt for pick up and drivers were awesome. A great transportation option!
Experience RI tours was a great addition to our wedding! They were affordable, timely and so easy to work with! Our guests loved how easy going and easy their transportation was. They were able to work out a great loop for us since our venue, hotels and after party were all close by. We had trouble finding a reasonable option for transportation since our wedding was on a Friday while schools were still in session but Experience RI came through for us!

Buddy was very responsive during the shuttle planning pre wedding and went over every detail and the schedule with me so I felt comfortable everything would go smoothly. Experience RI was the BEST way to go for my wedding transportation. Buddy was absolutely amazing to work with! So kind, so responsive, so helpful! We had to add additional airbnb pick up locations a few weeks out from the wedding and he was super helpful in fitting everything in! We used their services to pick up our guests from two hotels and multiple airbnbs and they got everyone to the venue early/on time! We also used the buses to take people to the after-party and back to the hotels. Not only did the drivers keep the fun going by playing awesome music and keeping the vibes high on the way to the after-party, they were also instrumental in getting all of my guests home safely after the after-party. I am extremely happy and grateful they helped our wedding transportation go smoothly and at such a reasonable price!

Experience RI is truly the best transportation you can get for your wedding!!! I looked into a few different companies before my venue recommended this company to me and Experience RI definitely provided us with the best service and exactly what we were looking for. We needed shuttles to bring guests to and from our wedding and after party all night and not only were the drivers prompt and friendly, but I saw them doing loops all night looking out for guests in case anyone wanted to go home. I handled all communication and scheduling with Buddy and he is great!! He made the whole process so easy. Overall a 10/10 experience.

Wedding weekend
Buddy & his team provided transportation to and from our welcome party and wedding. They drove both long distances on and off the highway. They were timely, professional, & excellent drivers. The busses were clean, air conditioned, and the ride was smooth. They provided aux cords as well for music. I would definitely recommend Buddy & his team for any event!

Peace of mind for the bride and groom!
Buddy and the whole Experience RI team are wonderful! We used Experience Rhode Island to transport our guests to our rehearsal dinner and to our wedding in August 2024. The coordination process was incredibly easy, and Buddy was super flexible as our times and guest counts shifted. On the day of our events, the drivers were prompt and the buses were clean. It gave us a huge peace of mind to be able to transport our guests to events, and ensure everyone could enjoy the event without worrying about driving home. We would definitely recommend Experience RI to anyone looking for convenient and friendly transport services to their wedding or event!

They were so great!
Experience Rhode Island Tours were just awesome! We used their services for a wedding and they went above and beyond when the bride left her phone on one of the buses! Many of the guests mentioned how polite and professional the drivers were. I would highly recommend them!

Reliable Shuttle Service
Buddy and his team were AMAZING! The value was great, affordable with clean, modern and cute shuttles for our wedding party and guests. Buddy was so accommodating and worked with several revisions to the schedule. All of the drivers were pleasant, professional and so understanding even when our guests decided to sing the national anthem at 1am. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company and highly recommend!

Fantastoc transportation company
Experience RI Tours were fantastic to work with. We had a lot of moving parts and logistics for our wedding day in Narragansett, multiple hotel blocks and an air bnb that we had to coordinate transportation for. From the minute we started working with Buddy and his team, they were fantastic. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable about the right amount of shuttles we would need. We made a few changes towards the end and they were incredibly flexible. The best part is that everything went off without a hitch, they were on time for both pick ups and drop offs so everyone was able to get to our wedding stress free. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Great service!
We had a great experience with with Experience RI for our wedding. We worked with Buddy to book, who was super responsive to emails and worked with us to get a schedule and price point that worked for us. We changed the number of shuttles we needed pretty last minute and he was able to accommodate us. Buddy ended up being our driver too, and he was phenomenal. Kept the party going on the way home with a great playlist. Clean shuttle, on time, safe, and very friendly. Definitely recommend!

A Must Hire Company!!
We live in NJ and were planning a destination wedding. I found Experience Rhode Island Tours by accident and am glad I did! From the first time I contacted them right through the day of the wedding, they were responsive to our needs! Every driver was punctual, the shuttles were clean, and the passengers felt safe. When we were planning routes, the owner himself came and picked us up to do a trial run when we weren’t sure if one route would work out! Most of all, they stayed in contact with us through the entire planning process and day of the wedding! Don’t hesitate to use them for your transportation needs!!

Great End of Night Bus Shuttle Experience!
We hired Experience RI to shuttle our guests at the end of the night, and everything went perfectly smoothly! The communication leading up to the wedding was very responsive and they were flexible when we needed to make last minute changes. The buses were clean, the drivers were professional and friendly and kept the party going with fun music on the bus! We loved how we didn't have to book them for the entire evening, and could just book them for the end of the night when we needed them. Amazing wedding transportation!
My husband and I are so thankful to Experience Rhode Island Tours and our driver, Buddy, who provided shuttle transportation for our June wedding. Buddy was kind and an excellent driver who navigated challenging traffic conditions on the day of our wedding (with a busy wedding season in Providence at the same time as multiple graduations) to get all of our guests to the various stops they needed to be at on time and safely! Our guests were able to have a more relaxing and safe experience due to not needing to figure out their own transportation to the wedding day events. Rebecca and the Experience RI team were highly organized, reliable, and helpful, with excellent and prompt communication. They went out of their way when we needed to add stops to our original wedding transportation plan, and they were also flexible with us as we needed to postpone our wedding date throughout the pandemic. I am very thankful to their team and highly recommend!

We had to change the date of the shuttle service due to a blizzard canceling the original wedding date and Experience Rhode Island Tours were beyond flexible. Not to mention they showed up the next week during an ice storm and did a tremendous job safely shuttling wedding guests to and from the venue. Can't speak highly enough about this company. In addition to not charging you for sitting there during the off times.

Shuttle service in a blizzard
Our daughter got married at the Providence Public Library in the blizzard of January 2022. Though the wedding party and many guests were staying at a hotel just two blocks away from the venue, we realized just days before the wedding that shuttle service would be necessary. Olivia at Experience Rhode Island responded quickly to our request with a reasonable quote. When the wedding got pushed back a day because of the storm, she adapted cheerfully and worked with us to develop a new schedule. I cannot say enough about how easy Experience Rhode Island was to work with and how professional their shuttle operation was. It’s such a relief when you realize you’ve found a service provider you can rely on. First class.

My husband and I used Experience RI for our wedding day transportation. They organized five (5) buses for us that day, including wedding party transportation and hotel shuttles. The drivers on the day of were so kind and accommodating. Most importantly, they were all on-time (even when we may not have been). Additionally, the corporate team who helped us make the bookings were really accommodating and patience with questions and changes leading up to the day. Flawless and helpfuk
This company was absolutely amazing. We We’re running very late the day of the wedding. My bridesmaid called the company to let them know and the company made it possible to come later and pick us up so we wouldn’t have to worry. They were on time professional and helpful I cannot say enough great things about this company. I found out after somebody lost their cell phone on the bus. The bus driver came back and helped the person look for the cell phone and find it. I would recommend this company over and over again. 100 points out of 10. We had three buses arranged and they were super reasonable.

Accommodating and seamless!
Incredible, affordable, reliable service. The team was extremely accommodating working with me last minute to plan transportation. I booked an additional shuttle one day before the wedding and they were able to accommodate that last-minute addition. The team was on time for pick up and drop off and made the entire process stress-free for my bridal party and guests. The busses were clean and spacious. They truly allowed us to enjoy the wedding day from start to finish.

Outstanding courteous service from start to finish!
Couldn't have asked for better transportation for our daughter's wedding, 11/21/20. From the initial outreach to the day of services, this company delivered and certainly exceeded our expectations. Our driver was Dan and he was courteous, professional and "just gets it" especially when it came to what a wedding party wants and what parents hope for! Highly recommend Experience RI and we would most definitely use their services again when/if needed!

Great for wedding transportation!
I worked with Experience Rhode Island Tours for my micro-wedding in October 2020. The team was incredibly professional, the bus was clean/sanitized and the price was very reasonable. I had a few last minute changes with timing and the team was able to accommodate it without a problem. As I didn't have a wedding planner, it was great to have such a thoughtful team handling the timing/transporting – I didn't have to worry about a thing. I highly recommend Experience Rhode Island Tours and I look forward to working with them again in the future!

Just hire Experience RI already!
Experience RI did an amazing job as transportation for our recent wedding; you’re crazy if you don’t use them! Their price point was fantastic, the entire staff is responsive, eager to help navigate logistics, flexible, and easy going. They got all of us to ceremony, then photo location (which was determined THE DAY OF the wedding due to covid), then to reception and back to our hotel on time and without a hitch. The coach looked brand new. It was super clean and the seats were very comfortable. Hiring them was the best decision we made (besides getting married), and we can’t wait to book a private tour with them next summer!

Convenient and Affordable
We were in a real bind with wedding transportation due to COVID restrictions, and Experience RI really came through for us! This was a last minute request, and they very responsive and helpful regardless of the fact that we reached out to them the WEEK OF our wedding! Not to mention that their pricing was far and away the best we were offered, and the bus was spacious and clean! We definitely recommend using them!

A Wedding Must!
We used Experience RI to provide shuttles to our wedding in Providence. They did an amazing job! The planning process was super easy. They were always very responsive and patient when I had questions. On the day of, everything ran smoothly and all our guests made it to and from the venue safely. Our guests said the shuttles were very clean and presentable. It was such a relief to know our guests were being taken care of and no one would have to drink and drive. This was a MUST for our wedding. We would definitely use them again!

Best Wedding Shuttle
Shuttling wedding guests from the Crowne hotel to the Aldrich Mansion and back again could not have been a more delightful experience. Ted Strickland and his staff were professional, courteous, & personable. I would not hesitate to use RI Experience again. A very stress-less experience. I highly recommend this service!!!

You can depend on Experience RI to take care of your Guests!
Absolutely the best way for guests to enjoy the wedding festivities- without a care about driving times or parking issues. Ted was a great communicator-immediately responsive with perfect details. His crew provided efficient and clean rides for our guests from two downtown Providence hotels to the church and then to the wedding venue. Our family and friends were happy that we (and Experience RI) took such good care of them!

Great Wedding Shuttle
We hired Experience RI for wedding shuttles and had quite the tall task of having multiple hotels and house rentals to get to the wedding, along with getting home and to and from the after party. All guests arrived in time for the ceremony and all worked out well. Buddy was very communicative and organized throughout the process and I thank him for that and drivers were very nice.

Affordable and Flexible
Experience RI was a great affordable option for guest shuttle accommodations. I also added a last minute shuttle for my groomsmen and was easily accommodated. I will say that shuttle started to head to the wrong venue when our best man noticed and the driver quickly corrected the issue. They were patient at the end of the night when people we slow to board and exit the venue.

They respond almost immediately to emails. Super nice. The drivers were very friendly. Make sure you contact early if you want to use this company as they service multiple events a day.

Experienced Reliable Transportation
Experience RI provided transportation for after our wedding in Newport and brought guests back to their hotels and Airbnbs. They were super friendly and knowledgeable to the area, which made it easy for them to drop off our guests. They were easy to work with and showed up on time, and also waited a while longer at the end of the night and made sure the remaining guests got home safely. We recommend booking shuttle transportation for your guests, especially during the busy times in Newport where Ubers/Lyfts can be hard to find or have high surcharges.

Awesome and affordable
We through our transportation plan together last minute, so we're so grateful for how quickly Ted and the team helped us put everything together. We ended up getting 2 busses to and from the venue to the hotel that took two trips each, plus one for the wedding party. The fact that they got it together for us so quickly was amazing. We did have a slight communication snafu the day of, but it was resolved quickly. The drivers played music and put up with drunk singers on the way home. Amazing service, so affordable. Recommend!!
