The best photographers!

I recently got my preview album back from my wedding on 9/5/25, and I am blown away by the photos! EXO was amazing to work with throughout the entire planning process. They were professional, responsive, and happy to speak with me even when my wedding was still months away. When the day came, my photographer Joel and his team were amazing. We had a huge wedding party and a pretty hot day, and I told them that I really only wanted the essential pictures and they honored that. We still got all of the shots I wanted, but it was a painless process for people like me and my husband that are not super comfortable in front of the camera.

The photos we have gotten back so far have exceeded expectations. My Mother-in-law said “Everyone looked amazing day-of, but they somehow look even better in these photos!” Absolutely recommend working with this team for your special day!

Highly recommend

My husband and I were introduced to EXO Photography by our venue and after our initial phone call we were sold. This company is truly professional and experienced. Their package options and pricing were very fair for Long Island. The whole team, from the main photographer and videographer, to the assistants were so much fun to work with on our wedding day! They were creative and inclusive - showing us some of the shots they captured in real time. We were so happy to have chosen EXO and we cannot wait to receive our photos and video. Must Hire!

Prior to the day of our wedding, I coordinated with Nicole on the logistics and planning of our photography and videography. We had two photographers, a lighting assistant, a videographer, and a videographer assistant. This team exceeded our expectations, they made us feel like the most important people in the world. The team went above and beyond to ensure that they captured our most important memories. When choosing a photographer/videographer aside from ensuring their editing style is what you like, I think you really need to see if their vibe fits your vibe. Our team was extremely well prepared and set up in anticipation of our next move/shot they should take. We are still waiting on our video (our fault for submitting the editing form late), but when they released our photos my husband and I spent a Friday night putting it on a slide show. Our finished photos look as though they could be in a magazine. If we lived on Long Island we would hire them for all of our life events. I would book them again in a heartbeat!

Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend booking Exo!! We used exo on 9/8 for our wedding! We had 2 photographers and 1 assistant. All were SO helpful and patient with us all day. We already got teaser pictures sent to us in less than a week! They’re great so far and we can’t wait to see the rest!

Look no further

Once you find EXO, there’s no need shop around for another photographer/videographer. Josh traveled from Long Island to Queens for our engagement shoot, and to Brooklyn for our wedding. During our engagement shoot, Josh worked with us to make sure our dog was in some of the pictures!

Josh and Nicole were so professional and accommodating . They made us feel comfortable on our wedding day and kept everything on schedule. We had huge families for the family photos, and Josh was incredible at making sure he got the best shots. They used the venue so well and incorporated it into our getting ready photos as well as the detail photos of our rings and the invitation.

Everywhere you looked at the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, there was a member of the EXO team. It was an incredible feeling to know that they were always around to capture candid moments and dancing.

I would highly recommend using EXO for your wedding. They are truly gifted at what they do!

5 Stars Across the Board

I don't know where to begin with this review. Nicole and Josh at EXO Photography exceeded our expectations. They were both at our wedding (along with two other people on their team) and they were all extremely friendly and knew their stuff. From the posing, positioning, places to take photos, angles, and everything in between. They were responsive to our emails and questions leading up to the wedding, making sure we had a plan to capture the moments that were special to us. They were also flexible the day of the wedding when my husband fell ill and we couldn't get to all the photos we wanted to (shout out to Josh for grabbing my husband and helping him to a chair when he had to take a break!). They sent us teaser photos only a few days after the wedding, which is perfect for those of us who want to share them with family and on social media! We can't wait to receive our full wedding album and our wedding video. I highly recommend EXO Photography to couples located in both New York and Miami (we got married in Palm Beach and they traveled to us).

Absolutely amazing experience

Our wedding day was absolutely amazing because of EXO! Danny and the team were phenomenal. As soon as Danny showed up to our house he saw I was full of nerves and anxiety about the weather and the day as a whole. He gave me a pep talk and even told me some of the most beautiful pictures he’s taken are in weather like it was on Friday (rainy and cloudy) His demeanor and calmness instantly made me feel so much better. He made me feel comfortable and taken care of from the second he showed me to the second he left (the entire team did!) the venue. And the teasers were AMAZING!!! EXO has been my favorite vendor to work with from the moment I sent my first email to inquire until now everything was seamless and stress free. I can go on and on about EXO.

My husband and I got married this past Friday, and we were blown away by EXO’s professionalism and creativity on our big day! From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure working with Nicole, Josh, and their gifted team of photographers and videographers.

EXO was extremely responsive to any questions we had about our engagement shoot and wedding day, which allowed us to plan other parts of our big day! Their online portal made filling out our photo questionnaire and making payments a breeze.

On the day of the wedding, Angie and her team ensured we kept to schedule and quickly adjusted plans when a short rain shower put outdoor photos on hold. We were amazed at the team’s creativity in using our wedding artifacts (dress, bouquets, rings, invite) to forever capture these important parts of our day. What pros!

You NEED these photographers!

I would love to give Josh & Nicole 10 stars!! When COVID rocked our wedding plans, my fiance and I decided to reassess what we wanted to do for our wedding and Nicole and Josh were there every step of the way to photograph our other life events aside from our wedding. Two pregnancy shoots, newborn photos, Christmas photos and our small ceremony. It felt like they really knew every moment we wanted to capture and made it happen! The best photographers!!

Where do I even begin?? EXO photography was by far our favorite vendor. They were super accommodating considering we only decided about a week before the wedding to add on video. It was no problem at all. My husband and I aren’t the type of people who love being in the spotlight, so we were super nervous. But right away the team we had from EXO made us both feel so comfortable. We had the Triple J’s as our team and they really blew us away. So professional, yet so down to earth. They were great with getting us and our families together for pictures. And during the reception every time I thought “wow that would be a great picture to have”, they were right there taking it. We only have teasers right now but considering how amazing they came out, we are so excited to see the rest of them. If you don’t have your photographer booked yet, reach out to them ASAP. You will not regret it!!

Nicole + Josh are everything you want in a photographer + videographer. and more. They go above and beyond to make sure they capture every moment of your big day. We first met them during our engagement shoot and they were so easy to work with. All the planning leading up to the day was so easy, thanks to them! From postponing our wedding and changing up the plan on where we were getting married, Nicole worked with us and made the process so seamless. They are so organized and go over every single detail that you might not even think of.
After the wedding, I was on cloud 9 reliving the memories of it all and couldn't wait for our pictures. Nicole + Josh are incredible with their timeline, they get your pictures and video back as soon as they can and when they say they will, which I really appreciate as wedding season I am sure is insane right now after the world being shut down for a year.

We love exo!

EXO was absolutely fantastic. I want to start by saying THANK YOU EXO ! We used this company for both our photography and videography. We just want to let you know we were BLOWN AWAY with the photos and videos to say the least. We cannot put into words how grateful we are that EXO captured every magical moment and created the most beautiful video. I have to be honest and say that we could NOT stop crying watching it back and paused it as we went through the movie video. Josh’s video was truly incredible! The songs, the videos, everything was just beyond perfect and exceeded our expectations. We worked with Nicole, Josh and Angie on our big day and everyone treated us like family and made the day pure perfection!

Between the photos, the trailer and the movie, Josh and Nicole truly captured every essence of our dream happily ever after that we can truly treasure for a lifetime and share with all our family and friends. Nicole and Josh go above and beyond to capture every moment in the least invasive way! I cannot say enough good things about them! They are both so easy to work with, organized, patient and kind. Together we made a list before our wedding day and they carried it and checked off who we had taken pictures with. I personally was so side tracked by all the happiness that after a few portraits I forgot about the list, forgot about posing for pictures and they found the perfect opportunity to gently ask which pictures were taken and later asked if I wanted to take the pictures that remained on the list. I truly would’ve forgotten to take pictures with some very special family members if it wasn’t for them! They were my eyes, ears and brain on our wedding day because i was on too much of a happy high haha When my now husband and I mentioned that we wanted to be in the moment and didn’t want to take a ton of portraits right away, they were incredibly respectful and accommodating. We didn’t want to miss the sunset so we ended up taking pictures right after the ceremony, and Nicole and Josh made sure we had appetizers and drinks brought to us to get us through our hunger that could’ve easily become hanger haha We truly couldn’t have found a better team and look forward to working together to capture more milestones in the future. Fantastic Experience!

I would highly recommend working with EXO! I met with Nicole at their location in NYC and knew right away she would be a great fit for our wedding. On the day of the wedding it was impressive how hard Nicole and Danny worked to capture all the photos we wanted for the day and went above an beyond to get shots I didn't even know we needed. We received a sneak peak within a week and we were so pleased with how everything turned out! They were also highly professional and accommodating as we navigated planning our wedding during the pandemic. When we decided last minute to add a live stream of our ceremony for those guests who couldn't attend, Nicole and team put it together within a week and we had an amazing quality video within a couple days. I would definitely recommend Nicole and team for weddings and will absolutely look to use them in the future for photo needs!

Simply The Best!

I cannot say enough good things about EXO Photography + Cinema. If you’re looking for natural, beautifully shot, candid photos, look no further. Our first experience with Nicole and Josh was at our engagement shoot at the Vanderbilt Museum. The two of them work so well together and are so detail-oriented. They make you feel comfortable in front of the camera and provide great direction. Our engagement photos were stunning – I showed them a few inspiration pictures during the shoot and they executed the shots perfectly. We kept in contact frequently leading up to our wedding in June 2020 due to COVID-19. We ultimately ended up postponing to 2021 but still decided to hold a small ceremony on our original wedding date. Nicole and Josh were so accommodating through the postponement process and we were so lucky that they were available for our new date in 2021. They also were able to shoot our small ceremony in June 2020. After our church ceremony we took photos outside at the Harbor Club at Prime. My husband and I always wanted to take photos in the cellar at Prime Restaurant so they were able to pull some strings and get us in there. We were the first bride and groom since the pandemic to take photos at the restaurant so the staff and customers were so excited to see us. The cheering that took over the restaurant is something that I will never forget. It was truly such a special moment. We received our photos less than a week later and I couldn’t be happier with them! They are everything I envisioned and more. The EXO team is incredibly professional and the final product they deliver is unmatched. The passion they have for their job really comes through in their work. I highly recommend booking with them!

EXO is the best there is!

Where to start with EXO?! We had our engagement photos and wedding photos and videos done through EXO and they are more beautiful than I ever imagined they could be! I want to review both our wedding experience and our engagement photo experience because both were amazing!

Engagement Photos: We did our engagement photos in Dumbo, Brooklyn. It was a blustery December day, but Nicole and Josh made sure we got every photo and didn't rush us through anything! They made both my husband and I (who can be awkward to take pics) feel perfectly comfortable and gave great direction to make sure the photos came out as beautiful as we could have ever imagined! The photos came out STUNNING! We used them for our save the dates and got so many compliments on the photos and people asking who our photographer was!

Wedding Photos and Video: Our wedding day team consisted of Jason, Pieter, Nicole, and Josh! Nicole and Josh work so flawlessly together, that you know you're getting the best photos and videos. The morning of the wedding, they were on time and READY to go! I'm not the most organized person, and they managed to get every shot and made sure we stayed on schedule the entire morning! (Which was one my biggest fears and stressors, I hate being late!) All day they checked in with us to make sure that we got every shot we wanted and asked if we wanted any others. The communication was flawless! During the ceremony they were perfectly placed that I didn't even know they were there and they got such beautiful video and photos. After the ceremony we took pictures at our reception outside and they shots all over the venue! They were so flexible, that even towards the middle of the wedding, Nicole realized we would mostly likely need more time. Nicole let me know the timing and offered to extend if we wanted. She also offered an option to get the rest of the stuff done that we wanted on photo and video before the timing ran out, so she gave us ways where we didn't have to spend any more as well. We happily took her up on the offer to extend and her managing the timing took any stress away! (Seriously, I had no stress on my wedding day, and that was because of Nicole, Josh and their team as well as the team at the Harbor Club!) The team stayed without question and were so kind about it! We got the drone footage as well, and it added so much to our videos and photos! If you can add the drone, DO IT!

After our wedding we received our trailer and photos SO FAST! We were so excited to relive our wedding day thanks to EXO. I was nervous to see everything because like I said earlier, my husband and I can be awkward, but they are just the most beautiful photos and videos I've ever seen! We got our full video and we just want to watch it over and over again! My entire family (who can sometimes be a bit hard to please lol) couldn't stop raving about our photos and videos!

I honestly will never be able to stop gushing about EXO and anytime someone I know gets engaged, I always share my experience with them and how they would be making a huge mistake if they didn't go with EXO! If you are a couple looking for photos and video of your wedding day that will stand out amongst the rest, you cannot go wrong with EXO! Thank you to Nicole, Josh, Pieter and Jason for the greatest day of our lives that we get to relive whenever we want to because of all of you! You are the best!

EXO oh yes!!!!!

Booking EXO Photography was literally the best decision we made! How else can you remember your wedding without the photographs? Although we chose not to do a video, the photographs we received were absolutely breathtaking AND our team managed to get pictures of every single person that was in attendance in some way- I'm not kidding! From start to finish, Nicole and Josh were professional, accommodating, and willing to take the time to make sure all your questions and expectations were met. Booking a photographer is likely the biggest decision you will make because once it is all over (sad!), this will be your gift to yourselves and your family and friends at the end of the day. By booking with EXO we know we received the very best the industry could offer, and I am not afraid to say we considered some other "big league" competitors in the Long Island photography scene and they truly could not compare when it came down to what we were interested in for the price and quality. Lastly, I LOVED how the photos we saw during our consultation were not over edited, cringeworthy or forced looking.

As for the photographers themselves, we had an AMAZING team. Danny and Chadi were our photographers and Lena was our assistant. I had Danny and Lena in my room with me for those "getting ready" photos and I am so grateful that Lena was there making sure I was posing correctly and that I didn't have a single hair out of place! Chadi was with my husband taking his "getting ready" photos and once it was time to have our first look, Danny was taking the direct photographs while Chadi was behind the scenes getting all the extra angles. Later on in the night, Chadi would be the one taking candid photos of all the priceless reactions and moments I would have missed otherwise! Brides, please consider booking 2 photographers when you start doing your research! In my opinion there is no good reason not to! Not only did this make for more coverage while sticking to the timeline, it also gave us more of those candid photos we were looking for in addition to the classic shots like kissing at the altar and cake cutting. Danny and Chadi were NOT afraid to do whatever was necessary to get THEE shot. I mean, laying on the floor, standing on chairs, adjusting the lighting equipement, making us laugh; and all the while they it never felt like they were on top of us, micromanaging or taking over. They were patient without being boring and helpful without being rude or pushy. Their personalities were so fun and light...I honestly felt sad when they had to leave! They worked so hard and the results were obvious when we received our photographs. I know every bride says "it was so hard to choose!" but this is currently our reality as we put together our wedding album and thank you cards.

Amazing! Highly recommend

Joel was our photographer and we have nothing but great things to say about him. We were looking for a photographer that can capture the day in a candid way, less posey and intrusive. Omg!!!! The best!!

Right from the start Josh and Nicole were a dream to work with! They knew what I wanted and captured it perfectly. They are a well run machine. Side by side, bouncing off each other and working as a team. We got to see our sneak peak pictures and I started crying because they captured all the emotions I was feeling that day in our photos. Their work is so unique. I’ve been following them on social
media and have noticed all the weddings and brides they take pictures of - not one wedding is the same. Each bride has their own unique wedding photos. Not the same old boring poses. That’s what I love about EXO. They personalize their work. Which makes them extremely artistic and makes their work one of a kind. My brother and sister in law used EXO for their wedding and family photos so I knew right away after getting engaged, EXO was our first and only stop for photographers. What an amazing experience from start to finish. EXO made everything so easy for us. We knew right away when we met with them they were our photographer and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They were so helpful and made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. The team was fantastic they were personable and eased all of our tensions on our big day. We LOVE the EXO team!

Josh, Nicole and their team are amazing! We spent a lot of time trying to find the right photo/video team that was a good fit for us, trying to avoid some of the typical wedding clichés, and they are the creative and really talented team we were looking for! We used them for our engagement shoot and wedding day photography and videography. They are extremely professional and organized having everything ready to go so you can get all your shots but still enjoy and not miss any of your party. Having done our engagement shoot with them, we used those photos to decorate our entry table the day of the wedding. We chose them for their style and talent so the day of the wedding we really just relaxed and followed their direction. Just by watching them work you know that your photos and video are going to come out perfect. I would highly recommend EXO over and over again. The pictures speak for themselves!

There are no words to express how happy we are with EXO!

I don't even know where to start!

We were married 2.5 weeks ago on one of the stormiest days in New York. What could have been a complete disaster--think intense rain, winds, a large bridal party, etc.--is where Josh and his expert team excelled.

A week into our honeymoon we received 40 of our photos and were completely blown away. Not just my husband and I, but our family and friends commented on how striking and absolutely gorgeous the photos came out--rain and all!

Josh and his whole team were incredibly organized, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process (engagement shoot and for the wedding) and they truly excelled at capturing the joy and love we felt on our big day.

I would absolutely recommend the EXO team to anyone looking for incredible service, attention to detail, and of course great shots that will serve as an amazing memory of your wedding day.

Great experience with EXO!

Nicole and Josh at EXO were the first photographers we met with. We met with many others afterwards, but ultimately came back to EXO because their work could not be beat. Throughout our whole wedding process, they were always available through email or over the phone to go over details like our day of timeline and who we needed photos with. They were extremely organized and very comfortable to be around during our engagement shoot, getting ready pictures, first look, ceremony, and reception. Now that we have received the photos back, they are fantastic as expected. We had a crew of six- two photographers, two cinematographers, and two assistants. Everyone was just wonderful and we are so impressed with their work.

Truly there are no words to express the joy we have when looking at our wedding photos from EXO. We received the teaser photos a week into our honeymoon and looked at them everyday, multiple times a day, since then. Each photo is more beautiful than the next. They captured every emotion we felt on our wedding day. Many people have commented on how amazing and artistic our photos are and we could not agree more.

Not only are Josh & Nicole creative geniuses but they are also kind, calm and an easy team to work with. During wedding planning people told us to pick a photographer that you don't mind in your face for 12 hours. I would highly recommend Exo for your wedding videography! Josh and his team did an amazing job creating a highlight and full length video. They were much more reasonably priced than other videographers we looked at. The wedding video is so amazing, everyone keeps telling us how it looks like a professional movie trailer. We are so glad we got them to do a video we will cherish forever.

Booking EXO Photography for our wedding was an easy decision for me based upon the extensive research I had done, the great value they offer, and how kind the owners Josh and Nicole are. Choosing a wedding photographer is one of the hardest decisions to make out of the entire wedding planning process! My biggest fear was to work so hard, plan so long and have none of those magic moments captured. When I met with Nicole in her beautiful studio and she explained her process, asked me questions and made it feel like a truly intimate experience, I knew I had found my wedding day photographers. Our engagement shoot was beautiful. Her and her husband were willing to walk as far as we wanted and make sure we had not only a great experience, but got amazing shots. Before the big day I met with Nicole again with trend boards of “can’t miss shots.” She patiently listened, understood and BOY DID SHE DELIVER! The night before my wedding, she text me, telling me she was so excited! SO WAS I! On the day of she was on top of everything. Keeping track of time, shots and guiding me through the most amazing day of my life. It is so easy to forget what you want (being so caught up in the feelings and emotions of that day) and her team was there, guiding me, capturing EVERY detail, listening to what I wanted and truly exceeding expectations. I am so grateful for all of my amazing photos and can’t believe they were able to capture as much as they did! The only issue I have, is having to choose for my album! THANK YOU EXO! I hired Josh and his team for our wedding last month and they were amazing from the start. They've asked us to fill out a questionnaire before the wedding to get a feel of the type of photos/video we wanted which was great. On the actual wedding day, we had 2 teams: one for me and one for my husband. They did a really amazing job arranging the setting and I felt very comfortable working with them. They managed to check off all the requests we had in the questionnaire. We were lucky that we had a perfect day - no rain for the most part - because we probably wouldn't have been able to use the drone! Definitely recommend people to add the drone to the package. I couldn't have asked for a better group photographers/videographers to be part of my wedding. I cannot wait to see the rest our photos/video!

I'm a cinematographer that shoots weddings as well and I have met many photographers over the course of my career. With that being said, there was no question in my mind who my wife and I were going to use for our own wedding. Obviously, the most important thing is the quality of the finished product. However, all the small details along the way were what I found most pleasant. Josh and Nicole are awesome to work with and are extremely considerate when it comes to all the aspects of a wedding. They cover everything thoroughly and make sure that both their team and the couple are well-prepared for the big day. There is simply no one else I recommend for wedding photography besides EXO.

Awesome photographers! We used EXO photography for our wedding on September 4th 2016. After searching around for a photographer we found EXO photography online. No one compared to josh and Nicole's work. Every picture is unique and told a story and that's exactly what I was looking for . I just knew that they were perfect so we booked with them on the spot. The morning of my wedding They were on time and ready to start as soon as they got there. Josh and his team did an excellent job listening to exactly what I wanted and helped make my day go smooth. They weren't pushy about taking more pictures since I told them I didn't want to take pictures during my reception but instead asked about doing some night shots quick which was fine with me , it only took them a few minutes. I'm so happy that they did that because they came out so beautiful and are my favorite. I couldn't believe all the little moments they were able to capture and I barely noticed they were there. After the wedding I was eager to see my photos of course, they provided a teaser of about 20 pictures a week or two after. I have received so many compliments on all my pictures. They are extremely professional and are quick to respond if you have any questions. I look forward to using them for other photos in the future ! I cannot say enough good things about EXO photo and cinema. I loved my engagement pictures - they were so creative and the way Josh worked with lighting is awesome. But they still don't compare to the stunning wedding pictures that I have. I didn't want all of my wedding photos to be the typical lined up in a 'V' wedding pose. Josh was creative and captured the day beautifully. We had multiple poses and fun shots to choose from so it made choosing photos for our album extremely difficult. I could not have hoped for anything better. Simply amazing photographers and well worth the money spent.
Now that our photos are in, I've been working with Nicole and the staff to finalize layouts for our album and Thank Yous. She has been so accommodating and shes always gotten back to me very fast.

We met with EXO when searching around for the perfect photographer for our wedding on July 8, 2016. We met with them in the fall of 2015 and discussed exactly what we wanted and Josh was more than accommodating! We made the exact package we wanted within the price that we were aiming for. It was perfect! First off, any questions I had about meeting up and getting there when it was convenient for us was not a problem whatsoever for them! They answered every question in a very speedy response by e-mail usually in the same day. They stayed and met with us after work one day. We did our engagement shoot with Josh and his assistant Jon and they were amazing! It was great to work with them prior to our wedding to get to know them a little bit. They were both so helpful, nice, and just truly professional. We LOVED our shots from that day! Even used them in our save-the-dates and christmas gifts for family. Then about 7 months later our big day came! Prior to our wedding Jon had asked me to email shots that we definitely wanted to have and Josh called the day before to make sure we had everything set, if I had questions, and ran through a few pointers with me. It made the morning so much less stressful! They were so great the day of! I hardly knew they were there, and when the sky turned dark, Josh, Nicole, and Jon made sure we got all the pictures that we wanted and helped us set up in different spots without me having to worry! Josh and Nicole are so professional at what they do, it was so easy to entrust our day and all our memories with them! I would 1000% recommend using EXO for any of your photography needs! We went to several photographers before booking with EXO, and we are so glad we did! As soon as we walked into their studio, we were impressed. Their studio is beautiful, and everyone there is so kind and helpful. We used them for our photography and videography. They are extremely professional, flexible, and responsive. We even had to change our wedding date and they were so accommodating. We ended up getting married during a snow storm, and they managed to capture the most amazing shots in spite of the weather. We would highly recommend EXO Photography for all special events. Nicole and Josh take gorgeous photographs and are so enjoyable to work with. Everyone at EXO is professional and they go above and beyond to make their clients happy. They genuinely care about their clients and are dedicated to getting amazing shots. EXO did a great job capturing our wedding day through both pictures and video. They were so professional and organized! USE EXO Photography and Cinematography!!! Josh and his assistants made all of us feel so comfortable during the entire process.Even when we first met Josh and his wifeAt their BEAUTIFUL studio in Huntington, they were Never pushy. They explained what they do and their style.They listened carefully to what we wanted. We got to see a slideshow on a comfortable couch on a nice flat screen tv of previous weddings they photographed and filmed. We loved how comfortable they made us feel and how they encouraged us to take time to think about it!!Not many vendors are going to do that, FYI future brides! I also really like that it is a husband and wife duo that's committed & care so much for what they do. we were blown away by Josh and his team for my wedding. He listened to any/all requests beforehand and even the day of. my college roommates bought a College blanket to photograph & it was wonderful. We really appreciate Josh and the team working in the heat of the summer(wearing professional Black, hot clothing too)&laying down on the pavement to get the best angle to make them PERFECT.We had our engagement shoot with Josh and Nicole and those pictures were unreal. We really can't thank the EXO team enough! My family and bridal party complemented Josh as well...I loved that they do a lot with reflections and not 'staged' photographs. They also have a style that separates them from the rest. Use EXO!!! My bridal party liked the photographers be they were also cute ! ;-) photographs are the One part of a wedding that keep it everlasting. You want someone who enjoys what the do and is willing to sacrifice their own confortability to make sure that happens. I asked Josh of we could have a pic with the groomsmen socks, so he stood on this tiny, wobbly chair with his camera, to ensure he got the Best angle and I appreciated that so so so so much.Thank you Josh, I love you guys and I miss you already!

I can’t believe I’ve waited this long to write this review. We fell in love with Josh’s work when we first started looking for a photographer in 2013. After visiting countless other studios on Long Island, our search stopped at their office (in Great Neck, at the time). After sitting down with Josh and going through his portfolio, my husband (then fiancé) and I left that day and knew that, no matter his cost or our budget, we wanted Josh to be our photographer.

From the engagement session through the day of the wedding, Josh and Nicole were nothing short of consummate professionals. There’s really not much more for me to say about Josh other than he's awesome at what he does, and his passion shines through in the quality of his photography. I’m so glad that he's the one who took the photos that we’ll cherish forever. I’m completely obsessed with our album, and it’s all thanks to him. I also don’t know if any other photographer would have given us a ride at the end of an exhaustively long day when we went to take extra photos after the wedding. Nicole is equally as awesome and I greatly appreciate her responsiveness from the very beginning, and her patience with me as we finalized the albums.

To Josh, Nicole and everyone else at EXO, thank you. Everything you’ve given us is second-to-none, and I’ll be forever grateful for the moments you captured so my husband and I can remember our special day.

Josh and Nicole truly made our wedding day all the more perfect and special, and we highly recommend their services. They are extremely personable, professional, and talented. They eased my nerves during pictures, captured every moment of the day on film that I would have wanted, and created a video that will allow us to relive and remember our wedding day. I could not have been more happy as a bride to have EXO do my photography and video. They are AMAZING! Nicole and Josh truly have a great team and are on top of their game when it comes to responding to emails/calls quickly, paying attention to detail, and capturing the most perfect moments on a wedding day. They are true professionals in this line of business and their experience and expertise kept me cool, calm and collected leading up to and on my wedding day (and I was kind of a wreck). My biggest regret is wasting so much time researching and meeting with other photographers - I wish I met with Nicole & Josh sooner in the hunt!

EXO is professional, talented, flexible, friendly and most importantly, AFFORDABLE!

I am a bit of a scatter brain as is, let alone wedding stress...Nicole was so patient, accommodating and flexible. I must have changed the schedule on her 5 times and she never once acted like she was annoyed.

We got married in September and just received our edited pics in December. Every picture is edited to perfection and not one picture is of us blinking or unflattering. Nicole truly puts in the time to make your images as magical as your wedding day.

If I could do it all over again, I would save myself time and book EXO right away. They're absolutely incredible and will be using them for any other events in the future.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about EXO. We used them for photography and videography for our July 2014 wedding and they were absolutely perfect. They were extremely easy to work with and helped our wedding day go smoothly. Josh and Nicole have fun, easy-going personalities that helped keep us calm and laughing on our wedding day. They made sure we got every shot we wanted, and many more creative ones that we hadn't even thought of! I have seen a few pictures from our day and they are beyond beautiful, I can't wait to see the rest! Our videographer, John, was awesome too- he captured every moment of our day but was not obtrusive at all.

I highly recommend EXO to all future brides and grooms. Their work speaks for itself, we knew from our first meeting with them that we wanted them to capture our wedding day. Throughout the entire experience, Exo was wonderful to deal with. It started with our amazing engagement photos, and I knew then we made the right choice. They were so responsive to every need and the day of the wedding they went above and beyond to catch some amazing shots. During the reception I almost forgot they were there because they blended in so well. It was a perfect balance of posed shots, and what I hope to be amazing candid's. I have seen a couple of the photos on their facebook page and I am blown away, my husband & I were so impressed. I can't wait to see the rest of them and the video. Highly recommend Exo! :)

Big fans of the work, truly artsy and special! We originally were referred to someone else but fortunately before closing with them we went to see exo photography and were a little surprised at the different approach they had to everything. Josh made us feel very calm and at ease while running his team in the most "orchestral-way" making sure everything was captured without being the center of attention. The photos and video highlight were beyond the expectations of our parents and of ours. I was recommended by my friend Elizabeth so I met with Josh and Nicole in their studio in Huntington. Fabulous experience from the beginning, their presentation was great...they start off by going over all the details of my wedding and then showed us albums and photos that were all phenomenal. We went to a few other places before we went to see them and the difference in the photos were beyond noticeable. The eye they had for capturing a "moment" was spot on, very creative composition too! I am a portrait photographer myself so it wasn't easy for me to find someone I can trust to capture my day but fortunately we found that in Josh. On our engagement session Josh and Nicole made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and made us laugh and interact with eachother perfectly inorder to get a "candid" shot. I made it clear that I didn't want traditional posing and that went a long way.... every photo was chic and unique in its own way. They took charge at the wedding making sure all the formal shots were done quickly so we can enjoy our cocktail hour. Another thing that was important to us was that the photographers would not interrupt the party too much and kind of be behind the scenes which again they delivered perfectly. Our photos and album came out breath-taking...couldnt be happier with the results. I already recommended two of my college friends that are getting married to go with them. Thanks again Nicole and Josh for an incredible job!

I took a fall photoshoot with Exo photographer with my husband. They were so amazing throughout the whole process. We took the pictures at old westbury gardens and couldn't be happier. I had three excellent photographers come to my very small event (10 of us in the wedding). They took hundreds of pictures at many angles & unexpected spots. The photos are beautiful and I couldn't be happier with them. The main photographer was a blast - very funny and entertaining - he had us all laughing, so we ended up with a lot of real shots of us all just enjoying the day. I would use EXO again in a heartbeat!!

We booked exo for both photography and cinematography and are thrilled to say we made the right decision. When shopping for someone who you can rely on to get all the important shots it becomes very complicated because there are so many studios to choose from. My fiance and I were very attracted to their style, very refreshing to see how interesting and full of emotion a photograph can be. We were shopping around for a while with so many studios to choose from but with our gut feeling we went with EXO and couldn't be happier. They made our life so easy from deciding what engagement location to choose from all to way to what style of album design we would go for. On the wedding they were extremely professional and unobtrusive. You could find them if needed but they weren't in your face which was a real delight. The photos were edited and given to us on CD with no logos or watermarks which is a big plus compared to what other studios were offering. I don't want to even get started talking about how amazing our albums look. The thickness of the pages, the quality of leather, and most importantly the beautiful designs really shows how much fine detail was put into every page.
