  Amazing food and service!

  Our guests keep talking about our food! Ryan and his team did an amazing job customized to us. My wife is vegan, and Ryan was able to create a custom menu with tons of offerings for her incorporated with other non vegan items. Before you run to a larger restaurant to choose from their off the shelf wedding "program offerings", you have to call Executive Catering. We could not be happier. Food totally customized for US and delicious. Guests are raving about it.

  Ryan was awesome from the first time my husband & I sat with him and told him what type of wedding we wanted....
  The night of the wedding & even a week later, I have had more people contact me to tell me the food was amazing & they wanted Ryan's contact info....I would highly recommend him!!!

  What an amazing dinner Ryan prepared for a birthday celebration. Left it up to him to choose the courses and our group of 10 women were definitely not disappointed. Each of the 5 courses were fabulous and each being more delicious that the last. From his crab cakes to the lamb chops over risotto. it would be hard to choose which one was better. He was professional and very easy to deal with. Thank you Ryan for making this celebration something we will be taking about for quite some time.

  I would highly recommend Executive Catering for any event you are planning. He and his team provided the catering for my Mom's 80th birthday party held in Cape May, NJ this summer. We have a lot of "foodies" in the family and everyone raved about the food! Ryan was extremely professional and very responsive to my questions. I would hire Executive Catering again in a heartbeat!

  Executive Catering was recommended to us by a close friend and after there services, we would do the same. Wedding planning can go over budget very quickly, but we were able to have a great catering experience and keep our costs reasonable. Executive listened to what we wanted for our wedding and was able to make it happen, while still giving us a great price. Ryan, the owner, personally met us before the wedding and was able to sit with us to lay out every detail beforehand. He had great advice on how the meals should be set up and served, and was able to exceed our dining expectations. Whenever we needed him for a question, he would answer every time, and was always quick to respond to our emails. The food turned out exceptional, and we had absolutely no complaints from any of the guests. His staff was professional and courteous, and even provided help when a guest accidentally cut her foot during the ceremony. We did not have to ask for anything during the wedding because they were one step ahead the whole time. Our wedding was held outside and Executive was able to set up and run all their equipment without any assistance and our wedding had almost 200 total guests. Very great service and would highly reccomend for any couple looking for an affordable, great quality caterer. Thank you for a great and memorable wedding!!

  Ryan and his crew are absolutely fabulous! The food is delicious and the service is top notch. Executive Catering makes its customers a priority. They show up, they take control, they are friendly, they are cooperative, they work hard, and they are a pleasure to have the entire time. Ryan customizes each event to what the customer wants and delivers on the promise of a smooth (and delicious!) event. We have used them a number of times for events down the shore are we are never disappointed (and neither are our guests)! Thanks to Ryan and the Executive Catering Team .. the best around!

  Ryan Kennedy created an outstanding culinary experience for our daughter's Cape May wedding in April. We had 270 guests, and everything ran perfectly! The dinner from appetizers to main course was superb! Our friends are still talking about the "best steak they ever had" and not just at a wedding reception. In addition to his talent as a chef, Ryan is a pleasure to work with when planning a wedding. During the planning, Ryan made himself available to meet with me (the wedding planner) and the management staff at the Cape May Convention Hall whenever I requested updates. He was quick to respond to my phone calls or texts with any follow ups needed. His suggestions for cocktail hour and dinner were outstanding, and yet he was completely open to incorporate any changes we suggested. The day of the wedding, I was able to relax, knowing he had everything completely under control, overseeing not just the wait staff and bartenders (who were very professional and courteous), but the food prep, ice delivery, table setup coordinated with event staff, etc. We would highly recommend Ryan Kennedy--very talented chef, super organized, and an absolute pleasure to work with!

  We loved working with Ryan. He knew which questions to ask to determine exactly what we were looking for. He made suggestions, and he carried out the plan perfectly. We didn't have to worry about a thing. The evening was perfect, the food was delicious, and he even connected us to a local baker for some specialty desserts.

  All I can say is that if it wasn't for Ryan and the Executive Catering Team, our wedding probably would of been a flop. We met about a year out and tasted Ryan's culinary creations. He set up a nice mix for a surf and turf (which my parents wanted) or a chicken dish (which i wanted to add to the menu as not everyone enjoys beef or fish). After making a decision to go with a plated salad and surf and turf. We started DIY'ing everything Pinterest has to offer. 3 days before our wedding I met with Ryan to finalize and drop off my stuff at Convention Hall. His staff happened to be there polishing the silverware and reassured me they would put up and out all of my creations. They did this perfectly! With almost 237 people coming from out of town it put some stress at ease. That night went off with out a hitch. Our food was hot & tasty (sadly i didnt try it till the next day). Our guests raved about the crab cake and filet and could not believe serving that many people they still got a hot meal. I would recommend ryan and his team to anyone and everyone. He went above and beyond our expectations. It was so nice to hear all the fabulous compliments about our reception. We are just a few days over our one year anniversary and are still receiving compliments on our food and dynamic service. Ryan keep it up-we will be attending a wedding next weekend and cant wait as the Executive Catering Team will be there!

  Working with Executive Catering was a great experience. We had some trouble with a prior caterer and Ryan was able to fill in just a couple months before the wedding. Ryan worked within our budget, saw our vision, and we booked him without even having a food tasting, and the food turned fantastic! We have received many compliments about the service and the food! We were at a venue that didn\'t have an accommodating kitchen, he had his own mobile kitchen to bring and was able to work out of that. The staff were great, you didn\'t even notice them but everything was taken care of. Ryan catered to all our needs and went above and beyond for us on our wedding day. Without Ryan and Executive Catering our wedding reception would not have been able to run so smoothly. Would recommend Executive Catering to anyone!

  Executive Catering was amazing. Two years later, we still have people tell us that our wedding had the BEST food. Ryan and his staff were very flexible in creating a menu that fit our taste while making it special and upscale. Everything was delicious and so organized. Our guests were very happy.

  We had a post wedding brunch for our daughter and husband in our home on New Year's Day and Executive Catering did an amazing job. The food was delicious and the staff was very professional.   I hired Ryan to cook at the house for one of the nights we were in Avalon for a bachelorette. I didn't really know what to expect because I had never done anything like this before, but his food was AMAZING. All the girls agreed that it was absolutely delicious. If there was one complaint, it was that we had too much food on the menu! He brought everything he needed to cook the meal, and left the kitchen completely spotless at the end of the evening. Would definitely hire him again.

  Ryan came to our home an created a perfect birthday dinner for 8 based on our requests. Everything was perfect. Even with us hovering over him and asking him questions he worked well and provided a great experience.

  I regret hiring Ryan and Executive Catering for my wedding. Due to a series of computer crashes, being too busy with his other day job (tiling or speckling) & ineptitude with basic computer functions Executive Catering never provided a formal contract. Ryan’s general unresponsiveness (sometimes weeks to respond to my emails or call me back) and tendency to leave many of the important details out, such as renting the china, silver & glassware, linens & place settings, which he said he would coordinate himself & imposing a substantial amount of additional planning on me. Even so, we trustingly paid him promptly & in full. In the end, his staff quit early (two hours before the end of the reception) & ironically he resorted to confronting me with a hand-written, outdated piece of paper he called ‘the contract’ on my wedding night, yelling, causing a scene, & ultimately chasing me out the door in tears in the middle of my wedding reception. Other issues: food took forever to come out during the Cocktail Hour. For the Speeches & Toasts staff didn’t think to fill/refill champagne glasses. Ryan claimed beverages were not part of his (wedding caterer’s) duties even though the bartenders were part of his staff. The bar ran out of liquors & all he had to do was make a phone call to the liquor store that we had contracted to deliver anything we needed throughout the night. No one bothered to notify guests when dinner got served & bunch of them missed it. There were no plates or utensils for the cake cutting ceremony & the staff was nowhere to be found. My photographer had to run out to the next table and grab a plate. In conclusion, Executive Catering staff were disengaged & quit well before the reception was over. Not only was Ryan uninterested in attempting to reconcile the situation or at least apologize for how he treated me (for the good of his growing business if nothing else),he had the audacity to try to charge us more for what I expect were his own miscalculation.
