Professional, Beyond Helpful, and Passionate about their work!
Kim & her amazing team at Exclusively You saved my day! In August of 2020 my original bridal shop had complications given COVID-19 and even though I had ordered and paid for my dress in September of 2018, they were unable to provide me the dress. Thankfully, I had heard from many people about how amazing Exclusively You was and was able to get into contact with them. The next day, Kim and I spoke about the situation and she assured me that I would have the dress I wanted for my wedding less than 4 months away. Kim called the designer and her brand representative right away and was able to make sure she was able to get the dress in on time. Kim also got me in for a fitting that same week, had the exact same dress for me to try on, and had it rush shipped to the store. Kim truly made me feel like family at the shop and went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and that the dress fit perfectly. If you are thinking of using Exclusively You for a special dress, you would be making the right choice. These are good people with even bigger hearts who care so much about their patrons and the work they do! Even though I found Kim and Exclusively You under very stressful circumstances, I am so happy I did and will continue to support them, anyway I can! Oh! They also do dress preserving...that will be my next excuse to go and visit! -

I had a hard time finding the perfect wedding dress for me. I visited a few other shops before and had no luck and never felt that bridal moment everyone talks about. I was scrolling on Instagram one night when I stumbled upon Exclusively You’s page and fell in love with a window dress they posted. The next morning I called and made an appointment because I was certain I had found my dream dress. The day of my appointment there was an awful snow storm and the shop was unfortunately going to close early. However, one of the girls kindly chose to stay so that I could come in. She was so helpful and let me try on as many dresses as I would like. Although I loved every dress I put on, I finally tried on the window dress and fell in love. I was so relieved to finally have that perfect bridal moment that everyone describes. From the moment I arrived at my first Bridal appointment, I knew I was going to love my experience. The staff, especially Kim and Alexis, could not have been more accommodating during the entire process. I felt as though they truly cared about my wedding and bridal experience and they went above and beyond to meet all of my needs. My mom and bridesmaids purchased their dresses here as well! Everyone had such a great time every time we went to the store. The ladies at exclusively you were out of this world. I not only purchased my gown there, but all my bridesmaids and my mother did as well. The girls recieved a discount for our multiple purchases. Alison was a doll. She was so kind and sweet and made sure everything was perfect.

Such a fun experience!
I highly recommend Exclusively You to any bride-to-be and bridal party. This shop was my first attempt at finding a wedding dress, and I truly did not expect to find one on this day. However, with the help of Alexis, I found THE dress in the group of about 10 dresses. The dress was exactly what I had envisioned, and we all knew instantly that Alexis had listened and found the perfect match. She also had the friendliest and kindest personality - my family absolutely loved her and always looked forward to seeing her! This turned out to be one of the least stressful and most fun days of my engagement. Every subsequent fitting and check-in was seamless and only made me more excited for wedding day. We also found every bridesmaid dress through the shop, and again with the help of Alexis, planned my color pallet around the dresses (which turned out to be completely breathtaking along side my dress on wedding day). The day before my wedding when I picked up my dress, Kim was so helpful, excited, and genuine. She helped bring my dress and my sister's MOH dress to our car, hugged us, and gave us well wishes.
I highly recommend this shop, especially Alexis as a consultant, to any bride who has a vision in mind (or even no ideas and desiring some advice) that you would like to see become a reality. I can't thank Exclusively You enough!! -

Wonderful staff!
Kim and all the staff at Exclusively You were amazing throughout the whole process. This was the only bridal shop I tried on gowns and I'm so happy this is where I found my dream dress. I received so many compliments the day of the wedding and from everyone that saw my dress online. Even when I changed my mind last minute about how I wanted my sleeves, Kim got me right in to make the adjustments. She is absolutely amazing and so kind. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience. I would recommend Exclusively You to everyone, you won't be disappointed in their attire or in the staff. -

Brandy Sent on 11/24/2015I went to Exclusively You last month to browse wedding gowns. I went in with a specific dress in mind, and my consultant Alexis knew immediately what I was talking about. She pulled the dress for me and also pulled some other gowns from the same designer. I loved how I was allowed to have my bridesmaids, myself, and my mom browse around and choose some dresses freely before actually trying anything on. I tried on about 13 dresses and honestly, liked almost all of theml!! Alexis did a great job finding things that matched what I was looking for. I wound up getting a different dress than my top pick going in, but it looked way better in person than the one I originally had in mind. I never would've found it if it weren't for Exclusively You! The store owner helped measure me and explained how my custom dress would fit (I'm short and needed to take 5 inches off the bottom). I also purchased a veil the same day that will beautifully complement my dress. Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with! I had a great experience with them. -

The girls have a great eye for the right dress and I felt no pressure whatsoever! While it was the only store I went to, I did a significant amount of research online before hand. I didn't have one specific dress in mind, but the did have one of my choices in the store, which was for certain THE ONE!. My experiences with fittings and alterations were a piece of cake! The icing on the cake was the photo shoot at the fountain on the corner by the store where both the seamstress and owner watched and the congratulatory hug I received from the owner...who could have very easily just gone about tending to her shop. I truly feel they went above and beyond and couldn't have asked for a better experience in my hometown! -

I had a dress in mind that I really wanted to try on, and so I called and asked them to let me know when it came in. They eased my concerns when ordering (was it going to fit?) and tailored the dress perfectly to my body. I went for three fittings and every time Kim and the seamstress assessed every detail of the dress to make sure that nothing was out of place. If it was, it was noted and fixed the next time I came in. They were absolutely going to make sure that I loved how my dress fit. One great thing to know is that they offer free alterations if your dress is a certain price or higher. I don't remember the price, but it's a wonderful service that also sets them aside from other bridal shops. -

We used them for my reception dress, and even though my mother's dress and my ceremony dress had been purchased elsewhere, they allowed and encouraged us to bring all 3 gowns in so we could see them in the full-length mirror. They cleaned and pressed all 3 gowns, and were unbelievably helpful with my bridesmaids' dresses.
Of my 6 bridesmaids, only two were in-state. Kim and her staff managed to send everyone's dress in record time to their respective states, and answered all our many questions with patience. They are truly gifted at making you feel at home (I had a panic attack at an unfriendly salon and will now Only do business with Exclusively You). Our friends and family have used Exclusively You for years, and I've never heard a single bad review. Missy always made us feel like we were her only clients, and the quality of service there is unsurpassed.
The alterations were spot-on and completed so quickly! This truly is a family-style store where the staff cares about what they're doing and who they're working with. It's worth the trip to Bloomsburg to have the privelege of working with them. For a store that looks small from the outside, they have an impressive and Fantastic collection of wedding gowns. You'll absolutely find what you're looking for here.
So many shops aren't interested in helping you if you're "just looking" or if you've bought a dress in your party somewhere else. The women at Exclusively You want your event to be perfect and will do everything they can to make it happen! -

Sarah Sent on 07/15/2008I was very happy with the service I got at Exclusively You Bridal in Bloomsburg. So happy, in fact, that I did not just get my dress there, but also the veil, my shoes, and all my bridesmaids gowns (which if you bought your gown there - they gave you a discount on the bridesmaids gowns). Although I can't be 100% sure I could have sworn the same bridesmaid gowns were about $30 more expensive at another store - but beyond that - the prices are pretty much what you expect.
THey have a great selection - helpful assistants (I worked a lot with Andrea who was great) - and I ended up with a beautiful dress, veil, and shoes. And they were very patient with me when I tried on a couple dozen dresses (as well as accessories). They also - when asked - shipped my bridesmaids dresses out to their respective locations since many of them were out of state. Additionally, my mother did not get her mother of the bride dress there (honestly in that regards the pickings were slim in my opinion) but they did handle her alterations which made her happy. -

My friend chose this place to purchase our bridal party dresses. From the start, we should've just walked away. We chose the dress that the whole party liked, set up appointments for fitting and to order. They called us a couple days prior saying we need to order them if we wanted them, completely oblivious to the appointment. As soon as we got there they were scrambling around and informed us they can't order those dresses anymore. They shouldve checked into this when they called saying we needed to come in. So then we had to rush around to find a new dress and I say rush because that's how they made us feel. They told me before ordering that I needed to pay extra for an extra length dress because I'm tall, I'm only 5'6", been in 2 weddings and had my own; I never needed extra length. Months later our dresses come in and we go for our fittings. I get fitted and find out that now i need to pay more to get the extra length cut off the bottom because it's too long! In addition to my issue, they broke 2 out of 3 of the zippers on the dresses and they need to order replacements. These 2 dresses didn't arrive until towards the end of April and the wedding is May 21. Now 2 of the girls need to go for another fitting. The 3 of us go to pick up our dresses on May 18th, they break one of the zippers again! They blame the manufacturer again and say they'll put a new zipper on. If it was a problem why didn't they do this the first time? They then ask the bridesmaid about coming back May 20th, ONE day before the wedding. They rushed us out of there instead of making us feel welcome. Here we are 2 days until the wedding and 1 of our girls doesn't have a dress! They hardly apologized, offered no discounts, nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place at all! Poor customer service. -

Katie Sent on 05/05/2021Terrible Seamstresses - Amazing Consultants
It pains me to write this as the beginning was so great. Considering the amount of time, money, and emotional investment that goes into choosing, purchasing, and fitting a wedding dress, I strongly advise against going here, despite the otherwise great experience. Alexis is fabulous. You cannot ask for better. What is extremely unfair to her, the other consultants, & the customers is the rudeness and incompetence of the seamstress, & the owner’s priority of protecting her rather than delivering the service promised.. I only needed a slight hem and a very minor tuck of one out of 3 straps that connected at the top. It was so minor; I could have gotten away without any alteration really. The seamstress acted annoyed and irritated the few minutes she gave me. I let it go.
Then, days before my next fitting, I get an unapologetic call from Jen to reschedule to right before my wedding because they “overbooked.” After getting Alexis (angel) on the phone, we rectify the situation and I go as scheduled.The hem is uneven. The straps are SO tight that I bruise and get cut up immediately, cups are at my chin, & the waist darts are at my ribs. After taking it on and off numerous times while they go back to the seamstress, telling me they just adjusted it back to normal, that it isn’t tight when I say it hurts, & then forcing me to redesign my dress by removing straps, I pull out a photo of it before it was altered, and Alexis (again, angel) sees I have proof that the seamstress did this. Was it cut? I believe so, but Kim would not answer me. The kicker is that I remained patient, albeit upset, for an HOUR of this NONSENSE before the rude seamstress came out and goes, “You didn’t say it was tight before.” She blamed me! Not a single apology from her! Unfortunately, I was pushed to get pretty ugly as I was not treated fairly when I was nice. I do not like this.
The selecting was really great and fun. I feel awful that the consultants take the heat for the seamstress’s negligence. Alexis even offered to drive the dress to me when it was fixed as I do not live locally, which is so incredibly kind, but she should not have to be inconvenienced for a rude and unapologetic woman who clearly doesn’t want to do her job. I even feel bad that the owner had to take the heat for it, except that she defends her and there seems to be absolutely no consequences for the seamstress, who must be a family member or close friend because it’s clear this is a pattern she keeps getting away with. She clearly isn’t going anywhere, so beware. Kim apologized and communicated to some degree, even giving me her cell phone, but she talked to me like I was a picky child, and she apologized for my feelings, not for what was actually done. This isn’t the same. She eventually started ignoring me. Eventually, they put enormous straps from another dress on and sent me on my way to go somewhere else with a “voucher” that won’t cover the alterations. These dresses are likely the most expensive items we will put on our bodies, and many dresses need MAJOR difficult alterations. It is not worth it to be dismissed as soon as the money is paid, to be treated as an annoyance, to have added stress, make unnecessary trips, & to have your dress butchered by someone who should retire. At the least, buy here but get altered somewhere else. Demand a discount or compensation for omitting alterations as the alterations are supposed included after a certain price point, and this particular seamstress should not see a dime of your money. -
