My daughter and fiancé designed and executed a beautiful wedding in our backyard. The tables and chairs provided enough seating for a family style dinner which was top priority. The cocktail tables scattered in the yard allowed for casual mingling. Lots of twinkling lights, battery operated candles, and paper lanterns provided warm, low lighting to create the mood and aesthetic. Lovely, memorable evening from start to finish.

PHENOMENAL!!! Trust me, these are the folks you were hoping you could find!!
Being that our wedding was to be the only one of my bride’s lifetime, I hoped and prayed that it could be all that she had ever dreamed of….and unfortunately I’m not rich. I contacted Exclusive Affairs early on in the process, and immediately I was impressed by their level of professionalism, care, and genuine interest in my event. Months went by and they never lost touch, politely following up with me to see if I had any needs. When the time finally came to move forward with the process, they were ready to go. My Bride and I had an unusual event planned with widely different themes from the ceremony to the reception. We met with the staff with a vision of what we thought we wanted and would look best, and with their professional guidance we ended up changing numerous things and took everything to a whole different level!!
All of their recommendations ended up creating a simply breath taking venue that fulfilled all of my bride’s hopes and dreams…and all of this at a completely affordable rate.
Within days of the wedding we changed our order no less than four times, and each time it was done within minutes with a smile and friendly “thank you”
But they weren’t done exceeding expectations yet…on the day of the wedding, a Sunday no less, they were perfectly on time and ready to set up…even though the venue was in the middle of nowhere, down miles of what could barely be described as roads.
After setting up everything just as ordered, we found that there was something else that could be added to help the theme transition process flow even better, and without a moments hesitation the crew went all the way back to their warehouse and brought back the extra items we needed, set it up, and still had the venue ready with plenty of time to spare. AMAZING!!
After things concluded the venue required everything to be gone in one hour, by 10pm that night…did I mention it was Sunday?
The crew pulled it off and were pleasant and professional to say the least.
They even found some things we’d forgotten and promptly let us know so we could come and retrieve them…I love honesty and integrity most of all!!
The bottom line is….this company and their team are truly the ones that made our dreams come true, and I for one will be FOREVER grateful for their diligence and remarkable efforts!!

Easter sunday
At the last minute we ended up with a larger than normal Easter Sunday dinner group. I wanted everyone seated together and Exclusive Affair came through for me! Last minute scheduled delivery, helped me with a computer glitch on my end....and drop off and set up was perfect! I was not a large order, but I was treated like spent a lot!

We rented water glasses, water pitchers, silverware, dinner & cake plates from Exclusive Affairs. The pickup process from there store front was effortless. They helped us load it into our vehicle. They guaranteed that if something was missing from our order they would run it to our event. Nothing was missing, but that security and confidence that it was all there made us feel great. They were so easy to work with and had very affordable rental prices.

This company was WONDERFUL to work with! Everything was exactly as planned! They even presented me with options for things I hadn't thought of. (I don't get married often and had no idea where to start.) They worked perfectly with our caterer and DJ! It was seamless! I had last minute changes and additions and they accommodated with a pleasant attitude every time. One of my favorite parts was that they had the tubing and sheers with lights to cover the large back windows that look out to the public pool at the Cape Coral Yacht Club! I highly recommend them!

We used Exclusive Affair Party Rentals to spruce up our special day and the staff there were very willing to accomodate our every need. Very flexible with pick up and drop off days and times, kind and a pleasure to work with. We rented am Arbor and cloth to decorate it which was BEAUTIFUL and so easy to put together; also white lanterns to line my isle that were in tip top shape, and an isle for our welcome sign. They have everything from soup to nuts of pay rentals! Highly recommend

Beautiful rentals, responsive and accommodating service
Exclusive Affair rentals made my wedding ceremony and reception beautiful! Not only did everything turn out perfect, all of the planning leading up to the big day was made as easy as possible by Exclusive Affair. It is sometimes hard for me to visualize how all the little details come together, so Sherry was kind enough to stage a mock table for me in her showroom. Exclusive Affair was always responsive to my emails and updates to my order and very accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend Exclusive Affair!

Perfect Decorative Touches
We found Sherry and Exclusive Affairs at one of the local bridal shows. Our ceremony was outside under beautiful oak trees and I really wanted to create an intimate ceremony site. I rented the white doors, a white wooden arbor, and two whiskey barrels. Sherry was super helpful with her decor recommendations. The rental process was easy and everything was dropped off, set-up, and picked up for us. Sherry worked directly with our venue to make sure the timing was perfect. We added our own silk flower wreaths to the door and a silk flower garland to the arbor to dress things up. It was perfect!

Exclusive Affair Party Rentals is amazing
I held a big birthday party at a restaurant and needed some classy table decorations. A friend recommended Exclusive Affair Party Rentals as a great way to rent decorations so you aren't stuck with decorations you no longer need. I met with Sherry and told her what I wanted and she asked a few questions and gave me several ideas. I selected glass cylinders on mirrors with tiny white lights inside and a top ribbon of sparkly bling. They were perfect and added a lot of class to the tables. They were ready for pickup the morning of the party & I returned them the morning after. Sherry did a terrific job and my guests raved about the beauty of the centerpieces. I'll use them again.

Fantastic People to work with!
We hired Exclusive Affairs Party Rentals to furnish everything we needed for our Backyard destination wedding. Being that most of our guests would be travelling to Florida for our wedding, we assumed it would be very small and rented one tent and seating for about 48. We ended up having 106 guest and I can't tell you how many times I had to call and change things to accommodate our much larger party. Sherry and her husband were patient and very helpful with every call. They even went to the house to measure to see if the 2 tents we needed would fit. The set up crew was professional and helpful as well. These are some great people to work with!

Loved this place...they are very reasonable and super friendly!!! The panels I wanted were too expensive at another Venue so I had given up on having them...but Sherri worked with me and I got them for far far less than another place was asking for the same thing. It was the centerpiece of our wedding and ended up being the place everyone had their pics taken...it was BEAUTIFUL!

From the first time we walked in the office Sherry and David were awesome!! We had to cancel our wedding due to hurricane Irma. We rescheduled later and still they were there every step of the way to help and guide us. They did not disappoint at any time! We received so many complements on our wedding and people were so amazed at what they could do with a tent, on the beach, in the sand!! Sherry with Exclusive Affairs was outstanding! She is such a kind person and was so genuinely excited about helping me with my wedding! I especially loved her vintage china collection, farm tables, and GORGEOUS wooden cross that we used for our altarpiece. She even directed me to another company in town that had a few pieces that she did not. The company came and set up our string lights (not a small undertaking) and, despite some hurdles thrown at them, they were able to set it up exactly as I had asked. Delivery, set up, and pick up all went smoothly. Sherry is flexible and always quick to respond to emails/calls. Thank you for all of your hard work, Sherry and team!

This is the only place to rent. I had a private ceremony at a home in Cape Coral. I was interested in adding those beautiful details such as an arch and tables and chairs to really give it the intimate feeling of a classy wedding ceremony and mini reception. They were incredibly helpful on the phone whenever I had questions or made updates to the order. I would typically receive an invoice within five minutes after every phonecall. They even accommodated the times for drop-off and pick-up. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to work with this incredibly friendly and professional company again. Thank you for all your help! The day was a success.

Planning from afar, they were very helpful to put items together so I could see coloring. Were willing to make changes at the last minute as well as accommodate our special delivery time. Didn't miss a beat.

My husband and I got married 3/31/2017 at The Burroughs Home and Gardens! Sherry and her team at Exclusive Affair went above and beyond and we couldn't have been more pleased with their service! Due to some unforeseen issues between my venue and caterer we had to make many last minute changes and Sherry stepped up no questions asked and helped me with everything that we needed to have replaced and in a very short amount of time. Sherry and Exclusive Affair did an amazing job at making everything exactly how I imagined it! Our wedding was beautiful and I still am getting complements of how beautiful everything turned out and I've even had people ask where we got our chandeliers from and I have forwarded everyone to Exclusive Affair! I would recommend them to anyone for event rentals, they are friendly, professional and really pay attention to detail. You couldn't ask for anything better!

When I showed up for the reception I was so happy with how everything looked...better than imagined! I have volunteered for years putting on fund raisers. I have worked with several vendors in this town. That said, I was the Wedding Planner/Designer for our daughters wedding. I have never had the pleasure of working with a company so very professional, accommodating and most importantly the products used/rented were in great shape. Every aspect of Exclusive Affairs was impeccable. Even until the last day in the vey last moments before the reception, everything was above and beyond my expectations!

Exclusive affairs Party rentals are fantastic to help with any event you are planning. Sherry is so nice! She makes you feel so happy anytime you show up. The linens they provide are beautiful. She goes the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied with everything. The company is very accommodating to anything you could ask for. In a matter of a couple of months they helped my best friend with her wedding and they also helped with mine shortly after. Everything came out beautiful. I could not have asked for a better company to work with!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Exclusive Affair Party Rentals! I made a last minute decision on adding a Walnut Arbor for our wedding, and it was an excellent decision. Sherry was wonderful from the first phone call. Extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating and flexible. The arbor was gorgeous. They also provided other rental items for our wedding - glassware, etc. Their pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any of your rental needs for any event and especially weddings. The entire experience was the wonderful and easy, which is crucial during a busy event-planning time.

Exclusive Affair Party Rentals were amazing! With all of the chaos that is planning a wedding, they made the table and chair rentals easy. They dropped off the tables the day before the wedding so we didn't have to scramble the day of to get everything set up, and picked up the day after, which gave us time to recover before breaking down.
They had very professional and courteous delivery persons and just made everything so easy!
I would highly recommend them to anyone planning any kind of function, I will definitely use them again if the need arises!

Working with Sherry was amazing...with so many details involved in planning a wedding, she was a calm and stable force. Sherry was able to guide us in our linen choices, giving wonderful suggestions which come from her experience in working with so many weddings. And, the wood arbor that we rented was spectacular, outfitted beautifully with flowers and drape. The team at Exclusive Affair Party Rentals were great - they helped me navigate the process and had great suggestions and ideas for me while planning our outdoor wedding. The only advice I have is to have someone on point for day of -- the execution team needed more direction than what we were ready for as to where to put things, etc. Thanks!
