I highly recommend Exceptional Limo!

Both our drivers arrived early and provided such professional service throughout the day. My driver was so helpful in ensuring I got in an out the vehicle without any snags to my dress! The red carpet service and toast was fun a great way to end the church ceremony before heading to the location for our wedding party photos.

Overall, they provided excellent service and were easy to work with.

They were great to work with, from Dianne in the office to all of the drivers. They were on time and professional all the way. Even to one of are guest was losing the sole of his shoe and they had glue and helped him out. I would use them anytime

Reserved a shuttle van for parents and stretch expedition for my wedding. Pick ups were right on time (even though the bride wasn't ready) and drop offs were on time as well. The expedition lime was beautiful inside and our driver was so pleasant.

Great value and a super friendly staff and driver. We used them for our wedding and were very pleased with everything! What sold us on this company was that we were allowed to split our day into two different times, rather than paying for the whole evening like most places do. I highly recommend this company!

It took my husband and I a very long time to book a limo company for our wedding, because many companies have such mixed reviews. We finally chose Exceptional Limo after reading their outstanding reviews online, and they exceeded all of our expectations! Our drivers, Tom and Bill, were absolutely perfect! They arrived early to my location, and the groom's location, and were extremely friendly and helpful, even helping the groomsmen put on their boutonnieres. They were extremely attentive to me, my parents, and my bridesmaids, helping us in and out of the limo at the ceremony and reception location with ease. They sought out the priest at our church once we arrived to verify how and when the priest would like me to enter the church. They also sought out the best man when we first arrived, to deliver the rings, which the maid of honor had been holding onto. At the time of the ceremony, they took initiative, opening and closing doors so that no guests would see me before I entered. They basically took care of things I hadn't even thought about! They checked in several times with me throughout the day to make sure that all of our requests were being met, and I couldn't have been happier. I would HIGHLY recommend Exceptional Limo for your wedding!

Exceptional Limo truly is exceptional! We were married the week after the Boston Marathon Bombing. Our rehearsal dinner was cancelled that Friday night so we were asked to arrive earlier than planned at the Church for our wedding ceremony. Exceptional was more than accommodating in changing the pick up time. The driver was very courteous and assisted me (as the bride) to get in and out of the limo with my very long train. I would recommend using Exceptional for your wedding, if not for all events!

Our limo service was exceptional last weekend. With on and off rain, our driver provided umbrellas when necessary and provided friendly, professional service from the bridal party all the way to the flower girl. This limo service was the perfect service for our wedding!

From start to finish Exceptional Limo lived up to their name. I worked with John every step of the way and he is AWESOME! He answered every question I had and followed up on any phone call, email and question I had. The day of, the limo arrived early and our driver MC was fantastic! He was so sweet and helpful! Holding my dress, calming my nerves and just being all around great! The ride itself was great too! Hotel to church, church to reception was perfect! Without a doubt, five-star service! The next morning, a town-car SUV brought us to the airport in quiet style. It was 5 am and our driver was quiet and courteous as my husband and I relaxed and chatted in the back. Perfect start to a great wedding and honeymoon thanks to Exceptional Limo!

In one word, AMAZING. The driver was early, the car was immaculate, our drivers kept us right on schedule, were super helpful with managing my dress in and out of the limo. They even took care of directing late arriving church guests so they wouldn't come in right in the middle of the wedding party procession!! If you need a fabulous car(s) to get you to your special event this is the limo service for you! They are AWESOME. I can't wait for the next special event where a limo is called for (maybe I'll just plan one for the heck of it) because this is the only limo vendor I would use!!

Exceptional Limo was phenomenal! I used their limo service for my wedding on 8-18-12. We arranged for the limo to pick up the groom and groomsmen at a hotel, drop them at the church, pick me and my bridesmaids and dad up fom my parents house and then drop us off at the church before the ceremony. The limo also brought my husband and I to the reception following the ceremony. Everything went PERFECTLY!! Our driver, Billy, was phenomenal! He was on time every step of the way and was extremely professional and courteous. He made sure to always open the door for me and even laid out a little red carpet. Billy went as far as to open the church doors prior to my entrance with my dad. Everything about this service was truly exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone, especially future brides!

Exceptional limo was amazing! The driver was absolutely phenomenal and I could not have asked for a better wedding day experience. I was so pleased with my experience with Exceptional Limo. I met them at a bridal fair at Quidnessett Country Club last January and right then they stood out from other companies I had encountered. They were very honest and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. We booked two ten passenger limos through them and the service was spectacular. The drivers were extremely timely and friendly. In addition, they gave us a complimentary one way driver to the airport when we left for our honeymoon, which was above and beyond. I plan on using them again and will recommend them to friends too!

We are so happy we chose Exceptional Limo for our limousine service. They were so easy to deal with in the planning stage and were within our budget too. On the day of the wedding they arrived timely and so professional to deal with. I felt like such a queen! When I came out of the limo there was a red carpet for me to walk on, it was wondeful. The driver was great too. We were running behind schedule and he was so helpful to us, and also did not charge us for extra time incurred, which was so nice of him. Sean was absolutely amazing! Such a gentlemen, helped me with my dress, bouwyet, my wedding party. He was very patient with us as far as waiting for photographs and was an all around pleasure. I would recommend him personally. My husband and I were/are very pleased!

Exceptional Limo provided limo service for my wedding in April. My husband and I had a classic car as a getaway but the limo was my ride to the chapel and the ride for our family and wedding party. Our driver was fantastic! He showed up early and already knew the day's schedule. He was completely flexible when my family needed to stop in the parking lot on their way to the reception to get something out of someone's car! We also used Exceptional Limo for our honeymoon airport transportation so they were able to give us a good price for both services! We had an extremely early flight out (4am) and a late return so the car service was really nice. Both drivers were courteous and provided bottled waters (which we needed after flying all day!). I highly recommend them to anyone and I will use them again for any transportation needs!

I was so pleased with our limo and limo driver. He was prompt, friendly and professional! He helped me with my dress to and from the limo and we received red carpet service! The limo was clean and the perfect size for our needs. During our photo session after the ceremony the limo driver served us champagne and really added to our enjoyment of the day! Exceptional Limo was amazing! Such great service, from helping my get into the limo, my dress was quite big in terms of being able to just slip into a limo, helping me get out, having an umbrella handy as well as an emergency kit...not just a first aid kit but a sewing kit and all that! It was awesome. Our driver was a gentleman and just great!

We used Exceptional Limo for our wedding and they were AMAZING! They were very easy to work with and arrived at the hotel for pickup early (and he waited for more than 40 min)! The chauffeur was very helpful and friendly! He even helped us out at the church – he was fixing my dress the whole time, helping the groomsmen with the opening of the isle runner …he was simply FANTASTIC!!!

We had Ron as our limo driver for our wedding and he was wonderful! He went above and beyond, carrying my train, shielding us with umbrellas and giving us champagne! He even helped out at the church!! Cant say enough good things and Ron and everyone at Exceptional!

We recently used Exceptional Limo for round trip ground transfers to Logan after receiving a recommendation from a friend. Every employee we encountered was friendly and professional from the moment we 1st called to reserve them to the minute the dropped us off on our return trip. We reserved our airport transfers by phone and had an email confirmation within 24 hours.

We also received a call to my cell phone on the day before our vacation ended to confirm our pick up at the airport. I thought this was a great feature to help ease the stress of travel. I have used other limo companies for the same service and have been stranded at the airport due to miscommunication with the company, so I was extremely pleased with Exceptional because of this phone call.

I will be a customer for life & will never use another Limo company. I highly recommend this company to anyone including my coworkers, family, and friends. I have seen many of the vehicals in their fleet & would not hesitate to use them for a formal event, prom, wedding, etc. Exceptional Limo truly is Exceptional!

I had the BEST experience with exceptional limo!! I just found them randomly online, called, felt great about them and booked them! The day before my wedding someone from exceptional limo called me and offered me a free upgrade - I didn't have to do or pay anything!! I ended up getting an excursion stretch limo for the price of a regular 10 passanger limo! It was unbelievable. Also, my driver, MC was incredible. He knew everything you need to know about a wedding. He constantly helped me with my dress, caught me when I fell out of the limo (haha) he told me when to walk down the aisle, how to hold my flowers, everything. Then he drove us around for pictures and again helped with my dress and veil, he took care of our bags and the champagne. He was so helpful and professional. I loved everything about exceptional limo, and it wasn't expensive!! Book with them!!!

From the very start ETS and Diane were so helpful and friendly when researching which transportation service to use for our upcoming wedding. They were also flexible with their pricing and package offerings to match what we needed.

On the day of our wedding, the driver showed up on time and was very professional. As we drove around Boston with the bridal party to take photos, he very well as to how to get around and where it was best to double-park while we were out with the photographers. He let us put on our music, stopped so that we could get food, and was a very friendly person.

In addition to providing us with transportation for the day of the wedding, they also gave us a private car to the airport when we were leaving for our honeymoon.

We would highly recommend ETS/Exceptional Limousine Service for anyone's upcoming wedding or other important event.

We used exceptional limo for our wedding July 9, 2011, they were always available for any questions leading up to the day. The limo was on time, the driver was very attentive, helpful and polite. Even bringing everyone water during pictures in the hot afternoon and picking up appetizers at the hall during the ceremony so that when we got back to the limo they were waiting for us. I would recommend exceptional limo to anyone as they delivered exemplary and flawless service on our wedding day.

The driver for Exceptional Limo was outstanding. He was professional and courteous. He was prompt and helpful. Exceptional Limo was easy to work with and I would definitley book with them again.
The only concern was that the privacy button did not work from the back seat so it was a little awkward to ask to put it up, but we did anyways!

Exceptional Limo had the best staff. They were so friendly, helpful, and professional. They were right on time for each transfer and we never had to worry. My sister-in-law lost her phone in the limo and they immediately right away to say they had it and even drove it to her the next day. They definitely went above and beyond from moment one.

This review is a long time coming, our driver was amazing...Rich..professional, friendly, just a great guy, he was from the Boston area, and knew his way around, was great...unfortunately we tried to contact ETS to reserve again but Rich was no longer there..too bad..whoever snags this guy is lucky!!

Good limo service, driver was very sweet! Limo was on time and got the bridal party to the venue early from our first look second location photo shoot. Would reccommend consider Exceptional Limo as one of your vendors!

Great on the day of our wedding, we loved the red carpet and champagne toast right after our ceremony. However, we got an upgrade on our limo from the one that was included in our package, and there was a little confusion about this prior to our wedding.

I had a limo pick the bridal party up at the hotel before the ceremony, and a town-car pick up my husband and I after the reception. Prices seemed reasonable compared to a few other companies I looked into, more so for the limo than the town-car. Both times we were picked up on-time and the drivers were friendly. No complaints.

The people at Exceptional Limo could have lived up to the name a little better - after the reception, my wife and I had scheduled to be taken for a ride around the city before ending at the hotel. The driver showed up 15 mins late!! Once we were on the road then things were much better, he apologized with a bottle of complimentary champagne (Verve Clicquot Vintage) and was quiet, let us enjoy our own personal time.

Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t great using this company for our wedding. We rented a shuttle to bring us, our bridal party and immediate family around to take pictures after our ceremony, bring some of the group back to the local hotel then pick us up when we were done with pictures and drop off at the reception. The planning went smoothly and the price was reasonable. To his credit, our driver was friendly and safe. Unfortunately, the driver was not properly informed of the plans, routes or destinations, despite this having been worked out in painstaking detail ahead of time. When the bridal party and family were done with their pictures and he was supposed to bring them back to the hotel, he didn’t know where to go and there was a long delay. We were interrupted multiple times during our bride/groom photos to field calls about how to handle the situation which is certainly not desirable. They left so late that instead of a smooth pickup for us after, we had to stand around waiting to get picked up to go to the reception. As a result, we had less time than we wanted upon arrival which was really unfortunate. We tried to be flexible and we knew there would be bumps along the way, but this was the only thing that went wrong and it was really frustrating because it had been planned really thoroughly ahead of time. It was very stressful for us, the bridal party and our families. We recommend trying someone else.

I booked this company because almost every other company I found that was available had at least one bad review where the bride said they didn't show up. Well, now I'm the bride saying they didn't show up! After email confirmations, I called 3 days before my wedding to make sure and confirm everything but their system was down. They never called me back so on the morning of my wedding I called them to confirm all details myself. The customer service representative told me the exact info he had which was correct. We booked a shuttle for our guests and a 25 person limo for the wedding party. Fast forward to me waiting with my Bridal party 45 minutes in the lobby with no sign of the limo driver. The shuttle pulls up to pick up the last group of guests (they made multiple trips to the church) and we went to the shuttle driver to ask where the limo was. He said to us "I have no idea what he's doing. He's just sitting in front of the church". Long story short, the limo took the groom and groomsmen less than two miles to the church and then left for the rest of the day! We paid for a wedding package for 5 hours and for an additional hour in case we went over the time taking pictures. There was some confusion with the shuttle driver and he called the limo driver and told him to leave. I NEVER asked for him to be released but when I called Exceptional Limo from California when we got home, they refused to refund the cost of the Limo service in full. The very rude accounting manager said "Well, In Massachusetts, we did half the job and I think I'm being very fair". He felt that a 15 minute ride that was less than 2 miles was worth charging half the rate which was supposed to be 6 hours & a red carpet treatment! I had no problem paying for the shuttle service. We even tipped the driver 100 dollars on top of the 20% tip he received in the rate.We are always generous and this company is greedy. Don't believe all the reviews on this site. Reviews on other sites are much different

What a DISASTER!

I was married in Norfolk, MA on October 8, 2011 and we were really excited to be using local, non-Boston vendors, but let me say using Exceptional Limo was a mistake! The fact that they insisted on being paid in full before even showing up should have been a red flag!

We booked 2 luxury vans/buses for the Rehearsal Dinner. One car drove myself (bride), my fiance and our bridal party to the Rehearsal Dinner venue from my parents home- all I know is that my parents drove their own car, left at the same time and arrived 20 minutes earlier than we did. Add Friday night Boston traffic to this- we arrived very, very late to the Rehearsal Dinner and that put a huge stress on everyone and we were forced to re-arrange the entire schedule of the evening.

But the worst part was the transportation situation leaving the Rehearsal Dinner. We had paid for the 2 luxury vans (one that had brought guests from the hotel, and the one that had brought the bridal party) to stay and wait for us during the Rehearsal Dinner until it was time to leave. Well, when we were ready to leave at the scheduled time, only one van was there! The other one had just LEFT! It seems they were trying to squeeze in an extra, last-minute fare during the time we were paying for. I have never seen my dad so frustrated. My sister, friend and I ended up riding with my parents in their car because obviously not everyone could fit in the one van that was left, and we were told it would be a substantial wait for the other car to return for us. It was such a catastrophe, and just NOT the way we wanted to start our wedding weekend!

For as much money as we paid this company, we were extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service. As much as I hate to give poor reviews, I want to warn other brides and their families to stay away from Exceptional Limo if you want a smooth transportation experience!

The limo driver arrived promptly on time. We ordered the limo for our wedding in order to provide us private time for reflection between our wedding ceremony and our reception. This was ruined by the fact that the divider was broken. Our main reason for taking a limo instead of driving ourselves was to have this private time together. The owner of the company claimed that our privacy was not a reasonable expectation of his company's service, and neglected to take concern with our dissatisfaction.

Warning I used these people once and it worked ....BUT we ordered a town car for our wedding and they substituted a truck and never told us ...the owner just told me " hey Carl we can substitute any vehicle we want BY LAW ...I guess we should have told you here is 100 bucks that's all I am going to do" So if you are planning a special event and need a special car do not use this company ...We got burned on our wedding a once in a life time event .... if you choose to use them and they show up in a truck ....do not say you were not WARNED...also the owner is the last person on this earth who will tell the truth..he kept telling me it was my fault until one of the women that worked there told me it was their mistake.
----------------So the response is he offered 25% he lied about that since when is 100$ 25% of 650$ the bottom line is when you plan your wedding #1 you do not want any surprises on your wedding day you need people who are going to do what you hire them for not someone who decides for you and makes changes and never tells you. when things go well with this company they are good but when they go wrong you end up in the back of a truck ....and an owner who cares less... all he wants is your money...we found using smaller younger companies that care about increasing their referral business worked the best and gave us perfect service. it is time for this man to sell his business to someone who can tell the truth. executive van ......I am sure that is what they tell the inmates when they take them for a conjugal visit, or out to the interstate for a little stab and bag....really... this owner makes fun of how I called my wedding a once in a lifetime event....what bride and groom do not look at their wedding this way....he does not care or understand the importance of our wedding day.

We booked with Exception Limo as part of a package. As I was waiting arm in arm with my Father to walk down the aisle, the limo driver Dan Smith leaned in and whispered to me, “If we are quick I could be the last man you are with before your husband.” Under no circumstance is it alright to sexually solicit a bride in her own church right before she goes down the aisle! Then after the ceremony he rushed us through pictures even though we had him booked for four hours and was only 60 minutes into the allotted time. He was outright rude to our photographer, his car was breaking down, and Dan asked me for directions to the reception… being crass and disrespectful in Church is unacceptable! I am beyond furious that this happened to me! To make it up to me Exceptional Limo gave my husband and I a free ride to the airport the following day, however it is over two weeks later and I am still infuriated about Dan Smith’s inexcusable behavior. Please avoid using Exceptional Limo, so this doesn’t happen to you too!
