Evoga was Awesome!

Evoga was awesome to work with - so easy to communicate with them from the start until the day of. We used them for a Star Wars hora loca and it was such a hit!!!

Super Professional and Excellent at their craft

Evoga did an amazing job at my son's wedding. They lit the ceiling of a large tent, up-lit palm trees and hung vertical strands of light from an old big tree. It was simply magical. And because of another vendor's incredible mistake, they did their work under difficult circumstances. They still went the extra mile, did their job professionally and it was simply beautiful. The lights made the event.

Evoga lights and productions

Our lights were amazing at our wedding !! They did an awesome job! I love strings lights and I knew I had to have them at our wedding reception. Evoga did not disappoint, they did a great job !

Miracle workers!

Evoga pulled off a complete miracle for my wedding!!! I'll start off by saying I emailed them almost a year before my wedding and finally decided to move forward a week prior so the fact that they accommodated at all was a miracle. Days before the wedding I found out that the venue miscalculated timing and Evoga would only have 1 hour to do a job that takes a minimum of 2 hours. They were patient with the back and forth of what the best way to approach the situation was. I offered to change my entire layout so they would have the time to get what they needed done. Laura was an angel and told me not to and they would do their best to get it done as quickly as possible. THEY DID IT!!! Everyone commented on how amazing the dance floor looked and completely transformed the room. Thank you Evoga for everything

Elegant Rustic Charm Miami Fabulous Style!

great value for the price

We used EVoga for our wedding, and we were not disappointed. They had everything, or a connection for everything. They take all of the guesswork out of the wedding and reception process. There was not a single item we wanted that they did not either have, or at least have multiple vendors for.

The event day team was amazing. They really took care of everything, especially making sure my wife and I were as stress free as possible.

We used a couple of services not provided by EVoga, and they had no problem coordinating with these services, leaving almost nothing for us to think about.

The setup/takedown team are great, fast, and when it’s all said and done, you wouldn’t even know an event took place just hours before.

I highly recommend EVoga for any event!

We hired Margie as our wedding coordinator and we could not be happier that we did. We had over 8 vendors and she worked well with all of them, making sure everything went smoothly. She always made herself available and helped with every last detail of our wedding. She was able to work within our budget to give us the wedding of our dreams and one that we will never forget. I am extremely meticulous and it felt so amazing to be able to relax the day of our wedding knowing that she was in charge. Everything went so smoothly and she ensured that we were constantly taken care of and pampered. It’s as though she was in my head and knew exactly what we wanted. Not only is she an incredible wedding planner, but she is also a truly lovely human being.

Laura and her team worked with my mother to surprise my husband and I for our wedding. We’ll never forget the moment we walked into our reception hall for the first time. From the elegance of the wrapped floor to the ribbons with crystals hanging from the ceiling, it was all truly breathtaking. We’re so thankful for her and her teams’s creativity as well as the time she took to coordinate with the rest of our vendor team. I had the pleasure of working with Laura. If there was a word to describe Laura (which there isn’t) it would be ‘perfection’. Her love for her career, her passion for her clients, her taste in everything is mind blowing. Manu was amazing and very helpful during the planning process. We went back and forth on the lighting type we needed and Manu made great suggestions. On the wedding day, the Evoga team had everything set up early and beautifully! The guests LOVED the bistro lights and the environment it created! Thank you Manu & the Evoga team!!!!

Without a dance floor, could there really be a party? That’s exactly how we felt when we came across Evoga Events. We had never planned a wedding, and let’s just say this was going to be our one and only - so we NEEDED the perfect place to move and groove. I was dead set on having one of those large tile, black and white, dance floors. You know the ones you see on Pinterest. Well, Evoga Events made it happen. We were very lucky to meet Laura through our necessary request. Laura made sure to take care of everything. She answered every single one of my emails, and get this...she actually reached out after the wedding! She cared enough to ask how it went, and she made sure to wish us a lifetime of happiness. Manuel was the best to work with. He got back to me promptly and sent me the prettiest tableware I’ve ever seen. Everyone loved the decor I️t was definitely a hit. The delivery and pick up went seamless would totally use again and have recommended already!

Putting together this wedding with my wife was an amazing experience. The fact is we had amazing vendors throughout the entire process. Laura was with us every step of the way with constant communication and patience. Even better we knew someone was there looking out for our best interest and not feeling we were just another business transaction, Her attention to detail was perfection and made amazing recommendations when we were absolutely lost. We used Evoga Events for the Band, Lighting, and some rentals. The Band was fantastic. They were very professional and went out of their way to be accommodating. It was a pleasure to work with Laura who was always available to answer any questions and make sure the event was a success. Highly recommend them.

EVoga Events just did my most resent event this weekend. He set-up and broke-down as scheduled, it was exactly how I in visioned. My guest wouldn't stop talking about our whole rental set-up. We even won and award for most elegant table setting!!! Such an amazing company to work for. My questions were always answered, such amazing customer service! I absolutely LOVED working with Evoga Events! I needed them for four days of events for a wedding weekend and they worked with me so graciously and effortlessly. Manu's just AMAZING! Customer service's beyond outstanding!

Everything was delivered and set in a timely manner and absolutely neat! As an event planner it's wonderful to count on vendors that will deliver with no need to double check... with Manu you can trust it will happen, and will do flawlessly, no errors or surprises, hands down! As soon as I got to the hotel to start coordinating everything, I realized his tables, chairs and linens were all set, perfectly!

Manu also recommended colors and textures to work with, and results were stunning! Everything came up beautifully! Really good taste and a lot of experience.

I'm pretty sure this is just the beginning of a great business partnership that will last forever! ;)

Evoga was absolutely wonderful to work with. Margie and Laura are true professionals. They are extremely experienced in wedding planning and true life savers. They assisted me with last minute emergencies and I don't know what I would've done without them. They have a vast selection of décor options from chandeliers, up-lights, sweet heart tables, bars, arches, etc. I would highly recommend Evoga for all your AV, lighting, and wedding day needs.

Evoga is a seriously outstanding production company with a great staff. Laura was so helpful throughout the entire planning process and patient with the changes and additions that were done weeks before the wedding. I highly recommend their band 'Orquestas Elementos' wow is all I can say. They knew we were Dominican and they performed outstandingly well (salsa, merengue, bachata, and tipico). Amazing and everyone is still talking about the band.

My daughter and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity of working with Margie and her team from Evoga Events. We can honestly say we were worried free and relaxed knowing everything was being handled by them. The compliments and reviews we received from our wedding guests was "TRULY AMAZING WEDDING", "BEST WEDDING I EVER ATTENDED", "ELEGANT", "FUN" & ABOVE ALL "NO DETAIL SPAIRED". The "HORA LOCA" was amazing and their performers had everyone and I mean everyone on the dance floor.

Evoga provided the lighting for my husband and my wedding and did a terrific job. They were a pleasure to with during the year of planning of our wedding.

Evoga's team is professional, responsive, friendly, and went above to make sure our lighting was what we want. At one point we were considering cafe lighting. Laura of Evoga went to our venue (for free!) and checked it out to see how Evoga could hang the cafe lighting. We didn't end up going with the cafe lighting, but the fact that she did that impressed us and made us really grateful for having chosen Evoga to illuminate our wedding.

Rented furniture peices to decorate ballroom for my wedding and they looked beautiful! Everyone loved them and it added a different, more modern touch to the traditional wedding setup :)

I can't thank Laura enough and the whole team at Evoga for their amazing work for my wedding! The entire process of choosing linens/napkins/lighting/chairs and entertainment seemed like it would be so hard but Evoga made it so easy! They have a beautiful showroom where you can play with different table setups so you can actually see what you like which was wonderful! Laura is so sweet and professional. Anything you can dream or imagine, she and her team deliver. My wedding was gorgeous and the lighting was a huge part of it. Their onsite technician set the ambiance with his lighting expertise and it was beautiful. I also got the crazy hour performers with Evoga and they were a huge hit and so much fun. The team at Evoga are simply the BEST!

It was amazing to work with Laura from evoga. She was so easy to work with, attentive, had great ideas and really helped put together better than we envisioned.

Evoga was the best decision I made throughout my entire wedding planning process. For all of our 230 guests to be amazed and in awe as soon as they entered our reception venue was priceless! Evoga was on top of it all. We used them for EVERYTHING and there was absolutely no flaw, no mistake, no complaints. From the decorations, lighting, DJ, band, and most importantly our planner Margi, everything was PERFECT and exceeded our expectations! Everyone is still talking about our wedding saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to and trust me that says A LOT! I love EVOGA!!!!!

I would highly recommend EVoga for ANY event....I had my wedding at a venue that I had to bring everything to. EVoga completely transformed the venue to make all my visions a reality. What else do you need to say about the wedding that was beyond expectations!!

Well, Evoga proved to be the best match when it came to providing the equipment to set the perfect lighting, relaxation space and DJ booth. The sound equipment created the best party sound. With their knowledge there was no high pitch singing of the microphone when it was used.

Evoga provided for the party lights but also for the ambient lights on the walls. The advise and knowledge of the Alexander hotel was surprising. The advise on the quantity of ambient lights, party lights and spot lights were more then great. Also when the room layout was provided they informed us on the setup of the DJ booth and sofa area that Evoga provided.

There were some doubts on our side in regards to quantities and items used, but their experience proved to be the right path to go. The setup of the equipment was fast and professional. When the party finished Evoga was present to remove all their equipment within a heartbeat. This gave the hotel all the time they needed to clean up properly without having a contractor in the way.

All in all, we loved the professional, but personal approach from the first meeting to discuss the option. Their showroom/ storage is nicely set up and all possibilities are visible right there and then. Next to that the knowledge on the location and set up was phenomenal. The hotel event staff only had to say half a word to Evoga and vice versa in regards to set up and clean up of the room.

Not once during the night have there been issues with sound, lighting and the furniture of Evoga.

When another event comes that we are in need of equipment, Evoga will be the way to go. Good price to quality ratio.

Thanks Evoga for contributing to our wedding that was beyond expectation.

So happy that we were introduced to Evoga for our production!! Thank you Angie for referring us to them! (check out Wedded To Perfection for an AMAZING wedding planner). From day 1, Margel and Bruno treated us like family. They're level of professionalism and knowledge was incredible. They have worked in so many venues and know exactly what looks good. Margel and Bruno were able to provide us with some good direction and very good suggestions to make our wedding unforgettable. We felt so comfortable with them and we knew right away we were in good hands. Pricing was very reasonable for what we got. The DJ they provided was spectacular, the decorations, lighting, dance floor, furniture, everything was INCREDIBLE. I truly did not expect the venue to be transformed the way it was by Evoga and their staff. I could not believe my eyes when I walked into that ballroom.

Bruno really knows his music. He was able to give some suggestions to us for the "hora loca" that we are STILL hearing compliments about for our guests. The dancers, the music selection, the drummer, DJ... everything was perfect. I can't say enough about Evoga. The day of our wedding, they were very attentive to us and you can tell that they like to pay attention to detail. Everything was spot on. I am extremely grateful for making sure that everything was perfect!!! Bruno and Margie, Thank you so much for everything! You guys have been amazing ! There are no words to describe how truly AMAZING the Evoga staff is!!! I was a bride planning my destination wedding from New Jersey. Being that I could not be in Miami to take care of everything, I had to put all my faith into Laura and Margie. Before I found them, I had spoken to many different people but it always would take them a while to get back to me or I didn't feel that they were the best fit. When I met with Laura and Margie, I knew right away they were perfect for us. Being from NJ/NY we are used to quick responses and efficiency when it comes to events. When we emailed Laura, we always knew we would hear back from her right away and we never had to worry. They took care of everything from being our wedding coordinators, to setting up transportation, lighting and draping in our wedding tent, wedding decor, anything you can think of, they helped us with. Everyone that walked into our tent couldn't believe how beautiful it looked. They all said you would never believe you were in an actual tent because of the amazing draping and uplighting they provided for us.They stayed with me from the very beginning of my wedding day until the very last minute of the reception. They kept everything running on schedule and were in constant contact with the vendors so I didn't need to deal with anything. I promise you, if there is one investment you want to make on your wedding day, it's to have amazing wedding coordinators who you can rely on. My mom and I agree that it was by far the best investment we made during the whole wedding process. Not only are these women professional, efficient, and incredible, they are also very warm and down to earth. By the end of the experience, you feel like they are truly your family. They will always hold a special place in our hearts for helping make our wedding day so special and flawless. Me and my wife where very happy with all the services. We got up lighting and moving lights for the dance floor the wedding would not have been the same with out them. Also we got a couch, table and ottoman for the bride and groom table it looked great. very nice staff wish i could put up pics so that you could see how beautiful everything was.

Laura and Evoga draped my entire venue and provided me the couches for my reception. She was great at giving me ideas and helping me make my vision come through fo rmy sweetheart table with the great high back couch it looked like a throne fit for the king and queen. Our dance floor was amazing as well with the couches spread out. There selection of furniture and there services are excellent.

Bruno and his team were absolutely amazing! The way they staged my wedding far exceeded my own vision! The LED lighting looked great in all my pictures! They were able to work around my budget and were very accomodating! I would definately recommend them!

From the movement we met Margee, Bruno, Laura and everyone from the Eventus team we felt right at home. I was a very picky Bride and Eventus was not only so easy to work with, but extremely understandable and accommodating to our budget. We did our linens, chairs, lighting, chargers, furniture and DJ with them. Everything was absolutely PEREFCT! The day we booked our contract they greeted my husband and I with champagne and cheese to celebrate, and a few weeks later they did a complete set up of everything at their warehouse to make sure I loved everything and to give me a better idea of the final look, which was fabulous for me. The night of my wedding not only Laura was there to set up and ensure everything was great but she stayed the entire night to supervise everything. IT WAS WONDERFUL. I recommend this place 100 percent. My wedding was PERFECT!!! Thank You Eventus for doing such a wonderful job.

Visiting the Eventus office for a bride looking for a modern and sheek look for their wedding was like taking a kid with a candy addiction to the candy store! The things they have are gorgeous! I wanted to incoorporate everything into the decore of the wedding. The staff was helpful and made the choosing process pleasant and fun!

They are very professional and highly experienced! Can't wait to use them again!

If you want to order the initial name lighting called gobo do your research before it's over priced at evoga. Also draping is a little over priced but everything came out nice and beautiful and did its part by covering thee partions. The material of draping wasn't what I expected. But the service was great responded quickly.

My wedding was at Vizcaya and I contracted with Evoga for uplights and multiple costly downlights so that my guests could see their food when they ate, due to lack of lighting at Vizcaya. Last minute due to rain a tent had to be added for my wedding, I spoke with Laura who said not to worry and that cafe lights would be added to the top of tent to make it look prettier! I was so excited and happy that even with a tent and rain it would look beautiful. So imagine wedding day being in rain and at least building happiness and excitement going to see your reception space for the first time and there are no cafe lights and the lighting is still dark & the team that is still there setting up says they had no word to do cafe lights and refuse to put them up. I was devastated. Initially I was not going to do a review bc Laura was going to do a credit and said that additional uplights were placed around venue. But then I saw in my guests pictures that the beautiful mound for my ceremony had NO uplights and looked dark and dingy in my wedding pictures- I was upset yet again! I contacted Laura and got an excuse that the uplights were damaged due to rain! It's an outdoor space and those lights are for the outdoors!!! And if other uplights were supposedly added then those should have been used to replace the ones at ceremony space! Plus how could rain damage those uplights but not the uplights down by the barge that really got rained on!? Lies. Ruined my wedding pictures. And all that was done was a $500 credit after we spent thousands! Horrible!!!!! This was a big part of aesthetics of our big day and it was horrible!!!

Horrible, cheap and poorly installed dance floor.

I got married two weeks ago and was extremely, EXTREMELY disappointed with EVoga.

As soon as we stepped into the reception the first thing that stood out was the dance floor, since it was so very poorly installed and poor quality. We were sold on a beautiful, white vinyl dancefloor, and what we got seemed to be a last-minute, cheap and flimsy flooring with poor installation... it was very upsetting since this was the central element in our reception, as well as the largest. It was all taped up with what looked like cheap duct tape.. moreover they mixed like a gray duct tape on some parts and a white tape; it looked like a makeshift construction work tapestry to protect flooring. Not at ALL like the photos on their website.

We obviously enjoyed our wedding very much, but this was unacceptable for the high quality standards they claimed to provide when we booked them.
