Tamara Herrick, of Every Emotion Photography, was exactly the kind of amazing Soul we needed for our Ceremony! My Husband and I had a number of unique facets to our big day. Our Ceremony site was a mile hike round trip to a Vortex with no cell service, we had 12 people in our Wedding party, we had a ring smudging, a weapon exchange (a Norse Tradition) & a hand fasting...and we wanted to capture the gorgeous light at Sunset! Not much to ask right?!? LOL. Well, after calling a few Photographers I was a bit concerned... until I spoke to Tamara.
Tamara's energy was so deeply kind & beautiful. She was very professional and easy to communicate with...like an old friend. Her ability to really feel & understand what our vision was for our Ceremony, left me feeling so confident and serene!
Tamara was truly a blessing to Us. She was incredibly flexible and captured EVERYTHING we wanted! She was able to navigate around a busy Vortex site with multiple people hiking about, all while capturing all the facets of the Ceremony and getting gorgeous shots afterward of all our wedding party. I really liked how she explained the process of editing and gave us options. Tamara did a truly amazing job and we are over the Moon with our Ceremony pictures! I highly recommend Tamara and Every Emotion Photography! Beautiful Energy is everything! -

We worked with Tamara for our engagement and wedding photos and we had such an awesome time! We connected with her instantly and felt like she was authentic with us through the entire process. The photos embodied our friendship and love for one another more than we ever imagined. We haven't received our wedding photos yet, but the sneak peek has us so excited for the finished products! I did not have the pleasure of meeting Tamara before my wedding day. I was having a destination wedding in Sedona and needed someone local to that area. Not only was she incredibly easy to work with, she provided insight on a venue for me when I was torn on which location I wanted to use. The day of the wedding came and she was set and ready to go, got incredible photos of my family, and handled the difficult members of my family with ease and kindness while holding firm to what needed to be achieved with our pictures. Overall, highly recommend her, you can’t go wrong! -

MOST AMAZING photographer & human. TRULY INCREDIBLE in every way!
Oh my goodness, where do I even begin?! Tamara is a truly rare, amazing gem of a human and I could not be more grateful that I found her for my Sedona micro wedding! I live in NJ and got married in Sedona without ever being there, with 18 of our immediate family. Planning a wedding across the country brings its own anxieties, but oh did Tamara make this process SO much easier! From the moment I spoke with her on the phone, I knew she was special. She instantly made me feel like I’d known her forever, her energy is contagious and exactly what you want on your wedding day! She is fun, thoughtful, and amazing at what she does. She went so far above and beyond! Her communication is unlike any other; texts about excitement and count downs the days before our wedding, detailed emails about exactly what to expect. She even texted me while our families shuttle was in a bit of traffic going to our first photo site, saying not to worry about time line and she will make sure everything gets caught up. She truly goes above and beyond! She made taking our photos so much fun! It was truly one of my favorite parts of the day with my hubby! She’s creative and clearly loves what she does. She made our wedding day the one of my dreams and I will be forever grateful for that! She’s affordable and seriously I cannot recommend her enough! She makes you feel so at ease and her photos are STUNNING! -

Amazing experience! She’s an artist with an amazing eye for photography. She worked with all of our issues while we were planning to help make my photo shoot happen on my wedding against all the odds we had thrown at us. She laid on rocks under trees to get shots, she sweet talked tourists out of spots we wanted to shoot on, and make my veil flow in the wind when there wasn’t a lick of wind. I will forever be grateful I gave her full artistic permission to run instead of having a list of wanted shots. She blew me absolutely away. -

The Perfect Day
She was amazing and professional. She was a calm, encouragement on a chaotic day. The pictures that we got from her were amazing and well worth the cost. What drew me to Every Emotion Photography is the fact that Tamara is a local to Sedona. Being from a small AZ town myself, I know that there are certain spots that only locals know about, and knew she would be able to time the golden hour perfectly. She captured the most amazing photos of my husband and I for our wedding. She brought us to three different locations, all of which were perfect and extremely populated, and it the perfect time of day. She made us feel so comfortable - as if a long time friend was taking our photos. Her attention to detail made our photos turn out even more amazing than we imagined. -

Outstanding!
For our vow renewal in Sedona our officiant recommended Tamara of Every Emotion Photography and we couldn’t be happier. We wanted to catch the gorgeous light at Sunset and the photos are amazing.
We have been early at the meeting point, it was slightly raining and a rainbow was spanning over Sedona. Tamara immediately started photographing and captured this sensational atmosphere. She is having a creative eye for capturing mountain scenery, is having a lot of energy and we truly enjoyed working with her.

Amazing photographer!
We did our engagement shoot with Tamara in Sedona, AZ. She was fantastic! My fiancé and I had no experience with photoshoots, and we were nervous about what to expect. Tamara put us at ease, and she helped us to relax during the shoot. None of the poses felt uncomfortable or awkward. She knew exactly what to do. She knew what poses would look best, and she knew how to make the most of the light. She was a joy to work with! My fiance and I have never gotten professional photos taken of us before and we were a little apprehensive about our engagement shoot. From the very beginning, Tamara put us at ease and was incredibly professional. She is a Sedona native and knew all of the great spots for us to take pictures. Since we are from out of town, we trusted her location judgement and are so glad we did! We went to Page Spring Cellars and she knew all of the right places to shoot, and helped put us at ease and feel comfortable the whole time. Tamara had a great package deal that included engagement and wedding day pictures. She worked with me to get a picture schedule down which made the day of a no brained. I was able to be in the moment and not have to think about the details. I highly recommend her. Taking a little longer than anticipated to get the “preview” and the final copies, but I know it is because she is diligently working on mine and so many others. Even the guests had nice thinks to say about her and her work ethic. -

Outstanding in every way!
Tamara did the most amazing job on our photos!! If I could give her more stars, I would! She really captured the romance and happiness in every photo! My boyfriend and I were ecstatic when we got them back and saw the time and attention to detail she put in to making our photos look immaculate! Her prices are very reasonable. Also, the time it took for her to get our photo gallery ready was more than reasonable. We didn’t wait long at all. She is so fun to be around, made us very comfortable, and the nicest person ever!! She definitely knows what she’s doing. To anyone thinking about getting any kind of photos done, ESPECIALLY WEDDING PHOTOS.. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but her! -

If I could give Tamera 10 stars on Google, I would do so! Her eye for detail is on point making her pictures incredible! She photographed our engagement session as well as our wedding in Sedona and we could not be happier with everything. She was easy to communicate with early on and throughout the entire process. It is just an added bonus that she is sweet and has a great sense of humor! She also provided recommendations for additional bridal-related services in Sedona since our wedding was a bit of a destination (we live in Scottsdale). Her rates are more than reasonable with the results she produces. We definitely look forward to working with her again in the future! -
