Amanda was amazing to work with. I can't recommend her services enough. She wasn't just my wedding planner, she became a friend. She is very organized and on top of things. I recently attended a styled shoot hosted by Everson Events, and it was genuinely one of the best I’ve ever been to.
From start to finish, everything felt intentional, organized, and elevated. The design was cohesive and beautifully executed, and it was clear a lot of thought went into every detail. The setup made it easy to move through different scenes and capture a wide variety of images without feeling rushed or chaotic.
What stood out most was how smooth the entire experience felt. Everything ran on time, communication was clear, and the environment was welcoming and collaborative for all vendors involved. It’s rare to attend an event where you feel both creatively inspired and fully supported, but Everson Events delivered exactly that.
I left feeling energized, with images I’m truly excited about and new inspiration for future work. I would absolutely attend another event hosted by them. -

I’ve had the chance to work with Everson Events multiple times over the past few years, and they are seriously incredible to work with. As a photographer, I always love when my couples have a planner, and Everson Events makes the entire day run so smoothly. They are so kind, extremely communicative, and always on top of every little detail. It makes such a difference not only for the couple, but for all of the vendors involved. I would 100% recommend them to anyone planning a wedding, you’ll be in the best hands! -

Best decision we made in the wedding planning process!!!
Choosing Amanda as our wedding planner was easily the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning experience!! We ended up going with her full-service offering, as I knew I would want the extra help. Even so, I never could have imagined how much time and effort goes into planning a wedding. Looking back, I don't know how we would have done it without Amanda and her team! She was so involved from the start - providing us with vendor recommendations/pricing, creating a detailed design board, sharing timelines/resources to keep us on track each month, and overall reducing the stress of wedding planning. My husband and I were able to stay present and enjoy every second of our wedding day because I knew Amanda and her team had things covered. Amanda is so hands-on, organized, communicative, and an overall joy to work with. I truly cannot recommend her and the Everson Events team enough!

Amanda at Everson Events provided professionalism and personalized planning to bring our wedding vision and vibes to life!
She is confident and energizing…she is in the details and brought positivity and cheer throughout the entire planning process with the overarching goals to make it our own, keep it fun, and stay on budget.
Her communication is prompt and reliable via text and email. The virtual meetings were timely, task-oriented and productive. She met with us at the venue to provide in-person assistance to visualize the event details.
She has developed and fine tuned her wedding planning system through spreadsheets, timelines, budgets, and resource lists. She is well connected with vendors in UT and is highly respected by vendors in the community.
On our wedding day, knowing Amanda (+ Amy and Maren) was present to set up and be point person put my mind at ease. My family and my husband’s family were able to enjoy the day hosting guests instead of worrying about details.
It was a tremendously wonderful experience to plan with Everson Events. I miss working with Amanda already! Her participation and planning added to the joy of our celebration.

Professional, Personable, and Organized
Everson Events was a great fit for our event. They helped us clarify our vision and supported us throughout the entire planning journey! The day of was incredibly smooth, and we were able to enjoy it without worrying about anything going wrong! Amanda helped us make decisions when planning our wedding so that we felt very confident and stress-free on our wedding day! She has a lot of ideas and experience with weddings, so she knows how to help you achieve the vision you want! We knew that we could rely on Amanda to handle everything that came her way to keep the wedding day nice and smooth so our family did not have to do everything. Her and her assistant were so helpful, polite, and professional. I'd recommend Everson Events to everyone I know!Everson Events's reply:

I had an absolutely incredible experience with Everson Events to plan my dream wedding! Amanda did a great job to help us stay within our budget and still get plenty of what was most important to us. Absolutely awful to work with! Expect to be talked to behind your back, yelled at in front of many people, unprofessional, and will not take accountability for mistakes made. Find a different event planning business. Don’t waste your time.
